They were awesome I bought a hunk of junk from a family dealer and they took care of me, The sales rep and the finance guy that were both extremely personable. Ive had bad experiences with car salesmen where they just try to push you on to the car they want to get off a lot because its an easy sell, not the case here. This car works a lot better than the one I bought originally from the family dealer haha
While the service was done correctly for what was covered under the warranty it is the belief of my hired pest control company that it is probable that a rodent entered my vehicle while being serviced at the dealership and caused a bunch of damage and the inability to use my vehicle for numerous days.
Brought my 2018 Nissan Altima in this morning for a oil change and tire rotation and was helped by SK. He gave us excellent customer service. He addressed a recalled hood latch that I had no clue about and now its fixed. He also gave me a discounted service and they washed my car..
Took truck in to get repair for shifting problem on 11/30/21 never heard anything from them. We kept calling but had to leave messages. Finally got a call back days later t he at part would be in the next day. Still no call. Went there to find out that no part was ordered and I took the truck until the following week when part came in.
Our salesman was Richard Garcia. He made my family feel comfortable in trusting him to find the right car. He made us feel like he wasn’t trying to sell us a car on his lot, but instead he made us feel like he would do everything he could to get us the car we wanted. He continued to reassure us that he would do anything he could to help us, not just do anything to sell to us. The experience as a whole was very friendly and cordial. He just made us feel like he was a friend trying to do his best by us. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend Richard to our friends and family. The only reason we don’t intend on getting services from Nissan is because we have a close family friend mechanic that has been servicing our cars for almost a decade.
This is my 2nd car that I buy from Nissan Antioch (I bought a Frontier Truck years ago). What can I say, Sergio Morales the salesman has great customer service skills. He is professional and has a lot of knowledge. He makes the experience of buying a car very pleasant and smooth.
It was great!! I got exactly what I came for. I was given information about a sale they have for a set of new tires (which I will need soon). I did not feel pressured to purchase the tires or get any work done on my car that I had not gone there for. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly during my visit.
My most recent experience at Antioch Nissan was to come in for a normal service as I do every couple months. As always SK from the service department took care of me and did a fabulous job. He informed me that not only did I need my normal oil change but I also needed a couple more things taken care of including a recall. Needless to say I did spend more time at the dealer than I had planned but everything was taken care of and as always experienced more than amazing customer service.
My husband and son came and looked at cars, we got a great salesman. Mario was amazing. He was not pushy and he knew what he was talking about. Very professional. He let they take their time while they decided what to get. It was such a great experience we came back 4 days later and traded my car in for a new car, only if we worked with Mario. Greg was awesome, really helped work the deals. And Fidel rocks!!! Amazing team. We will come back again. We have purchased 3 cars from Antioch Nissan and Greg and Fidel were apart of each deal.
My wife and I stopped by this dealership just to look at an Altima we were interested in. Sales Representative Amy greeted us right away, and led us to the vehicle for us to take a look at. What most impressed me about Amy, even though shes only been there a month, was her desire that we understand all of the features offered on the car and her genuine concern that we would be happy with the vehicle if we were to purchase it. Amy offered to take us for test drive even though we didnt request it. She made the sales negotiations straight-forward and pleasant, so my wife and I ended up making the purchase. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience Ive ever had, and Antioch Nissan is very lucky to have Amy representing them.
This review is for the service department especially for the service advisor Juan Ambriz.I had a 9am service appointment on Saturday . I could tell that they were pretty busy. Juan greeted me as soon as I pulled in and introduced himself, He was very polite and listened to my concerns regarding my appointment. He made me feel welcomed and made the whole process very easy. The service was great.
My visit was more than I had expected. The service rep that I got was not only knowledgeable but he was believable. I felt confident in allowing him to take charge and suggest what type of service I needed that day. His personality was outstanding along with the customer care that he provided.
Nice but because it was a recall I guess they might treat those customer different then the one really spending money. I been there before and had good customer service, this time it was different. I hope you know the recall is not our fault and attorneys are reaching out to your clients its a bad choice to treat them differently.
Service of my Nissan Sentra...Team of SK was always there to provide me an extra quality service...giving most care to senior citizen like me..respect and honest advice...most specially the price I can’t afford...keep it up! Sir.. Please and thank you! I really appreciate your service..
I have an amazing service associate, SK, that goes the extra mile to make sure that my car is running its best, He makes sure everything is explained to me. He also, references to other vendors if Nissan cannot assist. I truly appreciate every person I deal with, down to the cashier. Thank you Antioch Nissan for all your hard work and for taking care of me and my car.
