Art, Aimee and Yesenia have all helped at this store. All three of them have helped me so much with all of my phone issues. They were all very patient with me, and they all rendered excellent customer service, being very respectful and showing genuine concern for all of my needs. I’ve been coming to this store for all of my iPhone upgrades since forever and I will continue doing that for as long as this location is open. Art, Aimee and Yesenia please continue doing what you’re doing. I am one very satisfied AT&T customer. Cheers!
We had such an excellent experience at this store, Aime was super helpful in helping my mom figure out her phone upgrade and storage issues. She spent all day assisting my mom and was absolutely wonderful. She was super clear and patient throughout the whole process! Thank YOU!
Went in to do a phone upgrade and was very happy with the service there. Jarem was the man! He was very helpful, took the time to explain the promotions going on and find us the best deal for our needs. He listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t want in our plans and made it work. He went above and beyond with customer service. Will be sending all my relatives to him in the future.
Ive been here before and the staff has generally been polite and helpful. I came in today for a SIM card for my new phone. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues with my phone (a Google Pixel 5) because it was just released today and theres not really any guidance available for them... Lucky for me, Aime helped me out! She was charming, and incredibly helpful and patient. She got my issue resolved quickly and I walked out with my new phone working perfectly. Thanks Aime!
Aime welcomed me as I walked into the store. She inquired about how she could help and I explained I wanted a new phone. She helped me immediately and made the whole purchase process super easy. Usually I’m used to it being a pain. She explained everything really clearly and was very friendly and personable. The store was also doing a great job with covid safety. I recommend this branch over any I’ve been to.
I came here on a warm Sunday morning. I have had previous bad experiences with other companies such as T-mobile and was on a search for something more reliable. Dacha D. approached us with a big smile and instantly I knew that we were in good hands. He was energetic, knowledgable and quick. Needless to say, I will be sending my friends and family members here!
Came in to upgrade my phone and Kyle made it quick and easy. He made it very transparent how to save costs to our current plan and helped explain how our new plan would work. Highly recommend working with him as he has a wealth of knowledge and also helped save us money since phone bills ain’t cheap. Great guy to work with, the first time I enjoyed upgrading my phone.
At the store, store representative Aimee has been very helpful as I have had several phones in my family plan with 4 lines having issues and she sorted out with patienceShe also went out of the way to suggest options for a better plan for the bundle and reduced my monthly charges as well. I wanted to highlight her excellent customer service. 👍👍
Jin Cho/store #S915 was awesome! He was very patient helping my elderly mom upgrade her cell phone and change to a better plan. Jin helped me with purchasing an iPad Air tablet for a great deal. Jin and his staff were very friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely return to this AT&T store for all my future phone and iPad needs or issues.
This store provided a very good experience. The staff as a whole was great and very professional. Went there recently with my family and specifically worked with Jarem. In a word he was awesome! He took so much time to answer all of my questions, explain all the plan options. He did it with patience and a great attitude!
Art helped me add a new line for my daughter and port my phone number from OOMA. I had problems porting this line to T-Mobile for years. Art was able to do it within 10 minutes. Art didnt try to trick me into buying a new plan.I was extremely happy with my experience and I will continue to goto this store for their service and integrity. Ask for Art!
I always come back to this AT&T store for all my iPhone needs. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I came in to order my mew phone today and Aime gave me exceptional customer service with a smile under her mask. She answered all my questions and gave me all the options to choose the best phone and plan for my needs. I didn’t feel rushed and she was so knowledgeable. I always recommend for my friends in the area to come to this store at Woodbury.
This store very very bad. There is one guy named Jin with very bad attitude. We wanna transfer from Tmobile to att and we ask about the price of different plans and this guy never answer ed our question and asked us for SSN email and address. Then pull out our credit report and we become angry and ask who is manager and this guy saud they do not have manager and do not have other people who can help us. omg. At last he told us we only can pick Basic starter plan. This store so bad. Do not go this store please. No basic respect to customer. Remember there is one guy named Jin
This store is great. I was at another AT&T store for multiple hours, the store was packed, and the guy who helped messed up one of the lines. We came here the next day and Kyle and Cheng had everything fixed for us in less than an hour, and they even got us a better deal than the previous store did. The store takes extra care to make sure everyone social distances, and they have hand sanitizer all over the store in case you want to clean your hands.
