My husband and I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get smartwatches and experienced AMAZING service!!! We were helped by Jamin and Jackson who added such value to the process of getting what we needed. Jackson was so friendly, easy-going, very approachable and willing to go above and beyond to help us. Jamin was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and kind, and was very articulate in explaining/answering any questions we had. The duo was amazing and we were so grateful to be taken care of with such attention. We will DEFINITELY be back for future necessities!
Hamid is a true professional and extremely good at what he does! We came in with a more complex international account change and he found solutions. There was never a “we can’t do that”, only a “let me help you find a way to make it happen” and kept me informed every step of the way. Hamid made my day and I am so grateful that he made it so easy. Really disappointed in these guys. I have usually had great experiences here but my daughters phone was acting weird so we stopped in. The guy said the battery stats looked off and he recommended UBreakIFix across the street. They charged $40 diagnostic fee and if work was done would apply it. Called and said she needed a new battery for $120 and wanted our AppleID password. I didn’t feel comfortable, called apple who said bring it in and it would only be $69. I paid the fee (only $30 now) and took it to Apple. Battery is fine. She was just low on storage capability and had all her apps on background refresh. UBreakIFix is a scam and I’m really disappointed ATT sent me there instead of APple Store.
Got the worst service experience with this location, Initially I switched my plan from AT&T to FirstNet which took about 4 hours of my day, Ivan the agent that helped me that day could get to transfer the smartwatch and phone service to Firstnet, second i got charged extra fees which took about 4 more visita to get it fix, they keep promising that i will get a credit which i only got but due to my constant appearance at the store, lastly i have my Firstnet cancelled and had to switch back to AT&T and end up overpaying.
Ray and Hamid were outstanding in helping me sort out multiple accounts. I presented a complicated situation and there knowledge an patience were outstanding! I took up almost an hour of their time and my knowledge is minimal and yet they stayed with me resolved everything!Thank you very much Hamid and Ray!
Came in to this store and received unparalleled customer service from Gordon. I was greeted by him with a warm welcome, he assisted in porting over my number from Verizon to a first net account. I could not be more satisfied with his service and AT&T since switching. I will defiantly come back and met with Gordon when Im ready to upgrade my watch!
My man Luis. I came in after an 8 hour shift, and also after going to a retailer with a clown of a manager. Was not in the mood to speak to anybody. Luis had the utmost professionalism. Manager boy at Poway at and t could use a crash course from the GOAT. I was in there for one and a half hours and it was a joy. Got a new phone, internet, and probably $300 bucks through a rebate. Go to this location, you wont be disappointed.
What ATT promised to have my cellular plan changed and I will save more money. But ATT lied. Do not save me more money then my past cellular plan. I am paying more $. Also ATT missed up my new plan and had to refund me back money. At the same time they try to blame me for their mistakes. And I got no apology from ATT staff
I am appall with the incomitance of the internet tech support when it comes to asking for help when the internet goes down. My internet has been down for almost over a week. Requiring to call for internet tech support for over 3 times. With each one having a rude and incompetent tech support interactions with each one. Then they end up saying they will send someone over to try and fix the problem. With the result ending up with either no one really showing up, or fixing the internet. But it will end up going down an hour later. If after the next time the tech support or the physical tech support does not fix the problem. I doubt I will continue using your service. And I highly recommend others to do the same. If you dont want to go through the same problem as I have been.
I went into the store today to get my screen protector replaced. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and connected with people who were actually willing to help me. Each encounter with the 3 people was amazing! They actually wanted to help. It was the best AT&T experience ever! I highly recommend this store!!
Nick was super helpful throughout my visit. I came in knowing I wanted to replace my phone. I didnt have one in mind, but he helped me browse around the store. I settled on the Fold3. Didnt expect to get this phone but I am really happy I did.He was very helpful through the whole process. Helped me set it up in store and made sure it properly connect to my account.
If you need to change services or upgrade your phone, they have incredible deals... However do make an appointment. Do not expect to walk in and they have time to do what you need done extensively. Allow enough time for yourself and the employee that will be helping you, it can be quite a process.
