When you live in California, you have to deal with outages and wifi issues. However, Anza Electric Co-Op has handled all of them with urgency and kindness. Everyone on the staff truly seems to put this community first. In addition, they are one of the top supporters of the location organizations. They donate their time and money to make sure the kids and other people here are taken care of. That alone says a lot about a company.

Friendly and personal service. Love the recipes in the Currents monthly publication. Very healthy and season al appropriate. We are grateful to be saving money on our monthly electric bill, having been approved to participate in the Anza solar discount offer. Barely pick up phone calls. Makes issues ways more complicated than it actually is. For example, when they came over to exam our wires and router they came up with a firm conclusion that the issue is actually coming from their place and not ours. However the following day, we still didnt have internet connection and then they told us its because they need access to our home again when they had already told us nothing is wrong at our house so their request was very unnecessary. At last, I got tired of their inconsistency and wanted to cancel my internet with them but then at the moment all of the sudden they said my internet should work now. They are very confusing. The internet did work for two days after they said that then it shut off on me again. Once again, I am paying over 50 dollars a month for this internet service of theirs and it hasnt worked for 1 full month and they dont seem to know how to resolve a simple issue that they are causing themselves. Very disappointing.

Horrible customer service. Very inconsistent and they take very long to resolve simple issues. They disconnect my internet for no reason from time to time and it would take about a month until they get back to me. VERY disappointed. Would never want their disappointing unprofessional service again.

Staff not knowledgeable about paperwork when someone passes away. They all have different opinions on what to do.
