I have to tell you that this auto zone really goes out of there way to help customers and to make any issues right. The managers and counter workers are all very nice. I dread when I have to go to pep boys or OReillys. They have the plexiglass dividers and are all masked up. Very professional at all times.
Zach A was SO very helpful with trying to help us!!! He was very willing to help us and tried to fix our dipstick problem for us while we were there. He also gave us some good advice. It was nice of him to help us when we were stressed and suppose to leave out of state early the next morning. Defiantly recommend them!!!
I went in because I needed to get some parts for my car yesterday. Adam and Mike really went the extra mile with the service they provided me. Both of them are car experts that care about their customers experience. I will be coming back to them when I need another FREE diagnostic. Not bad. The store is always clean and pretty well organized. The staff could be better. They seem to have people that know just enough about cars that they seem like they know a lot around most people. One of the employees legtimately did not know the difference between disck and drum brakes.
Bought a new battery today. Izair went above and beyond to install it. The terminal was super corroded and he had to put in some elbow grease and get help from another employee (whose name I didnt catch). I really appreciate the amazing customer service and will be back in the future! Thanks, guys!
Clean auto parts store with full shelves and easy to find the products. Employees eere friendly and helpful. The selection was great and made the shopping pleasant to be able to compare lots of products. Came in for engine oil for a diesel and was pleasantly surprised to find shell rotella, especially since it was on sale. Dont live in the Santa Clarita area but if I am need of parts and nearby, I definitely wont hesitate to come back
Went there for an air filter for the engine, my 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid was not in the system and the staff couldn’t figure out what’s the correct filter. They just said have a good day. Toyota makes That model from 2006 and it’s not in the system??Not only that but I wanted to recycle my old engine oil but they told me that they don’t accept oil today. Basically I drove 20 min to waste my time and not even get sorry. I will definitely consider other auto parts stores.
This location has horrible customer service. I bought a battery here and it started to slowly die on me after two months. Since it was on warranty I tried to return it to get a new battery. The worker who helped me was trying to tell me that they need to try to charge it first to see if its defective before they can issue me a new battery. I was like I dont have time to wait for you to charge it, I need a replacement battery now. Luckily, he decided to just give me a new battery.

2022-07-03You know... Its an AutoZone. Lol. Who rates auto parts stores? Oh, wait. I did. :). Their selection of... Idk, maybe one... style of toy monster trucks sometimes has a unique one that my kid loves. I get car accessories here now and then. And Bondo to use as wood filler. Not much into doing actual auto mechanic work myself. Oh, I bought a roll of wire here the other day to show my kid how to make an electromagnet. So see, even if youre not a mechanic there are reasons to go.

2022-01-14Ive been to many AutoZones and I have to say that the AutoZone at 19327 Soledad Canyon road in Canyon country has the most exceptional customer service Ive ever experienced. Bernardo was over and above helpful. He not only found the windshield wipers that I needed, he installed them for me with a smile and more courtesy than Ive gotten from customer service people in a long time. This store is very lucky to have Bernardo, he is a great asset to their team.

2022-03-29Not too happy ! The first man I asked for help, told me he was clocking out. The second man that helped me which I already knew what I wanted. He goes ahead and gives me 5 quarts of oil and has me take them to the front. No help whatsoever.

2021-09-17I came in because I needed my car battery checked. The initial interaction was positive. My battery was checked promptly and I was told the battery likely just needed a full charge. I left the store then discovered my car battery had died. I went back into the store and asked if I could get a jump. They provided me the use of one of their jump boxes. The box was not charged properly so it didn’t work. I’m stranded at this point so I asked the manager if he would mind giving me a jump. He declined stating that “if he used his own vehicle he would need to do it for every customer who asked”. Wow , just think an “auto” car parts center not being able to help. It would have taken maybe 5 min to do a jump start. The store was not crowded and it would have been great if he choose to help. Instead I had to flag down people in their parking lot for help. Finally a friendly person helped with the jump about an hour later. Francisco the manger was very nonchalant and rude. They will not go above and beyond to help. I will never patronize this auto zone again.
