Went in looking to by a part for my car and the guy at the counter couldn’t help me find the part. The women working today said I should know my which part my car needs when I come in. I told her the part but I wasn’t sure if it fits for my car! That’s what the computer is there for! Are you serious!! Lol these people are unprofessional! I’ve never had this problem coming here. They usually help me find the part I need for my car on the computer without a problem. Rude customer service! I would rate them a zero if I could.
The place is alright. Location is a bit rough. Kind of in the middle of a a heavy traffic intersection. The service is great though. The staff are very informative and very willing to assist their customers. I went there to charge my dead battery. The guy who helped removed the battery from my car, charged it but it didnt work. Battery was busted. He then referred me to go to the dealership to get it checked out and reinstalled my battery. He then gave me a jump to help to get going. Great service
This store has by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced with autozone. They lady and gentlemen behind the counter were of no help until you addressed them not even a can i help you..... just stared until i addressed them. They were completely rude to the point the lady told me i was in the commercial line and didn’t even tell me where the other line was........ if i could give them a -star i would.
Not only was I harrassed by employment from the second I walked in but then I was accused of pocketing a product I never even had in my hands. Then it was impossible to get help, the customer service was non existent. However they had all the time in the world to follow and accuse me of theft. I will never again go to this auto zone nor possibly any autozone again.
Picked up parts for my car that I had ordered salesman kept wanting a receipt . told them I ordered over phone and parts were not paid for yet . he was confused but parts were there with my name on them .. Needed mpre parts they didnt understand what I was asking for Lucky there was a picture on the table had to point to the parts i needed before they understood .. Pictures are worth a hundred words ..
I guess these days theres a lot of weirdos and workers and management at retail stores have to keep on their toes but this place is ridiculously stupid when it comes to profiling people! Me being one that theyre always profiling. The woman that works there makes me feel uncomfortable and I just walk out everytimr she does it. Loosing 80 to 200.00 sale each n every time she does it because ill just walk out.
1 out of 3 times they give me the wrong part. Or they will tell me they dont carry it. I will call A st Autozone. And they have it in stock. I only used this one because its close and convenient but no longer. Only go for oil/lightbulbs/antifreeze. Or if YOU know what your looking for. These people are just everyday people that dont know anything about cars. The lead manager is the only one that has been 100% helpfull every time even found me parts no one else could. But hes hardly ever there. :/
I went into the Antioch store on Sommersville Rd, looking for a pair of shock absorbers. I explained that I didnt have a vehicle to reference, because they were for a project i was working on, not a vehicle. I did know the size, length, etc. The manager told me she couldnt retrieve information or specifications about the Gabriel® brand shock absorbers they sell.I was blown away. How can you be one of the top parts store in the industry, and not be able to pull the important information about the parts you sell from your computer ?So, I drove over Kragen®. There, they had booklet with all the specifications I needed to get the correct shocks. On one occasion, five customers stood waiting in line because one of the staff was making a personal phone call. Three of them left the store empty-handed!I then called and asked Napa®, and Monument®. They were able to get the information on the shocks they sell.My experiences with AutoZone ® have lead me to shop elsewhere. Their staff are inexperienced and rude, and it seems like theyve never worked on a car in their lifetime...Ryan S.Antioch, CA.

2022-04-03They used to have great service but from a few weeks back they change all their staffAnd now is not so good and on the door the schedule says close at 8 pm but 15 min before the door and cage is already close so I go to the OReilly now they close at 9 pm

2022-01-05I went there for an exchange without a receipt after they called me from headquarters that I can ahead and do so, when I went there the commercial manager was so mad for no reason , if you don’t want to help just say no, why be so mean to someone ,it’s not my fault they sold me a bad part for a lot of money. sorry to say this but Something that is missing here is a good customer service. Anyways I still appreciate the guy Installing those headlights in my car.

2021-09-23The staff was really great. Ive never replace the entire blade before and couldnt get the old ones off. They came out to my truck and showed me how to install them.

2021-09-12I brought my sisters car to get a new battery and Villfaurt was very helpful in helping me get the right one and installing the battery for me. I will always come to this auto zone the workers here are always helpful and patient.

2021-04-30I love autozone. This one in particular has great, prompt customer service. Even the ladies are very knowledgeable about cars. I have been there 3 times in the last few weeks and nothing but great customer service.

2021-04-02Everything is great very quick response very nice people took me only 5mins to get what i ordered online even though there’s a quite long line at the counter and they have what i needed which the other branch don’t have i don’t know why but that is very important in a store you have what the buyer needs so that every customer will comeback anytime they want something they needed to buy.

2021-01-17I had to get my battery charged so I dropped it off they dont have dividers at the check stand because its just a regular counter its not like at a grocery store where it has a conveyor belt what they do is they have you stand in a thats been roped off and they help you from there so its almost contactless if you have to sign something they get it to you but you dont have to worry about any contact I felt pretty safe in there I had my mask everyone had masks and there was disinfectant and I got my battery charged so I was happy
