Terrible people. They would much rather talk and text on their phone than unlock the door for a potential customer. Couldnt even get them to pay attention to me when I knocked. They just plan ignored me. Took my business somewhere else and suggest everyone do the same.
Be careful with this place. Theses ppl r not professional & these reviews look fake. We came in last year to pay for a full year of insurance (which we did) & they still billed me every month on top of it due to them “not sending the right paperwork”. We’ve gone in 2 times now trying to get my money back & both times haven’t been able too due to them “not sending the right paperwork” again. We’re still trying to get my full year of insurance money back at the moment......

Never again come here!!!!! couple days ago I had did my taxes with the lady Gloria hoyos it’s took her almost 5 hour to have it done I kept telling the lady I have work but she didn’t cared. She Made me late about an hour to work. She made me sign some paper work so that will tell her how much I was getting back.. when she was all done she told me how much I was getting back and said she submitted the paper work already that she can’t go back... I never approved for her to submit my forums she just did it with out asking or telling me my return before doing it all she had to say that she was sorry but gave me a complaint number but she did not write the last digits of the number...I’m just say it on here so everyone be aware...

Isidro has been filing my taxes for the past 3 years. He is always very helpful. I bought a car last month and he got me insurance at low cost. Ask for isidro when you step into the office.
Do not go here it is a scam. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC about this insurance company that hires uncertified brokers and targets minorities. Make sure you read paperwork before signing anything especially with these so call brokers that will overly charge you!

Hi first of all my husband went in to pay his tags they told him because the registration was not under his name he could not pay for them. Keep in mind my husband does landscaping was 107 outside. So I then went because the truck was registered under my name. Could not pay with his debit card because it was his and he needed to be present after 20 minutes susie let me know that the total was going to be 339 tags only 285 meaning they charge 55 more omg that is very expensive for tags .......please dont go there and waste your valuable time go to food co and pay your tags only 3 dollars compare to 55......
I go and buy my tags at this place and they totally mis lead you into paying $80 in broker fees they say they cant total the amount until you pay the overall cost just to find out they charge 1/3 of the cost of tags its... basically theft can some one investigate this please
Ive been with fiesta insurance for a little over 2 years and have not had any problems with them they are nice and friendly people. Hope I never encounter a bad experience with them because Id have to find a new location....
