Had a site visit from Attic Crews Daniel today to look at insulation under our home and rodent-proofing. First off, its a Sunday afternoon and Eric arrived in the scheduled window. The scheduling involved reminders and confirmation via text a few days in advance which was helpful. Eric was very transparent, smart, and had lots of references for the property beyond our immediate needs (all of which were on point, informed, and coming from a customer-centric perspective). Ultimately, Eric gave me reassurance and references on things I should prioritize and stuff I could do myself. Great guy and exceptional customer-first experience. We went 5+ years without dealing with the insulation in our attic which was basically non-existent and years of old rat feces prior to us moving in. From the start Ron gave us a very competitive estimate based on the others we received and of course a greater discount for finally committing to a day. The other contented Yelp reviews were all true... Today, Joy and Sean arrived promptly, went through the job requirements and then through the house recognizing all the vents/ducts that they were going to clean. They even checked our crawl space to ensure everything looked good down there... luckily for us crawlspace was good. At the end of the job, they made sure we were completely satisfied which included the clean-up. I would recommend you giving them a call if you need help with attic clean up and insulation.
Attic Crew is awesome. We give them our highest recommendation. Great service, great price, delightful kind people. From the immediate response coming out and performing a thorough investigation (Isaac was terrific), then giving us a complete estimate with several options on the spot, to quickly scheduling an appointment, it was a super easy process. (We made the mistake earlier this year of contacting a major pest control company - starts with a C - which took forever to schedule, charged us way too much, set some hopeless traps, and were never seen again.) Attic Crew was 1000 percent better - make that a million - sending out an absolutely amazing crew led by a great project manager, Zabi. They called to confirm their arrival time, were quick, efficient, clean, and did an astonishingly thorough job - sealing every possible point of entry with wire mesh, filling in every gap with foam, cleaning and changing our insulation with rodent resistant material. And they guarantee their work. We really feel confident they will come back directly if we do report any problems. Couldnt be happier with this experience - skip the rest, use them!

I was greatly awestruck by the service Attic Crew service provided to us! We recently bought the house and found the insulation of the house was very bad (almost nothing there). I called attic crew and they scheduled the free evaluation immediately. Jay came over, crawled in the attic and gave us a very detailed outline for the workflow and very reasonable price estimate. Natan and Rabis team came over today. They arrived on time, sealed the places, cleaned the attic, put insulation materials, and took lots of before/after pictures. We are very happy about their amazing work.
Omid and two other crew members did an astounding job cleaning, sanitizing, my attic and crawl space. They inspected all the entry points, fixed holes, and installed new insulation. The whole process took 6-7 hours. I really appreciate their hard work. One minor thing was that I dont mind the crew members use my bathroom, but itd be great if they could use with a bit more care.A week later after the work was done, I called Attic crew for a follow up check on the traps being placed in the attic and crawl space as I smell something bad. They promptly scheduled me for the next day. Three crew members came and did a good inspection in both attic and crawl space. When I stated there were some bad smells/odors, they helped sanitize the place again. I think I can now have a peace of mind.Overall, I think Attic crew is very professional and driven with high standard. Id recommend them for their work.