Very nice store - Customer friendly and Resourceful Employees. Called them up to check if they can convert my physical sim to an e-Sim. She checked and informed me that they can do it. So I went to the store and she (same employee who answered the call) did it as soon as she could. I highly recommend going here for all your AT&T Services/ Purchases.
Melissa did a wonderful job helping set up & upgrade my phone plan, saving me money and getting faster service. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which is usually what I expect, and she gave me as much time as I needed to make my decisions while also giving me as much detail that I needed in order to do. Very happy with this location.
I was so fortunate to get Hamish as my associate. He was so patient! I appreciate his knowledge and his help with my situation. Not once did he try to rush me - but answered all my questions thoughtfully. He guided me through the maze of phones and accessories, put on the cover, transferred my data and set up my new phone! So thankful to have someone like this in the store! ATT - count yourself VERY FORTUNATE! Jamie has the skills and customer service quality to work anywhere!
We switched and bundled our accounts with at&t got us two new phones and internet saving us $60 a month from our previous utilities. We worked with Abi, Hamid and Antwon, the staff and the store in Carmel Mountain Ranch are the best. True expertise, product knowledge, professionalism and very friendly! The team made us feel like family. Thank you. At&t 4life!
Abi helped me get my new iPhone all set up. He was so informative about my different payment options and made sure I knew every detail that might be important to me. He also helped answer additional questions I had about my account. Not only is he super knowledgeable, he also was such a joy to work with! Will definitely be coming back to this location asking for his help!
Making an appointment was easy and was seen right away. Luke was a wonderful and well educated employee. Very friendly, funny and he answered every question with detail. Assisted in helping us save money, finding out the best deals and plans, and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. Been to the Carmel Mountain AT&T location for years, and never had customer service THAT awesome. Great job Luke, as well as to the other employees that were all smiling, attentive to the other customers in the store, and seemed equally as knowledgeable. Recommend this AT&T location, been a customer for over 10 years.
Melissa is GOLD! Going to any stores related to sales -- especially ones where you need to get a contract, could be really stressful. But my experience with Melissa was one Ive never had before. I never met anyone, that most likely gets commission, try and save me so much money. She worked for 4.5 hours with my wife and I figuring out the most affordable and reliable contract/phone. What I loved was when she helped us, she didnt go straight to the best plan she showed us every single one.. from the most affordable to the most expensive. I mean when does that happen?! Shes cool and down to earth. I think her store is very lucky to have her, because I will be referring her to my family and friends. Thank you Melissa! oh and Ash, her manager.. very cool guy too.

AT&T Carmel Mountain associates are amazing. They are always friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of ordering my phones and accessories from online AT&T and they sent me on a wild goose chase trying to track half my order. The Carmel Mountain staff were very kind and worked me to try to make this right when they honestly didn’t have to. I still have a mess to deal with online, but now I know to only do business at the Carmel Mtn store. Garrett, Dalyssa, Abi, and Hamid have all been exceptional!!
I easily made an appointment online for the same day and was greeted and helped by Noelle. Noelle was super friendly and answered all of my questions about upgrading my son’s iPhone. Since I had one more month left the on what I owed for his phone, she assisted me in paying it off. I was so satisfied with her customer service and not feeling pressured to upgrade anything other line I had that I went ahead an upgraded my phone too since I had it available to me. She showed the rate options available for the iPhones I was interested which helped make my decision. I’m in the market for two more upgrades on my account so I will definitely get that done too.Thanks for your help Noelle in applying the glass shields and setting my iphones up!
Garrett at the Carmel Mtn Ranch store in San Diego was FABULOUS! What a guy! He was patient, kind and extremely helpful. I walked in and instantly Hamid walked up to us and offered us a table and chair and said he will be right with us. We were adding a phone and line to my plan. He got us in and out in under 30 mins. He was thorough and kind. He picked out the cutest phone cases for my daughter really nailed her style. He made two very satisfied customers. Best salesperson ever, hands down!! Yay Hamid!!!!!!
Came into this AT&T store location, and noticed right away it was neat, spacious, and well stocked! Melissa was very kind and showed a bright personality, she helped us throughly and with great haste. I was happy to make the extra drive to come to this exceptional location!