Arturo had excellent customer service! I got my new iPhone so fast I could have activated myself but I chose to go back to the store because he’s been so helpful!! Please continue to visit this store as our community desperately needed open businesses.. some things can’t be handled over automation.. thank you!!
This has been the best customer service I received at AT&T with Jarem and John. They made sure that even though they couldn’t help me with my phone activation in store they helped me through the process calling customer service while I was in the store so I didn’t leave the store until ALL my issues were resolved. Thank you for all your help!
Walked up to Mr. Kyle and Mr. Dacha in need of Bodyguardz replacement. They were both friendly, professional, and readily to assist me. What more can I say, once again, amazing service!!! This is my go to store for all my business needs in communications. Jesenia helped me out with two upgrades and a new line. In at 1:30pm and out by 1:50pm. Flawless as usual and I’m very appreciative of their service. Jarem is another associate who helped me before. Same service as Jesenia and very knowledgeable of ATT and Apple products. Once again, thank you guys for making my visit pleasurable.
My first impression as AT&T customer over 10+ years. I come in without customers and I see 7 employees joking around and talking. I have very shakey hands and I have a hard time putting items with precision. I needed help with my AT&T nano SIM card that doesnt fit well on my Pixel 5. The AT&T representative told me to pay $5, but I said that it just needs to cut a small piece because it already works and fits on my Pixel XL phone. He declined he said that they dont do cutting and I would have to cut it by myself. I asked for another help on putting a screen protector that I brought with me, but he said that I have to buy it in the AT&T store and that they wouldnt do it. Basically, he will do service if I show him my money.Imagine Ive been paying AT&T for a very long time that goes towards to these peoples paychecks and yet they just horse around in the store doing nothing. They wouldnt even help me out because of my shakey hand condition. It kinda felt I was disrespected as an AT&T customer.I used to go to AT&T store in north Cal and theyve been very helpful putting my screen protector before, I really dont see why they wouldnt do it in hereAfter seeing the reviews with 1 stars are all true and that one AT&T representative that comments is a joke

I came to the store after spending hours trying to resolve an issue with my phone’s voicemail. I had chatted with AT&T reps, talked to ProTech and also called At&T support. Nobody could help me. I came to the store and Jin solved my issue, he was so patient and helpful. Thank you so much!!
Terrible service. Had an authorized user eligible to make purchases and changes on my account go in to upgrade an iPhone. They started everything and basically got the quote for the upgrade. Then they wanted to verify my SSN before proceeding. I was busy at work and couldn’t reply to my authorized user. All other ATT stores I’ve been to only ask for the passcode. So I get that and understand and then she tries to do the upgrade again the following day at another store since she now has my info. Well it shows pending on her line and she has to go back to the original store to either proceed or get it removed. First off, why would it be pending if it’s just a quote?!? There’s no order number that was generated! Now her line is locked and we can’t upgrade online or thru customer service until that pending upgrade is removed. We don’t have time to go back and forth to the location. I called the location to try and get that fixed but they want us to come in to verify. Any other store I’ve talked to over the phone never gave me any type of issue with this. Complete waste of time dealing with the staff here.Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache of a location.Also to the staff, please re-train them especially CHENG! That’s the person that left my account pending! If the quote/pending order can’t go thru, remove it from the system and don’t tie it up! So simple right?!? So now customer service has to escalate this to get it fixed!Why would you want to go back to a location that left a bad taste to begin with?!? Seriously!
Art, who said he was the manager had terrible customer service. We went in and bought 2 new iphone 11s from him yesterday and came back today regarding billing questions. He deflected every question, was dishonest, and had terrible customer service. I would never go into that AT&T store. They need to provide better customer service and we felt like they just wanted to get us out of the store with no solutions/explanation provided. Horrible experience!
I honestly do not know why AT&T still has retail locations. Seems like Employees are sitting there playing games and browsing on their phones every time I visit. And when you do need their help, they are nearly useless. to resolve issues Ive had Two managers at two different stores couldnt help me after hours of wasted time. But a customer service rep in the AT&T India call center took care of my issues in 5 minutes flat. Still switching to Verizon though.
