Worst experience ever!!! never felt so humiliated. Wanted to buy a sofa which is priced 1000 bucks but saw a better price online in the Ashley website however its out of stock. The store manager - Christina was so rude - when I asked her about the price match she just yelled saying just buy online. Also the the salesperson who assisted - Dayna was so inconsiderate and humiliating - I was asking about a product and she is just digressing the topic talking about some random stuff and even laughed at me for asking the price match.
They make you buy something and tell you it will be delivered in a week. And then they call you and say sorry it’s not in stockOur kitchen island ordered in Nov 2021 is showing up in the middle of March 2022 and the stool for our island is due to show up in June.Lol unethical practice at its finest.Note: I am aware of supply chain challenges and I’m not questioning the likelihood of a delay. I have a problem being lied to about when I will get my purchase.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS
My saleswoman, Carol, was amazing, but Ashleys Furniture overall process is terrible and very outdated. I needed to sign multiple pieces of paper for just two end tables. Get into the digital world. Very archaic as a large company like Ashley should be here already.Update: Then sending an automated response directing me to their reviews teams... Not a good look overall.
We ordered bed frame on April and sales person after 2 months said they are on the back order for another month and we ask the freaking sales person give us anything available and right before our delivery date store has cancelled our order. Just giving you people heads up if your sales person is EDDIE just ignore him and go to next person because he is gonna mess up your order bigggggggg time and will never shop from Ashley anymore
This is the worst place to buy furniture. We have been waiting for 6 months to complete the stuff we ordered. They always have excuses but they dont give us an answer.They have been canceling the deliveries without telling us.We began to pay on December and then the payment increased and I havent receive the rest of my order. The only 🌟 that Im giving them is because they have beautiful furniture. Is too bad the customer service is really sucks.
Sofa got ripped shortly after purchase. Not my fault - see the pictures - the fabric ripped at the seams.The Protection plan I purchased denied the claim. Online support didnt provide any help. Calling store didnt help. Email customer support was spending time with me i dont even know why - they didnt offer any help at the end
My first time purchasing from here I trusted their quality, but i had a bad experience after six months. I made a claim a.s.a.p and as of today it has been past 85 days and my claim cant be resolved. I called all the numbers given to me and I get the run around including the store number they wont answer until I call from a different number they answer, but not even a hold on they just hang up. Honestly I dont know how people can sleep at night doing what they do its sad but its reality. Also if you live far from town, they dont even have a technician to go out that far, so I dont understand why they would even sell to people that live far out. Anyway good luck to you if you purchase from here. 🙏
Absolutely worst experience ever, especially furnishing out first home. They gave us false information about our deliver date and now will not cancel the order and give us our money back. The manager is refusing to speak to us and it’s impossible le to get anybody live to talk to on the phone. Do not recommend buying from this location as all!Update: I haves already emailed 2 days ago and have gotten no response!!
Seriously the worst customer service ever. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else. Our bed, which we purchased in Oct was delivered in December, assembled incorrectly, and it took 3 technicians coming over to figure out how to fix it. It broke in February. April and its still broken. our sofa has a dent in it, but Im not even trying to get that replaced because that might take until the end of this year.
The absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Do yourself a favor and learn to build your own furniture before you throw away your money here. I’ve spent 10K on a mattress only to have to wrong one delivered. The salesman then came to MY HOUSE and tried to convince me to keep it. The only truth he ever told me was the hassle it would be to return and it has been. I’ve been without a bed for 2 months!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. A waste of time and money.
Purchased a table on Tuesday. Was told it would be delivered on Thursday. Thursday morning I got a call telling me that my table was damaged and would be delivered on Saturday. No one has called me!!! Can’t get through to a human. Really considering returning my thousand dollar purchase.
Order/delivery was incorrect and misrepresented. Tried to contact anyone in the local store or corporate customer care and I wa not able to speak to ANYONE for yhec2 days I tried. Had to go back into the local store to get all corrected. The order/delivery was corrected and I am waiting for delivery in 3 days.
While buying furniture sales rep insisted to buy warranty coverage stating that all stains will be covered. But now GBS says that only food stain are covered. This is a waste service pls don’t recommend false promises if you don’t provide services directly to customer.We took warranty thinking that Ashley is going to send a person from their manufacturing unit and now I understood that this is a third party insurance provider who are going to always say no for any cleaning.
Honestly this is a no star review. I purchased an entertainment center back in November 2021. Upon delivery the unit arrived dusty and a bit scratched up and there was a broken fixture on the back. Nothing we couldnt fix ourselves so I called in and emailed customer service pictures of the damage and ordered the parts we needed to fix the unit...the backing to the unit wasnt a perfect fit which is how we discovered the damage to a wood piece on the back and a bolt missing from the mid-panel. Long story short, after ordering a new backing and a bolt that was missing from the center of the unit, I called January 6th 2022 to check on the shipment (originally slated for mid December) and was told the parts wont arrive until April. Without my calling and inquiring about the parts Ashley Furniture played no part in resolving any issues with the entertainment center we bought. I cancelled my parts order and would never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. Their assembly was horrible and their customer service was of no use to resolving the issues with the unit.
I should have listened to my friends who said customer service is worst at Ashley. They have no coherence between teams and dont hold to their words.- scheduling a delivery told that whole order is coming (customer service center)- delivery was only the chairs with sorry but that table is coming in 2 weeks (store & warehouse), else I would have send them back- after the two weeks nothing showed up and now delivery is shifted by another two months (customer service and store)- now I am fighting for these chairs to be returned which I accepted on their request and the answer is no as you accepted the deliveryReally pathetic and worst service.

