Very nicely organized and clean store however we were in there for 15 minutes in line unfortunately it was the only thing they did have three people with the desk but it just seemed like it took forever other than that its a pretty decent AutoZone no complaints
I was ignored as I walked in. A guy in front of me was greeted and told he would be assisted soon. I got in line and no one even looked at me. Another guy walked in after me and was greeted the same as the guy before me. I waited a few minutes and no one said anything so i walked around to find things myself. I felt discriminated
Nice to nice people just when I went there this time I am recovering from broken leg and a broken heel and I was in a Walker walking in the part I needed was in the aisle and the guy made me walk in the aisle myself instead of going over there and finding it for me and helping me you just left me to fend for myself. I was kind of jacked up but whatever people dont care these days about people as much so its hit-and-miss hope this helps
Bad customer service the store on Lone tree way Antioch/Brentwood boarder. They are not organized. My husband and I went to get an oil filter and oil and Verónica told us to choose our oil while she grabbed the filter. We came back and she was helping other customers we didn’t know if we had to stay in line. She totally brushed us off. Another employee started his day and helped us very nicely. I won’t shop there again.

I ordered my regulator for my trucks back windows. The first one they ordered was for a Manuel window. All pro glass came out to install. They were so great that they came out 4 times to fix it. I went back in and gave them my vin number. They ordered the wrong one again. Finally after 3 times trying to get them to get me the right part. There was a difference in my final part which was more expensive. Auto zone gave me the price of the first order. Which was 30 dollars cheaper.
The manager from Oakley Shaun was in tonight. What a treat! My whole life revolves around dealing with the public. I called for a simple above and beyond request. What a chill accommodating dude. Made my stressful car trouble easy peezy. Thank you Shaun!! Come jump!!

Customer service is scarce unless they think someone is stealing lol, then ull hear them ask a person what they need help with... ok thats not all the time but the service isnt really there
I had a very pleasant experience while dealing with a very unpleasant situation. Veronica helped me to straighten out my problem, she was very patient and knowledgable, able to fix everything with a smile. She is a life saver and this is by far the cleanest, friendliest, and knowledgable autozone I have been to. Thank you Veronica and I will see you again for sure next time I need anything auto parts related.

The people who work here are very helpful. I own a 1997 VW Jetta, and if anyone owns a VW you know what its like to have to fix it all the time. Auto zone has all the parts I need and I even found out why my engine light was on, for free. They diagnosed the problem and got me estimates on cost of repair. The workers even Google places and tell me where I can get parts if they dont Carry it.
Both areas in Antioch on longtree are horrible....both lack customer service, skills ...they stand up, do not greet the customers, you ask for a product, they stand there. Point and continue socializing among themselves....never assist...
As per the norm. Dont bother going here ever. Not with napa and orielly so close. They sold me two day charged dry cell batteries that are supposed to be ready to go. No need to change, well both were dead and they like to switch the boxes on items that have been returned. So make sure you open the box before you just walk out. They will higher anyone. The kids that work here know nothing about cars or anything. Kid didnt even know what a spark plug was. Such a headache. Just save the time and go see brian over at the napa off of hillcrest.

Letters shouldnt be associated with windshield wipers, but then when they are and youre confused, its good to have these guys because they know their stuff.

2022-06-18Never had a bad experience at this location until the new manager started working there . His name is Christopher and had very poor customer service . Would not swap a warranty battery even though another Autozone had already gave me the green light but they did not have the battery in stock so they sent me here .This guy is a joke and should seriously be reconsidered for his position. Very unprofessional behavior not acceptable.Also talked down on his job and said he was getting something better in the upcoming days for what reason I don’t know .Zero stars if I could thanks to Christopher

2020-07-23My first time @ Auto Zone. Stopped by to discard engine oil and filter. They did a decent job, had some spills when they returned the empty containers.

2021-09-17I needed a bright red spray paint to re-do my grandson bicycle as red is his favorite color & we have a blue bike. They have all the stuff you may need but about $5 to $6 more expensive that the local hardware store.
