We have been a customer here for decades. We are saddened at their declining customer service. We purchased our 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 because it has a lifetime powertrain warranty. We have followed all the protocols to maintain this warranty. We have zero interest in allowing Dodge to buy back this Warranty. About 2 years ago the transmission light began to come on occasionally while we towed our trailer. We made an appointment. We came in to the service dept. They would look at it , attempt to make repairs , we would take the truck out again and it would do exactly the same thing. This happened a total of four times. This was beginning to frustrate me. The last time the light came on, we took it to AutoZone and have them read the codes. At this point it had thrown 13 transmission codes. I should mention during this incident I videoed the incident and mentioned at what point during our trip, the elevation and they could see what the gauges were doing. Armed with the documents and video, I made an appointment. it took two weeks for me to get into see them. They knew that it was for the transmission because I showed them the read out. It took them 2 weeks for transmission tech to actually see my truck. They claimed they had to read the codes before they could schedule the tech. This was the beginning of a long frustrating process with little communication. This is how it went. Our service advisor was Eric. Eric would say we should know something by Wednesday. That day would come and go. I would call, call and call again. I would leave a message after message and he would never call back. I would drive down there and he wasn’t there. I would leave a note for him and he would not call back. When he finally calls me, he would know nothing. Our truck was being torn down for a month. they kept trying to buy back our warranty. We feel they were trying to intimidate us to sell it back to them. After 2 months I began spamming Dodge CEO and his support staff begging for assistance. They finally intervened and stuff began to happen. Then Antioch Dodge finally hired a new service manager Vince and eventually our truck finally got repaired. It was an infuriating process with ZERO communication from our service advisor!! Our Truck went in there on June 14 and it was there 2.5 months. I will say this once Mike McDonald and the new service advisor Vince got involved it went much faster. However I should not of had to take it that far and it should never have to be so hard to get those people on the phone.
I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL 3500 RAM DUALLY CUMMINS TRUCKS FROM THEM. i HAVE ALSO BOUGHT A GENESIS G80 AS WELL AS A HELLCAT. THEY KNOW I SHOPPED AROUND AND THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME BEST PRICING. NO NEED TO MATCH ANOTHER SALE PRICING FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, THEY WAS ALWAYS THE BEST PRICE WITH THE BEST SERVICE. I RECOMMEND ARNOLD
This was the most pleasant car purchase ever ! The entire process took around 2 hours which was nothing compared to the whole day drag I had to endure in the past with other dealerships.I was looking for Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid for some time and already had a bad experience with another dealership the day before (Yes, Im talking about you Future Chrysler Concord). They gave me a quote and didnt honor it when I reached their showroom driving 2 hours. So I was skeptical about driving another 2 hours the very next day based on another quote in email. But Jose convinced me to do it and it was worth the trip.We reached the showroom around 7pm, which was already past closing time on Sunday, but Jose and the finance guys stayed back. There was no talk about the price of the car at all ! I had a $500 coupon from Chrysler through my employer. The finance guys tried to add it to the existing quote but wasnt able to since there was already another coupon from Chrysler applied to the total. But they took it out anyway from their profit and gave the car at the price I was hoping for !The signing of contract went smooth as well. There was talk about additional maintenance packages and stuff, but never felt forced. It was all over in less than 2 hours.Talking about cons, the website only had 3 pics of the car and none of it was of interior. The window sticker said the interior color is black/alloy and I assumed it will be predominantly black. But to my horror, Alloy means off white and the seats were white with thin line of black strips on the edges ! With 2 kids its almost impossible to manage a white interior, but we decided to take the risk anyway. If one thing which can improve, I would say add more pictures of the car to the website. Other than that, spotless experience.
I live about an hour away, so when I saw a vehicle I wanted, I clicked the todays price button to find out the price before I drove down. It required my email. Ok, fine... Well I have now received 7 emails and still no quote for the vehicle. I replied and asked for a quote and got nothing. After the FOURTH email, I told them I would shop elsewhere, but the emails keep coming. I tried opting out....why would I want to buy from a dealership that doesnt listen to the buyer?!? Forget it, dealerships are a dime a dozen and I can find what I want closer to home.