The day of the delivery, I cleared my schedule and waited for them at home to deliver….they called and said there truck is broken and they would deliver the next day. FINE!Next day, come to deliver… DID NOT bring drills to set up the table! okay, I said. Told me to wait 30 minute till he gets the drill. I waited 30+ minute and he came with the drill. As he started putting together the dining table, realizes he didn’t bring the screws!!!!! SO HAD TO TAKE THE DINING TABLE BACK! Said will deliver everything next day.Today… they come to deliver everything… and guess what they forgot this time? THE CHAIRS!Who does this? What type of business are you all running here? 3 days of terrible service. Complete disregard of people’s time and money.Went into the store to speak with the manager but he was out. Didn’t get the help I needed from the floor manager….to her credit, she tried!Anyways, thanks for nothing but a terrible experience Ashley furniture!
Bought some furniture in November and they said it would be delivered January 11th. We even made sure to be working from home on the expected delivery day. So after almost 2 months of waiting, we never get a call for delivery, I had to call them, and now they say mid-late February. I get it, supply chain issues, but don’t lie and make up a date then never call to confirm. If it was going to take 3+ months we would have went elsewhere but now we just wasted time. Trust the negative reviews.
Ashley had a great selection of living room furniture. We went in to find a few accent pieces. The sales guy who helped us let us wander around but was there whenever we needed to have questions answered. It was a low pressure pleasant experience and we ended up very satisfied with our selection of a couple of end tables, two living room chairs and a small storage cabinet.Great experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. They are liars and unreliable. They promised me that my couch would be delivered in 4-8 weeks. I ordered the couch in June and guess what? Still no couch. They have changed the delivery date from August to December to September to October to November. Each time they say it is in stock and they are ready to deliver it in 1-2 weeks then it is suddenly out of stock, so where does it go? No one has been able to tell me.Do not waste your time and money on this place. The workers are incompetent and lazy.
Lianna was really professional, patient, and kind. I was glad she helped us! Ashton also came over and was super nice. The only reason I took off one star is because the manager and another woman there wore their masks below the nose, and the other woman had hers off a few times. I found that unprofessional.
I recently purchased a desk from the Blossom Hill store with the help of Ashton, a new sales associate. He was helpful (price-matching as promised), understanding (as I shared a previous bad experience with Ashley) and jovial (happy to share about his recent move to San Jose). I was extremely pleased with the service he provided and will keep Ashley in mind for future purchases because of his customer service.
I thin her name was Adrian she shared with e she was a new new sales girl, .She was very sweet, No pressure I found something I l0ved right away and it was in stock and will be delivered on the 20th! to be ho honest I seen an ad for a set for 799 but got a bedroom set I loved for 55% off I think I paid about $1927 delivered. Please send me to your email list for special offers g0ing to be buying a new table for my dining r00m.She was super sweet! I will buy from her again!
Poor customer service. Ordered a dining table set from Ashley online, chairs were all wobbly. Called the customer service, they send a technician, who was literally not bothered to fix. He started hitting the chairs with a hammer kind of tool and damaged one of the chair and he left saying they will replace. Even after a month did not hear anything from them and called them again. And found out that the technician has today Ashley that he has fixed the chairs. Is Ashley not responsible to take our signature and comment after the technician tries to fix like the way Living spaces furniture store does.
Ordered the sofa. Paid in full (cash price). This was in 1st week of June 2021. Here I’m in last week of August. Don’t have a clue what’s going on. Didn’t receive a single email from the company. Not even “confirmation of receipt of funds” email. STILL WAITING! Every time I call the phone number given on Blossom Hill Road branch’s receipt, I am told that I have been connected to a call centre and that the representative on the phone doesn’t have a clue. They want me to call the store / branch. What a joke !!!Visited the branch again after 2 months. I was told 2 more weeks. Yet it’s been a month and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Atleast a courtesy call (to give a lame excuse) ABSOLUTELY NONSENSE.If you want to get rid of your money and have a head ache, shop at Ashley Blossom Hill Branch.Not a single email was ever sent to me, let alone a phone call or any sort of correspondence.
Ordered a coffee table set almost 3 months ago. I thought I was getting a good deal because we got a $100 gift card in the mail and everything was 50% off in store.One person greeted us in the front, but nobody else acknowledged me the rest of the time I walked around in the store. Not sure if it was the color of my skin or something. I looked different than everyone else in their store. I had to seek out the first person who greeted me to make the purchase.Delivery took 2 weeks to arrive as expected. I started putting it together right away and found that all three tables were defective for various reasons.I called in to work on a refund.They said that they needed photos to prove they were defective - no problem. Sent them the photos. Got a response a few days later saying that they had to send out a technician to come check out the furniture.Not happy about this, but I didnt really have a choice with them. They scheduled their earliest slot - which was 3+ weeks out. The furniture was just sitting there for weeks, reminding me of how incompetent this company is.The technician finally arrived to check the furniture. Within minutes, he confirmed what I was telling them the whole time. Perfect! Theyd be able to haul this garbage away and refund my money! WRONGThe technician said that hed write in his report that he confirmed the furniture was defective and that theyd have to schedule another team to pick up the furniture. Ok, I was not given any other options.I had to wait 2 more weeks for them to come pick up the furniture. Finally, they came and picked up the furniture and said that Id be getting my refund within 7-10 business days.So far it has been 11 business days and 15 calendar days since. No refund, no call, no email. I called into Ashley customer service and they said they cant do anything about it and that the original store has to process the refund.I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store. I didnt think that getting a refund for defective merchandise would be such an order. I think Ive been pretty patient thus far, but Ive had enough.This San Jose store is absolutely terrible and all I want is my money back.I have no idea how they are still in business.I really wish I looked at their yelp and bbb pages before doing business with them.Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shady business.
So we wanted a LAF chaise and RAF couch. When we put in the order Tim couldn’t figure out how to switch it to that, nor could anyone else in the store. When they couldn’t figure it out they told us to to have it assembled the way we want. That didn’t sound right but I was rushed for time. The next day I was highly suspicious that they just made that up to make a sale. So I called customer service and they confirmed that it needs to be ordered correctly and not assembled later to specifications we needed. They said we needed to call the store. So I called the store number. Well that just directed me back to the Ashley call center! And they told me to call the store!I explained to them what was happening and they would contact me later that day to confirm the change. Guess what no one called me! So now I don’t know what I’m going to get. I have zero confidence in The Ashley sales team and corporate doesn’t care. I hope you have a better experience, good luck!
The absolute worst experience purchasing with Ashley. I found the perfect chest and nightstand for my sons room. i was promised a quick turnaround, so i quickly made the purchase (purchased on 5/31, delivery on 6/3). I was able to move meetings around to fit this into my busy work schedule and my sons school schedule. When the item arrived it was damaged and had to be returned. The DC told me the item was no longer in stock and wouldnt be available for over a week. I called the blossom hill store 12 times yesterday (6/3) and NO ONE answered the phone. I finally drove to the store (25 minutes out of my way) and the customer service rep was unavailable. i was told by the staff that i would be contacted by this person today. as of right now, i have not been contacted. i have also called the store multiple times without any answer. additionally, the store representative told me they had 17 of that item in stock. I called the DC again today but was again told there are zero items so i would have to wait until next friday 6/11.1) how does a damaged item pass inspection to leave the warehouse?2) why am i responsible for correcting this issue?3) why doesnt the store answer their phone?4) why is the inventory information being shared different from one department to the next?5) management should take accountability rather than having their employees resolve these matters. this is not the fault of the employee and management needs to step up and own the problem.I will NEVER purchase from Ashley again. What i thought was an exciting & pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare.
I went today at 5:30 pm left the store 7:45.When I choose the dinning set and sofa the sale person told me both available to deliver by next week.after 3 hours of doing credit applications I figured out he lied to me the item not available.He want me to pay for the item and wait when the item become available.I spoke with the store manager the only thing he said about his sale person was sorry…don’t shop here they lie and don’t know how to treat customer.
Honestly I wouldn’t even give them a star, we ordered our couch in June. They told us 4-8 weeks which is fine, if that would be true. Then they told us august 5 and guess what…nobody even called or messaged us till we called them and asked where the couch was. Then they escalated it to the manager and gave us new dates, that they missed again. After that they called us and said September 9th. We already planned a vacation on that day so we gave them number of our friend who will be at our place waiting for the couch. The day comes they never called our friend to deliver the couch. Now all of the sudden the couch is gone and they have to make a new one. They are throwing us different dates and talking about November, then December and it keeps changing. Please think twice before ordering from them. We might need to take them to court. It’s been 4 months and we still sit on the floor.
My family and I recently made our 2nd huge purchase at this store and I am nothing short of happy and satisfied!! Thanks to Gina the manager she was extremely helpful when it came to making sure my family and I left the store happy without breaking our pockets. I love that she wasnt money hungry or just trying to push a sale. She was extremely friendly and patient. As a manager she truly went above and beyond her duties.. she gave me advice on which furniture pieces would look nice that would fit my family and had a lot of patience with us. From beginning to the end she made our shopping experience so stress free and I truly appreciate that!!
Seems like a lot of people had bad experiences here but that was not the case with us. We got a great reclining sofa for a killer deal, and our sales rep Kabir was awesome. He was very attentive and informative but never pushy. Kabir was also forthcoming about potential delays due to the supply chain bottleneck. Despite all this, we got our couch the very next week! We are very happy with our experience at Ashley.
Useless store:-Previously i bought a king bed and recliner from this store.If u want to do a self assembly be prepared to wait longer. If u want faster delivery only option is pay$90.00 and get delivery and assembly.no way u can get it in time and free delivery. Their policies are only after money.It doesn’t matter if u are a returning customer or not.
So far the experience has been less than ideal. The customer experience has been just terrible. We bought a sectional couch, ottoman and even added the protection plan back on Memorial Day weekend. Was told it would be delivered on July 11th. In preparation, a few days before expected delivery we donated our old couches. July 10th rolls around and I’m fully expecting a call or email from customer service to inform me of our delivery window for the next day. Nothing. The next morning I call into customer service, go through the prompts which do not recognize my phone number or address as having a delivery day, wait for a customer rep who takes her sweet time finding where my couch is just to come back and tell me that my delivery date is set for August 4th. Now I’m upset. This information would have been helpful just a few days prior as my family would still have the old couches to sit on in the mean time but, alas, with no notification of delay or date change and we we are sitting in camping chairs. I request a delivery of the portion of the couch that the warehouse does have just to have something other than these camping chairs and was told they would get me a delivery date for the love seat and couch as the chaise was the piece delayed. I receive a call the next day to inform me they will not deliver the pieces they do have and that my delivery date has been delayed to Aug 6th now. I understand that the industry has been hit because of COVID. But the customer service is what is just the worst I have ever experienced. As someone who has been in customer service for 10+ years this is just embarrassing for a company of this stature. Why wasn’t I informed at any point in the 43 days since you took our money that we wouldn’t be receiving our purchase? Or that the ottoman doesn’t have a delivery date? It has now been 50 days and I’ve yet to receive an apology, a refund, a credit or a solid answer of when the purchase will truly be delivered. Beware of this company and prepare for bad customer service and long, long delays!
Our salesperson was very patient and personable, however it was very obvious that he was brand new. Any issues he had were with systems and he was unsure of some policies and procedures. He would have to call someone to help instead of having someone to partner with to assist him.We haven’t received our merchandise yet, so we’ll see how it really went when it arrives.
Read about other negative reviews on here. I shouldve listen to their advice. Dont make the mistakes. Ordered 3 chairs, 2 were damaged. Getting a hold of Customer Care is a pain. Once you do, they wont do anything until they send a tech out. Next avaliable appointment for the tech to just look at the problem is a month from now.Other companies would just give you a product exchange. Ashley makes you keep the damaged product and for them to come out to attempt to repair the product. I wanted new chairs, not damaged repaired chairs.Edit 05/12/21 update:Technician arrived to make the replacement on the barstools. When they opened the replacement seat cushions there was damaged on both of them. Noticeably large scratches on the frame of the seat.Theyre ordering 2 more replacements and I have an upcoming appointment in 3 weeks from now. Hopefully those seat cushions dont arrive damage either.More to follow..
I am very pleased with the purchase and the customer service to keep me posted on my items being shipped. The store on Blossom Hill sales person was amazing and was able to assist with my questions and made the purchase very pleasant. Even the managers were professional and pleasant. I will definitely go back to the furniture store.
After a couple of hiccups with delivery..we were able to go into the store and talk to the Sales Manager Kip Gregson...he got our delivery issues sorted out and made us happy! Also got to see our future sofa...and still love it! Thanks Kip for taking care of it and reminding us what good customer service is all about! Well gladly come back for future needs and pass on our great experience with you!
I had gift cards to use. But Ashley has so many rules, using them is difficult.1. Gift cards given by the store manager are only accepted in that specific store and not online.2. If Ashley is having a sale, the discount isn’t necessarily available with gift cards, the operative word being necessarily.3. Dealing with the manager of the blossom hill store is like buying a used car. You can’t escape fast enough.
My experience at this store was great. My sales person Kabir was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of new use of IPads the entire time I was in store was longer then anticipated but I got a great deal on a tempurpedic mattress with several additional items. Very happy with my new purchases.
Love the couch! Don’t love the service nor the “protection plan”. Long story short, my couch was delivered with an oil stain and damage to the arm rest and it was a HUGE pain to try and get it repaired. After dozens of phone calls, emails, two store visits, three technician visits, and finally an exchange visit over the course of 15 months, the issue has been resolved. Truly some of the most frustrating and complicated customer service I have ever experienced.Shout out to Rebecca S. from online support who FINALLY was able to book me that couch exchange appointment and get me a new couch.
I went here on their grand opening day to purchase a sectional couch and dining table that my girlfriend and I saw in one of their mail advertisements. Chris assisted us with our purchase and made the experience extremely smooth and quick. I like to walk into stores with an idea of what I want instead of looking around and browsing. As soon as I told him what I wanted, he went to work searching the inventory and then explaining the delivery process to me.Chris was friendly, sharp, efficient, and got us in an out of the store in less then 30 while providing stellar customer service. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family. I will be returning for another purchase soon for a kitchen island and I’ll be visiting him again.
I had the worst ever shopping experience with Ashley, will never shop with it in my life. I bought a sofa set on July 4th, was scheduled to delivered on 8/17. We understood the situation and agreed. However, two days prior to 8/17, they called me with a new date on 8/21. Then later another date on 9/2. On the day of 9/2, they called me saying the truck was broken down, needed to reschedule to 9/5. Then on 9/4 they called me again said they run out of the sofa set and the earliest date was 9/12. On 9/11 they called with to confirm 8-12pm delivery on 9/12. Today is 9/12, nobody showed up, I called them at 1pm, they told me the shipment was cancelled and the earliest new date as of now is 10/1. Haha, the date is moving smoothly toward the end of 2020. I will never trust them and how they treat customers is really eye-opening, never heard of. Ashely is not trustable! To them, customers do not matter at all!
