I had such a great experience buying my car! I called in the morning and spoke with Alex. He took all of my information and had me approved for a loan by the time I got there later. When I arrived, Alejandro took over. He had a car ready for me to drive. It was exactly what I wanted. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Paid my deposit, signed the papers and I was ready to go. If youre looking to get a car I would definitely check out approved auto center of Lodi. My family and I were looking to get a van for a decent price and good monthly payment, Alex the salesman was amazing and worked with us to get the lowest interest rate. We noticed after we left that we needed a couple of tires and that our front window had some glazing from the last tint so we gave them a call and between Alex, and the owner Orlando, we had new tires and front windshield that were both done as quickly as possible and at no extra charge. Definitely recommend.
One of the fastest car buying experiences Ive had. My husband and I went there not expecting to buy a car that day, but to see what they had and get an idea of what the trade in value for our Malibu would be. Joe and Orlando showed us a 2017 Nissan Rogue they had available and worked tirelessly with the owner to get it down to a price we could afford AND got us a great deal on our Malibu! They were kind and went above and beyond. They even filled the car with gas for us because it was almost empty and swapped out the front two tires because they were very worn. Over all, a great experience.

How can I express the gratitude for this car company enough? Not only were they amazing and helped my son get a car solely in his name, with affordable payments and warranty…but they also took care of him well after the purchase! They honored (even though it wasn’t in writing) making a second key, which ain’t cheap for the type of car he bought, detailed it to sparkling new status, and even paid for the smog and new brakes and rotors. We bought it as is but they proved that the safety and happiness of their customer was worth absorbing some cost for my new car owner son! Joe was awesome! It was my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership. I actually went there just for information 😆 I didn’t think it was going to be that easy. I had a few things that were a must and all the boxes got ✅✅✅ you hear stories all the time about car places taking advantage of people (specially women) but Joe was Patient with me as I had to keep calling my husband back to discuss things. Traded in my 2010 Chrysler 300 for a 2013 one. I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease of the whole experience! I wanted to switch out my tires and rims for the ones for the ones on the new car and they were very accommodating, they worked with my schedule and I go back on Saturday morning and have that done at their local tire shop. Everyone was very personable yet professional. I am located near Loomis and work in Applegate, so it was a bit of a drive. I wanted to be sure it was a done deal before I drove to Lodi from Applegate and they did everything via email, phone and text! I worked with Arlinda, Brandon and Sam as well as the finance manager (sorry, I forgot his name) but it was hassle, haggle free!

I would not recommend this place to an enemy. Besides the over priced cars and high interest rates. They are not honest. Watch out for a shut off device. They install it, telling you its a theft device, when it really to shut off your car if you dont make payments on time. So you can get stuck in the middle of nowhere. How they sleep at night? No worries, its easy to remove. Do it b4 they shut off your car. Do not get your financing thru credit acceptance. They will NOT work with you on anything. Horrible!!!! My credit is ruined.

Honest, very helpful, not pushy, work with you, give you plenty of time to decide, gave a break on the price and allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by an outside mechanic prior to purchase. They took the time to explain some things about cars and used cars that was helpful and useful. Nice guys especially Sam my salesman and John the owner. Did not use the typical high pressure sales tactics most used car sales man use. They were respectful and listened to what i wanted, never trying to get me to buy something else. It was a very nice interaction not the pitched sales gimmicky high pressure monologue you usually get on new or used car lots.
I was interested in one of their cars and contact a guy there name Abraham Pompa over there and ask for car-fax report of the car because I live in sac area which is an hour drive, he said ok but never send, after 3 days I sent a reminder email which he didn’t even answered. Seems they don’t care their business so I bought from some where else.

I personally reading all these negative comments idk , my experience there was really good, little bumps like wrong insurance, long wait for tags. Overall had a good experience they were all very helpful, car I got so far runs amazing show no issues ,came with carfaxs , 100,000 mile transmission and engine warranty. I would recommend this place to other. My credit is horrible and I got low down and low monthly payments ,thank you approved auto center!