No-hassle process with transparent no-haggle pricing that was better than other dealerships and worth the longer drive to get here. Got the exact model I was looking for within the timeframe I needed, and all commitments to me were kept. Salesperson was helpful, informative, and professional. No bait and switch, good cop/bad cop, fake scarcity or other typical games that other dealerships play. Pickup was quick and painless, with all documents prepared in advance. All in all, this is how a dealership experience should be.
Ive heard nothing but negative things about this dealership after I purchased my Certified 1 year old Armada that cost the pocketbook 50k. My service experience was far beyond my expectations because Marco Alcayaga was so patient with me, was empathic as I was freaking out and very knowledgably. I will most likely return for my service needs. One reason why I would not return, is the dealership doesnt offer shuttle service. Now Im not sure if that is because of Covid, or they simply do not have one which is very inconvenient when most people can not sit and wait all day for their vehicle, and most dealerships offer that service.
I was pleasantly surprised to have my Service Adviser meet me outside when I pulled up. My original appointment was just for an oil change, but he informed me my 30k mile service was due and they were able to do it during the same visit. In addition, the work was finished about 30 min before the promised time. Awesome service all around
I confirmed the availability of the car and lease price over the email and phone with the sales person. I called him 2 hours before leaving to dealership to confirm availability and when I got there they have a car ready for me with different specification. They apologized and tried to get another car from another dealership while I waited for 3 hours but they couldnt. They found another car 3 days later with higher price. When I was ready to sign the lease, sitting before the finance person, the store manager stepped in and insisted I say I am happy with their service. If not, he prefers not do business with unhappy customers. Therefore, I would have to go back home for the second time without the car. They should have told me about this policy when they asked me to come over to their dealership.Their customer loyalty rep called me after a few weeks and explained this situation. She said she will talk to the manager and apologized for the experience.Overall it was a terrible car buying experience. I am not going to this dealership again.
SK has given me the best customer service I could ask for. Not only did he keep me updated with what was going on with my car as soon as he heard something, he even checked my extended warranty for me, (didnt think my car had any) Come to find out it did and it saved me a lot of money. I expected to get my car back within 2 weeks but only had to wait 1 week. Just in time for my birthday! I am extremely grateful and appreciate everything he has done.Thank you all for everything!
I only go here to get my truck serviced, and the staff in the service department is awesome! They take the time to explain things and also offer recommendations, and every now and then a little break on your bill! The waiting area is nice and clean with a huge flat screen, there are vending machines, but they offer free coffee (Starbucks Pike, yum) and free packaged muffins, which are in a basket at the service desk area - pretty much free for all! I would give 5 🌟, but I feel their prices are too high compared to other auto service repair places, but thats expected, isnt it? Especially if you want original manufacturer parts...
My experience was great! I turned my car in to the service desk, I was a little late but they still took my car which was great, no hassle. I just walked in and had a great time watching tv, drinking coffee and eating a delicious muffin and it took a load of stress off me. My mechanic was amaZing, Khem! Made it smooth and quick in and out service. Overall amazing and glad that I came to Antioch Nissan, I’ve had nothing but beyond great experiences. Thank you!
Several sales reps assisted me,and were very helpful. I had to unfreeze my Experian credit report, which became a very complicated process, but Greg and Mario worked on it with me for a couple of hours. All of the people helping me were professional, helpful and courteous. I feel that I have made new friends at Antioch Nissan.
My husband Patrick and I went back for our 60,000 mile service this month. Nissan found a couple of issue, but is handling them. SK and Juan helped us. Amazing customer service at your Antioch Nissan location. We always tell all my family and friends Nissan is the only way to go! I love my Maxima
.Its according what for The dealership prices on a used car they got from Enterprise rent a car was sold for too much. When a lady that comes in and her husband has just died they should work with her better. This Nissan Sentry was not worth the prize.I believe the dealership got me.
Everyone there was friendly and every helpful. They were very respectful. They didnt just sale me car, they also advised me on whats best for me.I didnt feel no pressure, just the opposite. They were warm friendly people. I will recommend to my family and friends, if their thinking about buying a car or a truck I will recommend that they check with Nissan of Antioch first.Lorenzo Stanchel.
We had an awesome experience here! We traveled about two hours from Monterey because they had a terrific deal on the exact model with the options I was looking for. Our salesperson, Miguel, was extremely responsive and helpful without being overly pressuring. Then after we made the deal, he made sure to walk me through all of the new features and how they worked. The finance guy we worked with (cant remember his name, sorry!!) was also extremely personable and no-pressure, and walked me through all of the options thoroughly. We will definitely make the trip again when my husband is ready for his next Nissan truck! They exceeded our expectations.
