When I initially met with sales person, I was clear the primary issue was rodents. We agreed to have insulation replaced and all access sealed and any mess cleaned up. Crew came out as scheduled and were fine but the job had been under sized at 2 days. The net result was that they guys were hurried and did not complete the work. I inspected around the house and found several access points still open. Called them back 3 times and ended up having to show them what needed to be done - I thought I had hired experts to do that. Was very unhappy that they did not take advantage of having all the insulation out to identify holes and seal them. Too much work on my part to get the job completed. They still have not scheduled check up which was supposed to be 1-2 weeks post initial install. I would also recommend their sales staff not incorrectly quote the contract to customers. Not helpful.
I had Attic Pros perform a complete Attic clean, disinfect, air seal and insulation at my home. Shamim came to my home to provide me with an estimate and he was very professional, courteous and prompt. He climbed into my attic in a full bio-suit and performed a comprehensive assessment and then discussed various options with me. I had a written quote by the end of the same day. When I was ready, I booked an appointment with him and his crew arrived promptly with professional equipment. They took special care to completely protect their ingress/egress route with plastic sheeting and protective covers for all the doors and walls. The crew efficiently cleaned, sealed and insulated my attic in one day and cleaned everything up. I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Shamim and his crew.
Attic Pros was professional and personable. The initial inspection was thorough and attentive. The representative did not rush. He looked at our property in detail and pointed out exactly what needed to be done. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained exactly how his company would perform the work. He was very knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He emailed me a written quote before he left and followed up with me. After I scheduled the work, I saw rain in the forecast and there was no problem rescheduling for the following week. When the workers arrived, they walked around the property with me and observed everything I pointed out. They kind, professional and quiet. They cleaned up after their work and the completed job is amazing. In just 2 days, they vacuumed up years of dust, dirt and rodent droppings in our attic and basement, tore out all the old installation, sealed all rodent holes, installed fresh installation, laid down a wonderful vapor barrier and foil wrapped all of our heating ducts. They did a fantastic job. It is money well spent. I highly recommend Attic Pros.
We had a bad rat infestation in the crawl space of our home. The rats got into the insulation and Hvac pipes. We received multiple quotes from many companies and decided to go with Attic Pros.We were extremely pleased with the experience and expertise Jeremys team offered. They cleaned the crawl space thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure the insulation was removed and replaced and that the Hvac pipes were removed and replaced.This was not an easy job. The crawl space was filthy and there were holes in the exterior of my home that needed closed so the rats could no longer access the space. Jeremys team identified the entry point and closed the hole with concrete and a metal shield. They spent two entire days cleaning out the crawl space and the mess the rats had made.I had a contractor check their work once they were done. The contractor said it was one of the best jobs he had seen (and this contractor is a friend and honest person).I highly recommend Jeremy and his team. We were extremely satisfied with the service.
The team were professional, the so called handyman to do sheet rock work needed my supervision and did not quite finish the work to my expectations though we agreed they would come back to inspect and complete. If the communication was clearer by the sales rep and handyman I would give them 5 stars.The sales rep was good, thorough in his assessment. Marcelino and team did a great job on cleaning and inspecting where they advised all the ducting was badly damaged and the insulation was in bad condition. We spent an extra 35% over budget to fix this. They did a great job, the handyman did close some of the holes and was not inclined to do the hard work. Subsequent service inspection was good as they resolved issues inside the house. The next inspection was disappointing bas theft echo did close holes. The follow up tech did a good job& recommended the handyman comeback and close access by putting in a door. This has yet to be done.
Well, for $1800 I would expect the rodent proofing to be complete. I was disappointed that at the end of the workers 5 hours at my house, (where does all that money go? If he made $100/hr that still leaves $1300 to cover materials and overhead...), he showed me two places where the doors to the crawl space were not rodent proof. He told me what I should do to fix it, but I do not have the bandwidth or the skill set for simple handyman tasks right now. He also offered to leave traps-- but I do not want to find a dead animal in my crawl space, and making it impossible for them to get in is what I thought I was paying for.I feel that if the estimate does not include doors, that should be explicitly stated upfront, and it really should include sealing them because $1800 for a single day of work by one person is really a significant chunk of money that should be enough to cover the details of getting it done right, not leaving things for me to do to finish the job. So no, I cannot recommend this company to others.The positive (why there are two stars and not zero): the space is clean (unless a rat got in there since I last looked) and the holes that are NOT in the doors appear to be well sealed. The worker was polite and competent, and the man providing the estimate was also polite and seemed sincere. However the overall result is that I feel I overpaid for an incomplete service.
They were very professional they covered my items with plastic and the floor to protect from dirt and dust. They cleaned out my attic insulation and sealed around all openings repairing where need be and reapplied new insulation Very efficient explained what they were doing as they went along and cleaned up when finished. I as very impressed with their ability to schedule me in right away, promptness and being on time as promised, and their thoroughness. They cleaned out my crawl space and rodent proofed it because my kids were getting bites from rodent mites. Gross! But so far, so good, and they also have a 1-yr warranty to come back at anytime to check out their work.
Milton and his crew were great. We had a large job with a rat & rodent infestation in both our attic and crawl space. The crew worked 3 days straight - hard work - with complete removal, clean up, and disinfectant. Fixed all the holes, added new insulation and air ducts. We live in the Santa Cruz mountains. Crew was very clean inside the house and always professional - showing me the progress all along.

