Brenda is awesome. I had a big problem with a billing screwup that was completely AT&T’s problem. I had been on the phone on hold with many reps over several weeks, transferred all over Southeast Asia and back, but no one at AT&T was successful in helping me. Brenda was professional and assured me that she would solve the problem. I have been a customer for 20+ years and I was absolutely ready to quit AT&T, but Brenda restored my confidence in the company. If you have a problem, do not waste your time calling AT&T! Go to this store and ask for Brenda. Even if there’s a line, WAIT! She will take care of all customers. Attention AT&T: you better give this lady a BIG raise and keep her happy, because otherwise, another company is going to find her and make an offer that she won’t refuse! Thank you Brenda!
Brenda is a very great helper and very respectful. Shes been helping with my bill for 2 days straight , because Lakewood mall AT&T messed up my bill 😏😒 so far it’s getting better hopefully everything gets done soon! Thanks Brenda I recommend her very kind and respectful!👍👍👍
If I could give more than 5 stars i definitely would! Ok so me and my gf were having a super stressful day. We just moved to long Beach and we just about ran into every problem we could. One of the last things we needed to do was switch me from Verizon to AT&T so me and my gf could be on the same plan. We got an employee named Brenda and let me tell you she was fantastic. We watched her deal with two difficult customers and she had more patience than Ive ever seen in an employee and then when she helped us she was not only able to make it a great experience but also super informative and she saved us money!!! This girl needs a raise you dont find people like her often she was even able to tell us more about the area since we are new to long Beach. I was using T-Mobile at the time, when speaking with AT&T representative Brenda. She helped me select a great plan, with much better service than I was using before. The store had great customer service and overall welcomeness. Brenda was very communicative about the plan I was setting up within regards to the details. I definitely would choose to come again or refer my friends and family.
Brenda and Catherine 0was so very helpful and patient with me in handling my account at At&t and helping me fix my account . They were helping me for 2hrs straight without getting frustrated and helped me save saved money. My account was screwed up from a different At&t located in Huntington beach location. They did not tell me to go back to that store they helped me fix everything. So thank you Brenda and Catherine for helping me and being patient best customer service i ever had .
I would like to say that I enjoy this store because it is very easy to get in and out quickly. Brenda Rubio assisted me and I have been in about 3 times in the last 2 weeks to purchase new phones and to update my account. She knows how to handle all the details quickly and efficiently.
Went to this location to inquire about possible switching Catherine greeted me right away made me feel extremely welcome after going over all my option I decided to make the change not only because I got an amazing deal but the positive and happy energy I received from the employee it didn’t feel like a force sale they actually took the time to help me and find the best option for me . I was pleased and will definitely be a loyal customer to this store
When in to pay my bill and every time I go in everyone at the store is very sweet and friendly. The gentleman that helped me was named Cameron and made my visit super easy and he was VERY helpful. Answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be going back to this particular location thanks to him.
Went in because I was having issues with my phone I have to say this is by far the best customer service I’ve gotten in a while normally the reps always try to Up sell you instead of taking the time to analyze the issue and finding an actual solution by listen to my concern . It was a pleasant visit will definitely be coming back to this location. Ask for Catherine she did an amazing job thank you again
Claudia is the BEST!!! I was in another store for over 3 hrs and they were so RUDE! So I left and came to this store and I am sooooo glad I did!! Not only did I get the phone that I want but it only took 20minutes to set up a new account!! I wish I could give her 10 Starr!!
I recently joined ATT after being with Verizon for five years. Brenda was the associate that helped me out. She was absolutely amazing she was knowledgeable of the different phones I was interested and was thorough in explaining the plans and services. Thanks ATT and Brenda! I love new new iPhone!
I got to the store dreading the hassle of unfortunately having to upgrade my phone because my phone cracked and stopped working. When I arrived to the store Brenda quickly greeted me and set me up with a new phone and even managed to retrieve my information. I would 10/10 recommend this location.
This review is mainly on AT&T as a corporation than of this location. I came into this AT&T because my cell phone was not working properly it was sending all of my texts out of order, wasnt allowing me to send photos or receive them via text message and my keyboard is freezing due to the digitizer malfunctioning which is causing a black circle on my screen. When I first came in I was very irritated at the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped due to there being only 1 staff member working at that time. It was just me and the couple he was helping, it took him about 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. Once he was finally able to help me he was very nice, he did seem a little confused and not confident in the answers he was giving me but over all he was nice and tried to fix the problems best to his ability. When I originally got my Galaxy 8+ I was told I could upgrade to this phone and keep my old phone at no charge. Fast forward a year later and I was being charged for my old phone the whole time. The 1(800) number is a whole other story. So on top of my monthly bill, I had to pay an additional $250 to remove the old phone from my bill. Anyways, the staff member told me my only options for my phone were since I was 1 month past my warranty even though my phone is malfunctioning due to the actual phone not because of anything I did, I would have to go thru my insurance which I pay for every single month and would have to file a claim and then I will have to PAY OVER $120 for a refurbished phone or to PAY OFF the remaining balance on my broken phone and PAY AN early upgrade fee and then BUY A NEW phone. When I asked if I could use my family members upgrade since mine isnt up for another 12 months he said I could but I would still have to pay the remaining balance on my phone because I could not turn the phone in since its broken BECAUSE THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN PHONE and then pay the taxes and installment fee for a new phone. So because At&t could care less about the consumers and sold me a broken phone I am stuck with a broken phone and the only options are to pay more money into this corporation or to wait it out and hope my screen doesnt completely go black before my upgrade is eligible. I have 6 people on my contract and have been a LONG TIME customer. Believe me once our contract is up I WILL BE CHANGING phone companies and canceling my direct tv thru AT&T as well. Get more staff members and learn how to make exceptions for long standing customers. Going by policy on every single thing doesnt make for a happy costumer. As a manager myself for a large bank I have learned how to run a business and this is not how you run one.
Went in to get a new phone. Had to come back at a later time because when I first got there, there was only one person working with a couple of people already in line (hence why I docked a point), but the employees were nice and pretty funny actually! They made sure to keep the process as quick as possible when I did come back.
I have been w ATT for about 25 years; I have 4 phones on the account. I was about to leave out of frustration, but I have to say David M ASM at this location is the reason I am staying. Thankfully he is at the store near me. One of my iphones stopped working as a phone for calls. All else worked. Calls were possible with bluetooth, but voices were not able to be heard as a handheld. Anyway, the speakers worked for music or whatever, just not calls. The first couple stops at ATT stores were disappointing. They didnt seem to want to spend time on it. They passed it on to warranty and then insurance. They sent us to Apple. We wasted countless hours dealing with tech and reps. Apple Store service required an appointment and then further waiting. Finally they gave the results; the phone was fine. Nothing wrong. They said it was not hardware. ATT again sent us to insurance. We were so fed up that we ordered the phone. We paid the deductible. We never opened it. We wanted to try one more time. We visited David on Pine. 40 minutes later, the phone is working fine. David never once suggested working with insurance. He, of course, verified that the phone was out of warranty and that we had the insurance, but then he listened and made the call on speaker phone. He went through the issues step by step with tech until they came up with a solution. The phone is working fine. It turns out that the issue was a mismatched imei number. That was all! I dont know whats up with staff in the other locations, but David M was without question, the most attentive, polite, calm, and helpful person yet. If ATT is reading this, I hope they take note and move him up because it is clear some of the other stores need improvement. I wont make the mistake of going elsewhere and will do what i can to refer him out. Now I still have to deal with the return of the insurance phone and the refund of the deducible (because it was never needed) but at least i have a phone to call them with. I hope they dont give me issues. Id love to have my ten days of frustration back. THANKS DAVID M
Had to come from another store to pick up my phone. Store was busy but they came up to ask me if I had a quick question. Got my phone, got my info started on transfering and didn’t have to wait 30 min to get it started. Staff was great and helpful. At&t seems to be stepping up there game with customer service.
I came into this store thinking my situation regarding my phone would never be fixed but the store manager Catherine was so helpful and determined to get my situation resolved, she stood by and helped me when i thought nobody would. No, dont come here. In fact, dont go to any AT&t store as theyll all probably scam you. They told my father he was going to pay significantly less than what he was paying with Verizon. First bill comes and hes actually paying about $80 more. Craig is the worker who scammed him. Stay away.
I didnt even know there was a At&t store on pine but Im very glad to of found it. the staff here is very friendly. I had to switch from a motorola to a Iphone because it was needed for my company the rep made sure to help me learn the new phone before I left the store . Great service!

