My brother got his first car here.He was not able to get approved with a finance company but the manager approved it and got him with house finance. The staff was super friendly and quick.They did all the paperwork, DMV and and even insurance! It was definitely convenient . TOTALLY RECOMMEND.My brother noticed a sound and even though we paid SUPER LOW FOR THE CAR we went back and let them know and they took car of it ASAP it was honestly a great first buyers experience . Awful customer service! After 8 hours of online response, I finally got a business name. Never would give address of his car lot, or ANY details of car I was interested in.Conversation ended when I was informed he was very busy.... That must be the reason for such a low score here.
I had one of the best experiences here i recommend this place so well because they helped me find the car that fit me just well azreal help me real well he deserves a raise.

After calling twice, making sure twice over the phone, I drove 65 miles to them but they told me: we sold it last week.Yet this is their stated goal on offerup, where they list cars. See attached image. Sorry Azrael, to have to post this, but I gotta warn others.
Had problems as soon as i drove off tags were expired 3mons later still no tags. They told me nothing is wrong and several things wrong. They duck and dodge you and give the run around when your car needs fixing. They have had my car for 8 days and still no word on if they will fix it or not frustrating and ridiculous.
I bought a vehicle from this place And the day I went to pick it up they told me they sold it to another person. Bad business. Dont buy from here.

This place is a total rip off I wish I could give them 0 stars I financed the car though a bank around September I made all payments to my finance company yes a few where late but they got there payment every single month I woke up to drop my son off at daycare & my car was GONE I thought my car had been stolen come to find out the dealership took the vehicle and there reason was “your first payment was late so the bank took the deal back” I spoke with the bank they told me my car was never in repossession status and they had ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORIZATION TO REPOSSESS the vehicle so now the bank is trying to contact the dealership & they won’t even respond & on top of all of that I went up there to retrieve my personal property & the guy said there was nothing in the car this place is a rip off don’t do business there unless you have money to throw away I’m sure they will be shut down soon
Came several times and their was always busy so customer service was not the best, but Auto Toyz is under new manegmant and i can say i finaly was able to drive away with a car. Thanks guys.

After going to multiple dealerships, I stopped by at Auto Toyz and was immediately greeted by a friendly face. They were able to get me approved with a low APR and an affordable monthly payment that fit my familys budget. The process was painless. We love all the new space! Thank you!

2022-04-04DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!I bought a truck from them 3 weeks ago. They never gave me any paperwork for the truck that I requested. The salesman JAY told me that they would fix everything that I going wrong with the truck, However when I took the truck to their mechanic located on Stockton st and 21st street in Lodi the mechanic told me that the owner Miguel said not to fix anything. They just keep giving me the run around. The battery just this weekend disconnected because it was never connected properly. the cable was broken and someone rigged it to work. When I contacted JAY about the issues he blocked me. The “co owner” MARCO told me he would return my calls and never did. All the sales people are outright rude, not helpful and they will block you if you complain about anything to them. THEY WILL SALE ANYONE A CAR!! EVEN IF THAT PERSON IS NOT THERE. I also have yet to receive my license plates and they are not answering my calls.

2022-06-28My son bought a car from there about a month ago cash 5 days later after It broke down on him well the clutch broke down After they had told him that it had a new clutch my son called them to fix it they told him to take the car that they would fix it...it was sitting there for about 5 to 7 days then they contacted my son and told him that they werent going to fix the car And they didnt have any records of the clutch being put in Eventually the transmission ended up getting messed up and I talk to the guy either manager or owner I dont know his name is marco .marco said that he would pay for the clutch since they had told us they had put in a new clutch and my son would pay the labor my son did agree to pay the labor but when the mechanic was taking down the transmission found out the transmission was bad We went back to talk to the manager and told him what he was going to do he said nothing I told him pay my son back his money and take your car back and he said No...well now we are going to file. A claim to the DMV and see what happens.... I dont recommend nobody going there to buy any vehicles from those people youre better off to go anywhere else but that place.....

2022-07-17Their cars here are not legit. They are scammed and will get your money. At first they were on JUST for the sale but your broken down car you get is either illegally smogged or paperwork missing and not correct info. This will be the second catalyst converter having to buy in 4 months of owning the car so car has been sitting. There is no way it world pass smog especially being the first one I replaced was less than 1 week after purchase but they couldnt find smog certificate all of a sudden.. Well have to take it up a notch I guess because I want my money back or something at least for repairs.

2022-02-25Very grateful for the opportunity they have given to me. I was running really tight on money for a new car but they was able to get me approved and out the lot with the vehicle. By doing so I am truly relieved that I will get to work, capable to manage my life with less stress and being able to move forward to the next phase of life. Because in this world we live in, with out a car getting back and forth, is nothing but struggles and I had enough of the struggles thru most of my life. Its time for me to get by smoothly. I mean personally the struggles not over for me yet but it sure is looking brighter.. Thank you Auto toys for the opportunity you guys have given me 🙏
