Stayed here for 2 months. Dan, the owner, is a very nice and understanding. He recently purchased the place and has done an outstanding job cleaning things up. Its not perfect but hes brought it a long way. All of the tenants are a pleasure and very helpful. Everyone there makes you feel welcome. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a joke! Its a residential hotel, so people live here and pay over $400 a week. Dan-the owner- will over charge you, and doesnt give receipts. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. He barely ever shows up unless he wants money and sometimes weeks go by before he ever makes an appearance. He blocked my car in the driveway at 6am and followed me to a gas station where he demanded I pay him right there and then. He would go into my room when I was gone and go thru my things and didnt have permission. Rooms are dated, dirty, and not well maintained! No service is provided whatsoever! This guy is a creep and just an all around bad person. Stay far away!!!!

Its about your worste nightmere one could ever imagine . Its filthy dirty and is so exspensive to stay in that dump.plesse dont lower y did while I occupied a room 17 for 4 years and never had towels lights sometimes ni electricity and not any help with linnen ir sheets not any thing that would be a for sure thing in any other motel. Even across the way on the gas station side theres better rooms if you need a deal or something on a lower scale.

Comfy quiet place to rest my head when I needed a spot close to town but far enough away to get away quick. Nice and accommodating management. Priced alright.

Actually more impressive than I originally had thought. Little run down but is an older building. Quick and easy booking. Well lit up at night

Overpriced, no turndown, and no vending machines or ice. But there is privacy and the manager can be lenient with pay schedule

Tweakerville. Fire alarms at 1:30am. Good luck trying to find the manager owner. Worst $74 ever spent. Clean it up.
