Apple valley motel : seams at first glance to be run down but once you get inside the room seems to be ok. Half of the rooms have been upgraded. You can only get the towels at 9:30 am. The weekly rates are fair. No complaints of bed bugs. So with that said I give it a three star
They have cleaned up the rooms pretty good. A few years ago it was gross. The room I got this time was actually nice!
Its okay. Not too clean. Used my own sheets n blankets with a mattress cover. I prefer motel6 any day

Everything as expected to find in a motel room but what made it worse was the dirty/stained towels that were hanging on the towel rack. We brought our own towels anyway but if the simple towels are dirty what do you think is in the room
Well its come a long way must have new owners it was in pretty bad shape and theyre fixing it all up have a little ways to go need to put some thresholds below the door at the little air come to the bottom minor cosmetics here and there

Good price and location if youre visiting Apple Valley. We didnt need anything fancy, and the fridge and table were helpful. The bathrooms and showers reminded me of being in Turkey, but they worked.
Office staff is very friendly. I was there for 15 days. It was peaceful and quite. The office staff also maintains the propety and keeps it clean. I would stay here again
Gross ,but no other place to go.the fridge has mold,the blankets were gross the padding as bad as blankets ,towels I wouldnt dry my dogs off with them t.v. didnt work for the first three days and worst of all I pay for a weak and I have to shut off cooler for 5 hours when it freezes ,he wont switch rooms he gave me a box fan ya meI pay too much and he cant switch rooms ,well this place should be shut down
Bedbugs. Microwave, mini-fridge. No hangers in closets. Slow wifi. Bedbugs! Room 117. No hair dryer. NMinimal shower accessories ( shampoo, conditioner, etc) BEDBUGS!!!!!

Its actually the apple valley motel. My stay there was good but inside could have been cleaner. Cost Around $320 something a week.
This is the nasty place I ever stay at beside the black horse motel they are just like this place they have bed bugs I seen a lady tell them that she got all bit up and the manager didnt even care tried tell her that she had them before she got their the room are sick their flys and roaches in the rooms it very gross over price I wouldnt ever stay there if they paid me the bathroom are horrible the manager is so rude if you have kids babys you dont want to take them there is cops driven in and out of there people out side doing drug deals walking by and looking in your car people are out side all hr of the night sick
These rooms afilled with roaches supposedly the owner sprays the room but none of the roaches r dead ND now theres more
Did not stay. They do not accept emotional support cats. The manager was rude and spoke poor English.
Clean and the rooms so far are nice and basic. Will always come here when needed.

Altho it was an older building, my room was huge. The rustic atmosphere and pet friendly policy, coupled with the convience of the corner room having a patio I could gate off for my pooches more than made up for it! I was afforded privacy and ample space for my dogs. It worked out perfectly!
Go here for head lice , your neighbors are probably smoking meth in room next to you... Owner knocks on every door very loud 2 hours before check out so he knows you are up

2021-12-23Terribly overpriced for what youre getting. A cosmetic mess with a bunch of issues. Main complaints are the sheets that are in terrible condition with a countless stains on them, furniture that has been to hell and back covered in what looks like soot, gum, and God knows what else, and the wifi. Just getting good enough connection to write this out was a pain in the rear. There are a lot better places around with maybe a little higher price, but if its $20 extra to be anywhere else thats a $20 well spent.

2021-04-22Good little DIVE motel. Rooms were clean , just dont open the medicen cabinet. A lot of used razors. The shower head needs to soak in some C.L.R. so the water will come out.

2021-07-06I do not recommend it here, the owner is all up in your business, its also pricey and It’s filthy, the sheets don’t look like they have been washed I had to change to my own sheets and blankets. There is also a lot of stuff broken. I wouldn’t come here again..

2021-04-15The location is nice but This is the most disgusting motel i have ever stayed at. dirty towels, dirty pillow cases and dirty sheets they look like they havent been washed in weeks. Im not staying here again thats for sure!

2018-12-09Drove from Tucson Az for a friends benefit/fundraiser that was nearby. 2 night stay. Reserved a queen, got a double. No wifi whatsoever, drawers had no bottoms. Step out of non existing water pressure shower, walk to dress (8 steps maybe) feet were filthy. Towels were the softest sandpaper I’ve ever felt! But for $60 a night we just chalked it up to a new motel dive adventure. Drove home. Bed bug bites all over my wife’s arm and back! Hell no! Never again! Would not have posted this if she hadn’t gone to urgent cars for a bed bug bite diagnosis 2 days later. Luggage, clothes, car, etc under constant scrutiny now. The benefit went well though!

2020-09-30I spent the night here and I had a unpleasant experience. They kept calling me days before my arrival bugging me for my credit card information after I had already paid online. Then when I spent the night, it was not very clean. The day after sleeping there, I got bed bug bites. Then we had to check out at 11am the next day. But at 10:15, they knocked unbelievably loud while I was sleeping to let me know I had to leave. I would not recommend staying here.
