Im so happy with the shirts i ordered one of them was a gift and ordered a incorrect size i emailed customer service they responded really fast. The shirts are super comfortable the designs are so nice. Overall great quality. Great company also! Just to mention it did take a while for them to get here im guessing because of covid (like everywhere else) but when they got here i was happy with my order.
Ive been buying designs from this company since 2010. There have been a couple tanks that I didnt really like the fit on but thats about it. I ordered a wrong size one time and got an email reply within a day correcting the issue. Shipping does seem to take a while but I am willing to wait for a company that is charitable towards organizations and causes I care about. I highly recommend ATA!!
I’ve placed many orders with them. The quality of the shirts(seams, material and printing) is A+ and they’re very durable (I’ve washed my squirrel with numb chucks >100 times in five years and it looks great). It takes a while to receive your order because they only print shirts when they’re ordered, they don’t have back stock leftovers from two years ago. The customer service takes ~2-3 days to return an email during their busy holiday season but they’re quite responsive and helpful. Calling them on the phone is the best way to reach them to correct any issues.
I understand that Covid-19 is causing shipping issues with a lot of businesses, but I placed an order for 2 tank tops on 3/30/2020 and have yet to receive a shipping notification. I emailed them after after 12 business days have yet to hear back. This place needs to tighten up. Cool designs, but complete trash service.
I ordered four t-shirts and one mask from Arm The Animals. The mask arrived in its tiny packaging, but not the shirts. I have emailed them four times and never heard a peep from them. I’m never going to get my shirts or money back. I think there must be only one employee on staff with how long it takes to get your order, that is IF your order comes. I like the cause but, but this is my last order with Arm The Animals. Their customer service is non existent
This is a late post but I am very pleased! I ordered two shirts for my mom for Christmas and two for myself on dec 2. Yes at first I was worried but I read up and understood that they are a small organization that make their products by order only. So I sent them a message on Facebook and they instantly responded and let me know that my package was shipped on the 15th. Like I said I New it would take time b/c they are a small company which was why I ordered so far in advance. But I was grateful for their immediate response and when I received my package about 5 days after they told me it shipped(which is normal) I was surprised to find a little card as well as two free shirts! They even took the time to notice the details of my order so they New what kind of shirts(cats for me, dogs for my mom) to send and the same sizes! I was very pleased with my experience I love my sweatshirt especially I wear almost everyday and grateful that I could be helping a good cause at the same time!
I ordered a shirt a month ago. My account has the correct shipping address, yet the email they sent me had a completely made up address. Ive emailed them, messaged them on Facebook and just submitted a contact request with my phone number and email. It says it could take up to four more business days. Ive seen others post that they havent gotten a response yet either except when someone posts a positive comment they respond right away. I love the helping animals aspect of this company but other companies also do this so I wont be shopping here anymore.
I love the look of their items but their fit is a huge issue. Everything looks all cute on their models but in reality they are using antiquated boxy regular t-shirts with their logos on them. For example, I ordered a sweatshirt and it is literally above my navel and unwearable since it is so short. Another shirt I got was just printed on some ugly standard looking Hanes boxy looking t-shirt that looked terrible on me. Beyond their horrific fits, the shipping (as others have stated) is terrible and takes weeks on end. Although I like the look of their designs, their fit is terrible and their shipping even worse. I will not order from this company again.
Scam scam scam!They will lie to you, keep your money and not send your order.They do not have a phone number to reach anyone.The phone number and email address are fake. Tried to reach them through PayPal and my bank, and all the contact information is bogus.Promised Christmas delivery - nothing.Went to their “Contact Us” page on their website which says they “ALWAYS answer” - nothing.Save your money. They’re scammers and are using the love of cats and dogs to swindle people.
I ordered shirt form this site 10 days ago, have sent 3 emails asking about my order. Took my money with no response. On the website and day of purchase they offer one shipping option which promises item will ship in 3-4 business days. I have sent numerous emails regarding my order being that were on day 11 now with no shipping information or a response. I paid 40$ for one shirt that Ill probaby never receive or see my money again. There is no phone number to contact company either. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!! I went ahead a filed a complaint with the BetterBusinessBeaur as well!
Ordered two shirts over a month ago and havent received a shipping number or follow up emails after asking them repeatedly for an update and then a refund. I have also messaged their team on several social media platforms and have had no response. Paid over $20.00 for shipping as well which is higher than international shipping. All around a horrible business.
I wish I had read the reviews on google before purchasing. I now have a hoodie I feel will not get replaced. I ordered two hoodies as gifts for two people. One is ok, the font is cheap looking but whatever. The other one is totally the WRONG design!The shipping was atrociously long as reported by most other people here, took weeks and weeks, and no response from customer service on my inquiry as to where my package was and whether they could just send the pieces directly to my recipients rather than to me, since it was taking so long (I was putting together packages for them and wanted to include the hoodies, but it was taking so long I just sent my packages without the hoodies so my family members would have something for their birthdays!).I have yet to hear from them after a week about how to handle the incorrect hoodie. I cannot give it to the person it was meant for, as the design they sent is not appropriate for her. Soooo I guess I am stuck with a hoodie.Highly DON’T recommend. The one star is for the fact that they got one hoodie right. Zero customer service.
