I’ve had to go back twice…the second time they left the plastic off and the hood Un latched. The owner (she) has had an attitude every time I’ve come back with the exception of the first time when I handed her over 2k.
They are always “booked” they take on more jobs that they can handle and quality of work lacks here.
Had lights installed to underbody and wheel wells. Had my car for 24 hours. Took car home. Lights under rear bumper where not synchronized with the other Lights. Did not change thru all colors. Only changed to 4 colors. Had to take back to have fixed. 5 more hours to fix and install wheel well pods that did not get ordered when under glow was installed.
My son had some work done at this shop and the personal did a great job. I loved the work so i took my truck in and the owner and her staff worked nonstop to get the job done love the job so much i took my wifes car in and my daughters cars in service is worth my loyalty
This place is awesome very friendly and professional.I dropped off my my truck today and got it back the same day very satisfied. I got remote start, behind the grill LED bar, and HID headlights. I am definitely coming back for future upgrades, thanks again for your service.
Couldnt be more satisfied this shop is great!! I have a base model 2007 Chevrolet Corvette and I came into the shop and told them exactly what I wanted which included a big touch screen, Android auto, fast charging, back up cam and hardwiring my radar detector. We talked about the different options and pricing and I ended up with the perfect unit at a great price. The guy at the counter and the lady who I believe is the owner are both very nice and knowledgeable. I am doing this review 6 months after getting my unit installed and it has been working perfectly and I love everything about it I would suggest the shop to anyone and Im planning on going back for my other cars.
I walked in to inquire about getting speakers installed in my truck. 3 people were sitting around talking about something that honestly could have paused untill after the customer was taken care of.....I waited to be acknowledged after about 5 minutes I walked out..I definitely would recommend them,No matter how big or busy you are at least acknowledge your customers...
I was not impressed with the shops in my area that were authorized for the brands I was shopping for, so looking for an authorized dealer I found Audio Addiction. They have been great, friendly, and helpful even if your doing your own install. They have a great selection in stock, great sale prices, and are happy to sell you the accessories you need. They are a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it for the service and selection. They are honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, and do great work from the cars I’ve seen them work on. They are everything my local shop is not, and are authorized dealers fo a number of great brands. I recommend this shop for all your mobile audio needs.
I came in to test a Jl10w7. I went to 2 other shops before I came to Audio Addiction. The 2 shops I went to said that they would not be able to test it at the moment. That I could leave it with them and they would let me know the next day. Although Audio Addiction had 2 other installs they were working on they made time for me for a simple 1 min test. I really appreciated that. There service was great. After telling me the sub tested good at 3 ohms. I figured from the service I got. Why not get a price from them on an amp to run my JL10W7. What I thought was cool is that they gave me options.They gave me a price and information on their highest grade amplifiers and their middle grade amplifiers and then a economical grade amplifiers. I went with a middle grade amp and booked the install. Next morning I dropped off my vehicle although they told me I could wait on it. I received the call only 1 hour later telling me that my system was installed and was ready to pick up. I couldnt have asked for a better install and Im totally satisfied with the amp. Sounds Great!!!! ...Price was Great!!!!...Timing was spot on!!!!!.... and best of all everyone their had Great Sevice!!!!!! All of the people working here were very helpful and very informative. Thanks Audio Addiction I will definitely be returning and referencing your shop to all I know!!!!!