We recently came to Ashley Furniture to purchase new furniture. Chris was the sales associate who helped us with our purchase. He was absolutely fantastic! He helped us out a great deal and put in a lot of time to help us get the best deal. He is genuinely one of the best sales associates we have come across! He is extremely friendly and very outgoing - it’s as if you’re just talking to an old friend! If you ever go to Ashley Furniture to purchase anything I 100% recommend going to Chris!
Very unsatisfied with the process of my delivery. If I could rate the company 0s stars I would. I bought my furniture well in advance since I recently moved out of San Jose and knew there were delays due to COVID. I was informed my dining set and living room set would arrive within a month after my purchase. The day before my furniture was scheduled to arrive I was giving notice that my dining table was out of stock and would received a call within 3 days after my first delivery. More than 3 days passed and I did not receive I call. I had to physical go into this store because I was put on hold when I called the corporate number or corporate would hang up on me. When I walked into the store I was later informed the reason why my table did not make it with my first delivery date which they explained the warehouse gave my table to another client. I have came into the store multiple times asking for updates of my delivery date because the staff in the front kept giving me different dates and they mentioned corporate would not respond to their emails. This has been so frustrating to say the least.
We recently got a dining table and bed set with mattress. We really liked the experience. The delivery was very quick in a week. David and tom are very helpful .Tom has answered all the questions and he was with us till the entire buying process answered all the questions. Products are good. Service is too sloppy.1. Ordered a dresser,mirror in store.2. They took it to a wrong address(old one i had my last product delivered). Eventhough i had corrected the address when buying the dresser in store.3. I took the initiative and called into dispatch/delivery to set it right as i realized from a last text message which mentioned address. All previous text alerts do no have address.4. Now, brought to a correct address - order is wrong. They brought only dresser and i have been told this is the only one. I was advised in-store to not accept delivery if item is wrong because that is a hassle to recover from. So, i had provided info that item was wrong and so the item was taken back.5. Its been close to a week, i have made a bunch of calls and left 2 voicemails and still yet to get my correct item.Product number 2: Couch1. Bought a couch with recliners/charge plugs ~40days ago.2. Charge plugs do not work. I scheduled a service,waited for ~20days and Service that i have been provided is: Checks if the wire is plugged. and the conclusion is plug set does not work.3. Then i have been told to wait for a week to get the replacement plugset delivered to my home and call Again to reschedule Another service to get the item installed.
I don’t usually do these, but the service we got with Chris was awesome, so I’ll keep it short & sweet.Came in looking with my girlfriend for some new furniture for our new place. With Chris’s help we found everything we were looking for and more. He wasn’t pushy, just extremely helpful when we were ready to pick the things we wanted. He explained everything clearly & helped us get the best delivery date we could.Overall, highly recommended experience. Thanks again Chris!
Terrible timing. I ordered my couch in beginning of April; they said I would get to me on May 27th. They never notified me that it would be delayed. Then they said June 27th. Also changed that date to a later date and didn’t notify me. Terrible experience. Would not recommend it to anyone.
Pretty bad customer service akin to fraud. They delivered incomplete parts for my bed. Ordered them online from their website. Once I enquire them, I keep on getting ghosted and they have no information about my orders. It has been over a month since I have heard anything about my order
Our experience at the store was exceptional. Just go in and ask for Dan. He took good care of us, guided us and ultimately helped us pick out the right sofa set that met all our requirements. He is very knowledgeable, patient and definitely not pushy like most salesmen. Im so glad we heard about this new store opening over the radio and stopped by!
BUYER BEWARE! DONT DO ITWe purchased a table and 6 chairs on January 18th. They were delivered on the 23rd, and all of the chairs were unwrapped and out of the box. Each of the chairs had a defect including scraped leather seats, dings on the dark wood legs, scratches, punctures in the seats, as well as most of the chairs being wobbly. When I asked the delivery crew if I should just refuse the shipment due to the poor condition of the chairs, they instructed me that I should accept the chairs, and they would get someone out right away to replace them. I then found out that I would have to wait for a technician to come out and evaluate the chairs to see if they were eligible for replacement. There were no available technician appointments for another 2 weeks after the delivery date. I accepted the next available technician appointment, and got a call the day before to inform me of the time window. The time window was during the day, and no one would be at home, so I called to try to reschedule the appointment, and was told there was no available appointments for more than a week. I told them to keep the original appointment. They then called the next day and informed that the original appointment had been cancelled and I would have to wait another week to get someone out there. I went into the store in person and spoke with the manager, and he told me there was nothing he could do until the technician came out to look at the damaged merchandise, and at that time he would be able to replace them for me. By good fortune, the technician showed up at the originally scheduled time despite them telling me that the appointment had been canceled. The technician looked at the chairs and stated that every single one of them would need additional parts in order to repair, and that we were better off just getting new ones instead of trying to fix all six of the damaged chairs. The technician said that someone would call us within a few days to schedule the delivery of the new chairs and pick up the old ones. I then got a call from Ashley trying to schedule another technician appointment. When I called back. I was informed that the original technician said we refused to have the chairs repaired, and that they would need to send a technician out to try to repair them, even though the original technician agreed that they were to be replaced. I called back again, and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, was told that in my account notes, the technician said that we refused repair. I tried escalating to a manager, and was told that the hold time would be 45 minutes to reach a manager. After waiting on hold more than an hour, my call was disconnected. I am so angry and frustrated right now, I plan to file a dispute with my credit card company and get my money back. Whatever you do, do not buy furniture from Ashley unless you want to be totally screwed over.UPDATE: Two months after receiving defective merchandise and still not taken care of. Cant park in my garage due to storing merchandise for two months. No word from Ashley. This is a nightmare.
I was ready to write a horrible review of my experience, but today the Manager Matthew mad all the difference! I have been trying to determine why my order was partially delivered, come to find out it was improperly processed. Im astonished of the quality of service given and the quick resolution provided !!
I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. I ordered a loveseat and table with a two week delivery date. I received a text, email and phone call from their distribution center stating my furniture will be delivered as schedule. On the scheduled delivery day no furniture showed up and no phone call from Ashley telling me why. This happened two more times with their distribution center giving out delivery dates and no delivery happens. When my items were finally delivered they delivered the wrong loveseat. Another bad option with their distribution center is, when they call you to confirm your delivery date, if you dont answer the phone they will automatically reschedule your delivery time frame. Then when you callback the distribution center, plan to be on hold for at least 30 minutes and once you do get someone on the line dont let them put you on hold, because you will be disconnected. Terrible customer service. Go to RC Willey if you can.
BEYOND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Spent $6,000 cash and still No one has replaced my damaged headboard and it’s been over 3 months. I keep calling and asking even showing up to the store to speak to an associate or manager. Every time I show up after waiting to talk to someone usually about 30-45 minutes they tell me someone will call me to schedule a delivery. Till this day NO ONE HAS CALLED ME! I am currently at the store right now as I write this. I arrived at 2:00pm and it is now 2:30 and manager keeps telling me to wait that he’s busy helping someone.I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from Ashley’s furniture. I am so disappointed and it was such a horrible investment. This place is the WORST!To top off everything no one can give me a straight answer.I will continue waiting in hopes that someone can assist me.
Im only leaving 1 stat because I have to leave at least one. Dont buy anything here unless you know absolutely thats what you want. Their customer service has no idea what they are talking about and will tell you that you can cancel orders or return things when you cant. They sent me to the in person store twice and both times I was turned away with no option to cancel my order or return it. Super inconvenient.
The delivery guys that set up my 2 set of living room furniture yesterday sucks They said everything was all set up but they werent both the furniture were uneven. It took my husband and I over 1 hour to fix their stupid mistake. Next time send people who actually know what they are when setting up furniture.
Went into Ashley store to look at sectional Id seen online. We were greeted by Jacob who was very friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and was able to price match the sectional for us to match an online sale. I ended up purchasing the sectional and feel really happy we were able to get such a great deal. We cant wait to receive our new furniture.
We bought a new bed frame and mattress from Ashley almost 3 weeks ago. After waiting more than a week for the initial delivery, the bed frame they brought was damaged. The delivery person told me someone from the store would be reaching out to reschedule for a new bed frame and we would receive it within 2 days. Guess what? No one ever called to reschedule for the bed frame. I called and the manager was very rude, told me it would be another 5 days before anyone could come out, and basically berated me on the phone saying I shouldn’t trust what the delivery drivers say by the initial quote of 2 days. I paid for a product (bed frame and mattress) and a service (delivery and set up fees) and although the money was taken, Ashley still couldn’t follow through. Very disappointing. Our new bed frame was delivered finally this weekend (still 4 days after the broken frame despite much “effort” from the manager). I wish I could say the story ends here. The delivery driver drove his huge box truck into one of our trees in front of our house and caused one of the main limbs to crash into the street. He apologized and promised he would retrieve a hand saw from the warehouse and return to help cut it up for yard waste collection. Guess what? He never showed back up. I went to this Ashley store due to the good reviews on Google, but I can promise you that once they get your money they will never follow through on anything they “promise” whether it be the store manager, delivery driver, or salesperson. STEER CLEAR of this store and buy furniture elsewhere. This has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning.
I purchased a counter table (Item: D154-223) and a sofa (Item: 2070238) at Ashleys Homestore (Sales order number: 180070730) in San Jose on Friday July 17,2020. The sales rep. said that we could finance the furniture and so we applied and were approved with Genesis. Because of low staff, there was no one to help us out with the paperwork for the finance and so she said that there was no way to proceed with financing because the employee who took care of customers who were approved by Genesis was on leave so we decided to pay with 2 debit cards. On one of the debit cards they charged $1,000 and on the other one they charged $256.36 which in total was $1,256.36 including delivery and taxes. She also stated that the delivery of our furniture was going to be on 8/2/2020. We changed our minds after we had paid because it was going to take 2 weeks to get the furniture and we needed it as soon as possible. On Monday July 20,2020 we personally went to the same location of our purchase to cancel our order. The lady in customer service claimed that we should be receiving our refund in 3-10 business days. As of today August 10 ,2020 , 21 days have passed and we have still not received our refund. We went to the same location of our purchase and were given three numbers to call and 2 of those numbers didnt work and the Ashelys Homestore Corporate phone number left us on hold for one hour and 23 minutes to be exact just to have no response, no date of refund or any solution. Ashleys Homestore is completely unprofessional and clearly struggles to meet customers satisfaction.
Worst customer service I had a dinning table delivered yesterday and the delivery guys didnt even wait for me to inspect the table or signa delivery receipt. as soon as they left I saw couple scratches and peeling wood, I called Ashleys customer service and they said I have to call the store, then called the store and was on hold for ever so I decided to drivethere instead, the guy in customer service said he will open a case to do a swap they will pickup the table and deliver a new table but he cant submit the case till tomorrow so he will call me in the morning to give me the confirmation which he never did so I called again and was told he never opened a case or started anything. now theyre telling me they haveto send a tech to inspect it not just swap the tables. this is probably is going to take month to get this solved. I ordered from wayfair and overstock and their customer service is excellent and fast. never again from Ashleys.
Ashley’s is one of the best places I’ve come to shop for furniture. The staff was so helpful and always on a move to help me look for what I needed. Out of all the amazing staff Dayna Chapman was our personal helping staffMember and we couldn’t have the best set of furniture if it weren’t for her. She helped my family and I find the best ideal living room we were looking for. The assembly process was also successful they have people come in and assemble everything in your house. Definitely coming back here in the future for more furniture.
I am never ever buying from Ashleys Furniture again. I ordered a dining room table, couch and coffee table. The first delivery everything BUT my dining room table came and we were not told in advance that we weren’t receiving it. After finally contacting someone they delivered my dining room table a week later ONLY to deliver the INCORRECT chairs. After getting transferred from warehouse to customer service to the corporate office to the store I went in to speak to a manager. The assistant manager HENRY was so RUDE yelling at me not once apologies and in turn, tells me he isn’t going to argue with me and this a 4 billion dollar company and this is how they run things. I am unable to schedule a THIRD delivery date to CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE until my pathetic $100 store credit memo gets processed. I spent over 2k on furniture and in return, I get tossed around on the phone, yelled at by the assistant manager and issued $100 store credit. AS IF I WOULD EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.Blossom Hill location management is awful. The manager continued to blame his employee and tell us how he is no longer with their company as if that is any of my business and or solves my problem. Henry was completely unprofessional and rude to raise his voice at me and to use a former employee as a scapegoat.
Gina G has the best customer service ever! She showed us exactly what we were looking for and was never overwhelming with pushing us to make a purchase! With that being said, we bought what we needed and we will definitely be returning to purchase more with Gina and I have already shared our experience with my family and friends and highly recommend that they go see Gina at Ashley Furniture!
I have had bad experiences in the past with Ashley Furniture in Milpitas . I went to San Jose store hoping service would be better. Gina and Lia helped me with my order. Before my purchases I went back many times and they were very patient. I purchased a couch and a dining table . I am so happy with the service and the great deal that Gina - store manager gave me . I recommend San Jose Ashley better than Milpitas.
My sleeper sofa was supposed to be delivered today only for me to call and check in just in case, to be told that delivery has been pushed 12 more days. I did not receive a call or email on that update...which is extremely unprofessional. I would have been fine with the delay if they were professional enough to let me know ahead of time and not have me move my schedule around this delivery. When I try to probe to get more answers all they say is sorry I don’t know why you weren’t informed. I’m highly disappointed
Purchased furniture from this store 2 months ago. They trick customers by giving earlier delivery dates and then as you are approaching the delivery date. They call 1 or 2 days before delivery date - saying you wont get the furniture for next 2 weeks. They have already delayed my furniture by a month with no explanation on why they call 1 or 2 days before the actually delivery date.Worst furniture store brand ever. !!!!
Chris was phenomenal! We walked into Ashley’s on a whim to see their furniture. We were not expecting to walk out with anything, but let me tell ya we walked out with a great first experience and a deal we could not refuse. We took advantage of their Black Friday deal along with their financing program; we purchased an electric reclining couch and a rustic looking tv stand. Chris went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal on the furniture and he definitely did not let us down. In the end, we walked out as two really happy customers; we will for sure be back to buy more when we start renovating our bedrooms!
Everyone that works in this store has great costumer service. Specially Gina, she took the time to make sure we looked at different designs/styles before making our purchase. She was very patience and always had a smile on her face which made my family and myself feel welcomed.
Sales reps very nice, helpful. Dayna Chapman made my visits comfortable and had great insights to what I was looking for and needed in space I was shopping for. I liked the layout of your showrooms. The beautiful furniture and many choices could have made my choice difficult, but Dayna knowledge and advice made the process less difficult.