I did not have attic cleaning for years. Though my house is tiny, but years of dust, animals droppings, roof repairing, heat installation, etc. remaining were unspeakable messy.Marvin and his two co-workers came to clean up the 1st day and replaced with new insulation materials that meet with CA industrial standard on 2nd day.They were well prepared, hard working, cleaned up all the mess efficiently.Now I feel my little dwelling is clean and energy saving. I typically dont provide endorsements or reviews of businesses but felt compelled to do so with Attic Pros. A little over 2 years ago I engaged the company to clean up my property in Monterey. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that my attic had been previously infested by rats. The old spray in insulation was contaminated with rat feces, urine, and carcasses. The Attic Pros team (including Uriel and Jose) were fantastic. They removed the old cellulose, cleaned and disinfected the attic and sealed all locations where the rats were getting into the house. In total, they removed 17 VW sized bags of materials (see pictures). They were professional, courteous, and timely. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and provided a guarantee against any future rat incursion. A year later I caught a rat in a trap in the attic. At no cost, the company sent someone down from Oakland who spent a full morning re-sealing the attic. Ive been rat free ever since. Given the time that has passed, I have no hesitation fully endorsing this company.
SHO, the sales person who came over to the house was so knowledgeable of his job , did an attic inspection , took pictures & made recommendations . He was so accommodating with my questions & was so willing to work with my requests . the crew who came over for the job itself were good as well. Even the office staff were so nice .. Highly recommend Attic Pros. Good communications, Thoroughly, inspected attic area and took pictures. Explained in detail what work would be done. Workers were on time and were careful to cover the non-working areas. Did what they said they would, showed me before and after photos and finished by taking off their shoes and vacuumed my house out to my porch. Not to mention the price quoted was very reasonable. Jermy, Marcelino and his crew did a fantastic job at a short notice in our house. They eliminated pests, rat-proofed the house, disinfected the entire crawlspace, garage and attic. Finally replaced insulation. All this in 2 days and at a reasonable price. Very professional, reliable. True to their name, they are pros.
Attic Pros did a very nice job cleaning out my attic of old insulation and reroofing debris (so that I could have HVAC ducting installed). Eilon was very detailed in his inspection (and pointed out things that other estimators didnt). And Oscar and Bani were friendly, efficient, and thorough in the cleaning itself. And the final price was lower than the other three bids I got.
We had Attic Pros clean out all of our attic insulation, decontaminate, rodent proof, and install two attic fans. They were top notch the whole way. Elion, who was the project manager, explained everything in detail, was patient with my many questions, and was very flexible. The crew who performed the work were fantastic and for such a messy job, did not leave a trace at the end of each day (it was a two day project). Just wondering if the people giving such high reviews actually watched or check on what Attic Pros delivered to their attic after they left? In my case, I probably wouldnt have checked if it werent for the fact that we still had several rats and a bat still in our attic after they left. That is when I reviewed my nest outdoor cameras only to discover they unloaded 18 bags of insulation from their truck, blew in 10, and loaded 8 back onto the truck and left. When I asked my sales guy how many were supposed to be used in my attic, the answer was 27.5 bags. And this in fact matched what I already knew from looking at the spec sheet from Corning. When I advised David Katz (attic pros sales guy) of this I got a very quick back peddle follow about how he liked to treat all his customers like family and he was very uncomfortable about where my questions were going. I let him know I had a bit of discomfort of my own and asked if he was at all worried about that? He said this is exactly what the warranty was for.No David! A warranty is for covering unforeseen issued and problems that arise in good faith out of the control of the installer. Not when your guys blatantly seal none of the entry points and put just a bit over a third of the insulation you promise and then try to make me feel bad for questioning your honesty. That is just fraud.He did finally call back and answer the question about the bag discrepancy explaining that the bags they used were actually larger commercial bags that apparently covered almost three times the area for the same R factor. Fair enough. I called Corning and talked to the commercial sales department and the lady there said she had worked there for over 6 years and knew of no larger bag, commercial or residential, of the product I saw on my video. Further, her computer showed no such product. She also let me know that she had used this same product in her house so she was very familiar with it.Back to David who claimed he would be forthcoming with their supplier contact that I could call and proof of the products existence within a week. That was 5 + weeks ago.In the mean time they did send another guy out who sealed up quite a few of the entry points in my attic. At least the ones I could see from where I could get to inside and on the roof (there is a whole room up front that I dare not try to get to at my size and weight). That took 10 days for them to respond and come out.Their two traps caught two more rats. Both of which I had to haul out of the attic and bury because it would be another 8 days to get someone out. He came and set another trap which did not get anything but soon after that I called again because the smell is still there and we have gotten quite a few of the slow moving flies that lay their eggs in dead rats. No response. Text to David. Also no response.So just remember, a 5 year warranty is only as good as the company backing it up. If I were you I might want to call in a competitor and have them double check the Attic Pro work!
Uriel -Armand- Daniel - Team from Attic Pros showed up on time to remove and install the insulation in crawling space - very professional. Covered up the hallway completely with the plastic wraps - and took out the debris - from our crawling space - cleanred up completely when they finished todays work . I strongly recommend them .
Jeremy provided a quote and was very responsive. Armundo, William, Alfredo and others came to my house and worked the whole days to remove old insulation and add new R38 insulation. They were organized, kept my house clean with plastic sheeting. Project was done in a day with 2 giant vacuums.