I want to be clear: the service I ultimately received WAS satisfactory. However it took two separate visits to achieve that result. The first day, the oil change and tire rotation requested were forgotten and the front collision sensors reprogramming failed entirely. The second visit achieved all of the necessary work, and the sensor was replaced as part of warranty service. However, time is often more valuable than anything else, and in that sense, my first day of service was entirely wasted. I will be happy to update after my next warranty service.
Jacob was my first point of contact and represented Antioch Nissan very well. Open and honest about his availability, and given his manner and approach to customer service, felt important and welcomed. The test drive was 4 days prior to purchase, which was a day off for Jacob, but Thursday, met him at our appointed time, and we completed the sale. The whole store as a whole, clean, presentable, professional. My only concern is feeling like fresh bait tossed in a waters and watch the sharks on feeding frenzy approaching us, before we were even out of the car.
This place is awesome. The salespeople really go the extra mile. Greg, Marc, and Fidel really gave me a positive experience. No hassles, and very helpful. I havent needed to go through the car buying rigmarole too much, but my husband likes his toys. I know the process. These gentlemen were superstars. They got us in and out with no problem. With a lifetime in retail, I know good crew when I see it. Greg, Marc and Fidel you guys are rock stars....👍👍👍👍👍
Would not go here ever again. Service was excellent when I had to go in but they could not find the problem. After the fourth time bringing it in for the same issue in 7 months, I talked to the sales manager; cant remember his name, was an African American man and they had nothing to tell me but they would pay off half of my loan and I could buy a newer car ended up coming from 16000 to a total of around 35000 for the same car. Ended up having to get a lawyer and talking to Nissan Usa. One of the best repair shops but the sales crew is sleazy and not willing to work with you as a customer for a good deal. Will never return to buy a vehicle.
I used a broker for the purchase. Antioch Nissan was prompt and delivered the car very quickly. I dont live in the Antioch area - so my service dealer will be in the San Jose area...but if I did, I would go to them without a doubt.Car was secured quickly and shiny and new!Fabulous!
The most recent visit to Nissan was good, Erick Fernandez being the person who’s always helps me but this last time Marco offered to help me & he did a very good job, one suggestion I give in general is you guys should give discounts to people who take these type of surveys, that encourage people to take them surveys more oftenly.I wish the company nothing but success in the years ahead, you need to focus on making full electric vehicles, people are chasing after them. Please send me a discount coupon for my next visit with you guys.
Do you like being lied to go to Antioch Nissan they tell you there Nissan extended warranty is from them. Its not its a 3rd party and they dont know what is covered so yeah you will have to do that your self. they will also do any thing but fix your car. I took my car in for a light on the stick shift not working unless you hit the dash they couldnt recreate it sorry we cant fix a short lol. my car would not start I looked and the ignition fuse was out so I had it towed to them they called me and said it started right up so either the tow truck guy fixed it or they did they tried to make it out that I had it brought in for no reason. Thumbs !@#$%^& down.
I enjoyed my visit at this dealership the staff was so nice. They were all working together willing to help each other out I have 2 little girls that do not know how to sit still. They were very patient and even helped us entertain them. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is trying to buy a car one of the best experiences Ive had at a car dealership by far! Great Job Nissan Antioch!
I will never buy a car from this place nor will recommend them to anyone. MIGUEL at Nissan antioch is the most rudest person I have came in contact. I was car searching and shopping around. He called me to see if i wanted to make an appointment to come in. When I told him i was at another dealership looking around he rudely said when your really ready to buy something call me. And then hung up in my face. Then he called me a few days later and asked if i was still looking for a car and i told him I already purchased a vehicle he hung up in my face. I wasnt going to write a review since i didnt buy a vehicle from them but the fact that i had experience his rudeness not once but twice is unacceptable. I will be writing a letter to corporate as well. If you want great customer service and someone without attiude and will look out for you go to All star Huyndia and ask for Rafael. I didnt buy from them either but he was patient and gave me one of the greatest customer service experience ever.
They could have tried harder to fix the recall on my car that had been fraudulently claimed in another state. Just fix it because it wasn’t my fault and now the safety of my passengers is at risk because they couldn’t eat $100 worth in parts. Seriously? The only response I got was “my hands are tied, you can call customer relations.”
Took my car in for routine service. Lucky for me the in-cabin air filter was being replaced for free (limited time only). Probably pretty dirty since it was used during the fires at Paradise. Stayed in the waiting area this time. Was able to use their WIFI and get through my email while they worked on the car. As always very good service.