Took almost 2 months to receive my order. I sent many messages. Hardly any replies. What few replies I got were a week late and short. They never answered any of my questions. I asked for a refund twice and never heard back. Zero customer service. I do have my shirts now. It would have been faster to order from china. Definitely not worth it. Do not order from them.
First, the shirts are awesome, and contribute to a great cause. I have at least five shirts and a hoodie, love them all. The womens have a really nice fit. Second, check and use the sizing chart for each item. Different items have different sizing, and some run small, but the charts are accurate. Third, they are a small company and custom print each order, so orders will take longer than a big warehouse, especially near the holidays. Responses to inquiries take a little longer too, although they have gotten much quicker as of late. But it is worth it. I had an exchange and special order and they handled both wonderfully and kept in communication through email and messenger. I love all of my items, I know my clothing is promoting awareness, and part of the proceeds go to good causes. Thank you AtA.
I really hate leaving a poor review for a company that works positively with animals... but, orders do take a long time to ship and deliver. I ordered a large sweatshirt (I usually wear a small/medium) hoping for it to be oversize and comfy. The Large is almost too small for me, it is tight and form fitting.I emailed them to let them know I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. They couldnt understand what I wanted when I informed them of my issue with my purchase. I said I didnt want anything, just to let them know I was not happy with the fit and it was very mis-leading. No other response or apology. VERY disappointed.
This is a great company. I was reading reviews and most people are complaining about the time it takes to ship BUT it states that they are a small company. Allow them time to fulfill orders. One lady complained about not getting it in 11 days, give me a break. I have never had a problem with all the shirts and bandanas ive bought from them. Great company.
I got a shirt and a sticker, shirt vinyl is just glued on and after 2 washes is already coming off. The shirts material is pretty cheap, cheap enough to mention. The stickers are alright but even then the ink wares off pretty easily. Shipping took about 15 days not bad but not great.
I totally agree with all the negative reviews here. It is also hard for me to leave a non-positive review for a company that gives back to animals, but I dont believe that should take away from good customer service. When I received my purchase confirmation email, the email basically said (and not in a very nice way) to refrain from emailing them and theyd get to your order and send out when they get to it. It sounds like I was on the luckier end because I received my order exactly a month after Id ordered. Although it took a while, I had no other issues. Which is why Im still rating a 3.
So in the last year I have tried to order twice both times failed very poor customer service not much done to fix it just told sorry it got lost in the mail here’s a refund just in personal find another place for your hard earned money. Oh and one time I ordered a candle and they shipped it to me in the middle of summertime with my shirts which meant everything was ruined because I live in Texas
I ordered one shirt six weeks ago and havent received it yet! I have emailed three times and sent a Facebook message and havent heard back!!! They took my money the day I ordered the shirt, but have never tried communicating with me. I recently emailed again telling them to cancel my order, so we will see if I hear back!
I received an item that became damaged after one wash. I originally wrote a bad review because they did not respond to my emails and I thought that they were giving poor customer service. I came back to correct my review because they just contacted me and are sending me a new item without question. This company has amazing customer service afterall, they just do things slower than most because it is a small company. They do explain that but I think we don’t realize how long it really will be. Give them time and they will surprise you that they are actually a really good company and I will order from them again after all. They totally proved that they do care about their customers. This has been the absolute WORST experience with a company that I have ever experienced. They completely messed up my order. The shirt I ordered was the wrong size and I ordered a custom phone case and SPECIFICALLY put down iPhone 7plus and yet they sent me an IPhone X. I have sent them countless emails. Countless Facebook messages and I have received one with a copy and pasted response from their FAQ when I asked why my order was shipped separately and I wasn’t notified. I spent $50 for a gift for my boyfriend that he had wanted for a really long time and to be able to carry my baby boy with me everywhere but now I just want to cry. We don’t have that kind of money to spend on things that don’t matter. I wanted to support this company because of my love of animals and I have seen them everywhere. I ended up being so heart broken and disappointed. I’m walking away from this $50 poorer and with two useless items that were supposed to be special.
I dont know who had a bad customer service experience but I have ordered from them multiple times and it has been amazing! The cause is enough to keep ordering. They have great prices, whitty apparel, and a good cause. My first order I was a little confused on the shipment time frame they responded back immediately andwere so helpful. Ordered 7-25-19, money withdrawn from my account 7-25-19, posting today 8-21-19 still without any customer service response or update to my order on my account page on their website, still unfulfilled status, no tracking number etc. BBB contacted.

