After work today, I went to my car and the battery was dead. A friend/coworker gave me a jump. I decided that on the way home, I would go to Autozone to have them check the battery. On the way there, I was passing the grocery store and decided to get what I needed before the dky ripped open and started to pour. When I came out, the battery was dead. A nice man gave me a jump and I went straight to Autozone.I went in and was immediately greeted by Jason. He was very friendly and eager to help. He checked my battery and told me I probably a dead cell and would need a new battery. Frustrated I asked how much it was going to cost me. He said that the battery I had was over $170. We went back in and he pulled my information up on the computer. Long story short, the battery was still under warranty and I didnt have to pay a dime.While Jason was getting my battery Josh was chatting with me. He was also very nice. Jason came back with my new battery and stood out in the rain (its now pouring), cleaned the cables and installed my battery. Very pleasant and chatting with me the entire time.Thank you Jason and Josh for making my day much better.
Im VERY disappointed in this store.. i have been shopping here for a while. I was suppose to have a part ordered and it never was i called talked to shawn and he ordered it and told me.it was going to be in by a certain taime.amd it wasnt. Whem i called again the guy was very rude and said it would be a waste of time to call the hub and see when it would be delivered...
I came in to have my battery tested. Jason and Chris were so helpful. Not only did they test my battery they installed it for me. It helped that I purchased my battery from auto zone and it was under warranty. So the replacement was completely free and because they installed it for me I didn’t have to deal with the core charge hassle.
Great customer service they will always talk you in to something you might but dont need. They do not keep there paint products in rotation, so be careful when purchasing quarts. They have probably been sitting since the store opened. Even with 45 min on a shaker there was still a half inch of settlement on the bottom of can.
A few weeks ago I was shopping at Winco and when I tried to leave my my car batter was dead. I knew there was an AutoZone just up the street. So I went for a walk. When I entered the store I was greeted by a young man who help me with the purchase of a new battery. I told him my battery died down the street and wondered if he sold or had any type of strap that would help me carry the battery. He mentioned maybe he could get a co-worker to give me a ride. He introduced me to Kory who then drove me to Winco where he volunteered to remove and install my new batter for me. I was impressed with his offer. After he installed the battery he suggested that I purchase some cloth like washers to fit over my batter terminals to prevent any battery acid that might leak and possibly cause any damage later on. He also installed these and cleaned up any possible areas where battery acid may have been. I am 65 years old and have not had customer service like this since I was a kid when you had four guys working at a gas station attend to your car. One guy would clean your windows, another pumps the gas, another checks your tires, and another guy is checking under your hood. I miss those days. So I just wanted to say that it was a pleasure stopping in your store and meeting such a good crew of customer oriented employees. You have me as a new customer for life. Thanks again.
I previously owned a 1992 Corvette that was giving me many troubles. Id come here to buy parts and get help. I now own a 2007 Monte Carlo and still come here. The customer service is always great. From my personal experience, the associate Cliff by far goes above and beyond and has been very helpful regarding my automotive questions. Even showed me how to change out my headlights two times.Please keep up the good service!
Tools suck! Told me my tranny took 12 quarts then later told me thats onley if you change the tourqe converter. Found the same tool they sold me for15 bucks for 2.99 at harbor freight i bought a set of rings for more at habor, they worked but i wish there was a place to buy great mechanic tools other than from a truck. Crastman i pretty good the selection is limited in stores. I bought a tranny filter not a tourqe converter.
Came in for thermostat and gasket, call in to verify they had it and in which they replied yes come on down. So came down spent 20 minutes waiting while the looked for gasket that went to the thermostat. Ended up not having had to got to competitor down the street to get what I actually needed. Very frustrating.......
Had a check engine light come on after having work done by the dealer & AutoZone gave me a diagnose to the problem..... Went back to the dealer (just had work done at dealer) & they wanted $160 to re-diagnose the problem..... After talking to the service manager they fixed it for no charge..... Thanks AutoZone

2021-12-28My wifes battery had drained from not being used for awhile. Came in and one of the employees, Shawn, tested the battery and said it only needed to be charged. Left for a few hours, returned, and the battery was charged and another great guy, Jake, put it right back in and now wifes car turns over like it should. Much appreciated! The reason I keep coming to this location!

2021-05-04Needed a battery STAT... Clerk was so nice!! Sold me a new battery, moderate price. Couldnt afford the best...but he still came out to install the battery for me. I couldnt have done it by myself... Dont have the tools or muscles... Too old for auto mechanics anymore... So grateful for the kindness and courtesy. Thank you!!