We moved into a new home that had rodents in the attics. Attic Crew was respectful, polite, and well priced. Zabi was the Project Manager for our project and he takes such great joy in his work. He spent hours making sure all entry points were sealed with before and after photos. He used top class insulation and cleaned our attic spaces to perfection. We had rats in the house ,Im so glad I called the right people! Attic Star has such an excellent team. Tommy identified where the problem is coming from, closed all the openings and set up traps so they wont come back. They even gave me a promise that if something happens in the future they will come and take care of that! Its been two months now and thanks god our home rodent free!!! They send me 43 pictures before and after, I attached few !! Love that service, definitely honest and capable, highly recommend!
Attic Crew did an efficient job in my attic. Eddie was in and out to supervise the process and communicate with us very well. The only thing I will complain is my heater doesnt work after their job done.After we called Attic Crew, they came back in an hour and turned on the heater in the attic. I appreciate their responsibility and competence. However, a dead rat was found in the trap when they went into the attic. They worked so hard to clean up and changed all the insulation. There is still something hided. I hope we will not find another one tomorrow. Thats why I did not give them 5 stars.
After a 2017 summer hot spell, we decided to install a central AC in our house. But I had a hunch that the insulation was not enough. We bought this house recently and I never bothered to check if there is enough insulation in the attic. So I called attic crew. They came home promptly and checked and attic. Took photos and showed us. There was barely any insulation. They even checked for rodents but fortunately, we didnt have any. They gave us a quote and we liked the price. We set up an appointment and they showed up on time. They came with about 4 people who do the actual work and a project manager to coordinate everything. They looked around and found a least intrusive path into our attic from behind our house through a tiny window. They covered the room in plastic sheets and close the door so the insulation doesnt fly into other rooms. We let them do their job. 4 hours later they called me and they said that they were done. I thought this was going to take the entire day but they were super fast. They cleaned everything. Took photos of the new attic and I saw a thick 4 to 5-inch insulation all over. Very happy. 2 days later, my daughter found a crack in the ceiling in a couple of places. I called them and they sent someone in about 2 weeks time for inspection. They took photos and 2 weeks later they were back again to fix the ceiling. After the job is done, they didnt have the exact color wall paint. We told them not to worry and we would take care of the paint ourselves as we have a whole house paint job pending anyway. But they showed up the next day with the right paint color and painted it over. Remarkable pledge to perfection. I highly recommend Attic Crew. 2018 Summer is not as intense yet as 2017s but a few hot days, my home stays cool by about 10F compared to outside temperature.
Attic Crew really saved us! The insulation we had in our house was so ancient, we were using the heater all day and night! After Attic Crew changed our insulation and cleaned our attic, everything became so much better! The house stays cool on the warm days and warm on the cold days. These guys were tremendous! Eric came out to my house because I was afraid I had a rat infestation. He was the third estimator to come out to here. All the other companies told me I had a huge rat problem. They showed me pictures of rat droppings and estimated the repair cost around $5000-$7000. When Eric came, he told me I had no rat problem at all and took me up there to show me. He could have done with the other guys that, but didnt. He saved me $5000 by being honest. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a dependable attic company!
These guys did an amazing job. From Tomer who came to scope out the work, to Chuck in the office, to the whole crew who did the project, I was greatly impressed. We got quotes from 2 other companies and neither of them came through in the end. Attic Star was the most expert and they got the job done on time and as assured. After cleaning, insulating, and rodent-proofing, they laid traps in the attic and crawlspace. When Tomer came back about 3 weeks later to check the traps, there were no rodents so they clearly did a good job with the rodent-proofing work. If we ever need these services in the future, were calling Attic crew first.
Ron was very straightforward and enlightened us that we only needed added blown-in insulation and that no cleaning was necessary.The work was done on time and took only 1 hour.The few openings were sealed with foam and the insulation was expertly installed.I was amazed with Rons thorough assessment and estimate before the work was completed.Highly recommended.

Ahmad and his crew did a great job to complete the work. They were very efficient. They removed old insulation, sanitized and put new insulation in the attic and cleaned out the crawl space. Also mended some torn nets. Thorough and accomplished the job when they said they would.It was also easy to get an estimate and schedule the work. Tomer was very easy to work with. On the work day, they went above my expectations as well! Safi Dost and his team come over on time, and started to work right away! My house is very old and has many holes that rats can get in. They carefully sealed every possible hole. They replaced the ducts and insulations. After the work, they cleaned the floor to make sure that the grime is gone. I went into the attic and everything is clean and neat. He turned on the furnace again and made sure that every duct is working correctly. It took them a whole day from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm to finish the work. And these guys are working really really hard! I am totally satisfied with the work. And the bill comes in the same as the estimation.
Tommy (I hope I remembered his name right) came over to my house on time and gave very detailed inspections. He went up the attic, walked around and took detailed pictures, went to the garage to find out the routes that the rats taking from outside, and went to the crawl space to check further. He explained to me what to expect, what they cover and gave me a very very reasonable quote (much better than the first company I talked with)! I agreed on the whole shebang in the front and scheduled the work right away.
Sean and his five-man crew arrived on time. Similar to Ron, Sean was extremely efficient, clean, and thorough - prior to the start of the work they laid plastic coverings so my hard wood floors and furniture did not get scratched or dirty. He even acknowledged and fixed key areas where I could potentially have a pest problem that two Orkin employees missed the prior two weeks. Other than the noise from the equipment, the crew worked quietly during the entire project. They cleaned and disinfected my attic and crawl spaces prior to laying out the new insulation. Sean also got up on my roof and fixed two ventilators that did not have any screens. Once the work was completed, Sean and his crew cleaned up after themselves.
I wish more contractors were like Sean and the Attic Crew: honest, thorough, not stressing the money, and skilled. They came out, did at least an hour in the crawl space, garage, around the house and attic. I thought I might have a big issue with rats but turns out it was not. So thankful for the Attic Crew confirming that for me. They advised a couple of DIY fixes and were on their way. May you obtain 10X over in the good will you showed me today Attic Crew!
Attic Crew did a great job! There were a few issues, but they were resolved. Tomer was very professional when he gave us the information about Attic Crew on his initial visit which is why we selected Attic Crew. Zabi, the Project Manager for the job, was very complete and he and his crew did a fantastic job! Be aware that if you plan to charge the work there is a 2% fee that will be added to the charge to pay the credit card company.