We were very satisfied with Attic Pros for dealing with removal and installation of insulation and a new attic fan in our attic. Najim worked very diligently to accommodate our schedule which had to be done in 2 separate work orders, Jose and crew did an excellent job in closing up all access points to keep rodents and wildlife out of our home as well as the insulation project.Everyone including the home office were very responsive , kept us informed about timing and when Jose let us know about some areas on our ceiling where the paint job needed to be repaired due to painters tape removal, they immediately had Eric come and repaint the areas. He also did a great job. We highly recommend them.
Attic Pros cleaned and replaced insulation my 1962 homes attic and crawl space. We had trouble with rodents eating through ducts and the home will not holding heat. First Sho arrived and assessed the spaces, took pictures and made recommendations. The estimate to complete the job was twice that of a competing estimate, however I was swayed by the Yelp reviews and Shos clear explanation of what needed to be done.Armando and crew came on time on the scheduled day, introduced himself and his co-workers. They laid down plastic from floor to ceiling in our entrance hall to catch any debris coming out of the attic. When they left there was no trace of them being there.Armando kept us apprised of what they were doing and took pictures showing the before and after in our spaces. They worked very hard in small uncomfortable areas, and did a thorough job.We feel that although expensive, the home will now heat and cool more efficiently, the air will be cleaner, and the rodents are now blocked.Attic Pros did a consummate professional job and I feel they were worth the premium expense.

Attic Pros are great, from my first contact to a quick quote on the job, very professional. They scheduled my job quickly and were on time the day of. I had screens that had broken into my crawlspace and it was allowing wild critters including rats to get under the house to nest and destroy my insulation. Attic pros came in replaced all the screens, stripped out the old insulation, cleaned up the crawl space, put in new insulation and flooded it with an atomized disinfectant to kill whatever germs or virus left behind by the critters, all in one day! They tarped up the entry way to the crawlspace to keep the dirt levels in the house down and cleaned up when they were complete. They left some traps behind and will be coming back by to see if any of the rats were still inside and to dispose of anything they find. The team lead was friendly and very upfront with us about the work they were doing and what they found. Would highly recommend these guys from a work and cost standpoint. Hopefully I dont need their help again but I know if I do who will get the call.

Attic Pros was very responsive to remedy our rodent infestation in our attic. They scheduled the clean-up and installation of the insulation in our attic the next day after their free on-site assessment . The technicians were respectful, protected our furniture, and performed a spotless clean-up. I had scheduled crawl space cleaning and vent replacement with Attic Pros. They sent Oscar and Josua Both were responsive and professional. They completed all the work up to satisfaction and helped with whatever I asked. They removed 2 bags of debris and installed new crawl space vents, left 4 traps to make sure they got everything.

Did a Good Job. We met 3 companies for attic cleaning and re-insulation. Company 1 was dishonest. Company 2 seemed good and gave us a quote. Company 3 was attic pros. They matched Company 2s price and offered more services. Jeremy, the project mgr, and Armando went above and beyond.

AtticPros helped us remediate rodent damage to a home we just bought that had been empty for a while. Their crew was cheerful worked hard and professionally dealt with our very tight crawlspace where they replaced heating ducts and installation. They found and blocked a number of hard to find points of entry the rodents were using and did a good all round job keeping things clean and protecting our property as they worked.
AtticPros professionally & completely cleaned attic of all old bhat insulation & debris. They then installed blown fiberglass insulation. At all times the site leader kept the homeowner appraised of the progress by showing photos of their work. After the work was completed they thoroughly cleaned the workspace & all surrounding areas. They disposed all of the old bhat & debris with the property immaculate. The workmen (5) performed efficiently and were at all times courteous, and above all professional. The assessor/estimator who came 5 days prior was also responsive to my questions & also during the time of the work. The entire experience went very well. The initial inspection and estimate was pleasant, and came in a bit lower and included an additional service (duct cleaning) then a previous estimate did. The work was scheduled in a week. The workers came on time and finished mid-afternoon same day. Cleanup was excellent. I inspected the work and it looks great to me.There was a little damage done to some roof tiles, which happened while they were installing wire mesh to cover a possible critter entrance. My roof tiles are quite fragile. I called and two hours later they came and fixed it right up. Very pleased with that.I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for an attic cleanup and re-insulation.
I used the services of Attic Pros for cleaning the attic in my house. The field technician, Mr. Oscar Aguilar, provided excellent professional services in crawl space cleaning, rodent removal, sanitation, insulation removal and replacement, and air duct repair and replacement.The crew arrived on time at 8:00 am and finished the job by 5:00 pm. They did a great job cleaning and left no mess behind. Attic sealing and Rodent droppings clean up in November 2021: Service rep arrived earlier than the arranged arrival window by half and hour. Service rep left without leaving traps. Service rep DID NOT seal his path from our home entrance to our crawl space, which is right outside the kitchen. I was shown an example picture of how the service rep would protect the hall, with plastic from floor to ceiling and this was NOT done. It left the smell from under our house to waft all over the house and kitchen for many days after, which we consider very unsanitary and dangerous. After I complained, they responded immediately and came over immediately to address the issues I mentioned.
The workers replaced all of my heating ducts that rodents had made their home. They cleaned up all of my crawl space, and after their work in my home cleaned up after their work. DID A GREAT JOB.