Very disappointed in the customer service of this business. We walked in looked around for about 10 minutes. We were the only customers in there and their employees saw us walk in, never greeted us, and never asked us if we needed any help. The building was very hot so after about 10 minutes we decided to leave. Employees watched us leave and still never said anything to us. They lost a customer and I would not recommend wasting your time at this business.
I had to replace the factory stereo in my beautiful 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD that my Dad left me before he passed away. He loved his truck and put thousands of dollars into the suspension and wheels and tires so I was skeptical and nervous where to take Dads truck and went to another shop (Not Audio Addiction) for the Alpine head unit. Big mistake. Had issues and no customer service. I am so glad I called Ray at Audio Addiction. I felt taken care of immediately. Very patient. They are also very knowledgeable here I just instinctively had trust in them right away. I have found my shop! For anyone to give this shop less than 5 stars is shocking to me as I am a hard person to please and I wish they had 6 stars because Id give it to them. I know my Dad is looking down with a big smile on his face. Not that materialistic things are important in Heaven, but knowing that Im happy down her and his truck sounds amazing, he’s smiling. Thank you Ray and team for cleanly installing my Memphis amp, Memphis subs, custom ported sub box, Alpine speakers front and back and dialing it all in! I’ve always wanted this crisp, clean sound with chest rattling bass. Love it!! Thanks for also killing the squeak in my dash. You’re awesome!
After going to both Audio Addiction and Advanced Car Stereo, it was a very easy decision. I was PROMPTLY taken care of from the get go at AA where ACS said, Ill be right with you. and I was left for over 25 minutes waiting before I just walked out in disappointment.Enough about the bad, lets get to the great:Ray and Linda helped me when I was first scheduling an appointment and were VERY helpful. Im in sales and I commended Ray on not trying to up-sell me and rip me off. He was very easy to talk to and ended up helping me pick out a great installation system for the subs and amp I already had. In fact, I called him out on my great wire that I paid half the price for - he showed me the difference of Chinese 8 gauge compared to American... To say the least, I sent my wire back and bought new wire from Audio Addiction.Then, a week later, I showed up for my installation appointment. At first, I was a little hesitant because Ray and Linda werent in but I spoke with Anthony and his father about what was going on, my expectations, etc. They were just as friendly and Anthony went out of his way to help me while I waited for the installation. Not only was it done faster than I expected, but it sounded absolutely amazing. At the end when I heard them testing it, I said out loud, Is that MY car?It was... and Im stoked.I work with people all day and theres nothing more important to me than getting a good deal with great service; Audio Addiction had exceeded my expectations by far. Not only would I recommend anyone to go there, but I will definitely go back when I need more custom work done.Their sign says it all:Good and Quick wont be cheap.Quick and Cheap wont be good.Cheap and Good wont be quick.This family owned business was one that was well worth my time and money.
Nice people, just not the place to go for headlights or and hid/led bulbs. I waited two weeks for no reason. Got my headlights done somewhere else for less than half the price they quoted me and in 30 minutes, they were gonna charge me for 3 hours. Again, Nice people just not intelligent in the headlight category.
Some people visit a place one time and write a bad review, but Audio Addiction has worked on my cars for over 5 years. I believe that pretty much speaks for itself, how much I trust Ray and Lindas business ethics as well as the work done by their technicians. Not only do they know exactly what you want, they usually have it in stock, at a fair price; they stand behind their work, even if its been years since they installed what you wanted in your car, truck, or motor home. They are my ONLY choice, I hope if you want the best audio in Temecula, you will visit them and see for yourself why I think so highly of them.
Just got system installed here today and nothing short of professional in this establishment. I got the JL w6 setup in my car and it is amazing. The employees are legit and cool to talk with as well. They definitely know what they are doing. If you know car audio, you can respect the way they run things.