We were very happy with Attic Crew and agree with endorsements from other google clients. Their pricing was reasonable. They are a local company and promptly answer calls. They came on time and completed the job earlier than expected. Sealed holes in the garage walls and picked up extra trash that we had on the side of the house.They made everything rat proof, sanitized, etc. We have the five year warranty. First off, this company is not a general contractor, they will do the job themselves instead of sub-contract to other local companies. The initial estimated price they gave to me is very attractive, so I decided to work with them to do my attic work. Fnu Safiullah and his team are very professional. They stop by my house on time even is Thanksgiving holiday and they brought 5 men to work on my project!!! They protected the entire working area very carefully and did the job very quickly. The project started at 8:00am and finished at 2:30, including cleaned the attic, sanitized it, re-do the insulation, cleaned the crawlspace, replaced all the vent pipes, closed all the holes and set up the rodent traps. After the project finish, they cleaned my house took away all the dirt and trashes.After all, I do expect a much higher invoice price than the estimated prices(Thats the usual case). But when I saw the invoice, it is exactly like the estimated prices.I am super happy about attic crew and Ahmad team on my attic project.

I hired attic crew for entire house duct replacement, attic clean. insulation replacement and rodent proofing recently. I quoted several companies and they offer the best price.On the way of work, the project manager brought a group of 3-4 guys and did the work within 7 hours. The material they use meets CA code. Ill be happier if they can do the job more meticulously and carefully. Therere some rodent droppings falling from attic or blowing up into the house from the registers. They cleaned them up after I pointed it out. But I found more and had to clean myself after they left.Samim is the guy who did a follow up visit. He patched a hole that they couldnt do last time because its too high, redid a seal, cleaned some more dropping which I dont know if new or old, set more trap (we didnt really catch any though), and wrapped the air duct where theres gap. Im happy with his work. But again, some of the work could be circumvented if they did a more thorough job for the first visit. Ill keep an eye on if more rodent dropping showing up.Overall I would recommend attic crew for people who need attic or crawl space work for their reasonable price, their good customer service, and their attitude how they solve problems.