I was contacted by Creg and I didnt think I could get a car. I took a chance and was able to trade in my old car for my very first brand new car. At most I figured Id leave with another used car but God is good and so is the Antioch Nissan sells team. Im over joyed at the effort and results.
Hi,Iam very pleased and happy regarding the customer service. Especially the cleanliness of the place. I have been to other dealers but your is exceptional.Perfect , go extra mile for everything. So hoping you guys maintain this, iam pretty sure customer will come.Thank you
Marco Alcayaga is the best Service Advisor your company has. He is a great asset to Nissan. He is so informative and helpful that the department is lucky to have him. I will not take my vehicle to anyone else. He is a professional that treats his customers with courtesy and respect. What a value Antioch Nissan has added in hiring Marco!
On my to our annual family camping trip, in the rush to get things in the car, I misplaced my keys and didn’t have an extra pair so I had to get my car towed to the dealership to get another pair made. The dealership repairs was super busy but they went out of their way to get keys made in 30 mins and we were able to be out on road and be at our destination in a timely fashion. Thanks Antioch Nissan!
Had my oil changed, that went well, the XM radio antenna was also replaced, i had to return the next day to have the interior light fixture put back in proper alignment, the service writers at antioch nissan perform their jobs very well , I wish i could say the same for the service technicians. I dont like returning multiple times to have parts or equipment replaced to its original position. Lastly , please dont leave greasy finger prints on light colored interior parts.
This dealership deserves a zero star. After agreeing on a sale price as I was traveling 3hrs to get to the dealership. They sold the car from underneath me! What a sham, unethical business practice from the management! Do yourself a favor and dont do business with this dealership they didnt even have the courtesy or decency to call me so I can turn around. Waist of gas & time, I had my 9 year old son with me who was crush and sooo sad that we didnt drive home in the family van we needed! Worst car buying experience ever at this place!!!!
New to Nissan, my mom, grandma and I were very impressed with the effort and attention we received. Grandma will be back to trade in her car very soon. Even after the car has been signed for, sold and driven off the lot, my Nissan Sales Rep has been beyond helpful with any questions and concerns Ive had.
I dont appreciate you guys service. I called to confirm someone would be there to drop me back off at work while my vehicle waits to be serviced. Associate told me yes. But made me wait 30 minutes to get back to work making me late and making me have to fill out a time card. Your associate should have confirmed that information before having me come down. If I lose my job due to the fact you guys caused me to be late I am going to follow the proper procedure and its not going to be nice. thats very unprofessional and not a good way to conduct business. I rate this place 1 star for that. Also when associate told manager I needed a ride. The manager said well she needs to wait. That is not how a manager should conduct business. I am under the impression you guys dont care about your customers. Some of the worst service I have had so far.
Finally!! Customer service has been outstanding in this dealership. Grateful as a customer of the changes, I wouldnt hesitate anymore to take my cars in. Matt is a wonderful person and has outstanding customer service. Ask for him and you will be back with your cars.
Probably the worse dealers I have dealt with. Gave me a quote in email. I told them I am coming to see the vehicle. I drove with my whole family for about 1 hour. When I got there, they did not have the vehicle. They tried to sell us an upgrade or bring the car from San Jose. You expect me to wait 4-5 hours so you go and bring the car? The salesman said that it was miscommunication and he apologized for the inconvenience. But what really got me was what followed the apology. From what I heard, it sounds like its a normal thing at this dealership. Bate and switch. I would think twice before coming here ever again.
I am extremely happy with the service Miguel has given me and my husband over the last couple of years, I can say i trust Miguel because he will not mess you up like other people do. I am very happy with my new Murano that Miguel was able to get me with a good deal, Thanks Miguel for your hard work. If you need a good deal on a car i suggest you go see my friend Miguel at Antioch Nissan
Today billy got me into my 2016 Nissan Rogue . After a bad experience at Toyota , billy came right out and helped me . Showed me what they had and was brutally honest about everything ! I liked him from the start ! He was real and not just an average salesman. They worked with me and what I had and got me off the lot today with excatly what I wanted !! Him and the walking calculator as billy called him ( didnt catch him name ) they were both amazing !!! And the finance manager got me an even better deal ! I was very pleased with Nissan of Antioch today ! Thank you guys!
Terrible service for a simple oil change. Had a 930 appt and its 11am and i still have a 20 minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous. 2nd time being here and the exact same experience. I wont be returning again. How on earth does the oil changers I drive past on the streets take 10 minutes yet the dealership takes 2 hours.