Came in today just looking for a desk and a tv stand for our living room and was warmly greeted by Kabir informing us of the sales in the store. After browsing for a bit we met with Chris and he explained the sales as well as the special discount going on for warranty too! Because of this we ended up getting a tv stand for our living room and bedroom, a bookshelf, a side table for our fish tank, a new table for our living room, and even treated ourselves to a great drink cart on sale! Chris was amazing helping us out with everything and we appreciate his time and patience with explaining pricing and setting up a delivery date. All the staff there was friendly too and we’re so glad this location opened up near by. Always recommend Ashley for their great service and will definitely be back for any other furniture needs! :)
We visited Ashleys San Jose store today to look at a sofa that we saw online. We were greeted by Claudia as soon as we entered. She showed us the sofa we were considering and answered all our questions patiently. She even price matched the online price from Ashleys website. Overall, an excellent experience!
Ashley Furniture continues to use a incompetent delivery service. We purchased furniture from the store 2 years ago. We were charged $100 for delivery. Not only did Jose fail to show up, he also failed to notify us. We waited all day. When Ashleys finally caught with him, he stated his truck broke down. We had decided never to shop at Ashleys again. Now 2 years later, we decided to give Ashleys another shot. Only to find after purchasing, Ashleys is still using the same incompetent delivery service. Again we were charged $100 for delivery, Jose again, failed to deliver our items without notification, and again stated his truck broke down. So now the issue is not Joses incompetence, its Ashley Furnitures failure to protect its customers. It is irresponsible for Ashleys Furniture to require us to pay for service knowing the have a history of incompetence. 2 years ago, we were promised a delivery refund which we never received. Today, we were promised the same. There is every indication this will be deja vu. While youre in the store the sales people are amazing, but receiving your furniture is a total disaster.

