We had a wonderful business banker named Karen Baca. She really knew her stuff. She advised us very honestly with our best business interests at heart not just the banks. After hearing that it wasnt a good bank from others, we made our decision after visiting a few. This one was very helpful and shared knowledge on what accounts were best and why. We will be customers for life! Thanks Karen!
Staff is friendly, but unfortunately I have had substandard customer service multiple times now at this location. I called the national customer service line to resolve some of the issues I was having and received much better service this way.
Lady’s are rude & literally let 14 people in line wait for 10mins to even open a window today !!! Ridiculous!!! Then when was asked why they can’t help us they replied with an attitude while people who worked there just stranded there looking at us??? OPEN THE LINES !!! This place sucks !!!! Then a couple days ago I came to close a bank account I had here and they didn’t even do it right and charged me !!!! Worst bank ever !!!! I moved to mission federal !!!

This location is ridiculous. Apparently no one has ever changed their name who has been a customer there. I have now been 3 times and spent >30 minutes each time trying to have my name changed on my account and they are unable to do this for me. Im going to have to go to another location to deal with this as they are completely unhelpful and asked me to schedule another appointment, which obviously I will not be doing.
Always closed and then u close early, how am I supposed to pay my bills if you always closed, then i go to another one and line is 1 hour wait. So inconvenient.
The lady that does the notary Munoz was so nice and helpful I had to keep going back to her to help me get stuff notarized and faxed thank u mrs Munoz I owe you a lunch people like you are hard to fund 10 stars to her
They made me wait 1 hour to cash a check and in the end it was all their mistake, bad service and mediocre staff.
Everything is good about this place but sometimes there are long lines, will give 5 stars if they make the lines faster.
These thieves just charged me $8 to cash one of their own checks!

2022-04-09Open Saturday 10 am to 1pm...One teller 20 customers in line, horrible service, Im a merchant, what happened to the merchant line, I personally use Chase Bank they are way better... But Ill convince my company to switch business banks to anyone other than Bank of America... Ive been here Monday through Friday and its the same thing, same long infinite line, they only always have 1 or maybe 2 tellers but if they have 2 tellers they go slower together than one teller(not a paradox in the banking industry i guess) all these people have personal accounts that Bank of America doesnt care about, they can wait all day, i understand... But I have a business, TIme IS MONEY, Ive been in line writing this profile and they have helped only 2 people in 15 minutes WOW... Bank of America? I think not 🚫 no thank you to your slow self absorbed service 🦥

2021-10-140 Star 🌟, not professional teller, I guess (Rosa), I went to this location to withdraw from saving and checking, the teller made me wait 30 minutes to count her money first, because she thought that she already gave me 1K, and her manager also the same, she was on the phone and couldnt come just to confirm on simple transaction. Now Im late at my work, BS location I will never come to this location 😤

2021-08-15Due to Bank of America policies they are not able to help you send legal tender to the u.s. treasury to be destroyed properly. They will only help you if you have a bank account with them. This is 2020 get with the program bank of america. 3.0 stars out 5.0 possible. These are some of the reasons why 3.0 stars.

2021-08-14Charging an extra $8 to cash a BofA check is simply taking advantage of the people. Chase, Wells Fargo, and Navy Federal dont do that.

2017-12-29The location of this bank is beneficial due to many shops, restaurants, hotels and gas locations near it. I have visited this location many times before, especially during the late evenings in order to use the 24 hour ATM Machine. They have 3 available ATMs and they are constantly in well working condition. Also the bank is located in a safe neighborhood. As I took pictures of this Bank during the night in order to upload them to Google maps I was stopped by a police officer. The officer wanted to question me and ensure I was of no threat to the location. The police were polite and friendly. Overall great location, it is well maintained and offers reliable assistance when needed.

2016-01-21I never thought I would write a review about a bank, but I had a very positive experience here which made me consider writing this review.The branch manager, Marlyn F., went out of her way, spending close to 2 hours to help me with the issue I need help with.This is really what I would call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Thank you!