Most easy transition from leaving a different carrier. First visit with Luke and ash went absolutely flawless left leaving extremely happy with our choice! Second visit with appt with Melissa was just as good if not better having to deal with a difficult customer so professionally in front of us really showed us that we made the right choice in switching to AT&T’s services! I went in on a Thursday afternoon and was immediately helped by Abi. He provided outstanding service. Two things that I especially appreciated: transparency and speaking in layman terms. He broke everything down for me in terms of contract, pricing and comparison of models. He was upfront regarding how my bill will look and took the time to carefully set up my new phone and all of its features. I truly appreciate the kindness and patience that Abi showed me, thank you.
I can’t say enough about Melissa at the CMR store! I signed up for a new account with multiple lines and she was nothing short of kind and patient. We had several issues, including a network outage in the middle of tethering several numbers over and she continued her great level of customer service. I will be asking for her every time I need to visit the store. Management there was also great. Overall a great experience!
We worked with Antwon and he was excellent. Antwon was really knowledgeable and even saved us money. The store manager Ash checked in to make sure we were ok and then applied screen shields to our phones while Antwon was finishing all the paperwork. Great teamwork and great service.
I was thrilled by the customer service I received at the Carmel Mountain Ranch location of the AT&T store.After dropping my prior phone in a bucket of water I was imagining the worst….but I was so wrong. I was met with patience and understand standing. The representative at AT&T …. Garrett treated me as if I was his grandmother and explained everything he was doing. Because of his knowledge I didn’t loose any information and now have a new phone. I would certainly suggestion this location to anyone needing a new phone or if someone should is interested in AT&T products.
Abi was extremely helpful. I was working with an elderly neighbor and he was able to help us update a phone, get everything migrated and reconnect all devices. He went above and beyond to make sure my neighbor understood and was also safe during the pandemic, allowing her to remain in the car. Thank you!!

Honestly I had been hesitant to go into any AT&T store and talk about expanding my plan with an additional line but my boyfriend kept insisting we just pop in. We are so glad we did! Walked in for an accessory and got the 5 star treatment from Abi. Not only did he activate my phone I received in the mail but also set me up with multiple accessories I needed. He even placed a screen protector on my phone to my high standards. The store was beginning to close and I knew I needed to leave, but he made sure my phone was working before I left. Absolutely wonderful treatment and exceptional customer service provided. AT&T struck gold when they hired Abi, and in my opinion he is an excellent asset to the company. Great work!
Antwon, AT&T’s customer service rep did a fantastic job helping us. Unfortunately, the AT&T system could not help completely resolve the issue. For a technology company, AT&T should be be embarrassed about their problematic system. It was frustrating for the AT&T customers and the customer service rep. I feel sorry for AT&T’s customer service rep. They are working very hard to please the customers but the system kept on failing them.
I visited the store at Carmel Mountain Ranch. I had quite a few questions and needed help setting up my new phone. Abi helped me today. He was very knowledgeable and very patient during my long appointment. Great customer service. I really appreciated his time. Thank you Abi!
Melissa was sooo extremely helpful, since I first walked into the store. I was in to return a trade in and she noticed an old plan we’ve been reluctant to change and explained a new unlimited plan that was approximately the same price! I went in today to get a new IPhone. I got assigned to Antwon at the Carmel Mountain store. I’m not tech savvy at all but Antwon was so kind and patient with me answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel dumb and didn’t rush me. He did the data transfer for me. He was very informative, courteous and has a great personality. I will refer people to him and will always do business with this store because of the great customer service I receive. Thank you Antwon if you read this for being so kind and helpful!!
I came in looking to change from TMobile as the cellular service was terrible and overpriced and I walked in and Garrett helped me and my family out in picking a new plan and new phones. Garrett even stayed a little late after the store closed to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend coming here for att service.
Abi has been very helpful in my transaction at AT&T Carmel mountain. He helped me to transfer my services from T-Mobile and offered me some great promotions. I bought 2 new phones and a smart watch. The next day I find out that memory of my iPhone will not be sufficient for my use and asked them if they can help me, Abi and Mina (Manager) even helped me to exchange a phone to a different one. It’s been a very pleasant experience.