If I could give them 10 star I would. The whole team is really amazing 😊 But Nate and John is phenomenal. I was really leery about going down there cause I didnt want to be turned by another car lot who promise things they cant come through on but these guys worked on it before I came down. Also i lived in Sacramento and this car lot is in Lodi, I didnt have a car to get down there and it cost to much to get down there as well. So guess what they got me a freaking Uber, although the Uber driver was freaking crazy. Which I hope they gave his ass .5 star but thats a different story lol. Back to what I was saying, when I did I arrive I had a freaking charger within low miles waiting on me☺️☺️☺️😊😊😊 All I had to do was sign on the dotted lines. They were very professional but still true to them selfs. Super young bunch of guys, with high energy to keep you entertained during the buying process. Also after all that I had to get car insurance, guess who paid my down payment for my care insurance......John discover card lol 😄😄😄😄 I was so freaking grateful. I had tried everywhere else like Paul Blanco which my car salesman there Rick sucks lol. I also tried Justbettercars which also sucked customer service side at least. Approved Auto Center is like the Super Hero’s of the industry. They are the Avengers , I wish batman was an Avenger😩 But anyways John is Thor and Nate Is Hawkeyes cause less face it those are my favorite ones. But all the guys are extraordinary. They start out super nice and do everything they can to help you and get you approved. But in my experience once I had the vehicle at home they didnt care about me at all. The day after I bought my truck from them I noticed a huge gash in one of the tires ( I looked them over at the car lot but the gash mustve been on the bottom) they refused to fix it. The sales manager jus kept brushing it off like it was no big deal ( its a 35 off road tire and he doesnt want to spend that money to fix it) I had the truck taken to multiple tires places and they all said it was a safety issue. So unfortunately I let that go then after waiting almost went months for my new tags to come in I receive the registration renewal in the mail. Apparently they didnt finance that part in with my loan. Without telling me. Once again sales Manger brushes it off says theres nothing he can do cuz its up to the dmv. I called the dmv and they say hes lying. Bottom line is they will help you buy a car but make sure you check the car extremely well before you the lot and make sure you understand everything they tell you that your signing. John is a real unreasonable guy
Everyone was nice until my brother decided he wanted to think about the car that they wanted to sell him. The car had fluids (oil probably) in several spots in the engine compartment, bad tires, smelled like smoke and looked like it had more wear than the mileage reflected. When we walked out, the salesman, Esteban told him that they were going to ruin his credit and primised that he would never be able to buy a car in the valley if he said no. Now he has 4 more inquiries on his credit and has to fight with the credit bureaus to get it taken off. Esteban, actually thought that threatening him would make him buy the car. 😡😡Bad move... My truck has a dash cam and we caught him saying half of it!!!😂😂😂

We purchased vehicles from Approved Auto before with no issues, but in September we purchased a Ford for our daughter and the plate and tags never came in from DMV (expires in December) and when I contacted them to find out why, was informed they are having problems with obtaining clear title (their end) and they never contacted me to even let me know. Tried calling today (as time is running out for vehicle to be street legal and we are still making payments and was told only person that knows anything about this is out until Monday?!? Have to say I am very disappointed in this whole experience thus far and unless made right, would recommend people inquire if here are title issues prior to purchasing to avoid what our family is currently going through.
Dont buy anything from this place, they dont inspect their vehicles very well, and the extended Warranty they offer is useless dont waste your money or time. They are very good at blowing smoke up your azz . The truck we bought has had nothing but issues and the extended Warranty doesnt cover the problem. So Unfortunately were stuck with a lemon.

My great-grandfather who is 84 asked me to please post this and let people who live in Stockton &surrounding areas know of his situation, so that they might not have to go through the same thing that he did. He feels taken advantage of and wants to share this.... (The following in parenthesis are all his words)Beware - WarningIf you are looking to buy a used vehicle stay far, far away from Approved Auto Center 1130 S. Cherokee Lane in Lodi, CA. Why? Because once you drive off the lot, and within the next day or so you find there are mechanical problems that obviously pre-existed, even though the salesman told me that they performed a 200 point inspection and the car passed everything and is good condition.Dont bother to call the lot to explain/complain. I called to complain of these obvious conditions and the help I got from them was Well its YOUR car twice and then they hung up on me. The cost to repair the car is in excess of $2,100 and thats after putting $2,000 down, and all the help I can get is Its your car.Hopefully, nobody will fall into their same trap that I did. NO STARS OUT OF 5! Thank you.If you have read this far I want to say thank you for your time and consideration. Also wanted to add a few things myself. My great-grandfather is a good, God fearing and extremely compassionate man who would help anyone who asks him. He is a retired police chief who served 20 years of Law Enforcement in Manteca, Stockton, Roseville &Auburn. He was treated so poorly by this establishment that my heart hurts for him. All the good he has done in this world, and in his later years is being treated unfair this way, its just not right. Just a mere few days of utilizing his vehicle and after being looked at by Big Valley Ford, he was made aware that his car possessed broken motor mounts and needs a new transmission clutch. Please just keep this in mind if you were thinking of taking a visit to Approved Auto Center in Lodi.

First of all I am very displeased with this business. My car had broken down in Lodi. They offered me 250 for a 2002 Nissan Maxima se for trade in value. Right away I could tell these salesmen were shady. They saw I was in a jam so they capitalized. I bought a Dodge Charger with 4500 down. As I was on the way back to Bay Area I noticed something wasnt right with the front end, also the automatic transmission was not changing gears to smooth. I immediately called John and explained to him what was going on . His very smart answer was well have you driven a charger before? So turns out after taking it to dodge that it had been crashed and not disclosed to me. Red flag .Ultimately I took it back got into a Nissan Altima. Which had been crashed as well. Shady people . I sent in my payment and the bank said they never got it more bs from everyone involved with this horrible business. Second payment wasnt even late and they repoed the car. So now Im out 4500 plus the payment because the receipt was in the car and they wouldnt. Let me back in it. Super bummed. Basically it has cost me so much . Knever everyone go to that horrible business. I, in the middle of a battle for ,y money back and I plan on suing.