My house was cold in the winter, and hot in the summer! Attic pros came in give me an estimate that was spot on. As far as scheduling, they were very easy to work with. When the guys showed up to do the work, they protected my valuables with plastic wrap and kept a very clean workspace. After an initial misstep with an otherwise very congenial estimator and an ongoing technical glitch regarding receipt of email documents, the successor estimator quickly got us back on track. The installation crew was on time, courteous, hard-working, and very thorough. The work area was fully cleaned upon completion and all debris fully removed from the job site. We were extremely pleased with the result. They did an excellent job and provided multiple photos for our review of the project at each stage: pre-installation, post-removal of the existing insulation and post installation of the new R-38 insulation batting.
We bought a house and discovered a rodent problem in the attic. Attic Pros responded quickly, and thoroughly assessed the attic, insulation, and entry points, with photos. We received a detailed estimate listing every service, including removing old insulation, sanitizing, wire-meshing entry points and new insulation. The crew was very efficient, with plastic covering everything in the path of the giant hoses. The entire job was completed in one day, and with extremely thorough cleanup!
I worked with Jeremy to get the ducts replaced at my home. He did an inspection, and noticed there was asbestos involved. He coordinated and planned and brought in an asbestos company to get it removed safely. The very next day after the removal, Luis and his colleague came and found some additional damages (not surprised, we’ve had water issues under the house). Luis sent me photos, the bottom of the plenum was totally rusted to dust. Luis worked with Jeremy, and they were able to repair the plenum and still get the entire system installed in one day. Excellent work. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and attentive. I hope you get to work with him.
The job was split 1st removal oh current insulation, the team was very good. Second part had a hiccup one person but their foot through the new ceiling. The next day they had a wallboard guy come and fix it, he did a nice job of it.So over all I would recommend Attic Pros.

Excellent and professional job with a friendly team who showed me photos and videos of every step of the attic redo, including cleaning, removal of the old insulation; blocking up of holes, adding mesh to prevent rodents from entering; and finally adding the new BATS insulation. José was excellent, and Jacob did a very good job with the initial evaluation and estimate. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
These guys were awesome! Always on time for appointments and they covered up everything for attic insulation replacement service. A few months later, we had a visitor in the attic, they sent over someone I’ve dubbed “the rodent whisper” who sealed openings around my house.

We could not get rid of the rats in our attic and under our house. We tried everything except poison. We called Attic Pro. I cant say enough how wonderful they were. They even found asbestos in the attic that had to be removed. I highly recommend this company.

From our first inspection appointment to the completion of the job, it was a great experience. Sean was extremely professional and patient with all of my questions during our inspection/estimate appointment. He showed me pictures of my attic so I knew what was going on. We had some other priority projects come up between our inspection and the time we started the job. The quote we got was about 4 months old, but was still valid. Work was done by Juan Santos and his team. They did a great job. Also very patient with questions, showed me pictures of some before and after work. We had about 65 years of insulation and debris from at least 2 re-roofing jobs up there. We had our air ducts replaced at the same time. With all the stuff that came out of the attic and new stuff going in, you’d never know it was a dusty mess (at least the clean-out) because they took the time to protect my floors and walls and cleaned up after they were done. Really great experience and very competitive price for the work we had done. They are also Diamond Certified, which is important to us when choosing companies to work in our home. I would highly recommend them. The name really fits - Attic Pros!
The contractors were professional with regard to arriving at a good morning time in order to complete the 6-hour job of cleaning out a tight, uncomfortable enclosure by 4pm. Attic Pros just completed our job this week. We had 3 companies do an inspection of our attic. We had rats in our attic space and contaminated insulation. There was feces everywhere. John from Attic Pros came and did an inspection. He was very thorough and inspected all areas. He also did an inspection of the outside. His proposal was reasonable for the amount of work done. Juan and his crew spent 2 days at our house, removing the old insulation, vacuuming the attic, disinfecting it, sealing all spaces that the rats used, and then laying out the new insulation. I am still amazed at the areas they were able to get to. They placed a barrier to protect the inside of the house and cleaned up after themselves on both days. They were very efficient and extremely nice. If I had a question it was promptly answered. I could not be more pleased with the job at our house.
Crew arrived on time and got straight to work by laying plastic down all the way from our front door up the stairs and into our master bedroom. The attic access is in our master closet. The crew went to great lengths to protect our clothes by covering not only the entire closet but our entire master bedroom with plastic. Once all the old material was out they spent quite a bit of time sealing up air cracks and installing screen to discourage the roof rats from coming back. They took the time to explain to me what they had done and even showed me pictures. At the end of the job the crew did a great job with clean up. These guys have a tough job and they do it well!
My first interaction with this company was when their representative Jeremy came out to quote the job. He did a thorough inspection and made a lot of promises. He got his detailed quote to me in a timely manner and followed up a few times while I made further inquiries with other vendors.I went with Attic pro because he showed that he wanted the job and cared about his companies business.His guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job with no problems at all. All of the promises and assurances Jeremy made on our first meeting were lived up to by the crew and by the company. I wish this were more common in the trades people I encounter.He followed up after the job was done.I am currently frustrated with the lack of follow up I’m receiving from a Window contractor. We called AtticPros after realizing the ducts in our new home in the East Bay were original (meaning from the late 70s!) and were leaking and damaged from rats. We almost went with a competitor but Attic Pros pointed out that the competitor changed their business license every few years so they wouldnt be liable for the 5 year warranty they committed to! Attic Pros then showed us their business license has been the same for over 15 years. This gave us confidence in the company so we decided to use them. Attic Pros gave us a reasonable price and did an excellent job of sealing and protecting the work area so no dust or insulation would dirty the rest of the house. The crew was very respectful and communicated clearly what they were doing. When they were done, they did a great job of cleaning up. Attic Pro’s vacuumed out insulation in attic and screened and foamed areas which rodents were coming in from. I went with the R-30 24” instead of sprayed in insulation. Cleaner look and figured rodents probably liked that type of insulation. Only had occasional rodents through the years. Got tired of it and called Attic Pro’s. Wanted everything cleaned out and new. They’re a professional company and mask off area to minimize dust particles and kept everything clean in there travel areas. I would recommend them for their service.
I was amazed by the price they asked and we didn’t bargain to sign the contract. They sent 4 people to work from 9:30 to 5:30. They prepared first to seal the garage because the entry to attic is located there. They are equipped very well and clearly followed the protocol. They first got rid of the old insulation and sanitized the attic. Next step was to find all the hole which could be used by rodent to get into the attic. They found couple of holes and sealed them plus the pipes in the attic. They took the picture and showed to me and i was very impressed. It was an excellent experience from the beginning of signing the contract to the end. I would recommend them to anyone want to have work done on attic.