Ive been trying to get AT&t installed in my new home and it has been beyond a nightmare! I had missed multiple appointments, its been over a week and still dont have tv. and Im only trying to get the AT&t streaming service which supposedly just hooks right up to it. After multiple hours on the phone with multiple customer service people, one who is so rude they literally told me if I dont like it to cancel it, the last person said I needed it to go into the AT&t store to deal with this. I went into this store today and no one was helping me and I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes and the only thing they did was take my name down and tell me that I would be helping shortly, which I wasnt. I ended up leaving and I have decided not to use AT&t for their service because of how bad this experience has been before we even got it setup! Im going to just use streaming service is moving forward. Cable companies are the worst!
Scheduled an appointment to look at potentially upgrading our phones. We met Art today, the appointment started right on time and we were able to do everything we hoped in one meeting! Thanks so much to the team for their flexibility and making an in-person appointment work out in the middle of Covid craziness.
The worst service you can ever get. They promised me a bundle package for a price. Then I got a bill that is much higher what they promised after I signed two year contract. I went there three times to show them the paper work that shows my quote . They did not commit to the promised rate. I called their loyalty department . The first time they said they will fix it. After one month I got another bill with the same rate. I called again to let them know about the problem. They said they cannot commit to the rate that the agent provided to me when I went to the store. The first time they made the commitment in a written quote.This is the most unprofessional service I received. I cancelled and returned all the equipment. They do not immediately cancel the contract unless you call them many times. The agents on the phones are extremely rude. They are now charging me for a termination fee even they did not follow the agreement they made with me. The worst company I have ever seen. Do not ever make contract with them. You will regret it.The manager in the store is not doing anything and is always sitting int he back. When I asked her to check my account, she said she do not have access to my account. After I pressed her, she opened my account, but then said since you canceled, she could not do anything. I told her that you just told me that my account has not been cancelled yet. She did not even bother to do anything. She just wanted to get rid of me instead of helping to solve the problem.I am done with AT&T and will never come back even they begged me and called me many times to come back. I learned my lesson. I hope you do not do the same mistake. I rate this company and this office minus or zero star.
The customer service in the store is the worst. We bought iPhones just a day ago, but one of the iPhones showed no SIM card inserted. We went back to the store, and the only one female employee ignored us in the first place, instead of talking to another customer despite the customer stating we first entered the store for several times. She finally came to us and asked what we wanted. We told her the problem, and she went to change the SIM card for us. The phone worked, and she said the phone has no problem. I asked her if there is no problem, why it’s not working after a day. She just said that happens all the time. I asked her what should we do if it wouldn’t work next time, she said that you just need to come to the store to fix it. When we mentioned if there is a possibility that we could change our phones to other types. She was annoyed and said that we will need to pay for restocking fees. When we asked her if we can waive the fees, she started being annoyed. She said that is there anything I could help today, and I told her my problem hasn’t solved yet. She ignored what I said and talked herself without hearing my responses. How come human being could react like this? Your customer’s needs haven’t met yet, you went on to help other new customers buying new phones? I haven’t seen any crazy employees like her in my entire life.
If I could, I would give 0 stars because that is what this branch deserves. I arrived to the store before a line formed behind me, and it took nearly 25 minutes for any of the staff to recognize and form a queue. Just awful customer service, sadly that hasnt changed over the years. I HIGHLY recommend you heading over to the Market Place branch. Theyre excellent and will accommodate you in a matter of minutes. Dont waste your time here.