Tips to share from my experience. Buyers need to gain knowledge before comiting to this dealership.1- Cars are mark up way higher than the true cost of the vehicle. Check on Kelly blue book for features and prices..etc. Not just Antioch Nissan. Have a price in mind with the features you want in the vehicle.2. Watch out for extra fees. If a vehicle is new, extended warranty is a waste of money. A new vehicle comes with a warranty. A customer has 30 days to cancel or get a prorated portion if over 30 days.3. Watch out for the car addendum. Learned that one. Never pay that posted price.4. Stand your ground.5 Dont let this people push you over to buy just because of good credit.6. There are consumer agencies that can protect you when issues surface.7. Best price guarantee is a joke.8. If a gift card is offered you will never going to see it.
I spent all day waiting on finance department. I was quoted a price and came in around noon. By nine pm they finally had me singing the contract. After my $10,000 deposit the total price for my loan was still $8000 more then the original price quoted. The middle back seat is also useless since seat belt sits under the person. They said they fix that then service department said I needed to buy a $50 extension kit. And I got the S model (base) instead of what I asked for which was the hybrid. My monthly payments were also much more than discussed. I was told I get the fabric and paint protectant and didnt. I called back for weeks to discuss all of the above and never heard back from anyone. Stoped in several times and the person I needed to speak with was never available. Very angry with my purchase and will never buy or recommend this place ever!
Very impressed by the knowledge, patience and most of all the professionalism of our Sales Consultant Marc Lewinter. We made three separate visits as we were also considering the Honda CRV. Every visit Marc patiently answered all our questions without any hard sell or disrespect to Honda. For me, this instilled a lot of trust & confidence in Nissan and the Antioch dealership. The Sales Manager , David ?, worked with us to get to a price point and financing to where it became a no brainer choosing Nissan. Overall, a very positive experience.
Not honest, not truthful and they dont act in your interests. Messed up our credit score , never apologized, in addition- they would give you their word which means completely nothing.I prefer dealing with Professionals and Experts. to all friends of mine - Please be cautious!!Nissan in Antioch- not acting in your best interest! They would promise, give you their word and then they would take it back and put everything on you and tell you that we didnt say that. Dont listen to them!Ive seen people like that and I am trying StayAway from them!In addition, They will make you wait (40 minutes at least... and then point out the fact that you wasted Your time.. when as a fact - they make you wait.. nice selling technics )They got us a deal ( truly, the deal was good ... great), promised so much..(their word means nothing , remember ) and they made a mistake, so that the deal got canceled; credit score fell tremendously (although they promised that it wont affect the credit score - it did) They completely lied. Very disappointedPlease note that the business also builds on referrals. Not sending any of my clients there. NO.They are not acting in your best interest and not trying to work a good deal. They are just trying to make a sell, aggressively, whatever it takes.
I was unfortunately part of a scare tactic/ scam-like sales pitch at the service department. took my car in for a check engine light problem. (2016 Altima) My car has the extended comprehensive coverage so I was confident it would be ok. Turned out the problem was covered by the warranty. (Bad CO2 sensors) But I guess nissan put out a service advisory to change several parts in the engine for updated parts. Since those parts are in perfect working condition my warranty would not cover so I have to pay out of pocket $1100. What is worst, if I declined nissan to replace a perfectly working part, they would then give me zero warranty on the service performed that day and practically assure me issue would come back if I didnt replace those other parts. This is such a scam-like move on nissan. If its so crucial to change perfectly good working parts it should be some type of recall or if the work is not guaranteed and I get assured issue would come back because of those parts not being changed then put it on my claim as defective parts and change them. My car has warranty and all those parts are part of the warranty. I have never felt so insecure about a job performed by a dealer that gave me zero warranty on their service. So as soon as the check engine light comes back as I was warned it will, then you did not fix the problem nissan. Pay $1100, or our work will not have any warranty scare tactic/scam to replace a perfectly good part just because nissan said so. Where is the peace of mind in this? If I cant trust you the dealer then there is no way I would ever buy a Nissan again. This is my 4th nissan and I never felt so disappointed.