The crawlspace was emptied and then cleaned thoroughly and sanitized, a huge job. Then the garage was cleaned out, rubber floor mats removed along with an excess wooden structure disassembled and many heavy junk items. The floor and most shelving was vacuumed and sanitized.Oscar and his co-worker never stopped the entire time. It is a delight to have room to move around the garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if there is ever another project.

Roy arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, then did it. He was friendly and personal, very professional, and thorough. He inspected the entire attic and crawl space under the house. He replaced vent screens as needed, inspected and wired closed all entrances into the house (attic and crawl space). He closed up all of the access holes around the pipes within the walls with wire (the access points into the walls - I call them rat freeways). He removed all of the dead rats (14). He got into narrow spaces that I couldnt figure out how to get into (Im thin). Then he went around the entire outside of the house closing up those access points. It took 5 hours. Very good job.
After 5 years of trying to use exterminators to get rid of rats, which they only able to work on outside possible entrances & installing rat traps...nothing worked. Jeremy came out took pics of attic and crawl space and explained what needed to be done. Armando and crew did a phenomenal job in closing the entrance points from the attic/roof and crawl space area, sanitizing, replacing insulation, wrapping damaged vents, even coverering holes in my garage, which by the way the extermination companies I used before Will NOT do any of this. The Attic Pros crew was Very thorough in work and cleanup. Worth every penny and piece of mind!

Attic Pros showed up on time and had a days work planned. They finished up, and cleaned up quite well. There is a 2 week check after the insulation replacement which is coming due, and of course a 2 year guaranty to honor, but it looks to be in good hands.
Attic Pros were definitely pros for me! I thought there were rats in my homes attic and walls. Connor came to my house and did a thorough inspection, confirming the animals screeching and showing me pictures of a hole in the wall sheetrock. He showed me pictures with inadequate attic insulation. Thankfully a service appointment was available the next day. Armando and his crew work worked all day to fill holes and replace the insulation. Jeremy came out and gave the attic a good inspection, measured things, and arranged for an estimate. His attention to detail was much appreciated, as was his serving as a single point of contact for all the work.On the day of the job, the insulation crew arrived early, cleaned out all the 50+ year old insulation and other cruft in the attic of the house we recently bought, sanitized and air sealed everything, then added new insulation batts. After checking with a thermal camera, we found a few small cold spots in hard to reach spots and they came back and blew in more insulation to make sure everything was covered. Mr. Santos, the head of the insulation crew, communicated everything they were doing and made a point to make sure everything was tidy and clean when they left.Unfortunately, in the process of adding plywood to the attic rafters to make it easier to move around (and for us to use the attic for some storage), they put a screw through an electrical wire, which tripped the circuit breaker for that room. The company arranged for a handyman to come out promptly at their expense to identify the fault, which he did quickly. (I elected to fix it myself since I was already doing electrical work elsewhere in the house.)They also rodent-proofed some openings in the attic, as well as the crawlspace vents. Julio and his team did a great job with the rodent-proofing. Unless the rats manage to get blowtorches, theyre not getting in.Im very impressed with Attic Pros and would readily recommend them to others.

I just had a great experience with Attic pros. Two weeks ago the sales rep Ohad gave me his estimate for the removal of the old insulation and replacement with new. The process was easy and clear and so was the price. Today, the crew came in the morning and they were done by 5:30pm. They cleaned up and it is as if they were not here. Wondered about not confirming arrival the night before but the sales rep responded to a text and confirmed arrival time. Although the crew was late they let me know. Very responsive to concerns and did a fine job. House much cooler with new insulation. No odors from removal or disinfectant. Happy.
I would highly recommend Attic Pro. They were very professional, and friendly, arrived on time, and were below other estimates I had received. They did a thorough clearing of the crawl space and the attic in my home as well as put in new insulation. They also sealed up the points of entry rodents could access. The difference is night and day. So pleased with the results!
The crew showed up on time and did a phenomenal job!! besides having my roof replaced and all the left over from that I have an attic of collectibles and “STUFF” that has been accumulating for 25 years!!! They took EVERYTHING down, cleaned, secured all openings so no critters can get in, later new insulation, AND put back what I wanted!! They even took a truck load of stuff I no longer wanted!!! Excellent service and highly recommended if you need your attic done!!
I had to reschedule few times owing to covid. But their appointment person is extremely prompt in following up and they take care of reminding you and adjusting to schedule. Price quote was quite reasonable and the technician they sent was very good person too. The technician installed it almost taking whole day and I am glad nothing was hurried upon. Follow up inspection appoinent was also promptly scheduled. Very happy and satisfied with their work.
I was extremely pleased with the whole process. The estimate is what paid, no additional costs! All the old insulation was removed, attic was vacuumed and sanitized, all holes were fixed and new insulation installed! As a result I have not had any signs of rats in the attic and my utility bill has been much lower. The men were very respectful and careful, making plastic tunnel to the attic from outside. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having a rat problem in their attic and I love the blown in insulation. Didnt even show up for inspection appointment, and didnt even call to inform delay or change of appointment. I came back from office and waited for 2 hours, not a word from the provider.
Attic Pros were great. Julio and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. They were here 2 days and they did a good job of protecting the inside of the house and cleaned up after themselves so it looked like they were never here. Highly recommend.
The name says it all - these guys are pros! Jeremy gave us a quote a few days after I first reached out to him, and he was able to have one of his crews over to our house only a few days after that! They removed all of the old loose-fill insulation the previous home-owner applied, sealed, cleaned, sanitized, rodent proofed the attic, and they installed new R-38 batts; all of it was done in just one day! The work was done quickly, efficiently, and looks great.