We had a Jensen in our RV that never worked right and went to audio addiction to have it replaced. Devon, Lee and Chris were all very professional, friendly and helped us find the right radio for our RV. They explained how to use the radio before we paid for it. Fast, friendly and helpful. Oh! We also put a new horn in because the one in our RV was weak.
I called to get a pricing for an amplifier installation, and Im not too familiar with sound systems at all. I have my own amp made for my truck, and I called and asked for the price. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because they were very professional on the phone, very respectful, and they sounded like they knew what they were doing, even based on the short amount of time I spoke with them. But heres the nitty gritty. They told me, to install a amp in my 2018 Tacoma would cost $225! $225 to install an amp in my opinion is just crazy. Im hoping that the info I recirece was false, but for now, Im staying away from this place.
Their product quality is sketchy. I purchased the radio with bluetooth and backup camera from them less than 3 years ago. And the truck was rarely driven for 10 of those months. The justification for the failure was pathetic. Dust behind the radio is why the microphone for the Bluetooth will only work intermittently and cant be fixed. The exterior license plate backup camera doesnt work because it got rain and mud on it. Not all the repair options or product failure causes were disclosed until pick up. I would have made the choice to replace instead of repair since a new package was only a $50 difference from the cost of repair.Im sorry to add, but their customer follow up phone call is worse than poor. They called my husband to complain about MY negative comment about MY experience at their store. Continuing to blame our getting mud on the license plate camera as the cause of the product failure. I can only add that if that is so, perhaps its time to examine the Sony product line. How long would the camera have lasted if we hadnt been in a drought for 3 years.I must also rate very poor on their response. I never asked or implied I wanted anything free. Yes he did not charge for the microphone, because the problem wasnt the microphone. Thats my complaint, I was not told until I picked up my truck that the problem was the dust behind the radio that was causing the intermittent bluetooth signal. If I was notified that all 3 components were having a problem I would have opted to buy a whole new package. I want nothing from this store. Just be aware to ask for a full disclosure of the problem before you authorize repairs.
Very clean inside ,nice safe location.But the manager women kinda I believe was very rude ,disrespectful, and seemed very aggressive my girlfriend came here and was not happy,over priced and very expensive. The system in the car raddles like crazy,even with the dyno mat, they just want that short 1 time sale and dont care if they see you again .They dont let people know that systems in cars are always gonna raddle and sound like crapSounds great inside but outside its embarrassing please save your money
Went here after I had Auto Stereo of Riverside, do a terrible job of recommending me two way speakers (for my front doors which have tweeters) on my two week old Mazda 3. They disconnected my tweeters rather than recommending a component set for the front. Days later I had checked the work they did I removed the door panel to see crossovers were hanging with no zip ties, I had rattle on the passenger side door (they fixed with dynomat). The amount of unprofessional work they did and not even giving me the courtesy to tell me the tweeters would be disconnected really infuriated me.Now here I was at Audio Addiction, these guys are complete professionals. Got a nice set of components, they fixed the wiring beautifully!Remember good work takes time!Thank you Audio Addiction!!
Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!!Still trying to get Audio addiction to make this right and fix our car. Took in our Lexus for a simple Blue tooth and two speakers, They talked her into a complete disaster of a Stereo system (minus the actual Stereo) $ 2,800.00 laterIt sounded worse than anything I have ever heard, like an old transistor radio. They added an Amp, which made it slightly better, But said we would have to bring the car back to them every time we disconnected the battery, to adjust it.They also Hacked a hole in the rear of this Lexus to mount the amp) Which gets so hot it shuts down after an hours drive)Have had the car back several times and still is not right!We told them it had a brand new paint job, and please be careful.After picking it up from Audio Addiction, had a 12 scratch on the hood, also mysterious damage to the painted fender guard.They have also cracked THREE different pieces on the dash !!! And left a panel below the dash hanging down so your foot catches on it while trying to step on the brakes !The owner had an attitude about our issues from the beginning, and Ray should be flipping burgers OH Wait! Maybe not!If you really want an eye opening?Read some of his reviews on Yelp !!! This guy is a piece of work.It is amazing that Audio Addiction can stay in business!Best advice I could give anyone looking at Audio Addiction...Is...If you like your car...RUN !!!!!
Beware, this shop will try to rip you off. The guy Lee quoted me a price over the phone for an amp install and when i got to the shop he even tried to charge me $50.00 bucks extra to install the bass level knob even though is part of the amp and i had it with me.
Was recommended by my friend to go here. Had a 2006 Nissan Titan, wanted a full system with touch screen radio system, Bluetooth, aux, usb, bass knob, 2 12 subwoofers in a custom box, 4 pairs of speakers and tweeters, amp, and install. If its a full system install, it will probably take an entire day in the shop.Their pricing is fair and outlined clearly on the invoice. Every part and all labor is labeled and they get discounts when buying parts as a retailer. My system was bumping hard, you wont be disappointed.Getting a second system installed in my 2017 Nissan 370Z sport, full system with a JL Audio Stealth box. They can order part by part, all at once, and even have financing available. 3 month financing, 6 payments over 90 days interest free, or other options beyond.Staff is excellent. Ray and his wife run the front, installers are cool and nice. They are all low key chilling, old school, very personable. These guys keep it real and their stuff comes under warranty as well.Highly recommend. Youll wanna go in and pick out parts with them, get an itemized list going, then make an appointment for a later date for install.Tell em James from Google Reviews sent ya!
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I made an appointment a week in advance and when I showed up for it they had no record of my appointment in their scribbled paper appointment binder. Who uses a hand written paper binder these days to keep appointments? Especially a place that is supposed to have a bunch of technology? Not only that but the parts that were ordered for my install were given away to another customer so they couldnt accomodate me. To top it off the guy working the front desk was yelling and pouting about the lady he was on the phone with in front of customers and then hung up and threw the phone like a big child. DO NOT COME HERE. They cant even manage to keep appointments or hold their composure in front of customers, do you want these same people tinkering with your cars electronics!? Not me! Never coming back here thats for sure!
Audio Addiction was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what stereo equipment would help me achieve the sound and give me the features I wanted. What I appreciated the most was that they didnt try and sell me equipment I didnt need, even if I asked about it. I will definitely come back again!