The Carmel Mountain At&t Store in San Diego, CA has the best personnel with Ariana being one of your top employees. She was patient with with me (I am cellular challenged), helped me without rushing me and made me feel very at ease. I have left the store with my new cell and feel like I am going to be alright.Thank you Ariana and thank you At&t.

She was patient in actively listening to my questions, extremely helpful with recommendations for products and services, impressive with her technical knowledge, and noticeably positive and professional with other customers and her fellow colleagues. Melissa is an AT&T star which is worth mentioning as every member I had contact with made my experience stand out as exceptional. The professional culture at the SD Carmel Mountain AT&T store could/should be recognized as a model store for Best Practice for stellar performance. It is evident that the SD Carmel Mountain location is served by outstanding leadership as it resonates throughout the store. I quietly observed several instances of excellent customer take place during the course of my visit. I intend to direct my friends and family to the SD Carmel Mountain store so that they can also experience what customers value and deserve - kindness, professionalism, technical mastery, in a high-functioning and respectful sales environment.
Michelle was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service. She helped me understand my bill completely and assisted in finding additional discounts . Having 5 phones on the account plus other items it was really nice to have some show that they care and are willing to spend the time. A++++ for Mjchelle!!
Abi was very friendly & patient. He was very thorough when presenting our options & gave us time to consider our options without making us feel pressured. My husband has memory issues and once we told him he slowed down & repeated things when needed without being annoyed. I would definitely recommend working with him.
Do not go to this store if you value either your money or customer service. I went in to see if they could provide me with a SIM card for a 4G solar security camera. They signed me up, thinking they could, but it turns out they have no idea what they are doing. Over 2 weeks went by with no updates or returned phone calls (or emails) as my device was not working and they said they were trying to resolve it. In short, they didnt give me a working SIM card, I cancelled the service (even though I did not use 1 byte of service/data from them), they charged me an activation fee of $30 (which they said would be waived since I opened a business account), and they charged me the full months fee of $69.87 (again, not 1 byte of data was used by my device). This is, in my experience as a small business owner, bad business on part of AT&T. My advice.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!
Abi was amazing! Very kind and helpful. He drew us a diagram of the prices we were going to pay. He gave us all the options that we could have wanted. And made us feel welcomed.The store itself is big, very roomy and had enough staff for customers. It’s centrally located in Carmel Mountain and has tons of parking :)
My mom lost her phone and so went in to this store in Carmel Mountain to look for a new one. I met with Omar and he was very friendly and helpful in getting the phone I was looking for. Transaction was a breeze. Great service and will look forward to coming back again.
As I entered the store I was met by the manager Ardian. He entered me in to the waiting line and was so knowledgeable and welcoming. Then Omar helped me and he was superb! I needed some changes on my AT&T plan with my phone, watches, and iPads. He provided a resolution that was perfect for me.
Came in and got a new iPhone 11 Max AND a free ($5) iPhone XS for my business account. Didn’t know about the promo going on so very happy with the outcome of my visit! Abi and Emmad were extremely helpful and made sure my bill was explained and completed accurately. Thank you
Daniel is amazing. He went above and beyond. I haven’t had the best experience with att customer service and at one point was thinking about switching companies, but he is the reason I’m staying. It took awhile to back up my phone and I even stayed after the store closed and he didn’t complain once. He is seriously the best customer service rep at ATT and so sweet!
I was at this location to check their prices and to just get a quick estimate of monthly costs for mobile services. Abi helped me at the store and we ended up connecting five lines with At&t, and purchasing two new phones . We were a long time Verizon customer and never realized we were paying incredibly high prices to Verizon. Abi was very quick, courteous, & very knowledgable on At&t services, we got all our questions answered and our services were switched immediately. Abi went above and beyond our expectations and helped us through transferring phone contents to our new phones, he also guided us on creating our online login, and provided his availability and support for future questions and concerns. Im so glad we stopped by, and will definitely recommend Abi and this store to our friends and family. Thank you Abi for all your time and support!!!!!