Avoid this store. Please, for your own sanity, find another one. Ive never written a review before but I cant let this pass.I wanted to upgrade my iPhone. Simple operation. I went in 20 mins after the store had opened. 2 sales people and some guy that all he seemed to do was write your name on a post-it.After 5 mins post-it man asked me what I was there for, so I told him and he said there was about 20 minutes wait. OK, fair enough, its just before Christmas, its busyAfter 20 minutes I asked post-it man what was happening, he said it would be another 20 minutes. I said you told me that 20 minutes ago, I asked where the other nearest store was, he made a strange face and said somewhere that would have taken me about 30 mins to drive to, so I decided to wait.Well that was a mistake. 1 hour 20 minutes later my name was called by one of the sales reps.I know, I should have left after my second 20 minutes was up, but you figure youve invested 40 minutes at this point. How bad can it be.....???Oh, it can be worse.I told the guy I wanted to upgrade my iPhone, I told him the make and model, he took some info and eventually went back to the store room to get the new phone.Guess what... they didnt have the one I wanted. Just for the record, it was a standard model, nothing fancy that they might have limited stocks. I was offered the larger capacity model. (more money of course) No thanks.So lets recap. I waited over 90 minutes to be told they didnt have what I wanted in stock.I understand that items sell out, my issue is with the business model they operate.Post-it man could have keyed in my request and told me in 1 minute they were out of stock. OK, fair enough I would have gone to a different store.During my 90 minutes I watched customer after customer come in, wait, give up, walk out muttering and angry. Do you think those people will return? Do you think I will ever return? Does the manager even care.If the manager of this store ever reads these comments, you need to sort out your customer service. If the regional manager or Corporate ever reads these, come on people, sort your sales model out.You are a technology company, its not hard.So what did I learn. I should have called first to see if the item I wanted was in stock, that is assuming somebody would answer the phone.Enter at your own risk.
The smelly manager (young black guy) walks slower than a turtle (stop acting cool and work, idiot). The bird-brain staff works slower than the oily manager walks. This staff belongs in the hood, not Irvine. Maybe the staff works for Verizon - haha - because thats where Im moving my familys phone services. I would never let my son or daughter deal with these ghetto corporate slaves.
I dont understand the hate for AT&T. Seriously! So many people complain that they cant get calls. Heres a solution. DONT F*ING BUY AN IPHONE!!! Yeah, I have a Blackberry and maybe its out of style but guess what? I can make calls. I own a phone that doesnt need be held just right to make a call. But Jason I know how to hold it and it works fine for me?. Well.. do you put this phone in your pocket or does it have a case? You may not get reception. Im not a tech genius, but buy a real phone :). Now that Im done hating on iPhones. I had a point.. oh yes.. now that nearly all wireless carriers have iPhones they call all suck equally.The Next Best thing is here. Yes, its a Samsung. No, this is not an add. IPhones are so 2007 (thats like 20 years old in Phone Years), you are not cool as much as you and your grandparents think you are.Simple summary:VERIZON- True, largest LTE networks and fastest speeds, but if you want to use your phone to make a call. HA HA! Can you hear me NOT! I have lent my friends my At&t phone countless time in Las Vegas many times because of Verizon dropped calls. Yet, they still insist Verizon is the best. Guess what they are all on AT&T now.AT&T- Best wireless carrier for phone calls! Dont let anyone tell you other wise. Unless they own an iphone.. but dont feel sorry for them. Its not their fault. Data Coverage so so. Better some places than others. Dont sweat having a lot of LTE like Verizon. This just means your battery dies as fast as your speeds. Unless you have a Droid Razr MaxX. This is not a busy location, but if you live near by and see a line just comeback later when its dead.CONS: No price matching. Sounds silly but COME ON! Help a brother out. Its funny because the man helping was Asian, so it could be true, because we all look alike. JK! I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 as a gift AWWW YEAAAH! AMAZING! for standard upgrade price $199. I know Im stupid, but I didnt see anything better at the time. Only 4 days later theres something call Black Friday weekend... I saw Target had the same phone for $99 with a Free Google Play Credit $50! Damn thats awesome the only thing better than that was Best Buy $49 for the same phone. I ended up going to Target because I didnt know about the Best Buy deal until later and I didnt want to get killed there. The At&T Rep when I asked about price matching basically smiled in a mocking way saying they do not match prices with 3rd party stores. Well I got the last laugh because I paid that $35 restocking fee with pride and took my business elsewhere. Now he has to ship that phone back to the factory (assuming he doesnt re sell it as new). Really At&T? was it worth it?These deals may still be there. ALWAYS Shop at Best Buy, Target, RadioShack, Amazon, and maybe Costco and Walmart when Upgrading your phone. Just be patient sales go on all the time. On my previous upgrade 2 years ago, Best Buy sold the newest model Blackberries for $50, plus I got SECOND ONE FREE!So no need to go to this store, unless you want to complain or demo phones.Suck it At&T at this location.