Ashley has to have the worst delivery service ever. My dining table was set to be delivered on 11/2 and we waited all day and no table. No phone call. No email. No form of communication AT ALL to let us know why. They confirmed with my husband 4 different times that we would be home and still didn’t show up. Y’all have to work on your delivery service, cause right now it’s ridiculous.
Today my fiancé and I came in to Ashley’s in search of a bedroom set for our new home. We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Chris Barry during our search for the perfect bed. Chris was very knowledgeable and had good insight to share about all of our options. Chris showed us around and gave us some specific information on a bunch of different bedroom sets and then allowed us time to walk and talk about our thoughts on each option. We ultimately picked which set we wanted and Chris made the process quick and painless! If I could give this store negative stars, I would. On 06/17/2020 we bought a full bedroom set from this location. The store manager, David, did not give us a clear delivery date, but said that he would try to check with the warehouse and call us within 48 hours to let us know about the delivery date. Forty-eight hours went by and we didn’t receive any call. We tried calling the store several times but they wouldn’t pick up. We then decided to go to the store and see him. When we went there, he gave us a delivery date of July 8th. July 7th came and they called us to let us know that they don’t have all the pieces except for the nightstands and a few of the bed frame components. We told them that we would accept delivery of the nightstands, and when the other pieces came, they could deliver those pieces later. They promised that they would deliver the nightstands on Wednesday, July 8th. On July 8th, the day of the delivery, they call us in the morning, and tell us that they forgot to load the nightstands into their van, and there was nothing they could do about it because the van had already left. They promised to refund our delivery fee (which they have not refunded). However, they said they would deliver them on Friday, July 10th. July 10th comes and we hear nothing from them regarding the promised delivery. We called them, and they said they hadn’t scheduled a delivery for Friday, despite promising to do so on Wednesday, July 8th. The representative we spoke to said she was confused as to why they hadn’t delivered our items yet. She told us that a delivery date had now been set for Tuesday, July 14, and she said she would follow up with us on Monday, July 13. On July 13, no one called us regarding the items, as had been promised. We again called them, and were told the delivery date for the items is now August 1st. We asked to speak to a supervisor, who said her name was Collea. When we asked her why our delivery date keeps being pushed back, she told us the delivery date was now August 1st and hung up the phone, without any other explanation. What is going on with these people? They are supposed to be professionals and all they seem to be professional about is lying! David, you should be ashamed of how you lie to your customers, along with everyone that works at Ashley Home Store! This was the first and the last time I purchase anything from Ashley, and I will make sure all my family and friends never buy anything from you either, so they don’t have to go through what we did!
We were greeted and helped by Unike. She made our experience a positive one! She gave us the space we needed to walk the store without feeling pressured. She knew the merchandise and answered our questions. Management was wonderful and took care of us! Kudos to the Ashley organization for staffing the Blossom Hill store with caliber employees!