Younas was so helpful and kind. I went to get a new phone because mine was so old. He was knowledgeable, intuitive, and excellent. His customer service is definitely something most should strive to provide. I didn’t at all feel like he was trying to sell me products, rather, he was only interested in meeting me where I’m at. If you ever need anything and you’re in the Carmel Mountain area, definitely ask for Younas! You won’t regret it :)
I just came into the store to trade in a telephone that I had used for a new line and received the best customer service I’ve had had an AT&T store by Luke. I really appreciate his carrying an open ended questions asking me what happen I made the experience truly a good one.
Eric is a “Rock Star” for ATT. He is very knowledgable about all of the various technologies available with today’s mobile devices.He helped us with all of our needs selecting new phones. Eric at Att was very helpful applying my screensaver on my phone. He was super helpful and patient with my Mom with buying her new phone. Our whole family has chosen to buy our phones and accessories over last year with Eric in Carmel mountain .. even tho there are closer stores to our house in Escondido.My mom says great things about Eric and won’t let us even walk into another store!!
I went to the Carmel Mtn store last night in hopes of getting assistance with an issue that I had with an AT&T authorized retailer store that is located in La Mesa. The customer service at the authorized retailer store was very poor, leaving me extremely frustrated with AT&T in general. From the minute I walked into the Carmel Mountain store I could tell that the experience would be far different from what I had experienced at the authorized retailer location. The customer service at Carmel Mountain was fantastic. The sales associate, Omar, and the store manager, Mina, were understanding to my issue and didnt hesitate to do what they could to resolve the problem. They are both an outstanding representation for AT&T and helped to restore my faith in the brand.
Juan Sanchez is the kind of manager that will do whats the best interest in bottom line making money. I went in advising them that one of their representatives had not disclosed to me the options of my unlimited data plan and who also advised me that I had to call the 611 number to talk about getting my overage account s removed. He said he would talk to the rep and said his reps intention was not to be dishonest. If that was not the intention then the rep should have disclosed both plans too me. Secondly I told him I was unaware and was not made aware there was a unlimited data plan available and if there was anything he could do to help me with that being a loyal customer. He turned out to not only direspectfully tell me that I used the data and that it was my fault but that there was nothing he could do. It became clear he was there to protect the beat interest of his team and bottom line was more concerned with making the company more money than helping people out or considering peoples situation. I am sure he trains all his reps to omit specific info to sign people up on higher plans. Worst customer service experience Ive had in long time. Further...i had been paying overage charges on a outdated plan and was never notified I could be savingmoney switching to unlimited. He the proceeded to imply it was my fault...when in reality the company omits informing their customers they could be saving so they can charge more fees for no additional service. So in end Juan was very unsympathetic and had a very I could care less attitude. I have since found out that managers have the ability to waive up to 100$ in overcharge fees if they get approval from the area manager. Juan lied about this and said he couldnt do anything. These are dishonest people out to steal your money.
I chose to pick my phone up using curbside service. On my first attempt I waited 45 minutes with no communication from the store staff. I left. I made an appointment for the next day and it took only 5 minutes! Curbside service is a joke unless you have an appointment. DONT visit the store without an appointment unless youve got plenty of time and patience.
Younas was incredibly helpful today. We came in After talking to many AT&T representatives to try and port in a line and trade in a iPhone. Other representatives were very confusing with their information. Younas was very knowledgeable with his plan and device information. He helped walk us through our incredibly complicated issues and was very patient with us. Thank you Younas!
Atnt store Carmel mountain- Abi was the only employee to greet me and tell me someone will Be me! He was extremely easy to deal with. He let me explain my situation and what I was looking for and looked for solutions with no ego. I highly recommend working with Abi if you need to go to the Carmel mountain atnt store!
The AT&T story is doing a good job with safety procedures for COVID. They have partitions (plexiglass dividers) at all the tables, hand sanitizer at the tables and everyone is wearing a mask. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the display phones were removed (due to COVID). When I went in to compare two phones I was looking at online, I had to wait to talk to an employee (10 min.) then wait for the employee to get a demo phone I could touch. What I thought would be a quick trip took over 20 min.
I have a fully unlocked iPhone and I came to this store to swap my sim-card. The store representative, HAMID, added an expensive insurance without asking me or getting my authorization. I found out only after receiving an email from ATT welcoming me to the insurance program!! Att store representatives receive commissions for more enrollments. Be aware when dealing with HAMID.