Im from India and was visiting my family in Irvine, CA last winters. When no other companys SIM card would work on my phone, At&t did and their represtative named Forest (at the Spectrum branch) was so great! He was very friendly and helpful, he assisted us even though it was a little over their stores closing time. Forest, if you ever see this I owe you a dinner/lunch.
A RUDE KID walked over to help me with the $1000 phone I was interested in. When he found out Im not ready yet to disconnect my old phone before switching the service to the new one he got increasingly loud and condescending. When I asked to deal with somebody else instead of that kid the next guy turned out to be no better and wanted to school me in treating his buddy right. They think they own the store and let ATTs $1000 deals walk out due to their own lowclass crappy attitude.
Crap service. Clearly posted on the outside that they are open till 9PM yet the doors were locked at 8:45pm - wtf.When I tried to open the door (not realizing it was locked) the guy at the counter looked at me and touch his watch and mouthed we our closed. I held up my hands and yelled its not 9 oclock! He then proceeded to ignore me. I guess he couldnt understand why a customer would show up during the hours they posted. What a wast of time.At&t seriously needs to do some house cleaning in this store.
Do they even have service here? They guy helped me has such a bad attitude. Basically I just want to change my payment plan and they told me they can do it for me in the store I should call the costumer service or do it by myself. They don’t even know their different internet / phone plans themselves. Such a crappy service.

2022-04-11Chris went out of his way to help us with a screen protector. We had been to our local store 7 times and they failed to put on a screen protector and dismissed us after all the trouble they put us through. Chris treated us with so much kindness.AT&T is lucky to have him.

2022-02-06Love the store, been there many years. This is the best team and service I have ever experienced.This is a dream team. Everyone is so willing to help. Worth coming by as they really take good care of you. This is after having been to many other stores, including Verizon. Online promotion looks attractive but when you have problem. They are gone.Meanwhile, at the Irvine Woodbury store, they stand by you all the way before, during and after your purchase.

2022-01-23My father was attempting to cancel 2 phone lines on our account, and was advised by customer service via phone that he needed to go to a store with the primary account holder (me) in order to complete this. This was inconvenient for us, as I had to drive from LA to Irvine to be there, so you can imagine our frustration when we get to the store and an associate named John rudely dismisses us, saying that they dont do cancellations in store. He did not offer to help us with the process or explain anything at all (he even began to walk away from us, even though we clearly were asking for help) and when my father (who is 69 years old) and I expressed frustration, he acted like a victim and proceeded to be even more dismissive and rude to us. The manager (I didnt get his name) then finally came out of the back room, and also rudely dismissed our issue and acted like a victim.There were at least 6 male employees standing around the store (doing nothing) and no other customers. Not one of them offered us assistance. This does not seem like a professional establishment at all, more like a bunch of guys hanging out. If wrong information is given over the phone, your store staff needs to do a better job at facilitating customers who come in with similar inquiries. It was pitiful service. This experience was a huge disappointment and waste of time.

2022-02-04I have issues with porting my T-Mobile account over the phone with an AT&T customer service so I decided to fix these issues by going in to this branch. I was greeted by Jarem AT&T rep at the store immediately. We sat down and I explained my situation with AT&T salesman at Sam Club that have originally had signed me up. He quickly realized that there were many issues from that transaction. So to help he goes beyond his way to give me a better family plan which helped me save money from the original transaction with Sam Club. If you’re looking to save time, headache and money don’t hesitate to come to this branch first. Thanks, Jarem!

2021-10-05I cannot say enough about the customer service at this location. I have been coming here for two years and my interactions with the staff are always memorable. I have been assisted by Jackson, Cheng , Amy and the manager Yvette. What kindness and hospitality they show to each and every guest. 2021-09-11Came in to look at plans for a temporary phone plans for my mother. Joel was able to present multiple options and was constantly on the lookout for any discounts I might qualify for. I didnt purchase an additional plan today as I need to get the phone first but he still helped me add my company discount to my phone bill. Excellent customer service.