2022-03-27We went into the store on a Sunday after having a phone stolen from a public place Saturday night. Yessi was the only person working and about 4 customers were in the store at once. She was so professional and calm and tended to all of us in a way that it made a trip to the phone store on a weekend quite enjoyable. She was playing really good music at a good volume, not too loud but just right to give us a chill groove as we waited. She was calm and patient when explaining and sometimes re-explaining how the AT&T stuff works. She had a gorgeous new iPhone in stock and we found a beautiful case in the store. All in all, Yessi made the experience great!!!

2021-11-12The AT&T representative was very kind, courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond. There was a wait. The reason for the long wait is because he was working by himself and had customers before me. But having Jesse as an AT&T representative was well worth the wait. He made it a great experience.

2021-02-02I visited this location with my wife on Sunday. I was Helped by Brenda. I want to start by saying I have never met someone more professional and with a complete command over her trade. She was training a new employee at the same time she was assisting us and had no problem doing both jobs at once. The trainee is very lucky to have such a great teacher. Great costumer service does still exist and her name is Brenda and she works here ! Thank you Brenda.

2021-04-28I completed a pre-paid on line order for pickup from this store (515 Pine Ave, Long Beach, CA 90802). Upon arrival, the curbside check-in app failed and instructed me to contact the store reps. Upon entering the store, it took nearly 20 minutes to complete a simple pickup because the staff could not get the drivers license scanner to work and they had no manual override procedure to simply take my license ID number. I am still not sure why they need to scan it in the first place. When they finally completed the transaction, I asked if the phone was activated and they said yes, just power it on. I came home and found that the SIM was never associated with the line (no cellular service). I tried to call AT&T support to correct the situation. However, by the time I returned home, AT&T telephone support was closed, so I had no mobile service until the call center opened in the morning. When I was able to connect with the call center, the telephone support rep could not believe the retail store forgot to handle this. If the store owner or management are reviewing these posts, please train your staff for the sake of other customers. Thank you.