I phoned Nissan Service n told them I would be moving out of town and would like to have an oil change. The man said, come on in. I said, oh, I dont need an appointment? He said, no. So because I am working, I rearrange my schedule which was quite difficult because I take care of an elderly woman.I then showed up at Nissan, waited 15 min in the service line and finally a young man comes to my vehicle n says, can I help you. Yes, Im here for an oil change. He says, we cant do it now, but I can schedule you an appt. I said, no, the guy said come over n I do not need an appt. This is Monday at 2:45. First of all, I rearranged my schedule, I cannot come Wed n Thurs because I have movers scheduled. He says I can schedule you tomorrow, well yeah but Ive already scheduled other appts since I knew I rearranged my schedule today for the oil change. So now I have an appt for tomorrow and Im out $100, because I have had to cancel the next day appts. The young girl who scheduled me for the appt, explained that yes, they take walk ins, but its also done by appts. Well why didnt the first man that I spoke to just schedule me to ensure I could get in?So very disappointed, bothered that I had to find coverage for my patient and really upset that I am out $100.So I get to follow up on my review! I got an apology. First of all, the only reason Im at Nissan for a free oil change is because they messed up when I bought the vehicle. I was asked to come back in and rewrite a check and sign a form because they could not find my paperwork. The check was for $18,000. So yeah, my gas n my time was for their convenience. And now for my free oil change, I get an apology and sincerity that as they move forward they will do their best to ensure this doesnt happen or whatever! Are you kidding me?? This place has been in business for I dont know how long and you can bet this has happened hundreds of time! Sure walk ins are welcome! Why??? Because they dont want to chance losing any money..BUT..if their customers lose money, they will be sure to give you a sincere apology!! Bad Business!! Just not right!!Take the time to make appts instead of having this walk in policy. I and nobody else believes that this policy is going to change and you could care less about the ripple effect it has on your customers well being.Update: I went back for my free oil change that they gave me for having lost my $18,000 check. The service guy came to me to say I owed $23 or thereabouts! Once again unhappy, a young woman in charge of appeasing customers, tried to apologize by saying they would review their policies about walking, etc. I say, come on cause really youre not going to do that because that would cost you to lose money n youve been in business for many years n basically you just want to appease me n have me go away. She asked to speak with me privately. I said, no, here is fine. Now the service manager shows up to speak with me about my free oil change... my mistake, he asked me to his desk where it was private. He then says after listening to me with a blank look on his face because he already knew all of my complaints, why should we do anything to help you since you went on the internet and gave us a bad review? Seriously!!!! I said, because I could go out on the lot and picket you n you could lose a customer. His answer, Go right ahead. And so I did!Dont talk to anyone in private. They can be very unprofessional n rude.On another note, when I arrived, I heard another customer complaining to a service man there that she gave a rating of 1 because of the service manager being rude n no help. The young service tech said oh no thats not him, hes not in today n hes a really good guy. That was a lie because it was the same Service Manager that I then dealt with.
We bought the new 2019 Nissan Altima Platinum model in spite of the issues w/ my 2016 model. Nissans new model has so many convenient features and looks sharp--this is coming for a car owner who just wants a reliable car to take me places comfortably. I thoroughly enjoy this new model! A recent accident brought us back to the dealership (under 3000 miles). SK Khem in the service dept provided the most helpful, thorough, quick service for my car. He worked w/ the body shop and took care of the recall (camera) issue while it was in there and another defect that appeared (under warranty). Also wanted to acknowledge the shuttle driver, who took us to a nearby restaurant so my husband & I could enjoy lunch--he even recommended a special soup--it was delicious. The 2nd occasion I barely had time to eat my muffin w/ their coffee when the car was fixed! Personal, efficient - SK is appreciated. Thank you!!
Antioch Nissan is amazing I just purchased a 2019 Altima and the sales team and everyone else that I dealt with treated me with respect with trusting no pressure which alone is a unique experience. They worked to help me get what I wanted and did so in a very family like atmosphere. I highly recommend you go down there and see for yourself, I am confident you will be surprised at the level of confidence, confort and trust they provide you with as well as reassurance. Antioch Nissan exceeded my expectations from a dealership. I truly have never been happier purchasing a vehicle at any other dealership I that I have personally dealt with in the past. They set the bar for me for what I expect from a dealership from sales to purchase and beyond. See Chris at sales and Mario they will provide a great purchasing experience!! A+
I had a long wait. I had been told that the service would take 60 to 90 minutes. It probably was completed within this window but the service reps had a meeting which probably added another 15 minutes to the 90. Everything with regard to the service was done to my full satisfaction and expectations.
Love this place. We got approved for 2 cars here and I recommend everyone I know to go here. the customer service is amazing special thanks to JEFF RYAN and Miguel you guys made our car buying experience easy and we couldnt be happier!!!! The Receptionist sucks! Made me never want to call this place again 5stars for the guys but that receptionist needs a lesson on customer service called today 3/6 at 5pm
I bought a 2014 Altima yesterday. We looked it over the day before and again yesterday. I drove home and my daughter and son in-law came out to see it. The right front bumper had a rip and a scrape across it.I think it must have happened when they moved it to put gas and or cleaned it up for me. I called right away and left 3 messages but no call back. Sales manager said he would talk to salesman and get back to me. No call yesterday or today. Drove to talk to them and of course no one would own up to the damage. I know i bought the car as is but it was not like that when I paid for it. We were left sitting to wait for the manager while he had other customers. It appeared that we werent a priority so we left. Very unhappy with their handling of this. I would like to speak with one of the owners.