Paid 250 for a system they said would sound good in their professional opinion. Paid an additional 300 to finally get it to sound good. I learned by speaking with the employee/mechanic that the owner over quoted a custom box by 5 hrs from what it would actually cost. Just got my system out of a real garage and he had to fix the system and said, its just a mistake a lot of new car audio places havent learned yet. Wouldnt go back for anything.
Everyone in this shop is super knowledgable, with some great skills to match. Carlos is the man he fixed an issue I was having with a after market head unit and stock speakers. Great place to get work done!
Took my car in for a new head unit. I was greeted from the second I walked in. They asked what features I was looking for in the unit; and my needs. Highly knowledgable as well. They didnt try to sell me things I didnt need and they were able to even use my factory camera that another shop said would not work with aftermarket head units. Got a new JVC Bluetooth radio installed in a few weeks ago and Ray and Linda did a fantastic job! Had everything installed and done less than 2 hours after i walked in. Great experience and I plan on getting some subs installed by them soon too!
My flip down dvd player broke on my van and my kids were upset. So I came in and was amazed by the help that I got. No upsell or lies, just the truth about the products and the store. Been in here a few times when i blew my JL subs because someone else didnt know what they were doing when installing, they fixed that. THEN recently had some messed up stereo wires after a locksmith cut my wiring harness :( So brought my truck in to get the indash working again, cant believe it but they did it for free. Feeling guilty so my next truck is getting a full make over with the best speakers i can ,thanks again guys!
I went here to get stereo, and it stopped working out of no where,I advised the owner linda,and she gave us a attitude and was not friendly at all save your money people. And she refused to fix the problem so I pretty much got scammed.I wont ever come back here.

