Great experience shopping at AutoZone. Employee’s are really nice and attentive. I have never had any problems with the parts I purchase for my car. They have helped me with everything and most importantly prices are great.

They were so helpful! I needed wipers and after the first pair not fitting and 2 associates helping me they were able to find a pair that fit!And they helped me snap them in! Totally recommend the 3rd and Oxford location.
Awesome Staff. I went in for a battery and they were very helpful. The assistant manager was very cool and even took the battery back when it didnt solve my problem with my truck. I explained that I always buy my parts from AutoZone and he took the battery back. Thanks

Going to this Autozone made me realize that the workers here don’t know anything about customer service. The entire store seemed like they didn’t care about any of the customers walking in. Everyone looked lost. Sadly, my experience here made me never come back again and switch over to O’Reillys down the block where they have much better service and customer care. Overall, I would pick any auto part store over this autozone in particular. The manager and all the workers seemed incompetent.
I know nothing about cars, but let me tell you autozone employees helped me and their patience was very high. Customer service is great!! They know their stuff! They always go on and beyond.Totally recommend this store!

I went in early this morning after being turned away from the store on H st. Eddie G was there and ready to help right away! He did a test on my battery for me, educated me on all that needed to be done. Then he helped me put in my battery! He was helpful from start to finish! Extremely professional as well! I’ll be back for sure!
Good service and wide selection of auto parts
My place to go for most auto parts. Today the staff was busy doing chores and ignoring customers. After someone stopped putting up signs they helped. There 3 employees with in 15 feet.
Came in to replace the battery in my car, was helped in a timely manner, I informed the cashier I would need it to be installed and swapped out for me. Then was handed off to another to install the battery. It took him 45 minutes to install the battery, and he needed someone else to come out to help him. He was trying and doing what he could. As I was waiting, I notice they charged me the core battery deposit (which if you are just swapping out the batteries then and there they’re not supposed to charge you). So once the battery was finally in and working I went back inside to get a refund on the deposit, the manager kinda made the charge for the deposit into my mistake saying I should’ve told the cashier the battery was here and being swapped, which I did. Was there for about an hour, overall yes the issue was fixed and I did get the money back, but they executed it poorly.

2 months ago I replaced my headlights with bright star. Well one of them already burnt out. I paid 50 bucks for a set and they wouldnt replace them without my receipt. So I had to pay another 50 bucks. With todays technology you cant tell me they couldnt look up that transaction on the computer. I even used my aoutozone card to buy them. Sorry autozone I wont be coming back.. I have spent my last dollar at your store..
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I needed a headlight replaced...not only did they help me find the bulb I needed they changed it out for me. I will be bringing all my auto part needs to this store! Thanks guys, youre awesome!
Manager Antonio was very helpful! Helped me replace my car battery. He took the time to verify the Autozone battery was a correct match. I appreciate he took the time researching the available batteries for my Land Rover and recommending additional items. Very pleased with this Autozone as they made sure Customers and Employees maintained social distancing during this time. I spent no more than five minutes for service and check out! I highly recommend utilizing this location for all your automotive needs and purchasing at this Autozone on Third to get your family car back on the road!

Store manager Antonio was downright disrespectful and insulting towards me. Horrible leadership on his part to instigate a negative interaction with a customer then go hide in the back leaving his sales associate to complete a transaction with me.

The staff at this location is horrible. The manager is so rude and useless. As soon as I walk in with my son next to me to return an item he begins to argue with me and tell me I can not return it even before checking warranty on it and so on. Not only was he with a customer as I arrived her continued be rude to me while neglecting the process with the other customer. I was so embarrassed. My son noticed his rude tone and stared at me confused. I decided to just walk out carrying this heavy battery with my 4 yr old son at my side. I will never go to this location again. Not one other auto zone member cared to deescalate the situation. Just stared and laughed.Worst customer service ever. Will not recommend.I had returned a battery once prior to this one before without so much struggle and fighting. Team gave me the wrong battery. I dont know what happened this day.
The business is close to home, they stay open late, and their product is average with the pricing is very good with their warranty
Good place to get parts for your car only one complaint make sure you know what youre getting because the help sometimes not that great but they do have some employees that know what theyre doing they need to have some kind of training for all their employees though thats my only complaint other than that good places get parts for your car I recommend them
Walked in the store just to buy antifreeze. There was about 8 people in line and the manager told me I had to get in line to pay. Why would I get in the line where people are asking for parts when all I have to do is pay and walk out. This used to be my favorite store but I rather go across the street to OReillys. I might pay a little bit more but I rather pay than waste time
When I go into that Store(3rd Ave & Palamor Ave in CV) i have good Professional & Courtesy help and they are one of my favorite Automotive Stores.
Pretty customer service.... although the larger woman likey one of the managers is not very knowledgeable... generally not an issue.... but she tends confidently misleads customers with mis-information... beware of her if you need some technical assistance...other wise you have no issue if shes just ringing you out.
Horrible staff.......just wanted to buy a set of windshield wipers, stood in line for about 5 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged, finally had to walk out......a be right with you sir goes a long way. Shouldve walked out with wipers maybe they wouldve noticed me lol. There should be an option to leave 0 stars

This might be the best Autozone in the area. The two gentlemen who are there are always so helpful. Might be a little crowded sometimes but for the customer service they offer is awesome. Thank you big dude, you always help out when Im in a pinch!
I talk to a guy via phone asking for a part. He mentioned he didnt have itAnd direct me to the 3rd av store. He mentioned they had the part. But when I got there they did not have the part.I told him the description of the parts like 3 times.....so he didnt care!!!!!@@#$$

WARNING: Do not go to this store if you do not speak spanish! Non spanish speakers are treated with disrespect and contempt, I have been subjected to this and I have personally witnessed it against other non spanish speakers. If you speak English, you will be forced to wait to pay for your items until the spanish speakers who cut in line are helped first.
The guys here are always helpful. Even if they dont t carry what your in for they are willing to guide you in the right direction or at least make a good suggestion

2021-11-25I am beyond grateful for this place! Eddie really helped me out—He’s the man!!! My headlight was out and he quickly figured out what bulb I needed and even helped me quickly install it! 2022-03-29I went there just before closing because I realized some of the lights on my car were gone. The young lady who attended me was very nice. She went out of her way to assist me and I was very pleased. Since they did not have the part I was looking for she made some calls to others store in town and found my parts. Awesome service!!! Will be back! :)

2021-12-04Wow Jose Martinez Gallegos is AMAZING!!!!He went above and beyond for me .I just came from Kelly auto parts and they did not even want to help in any way at all.....so I went to Auto Zone and from the beginning Hi welcome to Auto zone. Jose saw that I was struggling and quickly came to my rescue. Not only was he fast and efficient with my car issue but he helped me find a better and fast car charger. Jose is definitely an asset to Auto zone !!Thx Jose your the best😀
