I have a Banks Derringer Tuner, Monster Pedal, Ram Air, and Monster Exhaust. Made my truck feel like a 12,000 lb race truck! Any issues I ever had (which were usually user error) were taken care of via text, chat, phone, and even FaceTime! Costumer service is beyond excellent!
Banks is a top notch American company. Had a slight communication issue with an order and they went above and beyond by calling me to resolve the issue. I have found Banks to have extremely great customer service when it comes to product knowledge or vehicle specific applications. I purchased the PedalMonster for my 2019 Duramax. It shipped almost immediately and was to my door in no time. I received updates and tracking information along the way. It was an easy plug-N-play installation with easy to follow directions. I can’t believe I waited this long to add it to my array of other Banks accessories. The immediate throttle response was just what my truck was missing.
Their customer service was amazing and so are their products! I had the derringer on my 2020 Silverado and traded it in on a 2022 GMC Sierra and kept my derringer but I lost the lock collar on the cord that goes to the I dash, so I called and asked to buy a new one and the young lady on the phone said she would get one on the way. I asked her what I owed her and she nothing, you have a customer for life helping me fix my screw up at no charge so I had been wanting a pedal monster and because of her customer service I ordered one and boy am I glad I did! That thing is amazing! I am also waiting on intake and exhaust!! Awesome company and products and even better customer service!! Thank you again for all of your help! I put a number of Banks products on my 17 Denali. Bar-none the best customer service on the market. Had an issue with the derringer and thanks to Jay Tilles and the rest of the customer service team, they sent me a new one, free of charge. Havent had any issues since. I highly recommend their products.

Bought the Banks, Pedal Monster, Derringer, Cold Air Intake and iDash for my ‘17 2500HD. They have completely woken up my engine and made a huge difference in how she drives. The throttle response is night and day different. The cold air intake has drastically improved how the engine can breathe. Not only does my truck sound better not the performance can’t be beat!! My 3rd Duramax. LMM and LML both deleted and tuned. I did like the performance improvements but nervous as F voiding my warranty. I opted for the Derringer for my L5P due to reliable performance gains and maintaining my warranty. I was very impressed with ease of install and performance. I have since added the pedal monster, and combined its awesome! Not one issue with hardware, software, or performance. I follow Banks Performance on the L5P Facebook group, and it’s awesome to see the immediate responses Steve Elliot from Banks no matter what the issue is! Hats off to everyone at Banks for great products and support!
I currently have the Banks Derringer, Pedal Monster, Monster Exhaust, boost tubes, and diff cover installed on my 2020 GMC 2500HD and I couldn’t be happier with each of these products. The R&D that goes into their products is the reason I went with Banks over the other options out there. And to top it off, their customer service is second to none. I recently needed a CARB sticker for my Derringer in order to pass a smog inspection and was sent one within 24hrs. Now I’m just awaiting the intake system and can’t wait to get it installed!!
Derringer and Idash on 2020 Duramax. Easy to install with additional power you can feel. Great feedback with so much data available on the gauge. Had a problem with a recurring engine code. Banks ran me through some troubleshooting and then said something was wrong with the Derringer. A replacement was sent out immediately. Truck has worked flawlessly since. Great products and a great company to deal with.
Bought the Derringer for my L5P and it has not disappointed. I run it max all day everyday and when I switch back to stock it feels like a slug. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I have a 6 gun tuner, running on an older truck. I don’t need the boost all the time, but when I do, boy is it there! Lugging my RV up the hill, or more commonly, accelerating to the traffic speed when merging, there is just nothing better.Personal contacts with question on updating, trouble shooting (my bad) have been great!