I chose Attic Crew for a recent rat invasion job based on the google reviews, and they were outstanding, totally lived up to the hype. First, Jay came over for a thorough inspection of two buildings on our property, finding all the places that the critters were getting in through. Once we reviewed the assessment and pictures, in addition to walking the property together, we got a very realistic quote, signed up immediately and made an appointment for the work to be done.
Unquestionably as good as it gets! Having been told by my electrician there was evidence of rats in the attic I called Attic Crew based on the great yelp reviews. SO happy I did! Talk about service! They came right out to inspect - Jay took loads of photos, explained what they would do - including coming back and inspecting annually for five years! So sign me up, please! No deposit required! They do the work, show you photos of all the steps being completed, and then you pay when its all done. Imagine that - work first, pay when complete. Who does that anymore?!Chuck worked with me on scheduling - which turned out to be several phone calls back and forth to get all my work done as close together as possible (also had asbestos removed and new ductwork installed). He was great!Now the work: Kamal is the best. After he and his assistant removed, vacuumed, cleaned, disinfected, installed new insulation, screened all openings - even scoured the roof to make sure there were no gaps anywhere, foamed anything too small for screens and then set traps (as those pesky rats can stay hidden and starve themselves for over a week) - I became concerned that my roof vents were foamed over ...one call (three days later) and Kamal returned that day to answer any questions, get back on the roof for more photos and even remove anything I was concerned about - which he did not need to do thanks to all those photos he took on the day of the install!The process was priceless. From A to Z my house was protected from the removals and installs. Everyone on their team was professional. And the price was competitive. You can not go wrong with Attic Crew!
The attic crew did a fantastic job of cleaning out my attic, adding new insulation and rat proofing. To top it off their customer service and professionalism is superb.I started the process off with having Jay out for an estimate. Jay thoroughly inspected my attic, provided a reasonable assessment of what needed to be done, and provided photos to walk me through what he was seeing. He was also honest in letting me know that part of my batt insulation was still good and so could stay in place thus saving me cost. Other companies insisted I needed to replace everything.Once the work started we split the work across two days since I needed a gap between cleaning the attic and adding new insulation to allow electricians to replace my old knob & tube wiring. The crew that did the clean up arrived promptly and put a full day in cleaning out all the old insulation that needed to come out and rat proofing. They even cleaned up some of the batt that was in contract because it looked rougher than they liked and did so without charging any extra. After clean up day I went in the attic myself to run ethernet cable and was incredibly impressed with how clean they got it. The attic looked great.Two months later (after electrical) they came back to install the new insulation. They did a great job and the new insulation has reduced our energy consumption substantially.Through out the job Jay has remained very responsive to questions.I highly recommend Attic Crew for their professionalism and quality of work.
Friendly crew. Easy to work with, and quality of work is exceptional. Julio came out two weeks later to check the traps and removed the last rat. He fine-tuned the rat-proofing to eliminate the entry of future pests. Our attic is now rat-free. No more rustling sounds in the walls, and the job is guaranteed for five years. I also had them install a vapor barrier in the crawl space, which should help eliminate dampness and humidity under the house. Should have called them sooner.DD
We have a rat and mouse issue and contacted Attic Crew. I believe it is Eric who came to check our place on Sunday morning, right in the assigned window and with prior text confirmations. He directly told me that we could probably take care of the issue on our own as it would be very expensive to have a company do the work. Still, he checked our attic to make sure there were no hints of rodents there and made a few suggestions without being pushy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I cannot judge the quality of the paid work they do but that was definitely a good first impression.
I needed to have my attic cleaned and airgaps sealed. Turns out this winter was very drafty for my house. I took multiple bids and not only was Attic Crews price reasonable, but their sales staff, Asaf was very detail focused in his approach to the process and description of what steps would be done to remedy my issues and concerns.It should be noted that Attic Crew didnt remove the asbestos, they subcontracted to another company that specializes in the removal. This sub-contractor, sealed all the furnace registers (vents) and then created a plastic passageway from large sheets of plastic to protect my house from any dirt, debris or dust. They took about 45minutes to do the whole procedure. The following day, Attic Crew would show up on site to handle the non-asbestos work. The crew or Sam and Kamal showed up early morning as scheduled to begin the work. They too created a passageway from the front door to the attic hatch with plastic sheets, sealed with tape to protect my house from dirt, dust and debris. Using a huge vacuum, they removed all the old insulation, animal droppings and dust from the attic. They sealed any holes in the attic walls with both wire mesh and expanding foam. They sealed any gaps in the attic floor from canister lights or from the furnace vents/registers. They installed new ducts from the furnace to the registers and even hung them from the ceiling of the attic so that future attic work (like running cables) would be much easier. Insulation was installed, and a few animal/mouse traps were set. They took a number of photos throughout the day to document the various stages (post cleaning, ducts installed, insulation installed). Took about 8 hours for the entire job, and they finished up by shop vacuuming the area after they had removed the plastic sheets. The area outside my house that they used for staging equipment, trash and supplies was left in the same condition they found it in, no signs they had even been here. A huge difference from many other contractors Ive had do work for me. I did speak with Gloria at their office regarding some invoice questions and she was able to easily and professionally answer them. Highly recommended.
♥♥♥♥♥ Ahmad was the employee who was sent over, and he did excellent work. He arrived promptly, called and texted me 30 minutes before arrival, good-naturedly waited when *I* was running late to meet him. We walked the property again, just so that he could confirm all the work we had agreed for them to do. He was here all day, and even found some additional holes and cracks. He replaced all the chewed-up mesh over our vents, spray foamed over cracks and holes, and disinfected and cleaned up a storage area that was full of rat poop. When he was done he showed me pics of all the work in the attic, crawl spaces, and other areas. Fantastic job!!! Now we have peace of mind that are place will be rat-free. Would not hesitate to recommend to other people, and use them again in the future.Thank You...
Jay came out to address my concerns about having seen a rat in our front shrubs. He came all decked out in his hazmat gear. Free of charge he went up into our attic and down into our crawl space. He took pictures of his findings, and then continued to tell us we only needed a handyman to seal up some of our vents. Never tried to sell us his companys service. Very outstanding young man.
This is the finest experience Ive had working with a team that is consistent with putting customers satisfaction their top priority! Attic Crew team members are professional, on time, respectful, and honest. They treated me as if I was their one and only customer.They were able to schedule someone to come out for estimate on the same day I called. Isaac was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained to me the different types of materials used and inspected the areas thoroughly. He went through the entire process on how they work and was able to give me a comprehensive quote at the end of the inspection. I made the appointment with them right away to do the project. Shiran took the responsibility on their part and adjusted the project costs and extended the warranty for me. So, for 14 years I have had the pleasure of freezing during the Winter months - the wonders of a California home built in 1940...no insulation! All is fantastically improved as the well-mannered, qualified team from Attic Star knocked out the attic, and crawl space in under half a day!! And when I say, knocked it out, they went above & beyond! Clearing both the attic and crawl space of debris, replaced the vapor barrier in the crawl space, laid insulation over the garage, and crawl space, and blew in the proper amount of insulation in the attic...already noticing a difference!!