My family has been getting bug bites and we knew it is likely mite bites from rotten as we had this problem 1.5 years ago. I called Attic Pro and David came for inspection. He did a very thorough inspection inside and outside of house. He crawled into the small entryway of the attic and crawl space. Took pictures to show me what he found. He found there were rat droppings mainly in crawl space and 1 dropping in attic. He found of air vents that were previously damaged by rats to get into these spaces. David was very professional and informative of what we need to do to rotten proof our house and replace new insulation in the attic as the insulation materials were very old (was there since House was built in 1969) which does not serve any insulation purpose. I own a daycare and only can have these work done on weekends and he was very helpful to get me an appointment that same weekend on Sunday. I also had many questions on the materials to be used to clean the attic and crawl space as well as insulation materials and he was very helpful answering my calls and responded to numerous question on text message. The crew came and finished the work from 9am-4pm. Very efficient and polite crew. I’m very happy with their work and recommend Attic Pro.
Attic Pros did a great job in removing my old attic insulation and installing new, as well, as sealing duct work under my house. Plus Melisio did a superb job in sealing off 2 attic Squirrel entrance points on my roof. A steep roof I might add. GREAT COMPANY WITH FAIR PRICING.👍
I would recommend AtticPros. Connor was great and prompt with inspection and scheduling. Luis and his team Marvin, Eddy, and Minor did a professional job! We had a rodent infestation in our attic and crawl space. They replaced all the old insulation, disinfected, and closed all the entrances. They found quite a few nesting spots that would have been a much larger nightmare had we waited.
I requested Denim R30 (instead of the fiber glass) for the attic insulation material, and got a good price from Jeremy, the inspection guy.A few days later, a few experienced professionals (Uriel, Armanchlo and Daniel) came to my house, they cleaned up the old attic insulation, did all the rodent-proofing/air sealing, etc. and laid down the blue insulation in a day.Overall, I am very satisfied with their work, professionalism and attitude. David Katz at Attic Pros came to my house to inspect my attic on April 5th. David was very professional and gave me a quote right on the spot, and explained to me in details about what items they will be doing after the inspection. He followed up with a written quote on the same day. Very efficient, and we had the job scheduled on 4/11 and finished on 4/12. Their rodent proofing was 5 years warranty, not like other companies who only have 1 year warranty.We had a great experience with Attic Pros work team. Francisco and his crew members Noel and Orlando did an awesome job removing insulation, sanitizing attic , rodent proofing, installing insulation and cleaning air duct . They also did an excellent cleaning after job was done.
Our technician was Michael who was amazing!We re-insulated the attic space in our 45 year old home, and insulated the crawl space for the first time. Weve lived here for 30 years and as we get older find that we are bothered by the cold weather and cold floors more and more. Hoping the crawl space insulation will help.The crew did a great job, were in and out in one day. The point of contact person, Michael , was always available to answer any questions. The spray disinfectant left a pretty strong odor that bothered me. Michael assured me it would dissipate soon, which it did within 2 days, but that if it still bothered me by Monday he would come back and try to address it. They could have used an odor-free spray if I had told him about my sensitivity to scents.Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend them.

Uriel, Armando, and Daniel came out earlier this month for a complete attic clean out and insulation install. The crew was professional, timely, clean, and polite. Our attic was a mess, with rodent droppings, disintegrated insulation, and debris left from our re-roof job. They handled everything thoroughly and completely, down to replacing our attic trap door for us. Price was competitive. Very happy with Attic Pros and their service.

Been having a lot of issues in my attic regarding rodents. Julio and Edwin came on their day off to work and remove the old insulation and put in new. Great company! Had a bad experience with a competitor and decided to try Attic Pros out. They were incredibly responsive and professional. The price was at least 30% less than the other company AND they included a warranty for exclusion work.
My house was assessed by Kamal. He was very professional and explained everything, that I have a years warrantee in case rodents return. Then Vladimir came to do the work. Unfortunately, my Kitty got into the crawl space. He spent a great deal of time trying to get her out for me and was so kind hearted. The work he did was excellent and I appreciated both his service and his work ethic. I definitely recommend the company based on the short time I have dealt with them.