Everyone at the company was friendly and eager to help. I want to say Archie is the definition of exemplary costumer service and honestly I had hesitant on coming to even purchase a vehicle from you guys however Archie won my family and myself over with the knowlage of the cars on the lot and listening to what it was I was actually looking for. If it wasnt for him I know I would have left without a car that day. So thank you so much Archi I look forward to having more business with you in the future 😊
I went in recently looking for a Cherokee, driving on to the lot there was absolutely no customers, naively I thought it was a good thing; in hindsight I was wrong. The sales person approached me and asked the regular qualifying questions, any specific vehicle I was looking for, and price I told him I wanted to keep it under a certain amount as as such I think used would probably be the way to go. The sales person showed me one Cherokee and gave me the whole “let me go check our inventory in the back to see if we have any more.” I myself work in sales and I knew exactly what would follow. I was then introduced to the “Senior Sales Manager” or at least from what I can recall that was his title. I relayed the same info; model I was looking for, and my max price, the gentleman proceeded to show me cars well above my price. The MSRP being 1.5 time or more above my price. Ending with the exact same one I was shown by the sales person. The “senior sales” guy tried to have us test drive the car as we were not yet sure if we were going to get it we declined, he still pushed for it (which is fine again I get trying to close a sale), but what followed is what made me write this review. I said so I want it at this price out the door, he turned the car off closed his door came around the car and proceeded to grab the driver side door while I still had my hand on it and close it, telling me have a good day several times. Perhaps he didn’t intend to be as rude as he was, but had he told me upfront that it wasn’t possible I would have respected it and continued my search. In the end I did find a Cherokee I liked at a different dealer where the sales rep was respectful of everything I requested and even helped me figure everything out.
We didnt get our car at this location, but service it at same. Great selection of performance cars and SUVs. Lots of sales members, they will respectfully greet and swarm the hell out you lol. They also keep checking on you, lots of cars on the lot are each specifically optioned picked by staff.
Update: May 13th 2021My experience with Jose Buitrago has urged me to update my review. His level of customer service is outstanding. He follows up on his word and is willing to go above and beyond to take care of you in anyway he can. My vehicle had a decent size scratch on the rear bumper. He arranged to have it repaired as well a detail. This vehicle was missing a few things after I took it home and he contacted the previous owner and picked them up on his personal time. Although the deal I got was not the best in terms of price this was out of his control. Jose and the service department have treated me much better than other dealerships. In the future, I will consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealer because of Jose, but will only work with him. Hopefully then management will be willing to negotiate.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH JOSE!!!I purchased a Certified 2018 Durango RT and shortly after the waterpump went out in less than 30 driven. The repair has been done. However, my concern is I feel that I overpaid. I tried to negotiate the price to what I see the market is charging, however the manager there would not budge. Even after the breakdown of having coolant loss everywhere, having to bring it back with less than 30 miles driven, not have my newly purchased vehicle for 2 days and spending most of my last 2 days of vacation there. The best the sales manager would do is give me a $480 maintenance warranty. With all this in mind I wished I would have waited and purchased my vehicle elsewhere. I do want to point out that Jose and Art were both great and didnt pressure me.I work as a Business Account Executive for one of the largest companies in the nation and we will go above and beyond to get our clients the competitive deal they deserve, but I dont feel that is the case with this dealership. Now that I see similar vehicles offered on the market for $2-3k less than what I paid, I doubt I will consider buying there again.
Buyer BewareMy wife and I were beyond ecstatic to buy a new Jeep for our family. We saved a long time to buy an SUV that fit our needs - we drove down to Antioch from WI to look a Jeep that was listed. A different Jeep caught our eye, the sales process went smooth, our one year old rang the bell and we took picture proudly with our new vehicle.Within two days of owning this Jeep the check engine light came on. When we called and spoke with our salesman and the manager of Dodge Antioch, he basically told us so sad, too bad, car is sold as is and tried to resell us the extended warranty. Well, in the state of WI its illegal to sell a vehicle that wont pass emissions, and thats exactly what this dealership did.We now have had this Jeep to our mechanic twice and a third time to a Jeep dealership with already spending over $2000 in repair to the evaporative system with the check engine to continue to come on. At this point Im pretty sure this dealership sold us a lemon at the cost of $25000. Oh and by the way- it would of been more if I didnt catch they were trying to slip in an extra $1k in a reconditioning fee. This dealership obviously does not care about the quality of the vehicles they are selling. Dont trust this dealership and avoid the nightmare we are experiencing.
Last month I worked with Neil and Dean on the lease of a Jeep Sahara. Almost all of the transaction was done on the phone and by email. Vehicle deals are never easy but this was a really nice experience. They were both easy to talk to and made the process easier. I would recommend them!
So I am changing my review I did go visit this location to get oil change done with out making an appointment I was in line a few cars when it got to my vehicle the gentleman greated me took info off my vehicle informed me to stand at area marked an someone would be with me shortly. After a few minutes an nice lady called me into the area to check in my vehicle with my info very friendly informed me estimated time may be done took number to contact me when complete. Everyone I had encounter with was very friendly.
Had an 8:00 appointment. got in on time. car was promised in a hour. car was done in an hour. very impressed.. dillon was very helpful and kept me informed on the progress of my car. had quite a few bad experiences here.. not this time. i will continue to come back and have my auto serviced here. the new crew did a fantistic job. very, very impressed. thank youj.