Amazing job Sean!Scenario: A flip home for sale had old droppings in the crawl space. Inspector said it would be advisable to clean it out for the next family. Doesnt look good on the inspection report. We decided to use Attic Star after 1 other quote.
What they did to reduce the heat in our attic is well worth the cost. The quality and courteous of the crew that came out was excellent. They went above and beyond our expectations. Put plastic down on our floor and cleaned up after themselves.
I bought my house (very old) about a month ago. After starting to work on remodeling the house, I realized that we had big problems in the attic. There are asbestos, rats and old insulation mixed with new insulation (rats building cities in the insulation). I scheduled 3 attic care companies in the bay area to get quotes. After talking with Attic Crew, which is the 2nd company I talked with, I canceled the estimation from the 3rd company.
We called Atticrew because we were having a rodent problem, Rats and mice come in through any and all openings around the buildings foundations. Weve repeatedly plugged up all the entryways we could find, but still couldnt keep them out. Atticrew answered their phone when I called during the Christmas week and scheduled Eddi to come out two days after the New Years holiday. Then he called a day early and said he had time to come over, which we really respected. He was extremely courteous and informative as we walked around our building. Eddie acknowledged areas where the rodents were gaining entrance and immediately plugged the openings. He was quick, efficient and effective, exactly what you want from a rodent control company.
David came to my house to secure openings, set traps, and sanitize. He was nice, educated, very thorough! He was in the attic, under the house, on the roof. He found one opening that was OK for the short term but could pose as problematic down the road, he secured it anyway. He took pictures as we went and reviewed them with me as well as a walk around the house once he was finished. I really appreciate his great work and we will be using Attic Crew again (hopefully Kamal) for any other rodent types of problems.
Everyone I spoke with and met was professional and personable. They were wonderful to work with. There was some mess leftover from the installation work, but nothing that vacuuming and wipe-down couldnt fix.
I had concerns about the insulation in my attic and rats. Jacob came to my house on a Sunday and was prompt and very courteous. He was honest and told me that I had zero to worry about; everything looked fine. I highly recommend them and will use them again, if needed.
Attic Crew provided a professional and high quality replacement of our old attic insulation. They removed the old insulation and installed the new insulation in just one day! The also repaired or replaced all of the open spaces and ventilation screens to prevent any rodents from getting inside. They also did a thorough clean up afterwards. We also had them install insulation in the crawl space. Zabi and his team did a fantastic job overall and I highly recommend them for your project.
Somi and his crew did a great job. They stripped the old insulation and installed batt insulation (eco friendly) in the attic. They also were amazing in terms of cleaning up the place after they were done and overall I am very happy with their work. Looking forward to some warmer times!