Julio and Jeffrey did a great job. They cleaned and sanitized our attic and sealed all openings and entry ways to prevent rodents from finding a way in. Wire mesh was installed to prevent nesting. They blew in R38 insulation which i anticipate will make our upper floor much more comfortable. They cleaned up after the job was done. I have purchased a three year warranty on the exclusion treatment but i hope to not have to call in AtticPros again. These guys really seem to know their job and are polite and pleasant as well as efficient.
UPDATE: (11/11/17) Attic Pros rodent-proofed this past June. I heard rats or mice in the attic this afternoon. They were scurrying above the room I was in, first on one side for a minute, then directly above where I was sitting. There are no branches touching my roof, nor was there wind at the time. I called Attic Pros and left a message. Im within the warranty still.Original post: I solicited bids from four contractors for replacing attic insulation and rodent-proofing. Michael from Attic Pros spent the most time investigating the problems in the attic. (One contractor simply stood on his ladder, looked around the attic with his flashlight for about 30 seconds, then came down off the ladder to give me an estimate that was far above the others.) Michael listed all of the tasks he said would be done (which included replacing a duct), listed my choices for the type of insulation to select from (other contractors had just told me what they would use) and then estimated the cost. He then took a photo of the list and prices and handed the list to me. None of the other contractors were as thorough in detailing the expenses. With them, it seemed to come down to Just trust me. I know what Im doing.On the day scheduled for the work. Armando and another team member (I wish I could remember his name now) did a great job prepping and then following the steps that Michael had listed, taking before and after photos throughout. They were also polite and considerate in my interactions with them, and didnt talk over me or act impatient as other contractors have done. The attic looks great now and Ive not heard any rats up there since. The team also rodent-proofed my garage, which was on the list, too, and explained to me how and where they did so, being courteous still even after their hours of hard work in the heat of the attic.I will certainly recommend them to friends.
Attic Pros is one if the best service companies I have come across. They were efficient, on time and did a super job. Uiele was particularly good. He made sure everything in my home was protected and he cleaned up extremely well. He showed me before and after pictures (fantastic!) and showed me where he (went above and beyond) to fix a few problems I would have never known about. I was so happy I ran next door and told my neighbor about them. I am truly thankful I hired Attic Pros to help with my crawl space problems, and I will call them if I ever need their services again.

The evaluation was done by Connor. He clearly knows what he is talking about and doesn’t try to “sell” you. After he had done his evaluation and discussed it with me, I felt I got a good grasp of the issues to consider. His proposal was competitive with the other three companies I used to get bids from. When I informed Clark pestcontrol that they’d lost the bid to Atticpros, on both price and the fact they insisted on doing an all or nothing cleanup, whereas a partial made more sense, the guy at Clark actually complimented Atticpros saying he had never heard an issue with people using Atticpros and that they are a good reliable outfit. Made me feel very good about my choice.The team doing the work arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly. After a full day’s work, the lead took me around, showed me everything they’d done and wanted to make sure he’d answer any questions I might still have and was completely satisfied. He was very professional, even gave us a heads up that they were going to take their lunch break and would be back in 30-40 minutes. John came first to examine and give me an estimate then 2 days later a 5 man crew came headed by Oscar. Everyone was very courteous and followed strict procedures and a two day job was done in one. Clean up was total and I appreciated an on-going report of what they were doing etc.Since I do not have a printer I asked that they send a paper copy to me . They perform a very professional job at a competitive price.I had a rat infested attic from a rental house cleaned out and they went beyond the call of duty.After cleaning out all of the old insulation they sanitized the attic and put in a deodorizer.They then went through the entire house from roof to cellar and made sure any potential entries for rodents were sealed up.Something they did on their own without charging me extra.Ask for Mike Katz, he told me he wanted to be sure all of his customers are 110% satisfied with his work and I certainly was.I very much appreciated his attention to detail and his patience in answering questions and his friendliness.I don’t think you will find any better service. They were also the least expensive of the 3 estimate I got.
I want to highly commend the work of the Attic Pros team in getting rid of my attic rats. Their sales representative, Michael, their attic clean out crew led by Armando and Yuri, and their insulation crew led by Julio were superb. . Michael was thorough in explaining the scale and detail of work required and he produced a proposal electronically immediately after his inspection of my attic, complete with photos so that I could see the evidence of the rat invasion and the clean up required. He made me feel confident that I had the right company for the job. They offered a 5 year warranty which is the best I found but I doubt it is necessary. The rats are gone and didnt come back during the trapping period after attic clean out. Although not required, I asked for a week inbetween clean out and installation of new insulation to make sure no rats came back. Armando set traps. None came back which tells me they did a fantastic job of sealing all points of entry. Armando and his crew took great care to remove all debris, disinfect the attic, identify all points of possible entry, and seal them. They showed me pictures of their work and I was much relieved to see how professional they were. I particularly liked the fact that this company did eveverything so that I didnt have to hire different contractors to complete the job. The work crews arrived a little late because the home office gave them the wrong street address, but they made up for lost time when they got here. This is a hard working bunch! They were careful to clean up at the job site and let me know the status of the project as they progressed. These people are highly trustworthy, exhibit extraordinary customer care and concern, and I highly recommend them.The only complaint I have is that I asked for the same crew who took out the insulation and did the clean up to be scheduled for the return visit to install the new insulation, and the company agreed to that and then didnt do it. The crew I got was excellent, but the company failed to perform as agreed. I would have appreciated a call on that matter because I really was expecting the original crew back and wanted them because they were familiar with the house and we had a nice working relationship. This in no way reflects on the second crew led by Julio, which I now like as well and feel comfortable with, but the surprise upset me. That being said, I would engage the services of this company again and only intend this comment for management to be a little more transparent. They are too good not to be.

Thank you Marcelino and Jesus Lamas. We hired Attic Pros to remove an old insulation from our attic. We didnt know there were three different kinds up there, it was a lot. Marcelino and Jesus vacuumed up everything, closed all the holes in the attic, put new mash on the vents where it was needed, sanitized, and cleaned up everything after work was done. They also went down into the crawl space to inspect and clean. Job well done!