You cant pick up your order. You cant call, you cant just email them, and you dont receive a real response from this company. But its true they sure do take your money. Ive been waiting since Nov. They created a shipping label and quickly fulfilled my order but tracking shows never was given to usps. 5 email amd nothing
LOVE all my gear! Everything fits perfect, and I was aware of the long wait for items to be made and mailed out, so I wasnt stressing too bad when it had been over a week. Worst quality product Ive ever seen. They should be ashamed of charging that much. Shirts arent even hemmed, not the bottom or sleeves. The material is heavy, unforgiving, scratchy and extremely uncomfortable. Dont bother trying to contact them either, they wont respond.

2021-02-12Ive ordered twice from ATA in the last year. Received product both times in about a month. Just received my hoodie yesterday, Feb 10. Ordered on Jan 20, shipped on Feb 2. Standard quality clothing. Fits as described on their size charts.Four stars because they seriously need to invest in fulfilling orders quicker. It shouldnt take 2 weeks to custom print clothing.Overall Im a satisfied customer.

2020-10-28I ordered 2 shirts, a hoodie and a face mask and everything was all amazing quality! Shipping took a little long, but with a world wide pandemic going on, it’s sorta expected. I didn’t even realize that they also donate some of their proceeds to animal shelters! I’m definitely going to be ordering again soon.

2020-02-25I ordered two shirts from them on February 5th. They ask for their customers to be patient with them and allow 8-10 business for the items to ship. We are now on the14th business day (yes, thats without counting the holiday) and I haven not received an email with shipping information. Ive emailed them twice and have not heard back from them. Even IF I get my shirts, probably wont order from them again. Which sucks because they have some pretty awesome items.

2021-02-16If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered a sweatshirt and I asked for a replacement order two times because I originally received a T-shirt. After that I received another T-shirt. I have waited for a refund for almost a month now and have not seen any of my money. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

2019-06-06I received my order in just under a month. There doesnt appear to be any defects or issues with the order so I am giving them 3 stars. My only complaint is the time it took to get my items. I understand that they are a small company but if they are going to advertise that the orders are going to ship in 8-10 business days, then they should honor that. Otherwise they need to update their disclaimer to a more realistic time frame.

2021-02-14Love their shirts and have been buying from them for over 2 years. Theyve always been slow, but for some reason theyve gotten ridiculous. They try to use covid as an excuse, but after a year they should have adapted, especially when the shirt is already printed. Theyre also trying to take advantage of customers by charging 5x of what shipping should be. Exploiting customers, not responding when customers reach out, not shipping for months.... thats the ingredients to make a company go out of business. Youve lost mine.

2019-06-08I live in the same LA county as their fulfillment center. They shipped my item past the 10 business days advertised. Twenty two days after I placed my order I finally received my items however they sent the wrong size on one of my shirts. Not going to pay return fees and wait another 3 weeks to get the shirt I originally requested. Small company or not, they should atleast commit to shipping items during the timeline specified AND get their clients order right.

2020-12-18I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother on Nov. 12. They said they shipped the order on Nov. 27, which is fine. They ask you to allow them a couple weeks for printing. However, I never got my order. I have emailed them and given them a full week to reply with no luck.

2021-01-26Ordered four shirts. Only three arrived. Repeatedly tried to get in touch with Arm the Animals to find out when I would receive the fourth shirt. No response whatsoever. I tried calling, emailing, sending messages and posting publicly on social media. Absolutely nothing. When I posted on their Facebook page, they immediately deleted my post so I know someone is looking at incoming messages. This is starting to feel like a scam.

2018-05-16I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I was so excited to receive my shirts but when I did there were issues. One just doesnt fit well (or anything like the website implies) and the other seems to be a manufacturer defect. I have emailed them 2 times and left messages on their FB page and still no response. Also, the cost for shipping is outrageous! They charge you for priority shipping but you dont receive the product for almost a month. I live about 3 hours from their shipping facility and it took 4 days to get to me after it was supposedly shipped. Bad customer service and ridiculous shipping cost. I was hoping to do an exchange and be able to support this company but it looks like Ill just have to return the items and move on.