I have the banks derringer and pedal monster paied with dual I dash. The extra power is very noticeable but the amount of Customer service and help provided is out standing and better than most they guys at banks power have helped me out and even mailed me new devices when they quit working 10/10 Im definitely going to be buying more products in the future
Contacted Banks for a pedal commander for my 2020 F250. Loved the service and the performance of the device. I sold the Truck (and the device separately). Now Im in a 2020 Raptor, I plan to call Banks again, ask for Jay and purchase another pedal commander!
I have a banks derringer on my ‘16 F-250 6.7 diesel. This has been by far the best exhaust intact system I’ve used. The mpg increase is as good as your going to get with dpf intact. The big advantage was the increased power, speed and acceleration. The iDash is great for real time data and cel code reading. Highly recommend for anyone trying to keep their warranty with an intact exhaust/dpf.
I learned about the Pedal Monster and Derringer with iDash in a Facebook group and thought I would give it a try. I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Diesel. I cannot say enough about how well this works. The Pedal Monster takes away any lag off of the line and the power increase in the Derringer is amazing. I selected the parameters I wanted to view on the iDash and it all works together seamlessly. I can roll 40” tires on dirt roads with stock gears, or set reduced throttle response for more precision on a rocky trail. I highly recommend this combo.
I purchased the Pedalmonster, Datamonster and Deringer for my 2020 Wrangler Eco-Diesel. I had to get help setting it up at first and Jay was extremely helpful. The amount of power my Jeep now has is so amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better company!

Well, I dont normally leave negative reviews, but I’m at the point where I don’t know what else to do.I’ve had a Banks Six-Gun on my 2002 F-350 7.3 since 2008. Unfortunately, I live in Commiefornia and can’t move out of this oppressive rats nest for another 4 years.This wonderful state now makes us get our diesels smog tested every 2 years. Which is ridiculous. So far, I haven’t had any issues in the numerous times I’ve had it smogged, until now. The smog place (who has passed the vehicle every time for years in the past) now says that they need an E.O. Sticker or some kind of proof that my product is CARB compliant. Not a big deal.So I call Banks right here in Azusa Cali. The first time, they said they would call me back. That didn’t happen. Second time, I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who took down my info and assured me that he would mail me the E.O. Sticker. It has been almost three weeks. Today I call again. Customer service wait times are about 45 minutes, so I leave my info for a call-back. They called me back and I still had to wait another 24 minutes. Nice lady takes my call-back info and tells me someone would contact me. I’m not holding my breath.My next move is to drive down there and see if I can get any help in person.I cant Imagine so many folks would be calling customer service that it would take hours to get in touch with someone. But, who knows. Maybe.If you need customer service, be forewarned. You’re going to have better luck contacting the astronauts on the Space Station.Great products. But man, they ghost you if you need something later. I don’t think Gale Banks would approve. Bueller, Bueller…?

I don’t recommend their products. They can cause issues in new vehicles and they don’t support you. I bought a pedal monster for a 2021 GMC Sierra. It caused my Ecu (computer) to go out. GM mentioned possibly voiding my Warranty, so I had to pay for new ECU, even though truck was under warranty. Banks provided no support during this process and wouldn’t even let me return the product. It’s not worth screwing up your new car, they won’t back you.

I have followed Gale Banks for a long time, when I purchased my first diesel (lml Duramax) I decided I would only use Banks Power parts on it, so far I have installed a Ram Air cold air intake and the IDash Data Monster guage, I am going to upgrade with the l5p engine oil cooler kit in the next couple days, all the stuff they make is super high quality and relentlessly researched and designed, to call Gale an engineer is the understatement of the century and Steve is one of the most helpful people I have ever talked to

In 2006 I bought the Banks air cleaner for my 2006 Ram 2500. Great product, it got me 2-3 more mpg. Fast forward to present, I needed a smog check. The tech told me i needed the sticker showing compliance. I contacted Banks and 4 days later it arrived in the mail. Great service. I recommend Banks products. Quality stuff!
I received my Banks exhaust system quickly. I did not install it myself because of some physical limitations, but had it installed at a local muffler shop. Things went well, and the system looks great. I love how the sound has mellowed out. I am pleased with the exhaust on my 04 Ram 2500. I have since added a CAI, and I can tell a difference in power, acceleration and sound. So far, satisfied 100% with my Banks Monster exhaust system. Oh yeah, the Black Friday special was a great surprise, and saved me some serious $$$$!

I have a 2007 F150 with 5.4 V8. We replaced my Volant unit with Banks Ram Air Intake and the difference was noticeable. The engine runs smoother, quieter and mid range power increased. I also replaced some older chrome exhaust tips and she looks great. Service from Banks is awesome.