First time I went to the Ashley store because our best friend living next to the Ashley store.We talk with the manager ,he’s name is Dave !I and my husband trying to explain to we bought the new house and we work on computer we really need to desk and chairs immediately!!!And he says it’s going to be November17 but definitely Will sent your house November15 !! But December 13 they were emailed to my husband they were going to bring to staff ending November and we are very sad Because the store manager promise to us !!!Anyway we called back to Store ,even three days and they didn’t get to answer the phone and I was right to their website and they didn’t give to answer me after 3 days some one answer me I tried to explain to him everything and I tried to talk with the store manager but never he come to the phone !!Anyway today December 21 and they come to the home but before two days they email to my husband To confirm 21st delivery to my stuff!!But it’s already late 6 days To delivery !!!They never lock the door and they call my husband’s phone my husband wasn’t home and he trying to reach me but I didn’t hear a phone call because my phone wasn’t Ring and then they left and it was only missing times 6 to 7 minutes I called them and they said they already left the place and they can’t come back!But who’s talking to me on the phone and he trying to help me and he said if there is any option will return back today!! But after five hours someone called me from Store he said they can bring to our Stuff thanksgiving day or December 1!!!And I tried to explain to him Already They are late and even I have a meeting for business and I canceled and I lose my business because I don’t want to take the people we don’t have chairs desk !! We are Already Lose three weeks!!we wait them 6 days extra but They’re didn’t wait more then 7 minutes!!Definitely I will never gonna go back to Ashley Store!!!!!They are lying they are late they are not professional!!!

