Don’t sleep on the little guys! We have purchased five cars from these guys and we have had no issues. Baltazar is a straightforward, honest dude. He is willing to work with you but you need to be willing to work with him too. He ain’t running no charity, he’s running a business. Jonathan the salesman, was awesome. He explained and answered all the questions I had. All my referrals have gotten a vehicle from here and all had an awesome experience!Great service, good prices, highly recommend!

I definitely recommend Atwater Auto World if you’re looking into buying a vehicle. Staff is very attentive and polite. Terrible place to purchase a car go somewhere else , this place did not only try and rob me from my money for some made fees , after I purchased my car this Richard excuse of a dealership called me saying “ hey we have your plates , but it’s an additional $400 “when in fact on my contract it stated “ $300 for dmv fees and charges “ so of course I argued with them about it , and did a couple google searched ; and in California there is a law to protect us buyers “ stating ( The vehicles in the position of the dealership must be tags up to date and fees much be covered by dealer ) not exactly but you get the idea .situation number two : 2 years later I traded the car and now I’m trying to get a refund On my gap and warranty, not only does this dealership not wanna cooperate they refuse to even submit a form to there gap and warranty provider , I’ve called multiple times and they keep giving me the same bogus answer “ we’ll get a hold of them tomorrow “ or “ I don’t know what form you’re talking about “ .Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else .

The worst customer service that I have literally ever experienced! I dont write reviews much but I had to speak on this one...I have been looking for a car for a while now and this was by far the worst experience Ive had with a saleman. During negotiations, Baltazar was crude, disrespectful, and insulting. The vehicle was marked at 17,990 on their website. I was to pay the cash price which normally is a lot less than the marked price. He stated the cash price would be 17,500 and the actual listed price was 18,990 (I never saw this in writing anywhere) so then he stated that the 17,500 was a deal. He said there are premium new 20+ inch rims/tires and a premium sound system. When I did my walk around the car, the rims were already scratched and the tires had half the amount of tred that a new tire would have. The sound system sounded good, though some of the stereo buttons did not work nor did the backup camera. 17,500 is at the highest range in a fair price for this car which includes the extra features-Ive done my homework. I wanted to keep my business local - Baltazar didnt like when I asked him to come down on the price since I know I could find better prices in a different city but wanted to keep my business in the 209. He then rudely told me to go buy where I can get better prices; I was shocked at how disrespectful his tone and response was. Im use to salesmen being a bit pushy but they have never been so unrefined in their approach. He was so worked up that he was yelling. So much for keeping it local. Im going to be telling this experience to all my friends and family. Please save your time and money to be treated with some respect and get a better deal at a different shop!UPDATE:Owners Response: were sorry you couldnt purchase a vehicle from us, but you offering us a price so low and comparing it to an older model year and with over 160,000 miles thats almost twice as what ours has, and our unit is in great shape, tires are new we have the receipts. but good luck on your search and we would just like to thank your parents for their purchase from us, pleasure doing business.Response to Owner: This is NOT about the price, this is about your customer service (or lack there of). It has been approximately 1 month since I went to your lot and the vehicle is still there and the price has dropped $1K - now its listed at $16,999 (updated screenshot of website with price). I did offer at the low range of fair KBB at $15K when you were at $18K (which is/was not in the fair range of KBB even with all of the extras this car has). I had a number that was above $15K that I was willing to pay, this is called negotiation. You stated you have been in the business for a long time so I figured you knew how to negotiate, though you proved me wrong on that point. We could have made a deal that day but you chose to take a different route. Now the vehicle has been sitting on your lot for three months (two months before I came to your lot), and it dropped $1K in less than a month. You have other fees to keep that car on your lot; you chose to lose money. My friends and family will not buy from you. Yes, last year you swindled my almost 70 year old dad to buy a car from you. That car was in need of repairs and a deep cleaning. My dad had to run around to get this car up to par. Your lot is a disappointment.Like I said before, I dont usually write reviews, but I couldnt stay silent about this event. Please stay away from this lot if you value self-respect and your money.

I’ve been searching for a car for a very long period of time. Everything was over priced and I went to Atwater Auto World and found this gorgeous Acura. Was priced right and I couldn’t say no. I only came to buy a car but after everything was said and done I felt like family. I’ll definitely be coming back and refer friends and family for sure!! Thank you again!