Friendly, swift, genuine, hard working, clean, considerate and responsible- from my first interactions with Attic Pros from initial phone call, first meeting with technician David to having Julio, Isaiah and their crew of 3 guys do a full attic cleansing and installation of new ducts and seal off any entrances to the attic and crawl space.They initially scheduled 2 days for the work, however the day of, a crew of 5 guys and 2 trucks came and worked for about 6 hours and got the job done! Very thankful as I had 2 young children with me.They provided good photos and videos of the before and after and were impressively clean and tidy inside and outside the house.Very much recommended!
Isaiah, Edwin and Jose came on time, put protective plastic on the floor and walls, cleaned out the attic, including linoleum stored there for 30 years that I had forgotten about, sucked out all the rock wool insulation, put wire mesh on all the openings and sealed to keep out rats, then finally laid down R38. They cleaned up everything before leaving, and then went up with me to show me their work. They even sucked up some water that was overflowing from my clogged AC drain pan in the attic so it wouldnt get the new insulation wet. They worked very hard all day long on a very hot day. Im very happy with the job!! My sister-in-law recommended them to us, and now we recommend them to you!
They were very professional, kept the area clean. They did a great job cleaning up the area of dead possum, rats and droppings. They had to remove a large amount of insulation due to urine. I wish this would have been replaced. They didn’t include it in the bid, I really don’t know why. Now we have to go buy it, and install it ourselves.
Julio and Hilario just finished cleaning, sanitizing, and rodentproofing our crawlspace, and installing all new insulation, and the area is immaculate. They did a great job, covered everything exposed with plastic sheeting, put paper covers on all the floors, and when done removed everything leaving the place perfect. Francisco, Noel and Orlando did a wonderful job. Very thorough cleaning of the attic, great prep work, cleaned up every day. Very cooperative and eager to help. They installed all new insulation, and did a great job of covering all corners in the attic. From quoting to execution, Attic Pros met all their commitments and were very responsive and helpful.

Attic Pros came when they promised and were very good at communicating both before, during and after the project. They did a good job. Wed used a another company prior to them which was unable to get rid of our rat problem, but Attic Pros seems to have solved our problem and they guarantee their work, so they come back as many times as needed to make sure the problem is solved. Jeremy was great and really on it.

Selected this company primarily because they were diamond certified. We had a rat problem throughout the house and everything these guys did was top notch: Leo came out promptly and did a thorough inspection and we then received a reasonable estimate within hours.We scheduled an appointment and, on that date, five guys showed up on time and got to work. They were incredibly thorough, finding and sealing all kinds of openings with foam, metal mesh and (in some cases) concrete. Pretty amazing actually.They emptied our attic, thoroughly cleaned and disenfected, replaced the insulation and put everything back. The guys were super friendly and polite and explained everything that they found and that they planned to do.I strongly recommend this company! Our only regret was that we were not allowed to tip the guys via an add-on to the bill and had no cash on hand!

2022-02-01Attic Pros was very responsive with coming to do the inspection, providing a quote, and doing the work. I appreciate Jeremy, the project manager, and Luis, the foreman, for doing a superb job. The work involved diagnosing the problem (rodent was in the attic), removing the old insulation and droppings, sealing openings, putting in new insulation and cleaning up all the prep materials. 2022-01-21We had the Attic Pro, Inc team come to our house clean, sanitize, and install new insulation in our Attic. They also did the same in our crawl space but also installed a vapor barrier. It was an extremely easy experience starting from Samim doing the inspection and quote on a Saturday and then the Attic Pro team doing the actual work on Thursday. It took a total of about 8 hours and Nico, who did most of communication, provided constant updates with pictures and videos to show progress. 2022-03-02Rodrigo and Nicholas did an excellent job removing all our old insulation in our crawl space, vacuuming and sanitizing all areas…even between tight spaces…and installing new insulation. They went the extra mile in making sure all possible outside entrances were sealed to eliminate re-entry of any rodents. They also set traps throughout in case any were already in the house. Rodrigo checked with us whenever there was a question or choice to be made. Both young men worked beyond their normal hours to finish the job as promised in one day. The area was kept very clean, all debris was hauled away, and both men were very courteous and happy to please throughout the job.

2022-01-05The Attic Pros team, from the initial inspection to the the day they came to perform the work were professional, personable, and efficient. The end result was a high quality clean up and repair job and it is such a great relief to have the critters out of the attic and crawl space (and to be free from the fear of them getting back in!) The communication throughout the whole process was very good and they provided detailed explanations of all the work, including before and after pictures. I highly recommend them!

2022-04-20First met with Asad who was friendly and honest about the work required to replace our homes insulation and air ducts (remove asbestos; roll in insulation; clean, sanitize, and rodent-proof attic and crawl space). 2022-07-12The crew that came out, we’re on time set up their work area and was able to clear the attic of the old insulation in no time at all. They cleaned, sanitized and sealed all the areas where air could Penetrate. 2022-01-21They did a efficient job sanitizing our homes attic, plugged the holes left from recent HVAC work, and replaced the insulation. There had been a few mice living up there and the mice were taken out with the old insulation.They was super efficient, clean, and completed the job in one day, between 9:30-4.Decent price, especially compared to a generals exterminator. Guaranteed for several years.

2022-01-04Jose and his partner were fast and efficient at removing our old attic insulation and replacing it with new.. He kept me informed and showed me in stages the work they performed. It was messy work but they did a great job cleaning up at completion.