This store is one of the bests furniture store I’ve been at by far. We had the best sales person too, her name is Alexandra Venegas , she was there to help us with anything we needed & knew Exactly what we were looking for. She was very patient with us as we were walking around undeceive & wasn’t scared to share her product knowledge & ideas. Definitely ask for her ! She is the best at what she does, & she does not follow you around pressuring you. My fiancé and I came in a few hours before closing on a Sunday. A salesperson, Gina, greeted us upon entry and offered us her assistance. I just bought a sofa, a loveseat, and a table set. First off, the store manager, Henry, is the worst manager I have ever seen. We have received our orders 1 month later than what they promised. Henry’s employee promised us a store credit but he didn’t give and said I never promised. Besides, the table set quality is very bad. Finally, to be fair, sofa and loveseat quality are good but the fact that we received them very late is really annoying.
A product was sold to me on August 29th by this store and was told that it will be shipped to me on Sept 4th and it might take up to 10 days from Sept 4th to be delivered. I was also told that i will be sent the tracking number via email but never received an email. Since Sept 14th i tried calling the store multiple times and no one ever answered. I drove to the store again on the 16th and then the store finally emailed me the tracking number on the 17th and seeing the status made me write the review. Screen shot is attached below.

We went here hoping someone can help us to find what we like. I talked to one of the staff and told him what were looking for. All I was, we dont have it 😑. He didnt even bother to show us something similar or offer anything. It looked like he was forced to be there.

We were notified of scheduled delivery of sofa, we verified delivery and moved our furniture out to get ready. We waited for delivery all day and it never came. After a long time on hold we were told it had been canceled. We got a new delivery schedule and verified that date. We were notified the morning of the delivery date that the delivery was canceled again because sofa was damaged and no others in stock. We then found out that the earliest delivery date is a month away. The biggest issue is total lack of communication and cooperation.
CHECK YELP RATINGS GUYS! IT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT.Horrible delivery and return service. I ordered and found a better deal then called to cancel within 2 hours of ordering. They say it is a direct ship so they cant cancel, instead they will request to cancel, and it shouldnt be a problem, asked me to call back next day to confirm. I did 2nd day and it is still pending, asking me to call again next day, the 3rd day the order started shipping(as I have UPS shipping notification turned on), I told them the order started shipping, they give me another number to call to cancel, saying it is the factory, that number redirects me back to this store, the store said no they cant do it I have to call that number - now I am in this loop instead of getting my problem resolved. I called more than 20 times and reached different people and eventually came to the shop. They said I cant return the product to the shop, it is a direct ship blablabla. Eventually I am fed up and called my credit card company to dispute the bill. 2 days later the store called us and said it is ok to return. The money is back to my card now. Would never want to shop here again.
Great service at Store level once you finish your shopping the delivery is Horrible, schedule my delivery a month later on weekend to make sure I m free to receive my items, Truck got michanical issues! Do you even believe it in a rainy day? They call and schedule for next day exact same time frame without even confirming that you are available on that time frame, I call and ask them to at least schedule it between 8 to 12 and not 12 to 4 and they just argue its the default. My argument is that Its not my problem, you broke the promise and I dont have to sit and not go to work because of your delivery schedule. I went to store and store manager told me that he will get back to me and it is still no update. Its been 6 hours! There were few other costumers having exact same issue with their Items at store when I was visiting.
We’re in the process of downsizing my grandmother from a two bedroom house to an assisted living 1B/1B. The team at the Blossom Hill store, specifically Unike and David, did an awesome job with my 92-year-old grandmother. They were patient and listen to exactly what she wanted for her new space. The store had plenty of options that would fit nicely into her new 525 square-foot apartment. Thanks for the Blossom Hill team for all that they did! Five star service all the way around!
We were looking for a credenza for the family room and found the perfect piece of furniture for the space we have. Dayna helped us so much! She gave us lots of information and guided us through the store showing us the many possibilities. We are so grateful for her time and assistance.
It was my 2nd visit, I had already done my recon shopping. Im not a fan of shopping. There is a massive amount of massive furniture, and other. I just needed a couch. Sales people very nice and knowledgeable. Not pushy. Thats why I went back. Purchased at Ashley. Delivery in a week!👍