Horrible service. Accused of falsifying my paystubs because he didn’t get my sale. Asked multiple times for cars to be sent to me. Even reported what their salesman said via text to me and never received a courtesy call back to listen to my terrible experience. Bad way to do business. Bought a new car elsewhere with no hassle. Do yourself a service and go elsewhere.
My mom got herself a 2015 nissan sentra around the date of Feb. 2016. First of all she wanted to see a different car and after asking the man helping us about 5 times we wanted to see a diferent one he paid no attention and lured us into the nissan sentra. This was our 1st time and experience going to a car dealership & after going to other ones after that i noticed that they definately showed me wathever car I wanted to see. But anyway 2 weeks later when it rained we noticed the back left light had water inside. When we touched the light we felt a transparant crack. We took the car in & they were trying to charge us about $600. What? The car should have not had any issues in the 1st place. Very very bad service. Even after this I tried going back to get myself my own car simce mine unfortunately was totalled after a car accident. The same man that helped my mom was trying to lur me into a different car after i told him i wanted to see a diferent car, so I decided to leave and checked out another car dealership. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
I purchased a used vehicle with a dealership warranty; naturally I started getting vehicle problems right after my warranty expired!! I sent my vehicle to the service department and was advised to have my engine replaced, with only 113000 miles on it!! I indeed purchased a lemon that has left me sour !! To add insult to injury I was charged almost 1400.00 for repairs that did not work. WARNING: THIEVES WORK HERE!!
Came in with my Nissan Frontier 2015 with a brake switch problem. Sk came up and helped me understand what caused the switch to go out in detail, we then fixed the situation and now my Nissan Frontier 2015 is back on the road thanks to the technicians at Antioch Nissan I’m for sure going have to come back.
The worst dealership in the countey!!!! Stay away. None of these people are truthful!!! They lie and just want your money!! The day I was buying my car the sales manager was having an argument with the sales people and every one was outside trying to calm each other while I was waiting for them to get my car ready!! SMH!!!!!!!!It is sad that there is such a dealership exist and they still do business and take advantage of hard working citizens!!
I didnt buy a car and im unsure do to my experience what number of stars they deserve.I pulled up and a salesman tagged me off the bat. told him i was looking for a four door sedan preferably certified used with low mileage, and im here to test drive so i know what to look for.sure no problem, ill show you our altima as we head to the altima he asks when/why im buying and such. when we get to the altima he asks my price range and i told him id like to stay around 15k$oh sorry, we have nothing around that price range then he just turns around and leaves. he said nothing else and i was absolutely stunned at how rude he was and stood there in shock. Then i went to toyota and had an even worse experience which you can read about. After toyota i went to the nissan service center where my husband was getting his cube checked up on. i told him about my experience between nissan then toyota. The mechanic (bless his kindness) was listening and told me that if you give nissan a second chance, ill take you to our best salesmen. Im fed up at this point and said sure, it cant get any worse. When the mechanic finished the cubes paperwork he took us inside and right off the bat we found the manager. the mechanic told him what happened and he shook my hand and apologized for what happened and said hed take me to his best salesman. we exited the building and he led us to the opposite corner of where i was first approached to a salesman i had glimpsed.the manager told marc that i was here to test drive and that there was no pressure. i told him what i wanted and price/ down payment and he told me instead of worrying about the price of the car, worry about the car you want first good words of advice. so i test drove a maxima (which i loved dearly) and when we got back he asked for my email so he could send me a list in a few weeks of cert. used maximas that were on the lot.overall i would have given them one star but the mechanic saved them some grace, give the man a raise.
I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and the next day the low tire pressure warming came on. When I called, the associate said, Maybe you rolled over a nail when you left. When I protested he relented and said to bring my car in. This made me suspect the entire job. I wont be back.
They should be ashamed of the tactics they use to try and sell cars. They marked up their rogues by $4000 over MSRP, then they tried to scare us into giving too much info just to start taking numbers and couldnt even tell us the invoice number. If we go with Nissan it will definitely NOT be at this dealership.