2022-01-12This is the 3rd dealership I’ve used to purchase a car and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. my mom - who has never leased a vehicle before and had a lot of anxiety about doing so was able to get herself exactly what she wanted thanks to Joseph! She’s a hard woman to please and I called ahead to see if their was someone who could be gentle with her and help ease her nerves and he did exactly that. So grateful for Joseph’s patience, professionalism, and ability to laugh and keep things light hearted to ease my moms anxiety. I will be purchasing through joe again in the future!

2022-01-22I had my best car shopping experience to date. Orlando took care of me to the fullest extent. He found me an outstanding vehicle in great shape for an extremely affordable price. After a week I had some concerns, that ended up being operator error. I was worried and contacted him immediately about it and he was adamant that I bring the vehicle in right away. Not only did he put my concerns to bed, he also took the time to bring it to a trustworthy mechanic with me to make sure I was completely certain and satisfied. They’re extremely trustworthy, honest, and fair! I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the outstanding customer service I received from Approved Auto! 2022-05-19Was a first time buyer for a 2014 Honda Civic si as a first time buyer my APR was 18.8 fast forward to now and I’m trading it for a 2015 jeep Cherokee, this time around they bought off the remaining balance and still had equity for the vehicle which was used as a down payment for the jeep!! Couldn’t be happier with this process now my APR is 11.9!!!!! Blessed and happy with my decision to stay a customer at approved auto center! 2022-07-19Well I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the choice of vehicles on the lot. They were in respectable shape and were very well merchandised on the lot. That being said I was only there for one specific vehicle which they coincidentally happened to have two back-to-back. Both were in good shape but the first one was not my first choice of color. Imagine my surprise when the second one was and thus the trigger was pulled.Chad was our salesperson and I have to say having spent quite a bit of time in dealership sales he came across to me as being very credible, not pushy and eager to provide exactly what I was looking for. He delivered on those promises well, all without the usual used car salesperson stereotypes l. In fact I would be remiss if I didnt mention that the entire staff was very pleasant to work with and certainly went out of their way to put together a deal that was very very satiosfactory to me.Of course its probably the worst time to buy a used car now because all prices have been inflated due to a number of factors but in the end I think that everything went very well. The new plates and registration arrived in a week, which prompted me into remembering that I needed to write this review because after all its really important to give credit where credit is due. Approved Auto Center was not necessarily a place that I would normally shop since I had been purchasing cars from another establishment for the last 10 years but I have to say they will certainly be on my list of places to go if any future need were to come up. I thoroughly endorse this establishment and recommend anyone needing a vehicle that wishes to be treated appropriately to give them an opportunity to earn your business, you wont be disappointed - I promise you.Cant wait for the replacement Owners Manual to arrive.

2021-08-29Talk about turning a negative situation into a positive! My transmission blew in my car last week and I thought I was doomed! Today I came into Approved Auto Center just to see where I stood with my credit. Alejandro greeted me right away with a smile and a caring spirit. He listened and was symptomatic. He made the whole process comfortable for me. This is the first car I bought all by myself and I was very anxious. Thank you Alejandro for answering all my question and for going the extra mile to make this happen for me. Now I can get to work with out a worry 😀

2022-08-19DEFINITLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!Orlando is the best car salesman ever! i do not have great credit and he worked with me and tried his BEST to get me into a nice car with a great price. He tried for 2 days. I went shopping around after the first day and ended up back to Orlando and he was able to get me approved. He is real & makes sure he can do what is best for you! You will learn a lot from him in such little time. He is very educated and is a genuine great guy overall! Thanks so much Orlando! See you in a year and a half Lol! :)Lexi

2022-08-15PLEASE READ! While yes the will most likely give you a dam* car, the car is NOT going to be in a good condition. As a first time buyer, they said “oh your approved for this car* why yea that sounds great until you take the car home! You will realize that the car they tried/sold you has a lot of issues, some that can even be safety related. My car has a recall, prior accident with air bags deployed and they never told me when I asked. Oh did I forget to mention that once you buy the car they don’t give a fly about you or the car anymore? Contacted the guy for something small for the car and he said “YeA IlL OrDER iT”, never heard from him again (you know who you are)

2021-11-01After I totaled my 2016 Hyundai Accent I came to Approved Auto Center of Lodi to begin my search for a new vehicle. Alex was the salesman to assist me in my visit to their lot. I have purchased 3 vehicles from different dealerships and i have to say this was one of the best experiences i have had ever buying a car. They were extremely engaged in hearing what i was looking for and then listening to my concerns as i test drove a couple of their vehicles. He made sure to answer all my questions as they came up and even gave more information to go with the answer to my questions. I felt more like family or close friend then a customer. They made sure i was 100% comfortable leaving their lot in my new Nissan Pathfinder! I love my purchase and feel they helped me make a great choice for myself and two sons. I would recommend any looking to purchase a used vehicle to definitely try this dealership. Much more welcoming and friendly to go to then those big dealerships. Not once did i feel like they just needed to make a sale. Won my 5 stars for sure. Hope if you choose them that you experience the same friendly service as i did!