This place is quite disappointing in is service staff. People dont seem to be bothered to pay any attention to you forget helping you with actually picking furniture. Even when it came to questions on shipping from Ashley website or buying from store.. They discouraged online. I gather they work on commissions. I would say better to go to living spaces. Night and day difference in service
Wow let me start with the salesman Chris Berry greeted us. We were just checking out what us to be ToysRus. Chris helped us pick our dream bedroom and Mattress. He asked us the right questions. It Was obvious he truly cared about our needs and wants. Thank you Ashley for hiring such a asset.
I came in to purchase a couch and with the help of Chris we bought an entire room. Couch, recliner, entertainment center, 2 side tables, and a rug. When we sat and talked about our home, we added a mattress as well. Chris listened to what I needed and was able to show us several options without being pushy. The entire process was simple and now we are transforming our home to create our dream room. Thanks Chris!!
I had a great experience at Ashleys in San Jose CA. Im so glad I was greeted by Kabir Kalkat. He did an outstanding job answering all my questions. He is a very knowledgeable young man. I highly recommend him and San Jose store. I hope his management recognize his hard work and compensate him well.
Do Not Buy Here, came in found what i want applied for credit and the tablet said i was approved for thousands. went to finance dept and handed me the phone it was the banks saying i was denied. so we were walking out mad that we seen we were approved the sales lady came back and said wait then went to finance dept and told her to check the other banks and sure enough we were approved. so if you came in and was denied credit you may want to check with another store you might have been approved. Finance dept dont have a clue in this store when you run your credit it goes through multiple banks and they dont even know this just a very sad store.

Disgusted and disappointed.. until the sale was done they were extremely patient and so nice to our faces.. and we spent almost $4000 for our furniture there.. deliveries all were messed up and it’s been almost 2 months and still not completed even after 5 deliveries, bcz they bring wrong ones bcz they have forgotten to put in specs like whether it’s a 2”/5” or 9” base for the bed..we purchased our furniture on the 14th of November and still not completed. Had to visit the store more than 6 times now and all they can say is I’m sorry and let me give you some credit.. worst story is about the sofa, it’s a beautiful sofa that we got from them but since they “forgot” to include the protection plan then, now they can’t do anything about it bcz apparently it has to be done during the first 10 days, which we had no clue bcz NO ONE INFORMED US! And there response is now we can’t do anything about, I’m sorry! Worst service and customer care.. extremely extremely frustrated!
This has been the worst customer service experience ever. Employee put in the wrong item on our transaction and store manager refuses to call us back and take responsibility. All we wanted was the correct item. Have tried calling the store but no one picks up.I wish someone would have told me this place has the worst customer service ever. At this point I just want a full refund. Take your business elsewhere. This place is the worst. It doesn’t take 3 weeks to call someone back.
This Ashley Homestore was great, the place was very clean and had a great selection of furniture. Tom one of the worker’s were great, he was very nice and helped out my family with picking out furniture, all the staff where nice but Tom stands out the most. Thank you!

Tried the online experience, tried to call store directly, spent 45 minutes waiting for anybody to answer. Unless you walk into the store and corral a sales person, you will never get a question answered. Just an FYI. How important is customer service to you when you cant walk into the store. I went locally and paid just a little more but when I had a question, they picked up the phone in 2 rings.

When I walked in they said I needed to make an appointment and asked for my number so I gave it to them. The next thing I know I’m receiving spam call after spam call! So unprofessional for a big company like this to sell my number! I might have to change my number, the spam calls won’t stop!
If not its cheap is it seems and I didnt get the bed that I wanted because it probably was because I didnt make enough money but they try to get my credit through I will be go back I like the person who was showing me the beds she was nice I should say the beds are expensive

2022-01-05From start to finish Larry was our sales associate and to say that he was professional is an understatement. He personally communicated with me about every step of the process and even scheduled deliveries for me once the items were available. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our items much much sooner than expected and it really made for a perfect transition into our new home. We cannot thank Ashley and Larry enough for all of their help.

Ashton was wonderful, patient and really friendly- he really strikes up a rappport that makes the experience all the better. And it helped that he helped us get a great price too! 2022-05-05We wanted to get set of sofas. Sales associate was very nice and gentle. Since we buy set, we asked for a discount and boss came. Without giving any rate he asked me rudely “Are you asking to buy or are you asking to leave?”He was able ruin my day.Terrible way to speak with customersI can not comment on their products because I didn’t buy from them but I really want to see a nice people in my community.

2022-04-23Ashley has beautiful furniture display and competitive prices, but they charged me for a 5 year warranty that I noticed only later when I looked at the price details. I have been asking for a refund for the last 2 days, and only store customer service can do that, the problem it is one person that works reduced hours.So once you pay, they do everything not to refund you a dime, even if they are wrong. Good luck if you change your mind and wants to cancel your sale.It seems very deceptive to me.

2022-01-30My husband and I recently shopped at Ashley’s furniture store in San Jose for a dining room set and barstools. We had a sales man named Ashton who was very helpful. We went back today and bought a coffee table and end table from Ashton again. The manager was nice enough to also help get our order straightened out, I went the extra mile for customer service. I will definitely be back for further purchases!

2022-03-01I dont normally leave reviews but in this case i felt as if this was necessary, my wife and I made a trip to Ashley Furniture in hopes of purchasing a new mattress. Our salesmen Ashton guided us in the right direction and let us know about different types of mattress. We ended up selecting the TempurPedic Luxe Breeze Soft, it delivered in two days. we are so happy with our experience at Ashley. Ashton was very personable and dedicated to helping us make the right decision. we couldnt be happier with our purchase.

2022-07-04Very unhappy. I got a big order of 10,000 dollar. I was told that I will get 10 percent cash back and an email will come in 24 hrs. I am tired of following up but no one gets back. Also they added insurance worth 1200 dollars on my order and now are refusing to cancel that insurance. Not sure how to get help. Will never buy from here. Living spaces on the other side are amazing with their service when we ordered some stuff from them.

2021-12-28Bought the sofa and ottoman on 9/21, salesperson said wlll be received in 3 weeks and to call someone to pick up old sofa to be sure everything is clear. Well called in Oct, was told delivery in Nov. Called in Nov. Told December, Called in December delivery is now Jan. If I had old furniture picked up, there would have been nothing to sit on during the holidays. The reason on going with Ashley was for a speedy delivery and to have by holidays. No call to apologize or update, had to stay on the phone for 2hrs. Waiting for a representative, just to be told next month.3 months still havent received. Do not recommend Ashley if you want your purchase in a reasonable time.