Unfortunately this is the closest dealership to us that will service our van...and its not even close. After having to come down in a Sunday because they were not timely enough the day before, I pay a $535 service bill on to put in a couple small things that in no way justified that charge; I go out to my vehicle to find the problem with my door is not fixed. Its actually worse. I go back in and request to speak to a manager. A useless fellow approaches me and proceeds to tell me theres nothing I can do. I say I want to speak to service manager uh, its Sunday. Hes not here. Lets call him I say. He refuses. I say I would like to speak to his manager. Hes not in its Sunday. Then lets call him. This guy who calls himself a manger refuses that request as well and tells me theres nothing hell do for me and to call back tomorrow.Worst service Ive ever had provided at a dealership all the way across the board. From service to sales
Helpfull, took in my 2010 Mazda with over 150k of mileage and 7000 dollars remaining left of loan payoff. End up with a brand new 2019 Nissan Sentra with only 2000 dollars down and a lower percentage rate. Never knew i would drive off in a 2019. Every detail of informations and willing to wait to hear ny side of the story as well.
On Jan 17 I took a newspaper ad to dealership and asked them to show me the Altima SV advertised for $17.9K. We took the car for test drive- IT RAN OUT OF GAS we were stranded on the on ramp. Later back at the dealership- Carlos - the sales manager- explained to us how fortunate we were to get the deal BUT they cant offer it as advertised. Apparently there is a GRAD Student discount ( $600) that we were not eligible for. When I asked why the salesman did not inform us at the beginning AND does anybody graduate in January? I asked for what qualifies as a graduate - he said he doesnt have the details.Classic bait and switch- do not go to this dealership.
Very wonderful place, very nice people, very professional love it...!!! If you ever want a nice car with friendly customer service please visit Antioch Nissan and ask for mark, he rocks and will get you into the car of your dreams, thanks again mark for all your help and professional presentation you rock...!!!!
Got a car from here the beginning of this year and so far the car has been giving me nothing but trouble. Car has been taken in for the 3rd time to get worked on and haven’t even owned it a year yet. Tried calling yesterday to speak to manager and the receptionist is rude as hell. So far just feels like I bought a lemon and gonna end up paying for it in the long run.

2021-11-15Purchased my 3rd car from Antioch Nissan. This is by far the easiest car buying. Jeff gave me everything I wanted and had the car delivered since I’m in Sac county. No hassle, no pressure and no BS. All my future vehicle purchases will be with Antioch Nissan. Shout out to Jeff and staff that made it all possible.

2022-01-25I recently took my vehicle in for regular maintenance (oil change / tire rotation) and while doing the included service inspections the techs found an issue with my transmission and brought it to my attention. Im so thankful they did, and Im even more thankful that the repair was covered under the power train warranty! I appreciate that they went the extra mile to keep my car in good condition. I bought this vehicle used from this dealership and have been so impressed with the service I receive that I plan to buy another used car from them for my newly driving daughter within the next year.

2022-06-27The process was very smooth and convenient. Mike, called me at perfect time, told me of my options In going electric, answered all questions promptly, sent me the application once I was ready and as soon as the Leaf was in, I was at the dealership for no more then an hour and out the door with my new car. Everyone I encountered that day were welcoming and helpful.

2022-05-12Went to the Antioch Nissan dealership to test drive a car I had in mind I wanted to purchase. The sales rep that helped me was Vicky and she was above and beyond everything I needed to make my decision. She had the answer to all of my questions and also would inform me on other vehicle they had or could get for me. She was very knowledgeable and had great patience with me throughout the whole process. I’m so thankful she was able to help me and would definitely go purchase another car from her next time.

2022-06-25Made an appointment by phone for simple fox recall. Arrived was not in the system. They went out their way and accommodated and it only took 1.5 hrs. That was great. However exceptional service was when they washed the car at least. So it only met expectations and I was disappointed that they didn’t have me scheduled.

2022-03-22My review is based on my experience after leaving the dealership. I do not believe the release of liability was properly filed for my trade in & I continue to get FasTrak violations for a vehicle that was traded in over 8 months ago. We have made multiple calls to the dealership to get this resolved and have not been helped. They have not paid the fastrak bill and I have wasted so much time on the phone with Fastrak. They dropped the ball on the paper work side of things and create headaches for their customers.

2022-03-07This service department is so bad in answering phone calls. They never answered calls. I brought my Nissan for recall last October of 2021 and I talked to MIKE. He told me that he ordered the part and call me when it arrives. It’s March of 2022 already and never received the call that was promise. I was trying to call them but they never bothered to answer. You can reach their front desk or answering dept, and you will be transferred to the service dept and then you’ll stock from there. To bad…
