Staff very impatient and rude.I was trying to return something I bought on autozone.com. They told me i need to call the the customer service number to return it the first time i was there. Second time i was there with the details customer service gave me they basically told me they can’t process it with those details and had nothing to do with it.
I shop at auto zone a lot they have a lot of employee behind the counter but theres never anybody to help you look for things and carry things they dont have any shopping carts more we got to buy when I go in there two box of death exhaust fluid plus buy oil plus Buy other stuff and all the stuff is way too heavy to carry around the store and there is not no one to help you carry any sing to the register my feet to push and shub everything that I need to the register there have to be a better way I wish one of these days or years that they would help a customer out with to the register caring heavy objects Im a 60 year old man and theres no one to help a person like me they just all stay behind the register 4 to. 5 employees and just stare at you until you get to the register at least a manager of the store on Ming Avenue had a very kind heart today and help me carry something to my truck she was a very nice person I wish everybody who worked there would help me as much as just manager does
Was told alternator was fine after testing yesterday but needed battery. Still not taking charge this morning. Go back to be told it’s alternator. Spent almost $200 on battery & warranty only to spend elsewhere $600. for alternator. No customer service on exchanging or returning the battery. Will NEVER go here again.
This AutoZone has declined in service tremendously in the last 2 years. The employees and manager let the phone ring, take their time getting to customers and have a poor attitude. Ive shopped at this store for many years, but try to avoid it now. Better service at OReilys.
Stopped in to get help replacing my headlight bulb and Ill completely own I am just NOT car savvy, lol. Huge thank you to ( Marco) who not only double checked the bulb in my car, helped me find the right one, and then replaced it! It may sound silly or not that big a deal, but it was incredibly kind and appreciated. And most importantly - I didnt feel judged for being clueless, as some places tend to do.Awesome experience! ✴️😊
AutoZone is a great place to buy car parts. They keep your receipts and shopping here is hassle free. The staff is friendly and so helpful. They check you charging systems and many more things. You. An borrow tools to do repairs and the lifetime warranty is not just a stamp on the box. It is a pleasure to have a business that is customer orientated. Thank you Auto so does making buying car parts easy.
I tried to return an item I bought at the autozone on bernard and union, but they wouldnt do it because the receipt had one water drop on it. The worker looked like he was in high school, so I asked for the supervisor and he informed me he was the supervisor. They didnt tell me I need to laminate my receipt if I ever want to return something. Just typical we cant help you replies that you get everywhere these days.
If I could give negative stars I would worst service ever the manager should go back to regular employe bought snow chains from them not only the bag was open when I bought them couldnt use them at all got stuck in the snow when I tryed to return them I was called a lier for saying they gave me the wrong ones they also said I threatened them after saying I was going to get my refund even from corporate super unhelpful and I would rather go to any other one than this place autozone has always been 5 stars but they wont ever be till that manager is gone again
We Went There To See If They Would Run A Vehicle Check On Our 97 Sonoma, They Told Us Because Of The Covid They Aint Allowed To Go Outside. OK I Get That, But When I Asked To Borrow The Tool To Do It Myself They Rudely Told Me That They Didnt Have One @ That Time. I Know They Were Busy But U NEVER EVER Treat A Customer Like That. So I Recon Its Back To OReilly For Us. We Get Waaaaaay Better Treatment Anyways. 🤗😇
I like the measures that they are taking during covid-19. I went in ask for what I needed they pointed me directly to it. I needed a tire gauge and they explain the difference of the ones that they had to me. This is my favorite location because theres not a lot of traffic getting in and out, being as it is located inside a strip mall. Parking kind of sucks because its right next to the pizza place and sometimes it can be very packed but other than that this is my AutoZone.
The female store manager couldnt handle the situation and I had to call another female store manager from another store to correct her mistake. It got soo bad I had too call the District Manager also a female but awesome and she was able to fix the problem. Thank you Autozone
I always had a great experience with Autozone, except for this time, and this is my first time going to this store. I purchased a battery for my car about a year ago, and this battery died three times in the first year, and I had to call road service. I have five years warranty on this battery, and when I went to Autozone they immediately asked me to remove the battery to exchange it for me. When I removed the battery, they told me that they need to check the battery, after checking the battery they said it is not the battery. I explain it to them that I drove here, so the battery is being charged by alternative, they did not listen to me, and they did not give me a new battery. Then I decided to get their name, but none of them have a name badge, so I asked their name, and I do not know if they gave me their actual name or not, but one female called herself Adrian (manager) and a male named himself Aronna, they caused me so much trouble. After I asked their name, they decided to check my alternative, and after checking it, they found out that the alternative works fine. I told them again that the battery gets charged by alternative because I drove here. These people caused me so much trouble and wasted my time without any progress, and it seems they did not want to help or, for that matter, they did not even care.
People inside were very nice and helpful but the lady in the white van when I came out was very rude and disrespectful evidently she works for them delivering parts she had short brown hair white lady elderly very loud and I didnt want to go in front of her as my friend got hit and killed by a vehicle the night before and then the truck was also blocking my vehicle to where I couldnt get to it so I wasnt going to walk in front of her until she moved but she wanted to be rude and very vulgar with her language
I dont know anything about cars but these guys most definitely guided me in the right direction! They also saved me money I walked in with a quote from nissan for the stuff I needed it was gonna run me about 1500 bucks and I walked out paying 312 for everything I needed... Now I just gotta YouTube how to put everything on lmao simple stuff tho breaks, a couple filters, spark plugs #🎂
I had a headlight go out on my old van. I ordered the part on their extremely user friendly website and picked up at my local store. The mechanic found out it was an electrical issue and auto zone took the part I got back even though the box was open. They listened to my vehicle symptoms and helped me choose another part, a combination switch. It feels good to know I can return the part if it doesnt solve the problem. It takes the stress of this situation and reduces it. In both situations they already had my part in stock. The staff were super helpful and friendly both times.
Typically Im always greeted when I walk in here, but just the other day I really needed a battery testing on my car which wasnt starting, and waited in the store because it was so hot out. The young guy then told me where was my car and said someone will be there shortly. So i left outside and I waited in the 105° hot sun for 10 mins just for no one to show. Fortunately I was lucky enough to get a jump from a man that just parked and asked if I needed help.I came here for help but ended up getting help outside from someone else..Really disappointed in the service that day.The people there this day was a young guy -Asian, Female Asst manager.
Never in your life buy a battery from these people over here on Ming and Ashe rd. at AutoZone they will not even help you take your battery out they won’t touch your car so the best thing for you to do is go to another auto supply store, They contradict themselves they come and they put your battery in when you spend $200 on a battery but don’t want to take it out what kind of sense does that make?Management sucks.
Never have I had such incredibly poor service, EVER!!!! I approached a sales associate, Jeff Hinojos, to be directed to the aisle containing terminal connectors. In the middle of stocking some items, a few seconds of silence elapsed before he finally acknowledged me...THEN he literally looked me up and down. I dismissed his inappropriate gesture thinking that maybe he wasnt accustomed to seeing a woman in the store. At the check out line, after Jeff completed a transaction with another customer, he wandered off to clean a battery that was left on the counter, stating that he would be right with me. I asked another question. His reply and demeanor was SOOOOO incredibly rude!!!
We had made a poor to call ahead and check availability of a part at a Bakersfield store. We were told that the part was in stock. When we arrived at the store we found out that the part was not in stock and we had to travel to another store to get the part we needed. This cost us an hour of are day.