My step son took his car here for a basic audio system ,and it stopped working like 15 minutes after he left these people dont not fix the problem they made it worse save your cash dont come here
Took my car in to get a shift light connected as was told they could do it and it would take 1 to 1.5 hrs. max. After waiting for 3 hrs. I was told it was done only to approach the car and immediately tell the tech that it was not done as it was not working so I was asked to wait as they would try again. After another 1.5 hrs of waiting then the tech approached me and asked how I turned my radio on so this is when I realized that they did not know what they were doing. End result was that they did not only not connect the shift light but also shorted my system and told me that it was not their fault. I was told that they would fix it but after telling them the cost from the dealer I was told that this was not their fault. Very disappointing to see that after the original 3 hrs a business that is supposed to know what they are doing tell tell me that it was working when there was no powder to the shift light and they knew that; not only that but after another 1.5 hrs. come and ask me how I turn my radio on? What does that tell you?

2022-08-11After coming here for all my installs and spending over 15k I do not recommend this place no more after the owner Linda decides to charge long time loyal customers $100 for a “Missed Appointment Fee” I have come here for more than 5 of my vehicles and spent thousands of dollars and decide to give them my business once more but could not make the appointment they booked for me because I get a notice from my job to travel on short notice. You just lost a very good customer for $100.

2022-03-28I came here after having a really bad experience elsewhere, and from the start upon walking in, sure it was busy as mentioned by others in their reviews. Busy to me means they are doing something right to have people waiting to get helped. Lee & Linda were a big help, and after going over my previous install, etc… they were able to schedule me an appointment to come back, and have Carlos work on my truck. Everyone here is very helpful, very friendly, and are all very knowledgeable including Alizae, and Pablo.Carlos has been amazing, and after all was said, and done with the custom box he built, and way he ran, hooked up, and tuned my system, I wouldn’t ever go elsewhere! Their prices, selection, and quality of work come highly recommended, and anyone looking to get a system done should look no further… Thank you again Audio Addiction 🤙🏽

2022-03-11Only went here because it was the only shop that was open when I got out of work. Incredibly unprofessional. My speaker system was wired incorrectly. I have taken my car back multiple times and they tell me that there is no issue despite my subwoofer continuing to cut out.Every time I have been in the shop to have my system fixed there has always been atleast one other person experiencing issues. They suggested upgrading to a more expensive unit.I have been experiencing issues with them since day 1 of the system. I have payed over a thousand dollars for my car to sound better and all I got was a broken box that takes up trunk space.

2022-04-09Came to Audio Addiction with an issue of my Bluetooth not working properly. They located the issue right away, fixed it and had me out the door in about an hour. Great customer service, atmosphere and staff. Would HIGHLY recommend!

2022-06-12First off want to say that my husband and I were there the morning that captvv was also there… She literally walked in prior to 9:00 which is the time we “Had” an appointment, and had an attitude, was rude, and was pretty much demanding and expecting red carpet treatment not having an appointment, let alone “Audio Addiction” not being 100% opened, and ready as there was still a good 10 mins until they were officially open for business!Either way, Linda, Lee, Carlos, Pablo, & Alizae aren’t perfect, but one thing they do is stand behind their work, and products. Unfortunately things happen, and problems arise, but no matter what they take care of you. Electronics are just that, and there is no knowing if it’s a bad unit, speakers, etc… so for those giving bad reviews for having to upgrade, problems arising, etc… did they not take care of you? They will, if you give them the chance to! My husband unfortunately had to upgrade his stereo, due to issues, that were out of their hands, in which could have easily declined, and said “No”, had it removed, and sent back to Alpine, etc… but instead decided to pay the extra money, so tell me how this is their fault?So, back to the captvv review… She came in, was rude, and they still took the time to take care of her, and fix the issue that arose, which mind you was fixed in about 5 mins, in which my husband said that it was more likely a user error… Yet, still had the audacity to sit in her vehicle after walking out, to write this review (Yes that’s exactly what she did)! And by the way… Linda was not rude to her. Linda in my opinion handled the situation very professionally, given the way she was approached, and talked to by this customer from the minute she got there!

2022-08-11Got sent here by Socal Auto Style in Temecula and what a disappointment. As sson as you walk in its like they smell money. Trying to nickel and dime you for even the air you are breathing inside. Save yourself a bad taste go elsewehere.

2019-12-13Went to Best Buy to get work done on my Porsche and it was outside of BBs wheelhouse so they sent me to Audio Addiction.Pricing was VERY fair, same day in and out service and everything has worked AMAZINGLY!!! love the new sound system!! They listened to us, didnt oversell and got the job done quickly and we are so happy!!!! Devin was the gentleman we worked work who took great care of us! Love bumping the new system!!!!!

2022-08-20I sent my bf here for our jeep they messed the whole jeep up,Linda kept apologizing but was extremely rude about it ,they did nothing to fixedthe sound on our jeep Linda hung up on us we wont ever come here again

2022-08-12Linda the owner very rude and gets defensive when you start asking questions of prices. Also seems like she was bothered by having us ask questions.