Ten stars are given to the service that is well deserved. After getting tired of poor insulation and cold climates within the house we decided to get our insulation fixed. we did a quick yelp search and saw attic crew. requested a quote and sean called to come in the same day for an estimate. sean was very reasonable non-persistent knows how to get the business done. we did not feel like shopping around and getting different estimates because it takes to much of a time. sean provided a great reasonable quote we felt was good and good work integrity so we decided to sign on.
The crew came yesterday on time and ready to work. no hassle or anything. they keep you updated throughout the day and perform a nice clean job. eddie keeps you informed and has brilliant customer service. irvine made sure everything is up to par and within our standards on what we need. after a whole day of cleaning out the insulation and installing the new one everything was done. we sat back and started to feel the difference within the home. we are not quick to judge so we waited till today to see how the home feels since it is usually freezing and unbarely at times in the morning. woke up in a nice room temperature environment all around the house with no worries. These guys deserve 5 stars for the service, customer satisfaction and hard work ethics. If you are in need of new insulation look to these guys because they proivde good service all around. well worth the money and totally savings in the end.
Im reading this on the driver that was on 580 today heading to San Rafael. He was an awful driver and inconsiderate to many other drivers. In my eyes. I felt he endangered the road. So therefore I will never do business with this company because of that one driver
Ive hired attic crew twice now. Once was for attic cleaning and getting rid of rats that had chewed their way into our attic. Second time was for fixing our AC and heating and replacing old insulation. These guys are the best. They are honest, efficient, easy to work with and charge a really fair price. Big call out to Jay and Nathan.
We used Attic Crew to replace insulation in our attic as well as in the crawl space. Zabi and his crew came on time and removed all of the old insulation and then cleaned it and replaced it with new insulation. They made sure to put plastic on the floor and cleaned up everything after the work is done. They also put traps all around the house so make it full proof. All the job is done professionally and Zabi sent us all the pictures to see the completed job. We are very happy with the job done and use it again in the future.

They are all very hard workers and go the extra mile. Today, the crew was Roberto, Diego, and a third equally nice man. They inspected, set new traps, and cleaned the area. Last year in June, AttiCrew cleaned both my attic+crawl space, rodent-proofed them with new screens and replaced my old insulation (new standard enforced end of 2017) in my attic with eco-friendly ones. Someone came back 2 weeks after to check on the rodent traps that they had set up and found one of the traps occupied so he took that away. Smooth sailing!Which is why Im disappointed at todays uncharacteristic experience with them. So last week, I called to book for an appointment to take away a dead rat in my attic that our termite inspector came across. I was glad to be within the 5-yr warranty. I texted the owner at 11:30 to ask whether theyll be arriving closer to noon or 2, which was the window given me. Someone else called at 1:30 to say that there is no such appointment scheduled and booked me for a next available spot for this Friday from 2-4 instead. What?! Was there a miscommunication? Did the woman I talk to on the phone forget to put me down on their schedule? Ive moved around my schedule to wait for them today! Quite bummed..UPDATE! Owner sent out 2 men at 6:30 on the same day of my original appt! They took away the dead rat and closed a hole that the rat gnawed through to get into my attic. Awesome customer service! Big work done. Although I did not end up hiring them at this time, I did have an remarkable and positive experience with one of their employees who came by to do an estimate/inspection on a rental with rodent problems.I did not catch his name, eek. But he inspected everything, was informative and explained the process and what it would contain.He seemed to passionate about what he did and had some amazing stories about his travels which I found super neat haha!I didnt get to say thank you for his help on the matter although we didnt end up hire AtticCrew at this time, but if I end needing them Ill be sure to give them a call.