THE WORST! Ive been with AT&T for 17 years. The only reason I havent changed before now, is that they get you wrapped up in their devices with payments and contracts that make it nearly impossible to leave. Im now willing to pay A LOT to move my service elsewhere. I cannot count the ways that Ive been overcharged and scammed with this company! Good riddance, AT&T!! You ARE the WORST!
The worst customer service ever had.First I talked to ‘Omar’ and asked for internet service they said it cost 50$ and there is a fee that you should for 100$, but don’t worry you’ll receive 100$ gift card within 30 days. After 45days and 3times returning to the store, I talked to ‘Yunas’ they give me 100$ credit from their store. So basically they hold 100 dollars for at least a month and then give you credit! In other word, they guarantee their sales for next 3 months.
YOOO!! Ok I get it it with this Covid! Everyone in this Carmel mtn Store gotta rock the mask! All I have to say is that Abi is the HomeBoyee to take care of your requests! Hella knowledgeable & for real caring & loving! He made me laugh, filled me with JOY & made me smile the entire time! I made sure I let his Manger know!!! Shoot through ya’ll! Nothing but love with man!!! Merry Christmas!!
I stopped at the store last week with a device problem. The rep, Brian, greeted me at the door with a friendly attitude. He was able to easily fix my problem and took some extra time to explain other features to me. Brian GETS IT, its all about customer service.Way to go Brian !
Promised me 300$ back for upgrading cellular +tv+internet+phone service. Didnt apply any at the beginning. Have to come personally to the store four times and wait in the line to get only part of it. I talked to different guys some of them managers, called many times. They dont return calls. They talk nice, do very little.
Im new customer and I just switch my old internet company to at&t because for the same service what I had now I pay less to at&t . In carmel mountain plaza San Diego 92128 I went to their store and the people that helped me were Pi and Manni gave me a lot of good information and with their great offers they got me to have a contract with them. The technician that came to install the new router by the name of Misael installed in less than an hour. I gave them 5/5 *****I hope I can work well with this company

Never rushed, asked several questions, and she was pleasant all the way through. 5 star employee!!Also, Ashton stopped by to check on us and make sure we were well taken care of. 5 star customer service from top to bottom. 2022-03-31Today I went in to get my iPhone transferred from Verizon and I made an appointment and was helped by so many great staff members! They are very efficient and very helpful and nice to me. I’m very happy with how smoothly I was able to transfer my phone line to AT&T and I’m very satisfied with the service was provided to me. I recommend this location to anyone who needs services from them. Nick and his manager Nick were so helpful and I’m very happy with how professional and amazing they have been to me.

2022-05-30IVAN WAS AWESOME. We were upgrading my wife’s galaxy with their recent promotion and he made it clear in a non-salesman way our options. He didn’t pressure us at all and made sure whatever plan we chose fit our budget and preference. He gave us exact quotes/rates for each plan we were interested in before making a decision and he gave us time to discuss our options together, again no pressure and very friendly down to earth guy.

2022-03-05My previous phone had broken so I was looking for a cheap replacement quickly between meetings for work. The rep, Luis, was fantastic and quick for me. He let me know of a great Samsung deal that resulted in a far better phone than I expected based on what I was willing to spend.

2022-08-07Met with MICHAEL ZIMMERMAN today - he was awesome!! Got a new phone, my internet service is down so he set me up with a service call, and he updated my TV service. WOW, right? Michael is VERY patient, VERY helpful!! In fact I would say this is the BEST experience I’ve ever had at an ATT store. Thanks, Michael!!!

2022-06-04If you go to this store, expect to be be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. Abi, by far gave us the best experience in an AT&T store. He was able to upgrade my mother in laws phone and process the trade in EXTREMELY EFFICIENTLY. I think we were probably only in the store for 10 minutes even though it really only felt like 5 minutes. Ive had so many negative experiences in doing similar tasks. I thought Abi was the manager because he was so knowledgeable, courteous, and could multi task.Please give Abi a raise, or a free lunch or something. His type of customer service is so rare nowadays.