Terrible and unresponsive customer service, will not stand behind their fixes bricked my production after following their instructions to update and no will not respond to emails and get no where on phone callsUPDATE: 3/7: still no response to text messages or emails.
At first I figured buying Banks meant buying the best stuff made for my truck. But I was wrong. Because you don’t just get parts, you also get the ability to call some of the most accomplished technicians in the business, for free. I’m not talking about “customer service representatives.” I’m talking about race mechanics who will talk to you about how the stuff is performing, help you diagnose tech issues, and walk you through anything you need right there and then, over the phone. I have a ‘19 Duramax long box crewcab with a Derringer, cold-air intake and monster exhaust. Went from a pretty fast Greyhound bus to a Cruise Missile, thanks to Banks. And instead of harming the motor, I have simple real-time data that actually safeguards the motor. All backed by experts I can just pick up the phone and call whenever. Could not be more blown away by this combination of parts/support. Yes, Banks stuff is expensive. But what you end up getting for free makes it an absolutely killer deal.

I worked with Charles Duvall and he was great explaining and answering the questions that I had. I bought the monster ram for my Cummins and it matched perfectly, no problems what so ever. Banks sells great products and Im going to stick with them for all the things I want to do to mm truck.
I have purchased several items for my 02 chevy duramax from Banks. The latest is the back up camera that plugs into my Banks IQ. Great product, like all the others I have from Banks.
Erick did a great job getting parts for my 12 valve. Very knowledgeable about his products. I didnt get them to install the parts because they were busy. Ended up getting Redlands Motorsports to do the install.
Excellent service and great parts! Sooo easy to install these things, about 20 minutes or less for the airbox and less than an hour easy for the intake. Turned the truck back to winter temperature power. Uses less boost and load on the highway for the same speeds. More fuel efficient and more powerful. Going to get the turbo downpipe and intercooler next!
My F550 Has power again and 1 more mile per gallon. The back up camera was a great addition to my purchase. Thanks, Banks.

I have a Pedal Monster in every vehicle I own and have probably sold a dozen more after my amazing experiences with with.I also run the tuner with IQ on my truck and the combo with with the pedal monster is amazing and I know it won’t hurt my truck, even when towing.I’ve only had to contact Steve Elliot once about a problem after the dealer flashed my truck and he knew the product inside and out and he got me back up and running in a few minutes.Gale is a stud and he has my Vote for President if he actually did run!

2022-05-28We own a 2018 Chevrolet 3500 Duramax that we use for towing of our 5th wheel trailer. We installed the Derringer and Banks Ram-Air and the Pedal Monster. Wow!!!! What a difference! We have had all installed for a couple years now, with absolutely NO ISSUES. The controllability is awesome and handy. I usually tow with the Derringer set to 2. If I want to show off and spin the tires and snap our necks back maybe 5. Crazy Power. Thanks Banks

2022-05-29I received a Banks Power Pedal Monster as a birthday gift. I Love It! It has changed the way my truck drives. It is much more responsive to my input and took a little getting used to. Hopefully I get a Ram Air intake for next years birthday….As for customer support, I have not needed any support yet. The installation was seamless, the directions easy to follow and the only question I had took me 5 minutes to find the answer on the Banks FAQ.Thanks Gale and team!!!

2022-05-28Bought my first diesel powered truck 2 yrs ago, I have family members who have had them much longer and they all highly recommend Banks Products.My first purchase was a Banks iDash, this product has been fantastic and met all my expectations.Only problem that I had, was the suction cup that held my gauge to the window failed and would no longer work. I contacted Steve Elliot from Banks, they stood behind there product 100% and sent me a new one free of charge.They have great products and customer service, as long as that continues, I will continue to do business with them.

2022-05-29A lot of companies, especially the last few years, are very hit and miss. They will either have a great product and garbage customer service, or they will have great customer service and a garbage product. Banks Power products do not fall into either of those categories. Banks Power offers incredible products as well as offer some of the best, if not the best, customer service I have ever experienced. Banks Power definitely stands above the rest. I have had Banks products in every one of my last 5 trucks and have been a happy customer for over well over 15 years. I highly recommend Banks Power to any of you are looking to get a bit more out of your vehicle as well as be treated with respect all while purchasing g a product from a company that will 100% stand behind their product.