Jay arrived on time and was tremendously knowledgeable and took his time to discuss the process and method behind what they do. We have not hired this company yet as we are still trying to decide if we want to complete this work. Their estimate was reasonable and in line with the other two estimates we received. 3 weeks ago, because of rodent infestation, Attic Crew came in to clean, replace the insulation, and rodent-proof the attic. A week ago, my wife heard scratching and we asked Attic Crew to come out and inspect. Julio found a dead roof-rat trapped in the mouse trap. He fixed two more openings in the roof with mesh protection. I found Julio and the entire Attic Crew very professional and friendly. Ntana always does a complete search of my property to ensure everything is secure against mice, etc. I love these guys! They took pictures and videos of all the areas they covered today. 2 years ago, because of rodent infestation, I had Attic Crew came out to clean, replace the insulation, and rodent-proof the crawlspace and the attic. Recently I found rodent dropping again and asked Attic Crew to come out and inspect. Julio said theres no sign of rodents in the attic but found and fixed a large hole nevertheless. Then he inspected the exterior of the house and finally worked in the crawlspace for a long time and fixed 4 broken vents (which are hidden under the deck) that appear to have been ripped apart by raccoons (which we have seen walking around). Julio is professional and friendly. Attic Crew is responsive and honors the 5-year rodent-proofing warranty without hesitation.
The crew was on time and professional. They did a great job in the attic and it is not an easy one. They also cleaned up after themselves. The sales and office staff are also polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Julio did a service today. My second time with Julio dealing with pesky rats a couple of months after a complete insulation removal and replacement. Julio is very knowledgeable and I know we’ll get these attic rats. He knows what he is doing and is a good communicator.
I just got a quote for attic clean and insulation of our attic. The person who stopped by was on time, and described everything in detail, from the different insulation options to how the do the insulation. They also offered good discounts and prices.

They crawled in the attic and the crawl space. They told us what the complications were, which were, as it turns out, minor, and they left. Pretty much a perfect visit. What I was apprehensive about was not as large a deal as it looked and he told me how to fix it quickly and cheaply myself. Our synagogue had a major fly problem a couple weeks ago, during services these giant black flies were literally attacking everyone. I was not even aware we had an attic. I also wasnt aware that we had rats, or that a dead rat was attracting the flies. They found rat poop, urine, and mold. Attic crew came in, analyzed the problem (complete with some of very repulsive and disturbing pictures of moldy and fly infested insulation) and within a short period of time the flies were gone, the attic and insulation were brand new.
They did attic cleaning rodent and proofing. Their quote is competitive. I like their customer support all the people we interacted were very polite and responsive. I would strongly recommend Attic Crew.

Omid came to clean, sanitize and rodent proof crawl space and house. Checked the roof, garage, kitchen and bathroom. Since his visit I have seen no signs of rodent activity. I walked with him to certain points where I think entry points could be, he sealed with no problem.

The project manager, Zabi, came with his crew to insulate the crawl space and attic. The installation was completed in half a day and they even helped cover up any holes that they found leading to the crawl space and attic.

2022-01-31Attic Crew was great from the get go. They answered the telephone when I first called (not all contractors did), and scheduled an estimator to come out a few days later. Asher, the estimator, was extremely nice, professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable compared to another bid I had received and I hired them as soon as Asher gave me the bid. The installation team was fantastic. Ronald, who lead the crew, was courteous and professional and very accommodating as to how to do the installation to cause as little disruption as possible. They thoroughly taped off everything and created a plastic tunnel so no dust or debris would float around. After the first day (it was a three day installation), you could not tell anyone had even been working in the house. The rest of the job went as smoothly. The crew clearly worked very hard.

2022-01-30Just had a full service attic cleanup by this company (Attic Crew). I cant say enough about them. They honestly went above and beyond with the work that they did and they made sure I was satisfied. Their service was professional, honest and comprehensive and they even took care of cleaning the hard sections of the attic and not just the visible ones including all the dryer ducts. More than that, few days after the work was completed, They called to follow up about the work and to make sure I was completely pleased and satisfy with the work and price. Called them two days ago and explained that we were in need of insulation as soon as possible, they showed up this morning bright and early and with a smile on their faces! Very friendly! Im very pleased with the work and friendliness of the owner and all of his workers. And did I mention they also helped out St Landry Animal Shelter with their emergency insulation needs, thats where we found them! Awesome people to do business with!

A very transparent estimate and on online option to accept.The installation date was chosen within days. The work crew was on time and quickly completed the job. They cleaned up behind themselves and the job was paid.Just a consumer tip. Just because your house plan states a certain square footage doesnt mean thats the actual square footage of the attic. Think vaulted ceilings and garage.

2021-06-12Attic crew did an amazing job with our attic. We were very impressed with our initial contact. They sent us a message immediately once we made contact. We set up a consultation in which they were very knowledgeable about the process of having our attic cleaned out and reinsulated.The day of the job they called to let me know they were on their way!!!!.... Once they arrived the project manager let me know exactly what they were going to do. They cleaned everything up and showed us pictures of the attic as they advanced through the job. Very professional all the way from taking the time to explain everything answering all our questions to making sure the house was prepared correctly keeping everything free of over spray.