2022-06-23I just went into this auto zone today 6/22 and it was not busy but worth the wait 100%. I was helped out by two amazing gentlemen one in specific helped me beyond his job. I was sold a wrong part at a different auto zone so I came to this one and was refunded and exchanged. Christian in the grey shirt helped me and explained to me with such detail. He was amazing and helped me out so much. Go to this autozone!! Ask for Chris if you need questions.

2022-05-05I went for the motor oil and filter deal. However the Assistant Manager showed no interest in helping me. The price was not what the sign said. Then when I go to explain to her, she just ignores me and goes right back to counting her drawer. I will never stop at this auto zone EVER! Bad service.

2022-04-29I had a very bad experience when I ordered a locking gas cap at the location on Stine Rd and Planz Rd. The first time I went to buy it they did not have the correct one for my car, so the employee had to call another store and he said it would be ready the next day. When I went to receive it a couple of days later with receipt in hand, I was treated as a liar and the woman manager would not give me the gas cap and I had to wait and come back to talk with Lupe to verify I actually purchased it. Wow horrible customer service. I would rather give them a zero star. Hopefully they are never treated so rude.

2022-01-22I came in to buy replacement bulbs for my headlights and Danny was able to help me find exactly what I needed for my car. He even went the extra mile and installed my new headlight bulbs for me. Im so great full for all the help I was provided with by Danny. I will definitely being going back.