I went to the dealership Saturday and Reggie was out front... he asked what I was in the market for (a truck) and went to show me the selection. Of course I picked the fully loaded Ram 1500 Limited. We went on a test drive and went back to the dealership. Nando (i believe the sales manager) came out with the figures... it wasnt doable for me. (I should say I was trading in two vehicles with negative equity). Reggie and I went back out to look at some less loaded trucks. Before he even opened one up he said lets go back inside, I cant let you get something you dont love. We went back in and Nando was able to get me terms that I was agreeable with. Not sure how he worked that miracle but he did!. I left a few hours later with a brand new 2021 Ram 1500 Limited. Couldnt be more happier. The process was quick (normally Im used to spending all day at the dealership). I didnt walk out of there feeling like I was used/abused. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I cant remember the finance guys name but he was super friendly and efficient too. Reggie is a great guy. He didnt pressure me into going one way or another, he let me test drive another vehicle while we were waiting (just because I wanted to). He was super friendly... Most importantly... I asked him a LOT of questions and when he didnt know the answer hed say I dont know, but ill find out that is HUGE because a lot of car sales people would just make up something to show that they know what they are talking about. Anyhow I could go on and on but im super happy with my purchase and wouldnt hesitate to go back to Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and purchase another vehicle in the future!
I had a pleasant experience with Antioch Dodge. Everyone was so nice and friendly especially Richard. He was very knowledgeable and paid attention to my concerns and the things that I wanted in a car. Richard helped me find the perfect match for me and my family. He really worked with me and with that I was able to get a brand new car. Thanks to Richard and the awesome team at Dodge I was able to get a car when I wasn’t sure it was possible. Thanks I will definitely be back! 😊
Horrible service department with the worst customer service imaginable. It took me 7 attempts over a 3 hour period just to reach someone in the service department to schedule an appointment. When I brought my vehicle in everyone was rude and condescending and made it very clear they could care less about their customers. Brought my vehicle home after the service and now it is leaking oil. Take my advice and go somewhere else and save yourself the pain of dealing with this place.
Smooth and easy process, Jian and Jose Are fantastic. They make buying cars as simple as possible; I went there, and I told them what car I wanted. And what monthly payments Im comfortable with. They work hard to make it happen. Look for these guys; they will make your car shopping easy; youll be out In no time.
I bought an used 2014 Dodge Charger R/T from them in 2017. I love my car and I spent a lot of money for it. I got an extended warranty. I did all my oil changes with synthetic oil. A couple months ago I did my 100k vehicle maintenance and spent $1500 for it. I put a lot of money into my car. Then last month my car started making a weird noise from the engine. So, I took the car back to the service center at the dealership, and had them do a vehicle inspection. I was told by the service center that I needed a new engine. The service advisor never gave me a reason why my engine needed to be replaced. My service history on the car is amazing. So I priced out a replacement engine for my car and it’s going to cost me $5000 to $10,000. Of course, the extended warranty I purchased for $3000 is over now. I’m completely upside down on the car owing $24,000 on a car that barely works anymore. I went back to the dealership to see if they would make things right. Perhaps letting me trade in the car, but they didn’t even help me out. They told me sorry but we can’t do anything for you. I wouldn’t even be mad if I was the reason behind my engine needing replacement. I did all the maintenance on my car that was required by Dodge and now I’m completely screwed. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Antioch Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I’m going to talk to a lawyer.
Worst dealership in the country. They over price all of their vehicles, which is why I rather travel to Tracy Dodge (bought 5 cars there at a lower price). Their service department is crooked. Theyll charge you for work they didnt even do and when you confront them about it they continue to lied about it. Good luck trying to get one of them on the phone. To bad I have to give them a star.
I found the Jeep I wanted through carfax and was contacted by sales rep Jian ! He made my car buying experience easy and had great energy! I had been turned down by other dealerships but Jian went above and beyond to ensure I got approved for the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommended!
We have taken our vehicle here multiple times. On two occasions as soon as we picked up our vehicle the check engine light went back on. The first time they said they replaced the part but it must have been faulty. I’m interested to see what they have to say this time. Each time we have taken our vehicle here, we have also had to pay out of pocket for a rental. We are very unsatisfied with our costumer service and will not be purchasing a dodge again.
I had great experience here. Two salesmen in particular, Ali and Dean really worked hard to get what I feel is the best deal. I am starting over and re-establishing my credit so it was not an easy process for me but they kept their word and continued to work to find the best finance company for me and I am very happy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
They were very nice but I went in for a few replacement parts but they didnt have any of them in stock. 1 part would take 5 days, and the other parts would take 2 weeks. I called around and found them in stock elsewhere. I will try them again if I need anything else because they were helpful.
Took vehicle in for a diagnostic test at 8:30 am Tues. morning. Cost would be $239.95. Would be completed at noon. Received a call at 4:00 that afternoon. Had not completed diagnostic &had to keep over night. Received 1 phone call Wed. morning that they needed to do another diagnostic at a cost of $479.00 & to call them to ok. They do not answer phones!!! Never heard from them. Went to see what problem was at 4:00 Wed. & nothing had been done. Wanted to keep another day. No way! We took vehicle to someone else. Would give a -star if available!
Horrible experience with the service department. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan (probably my first mistake) in October of 2019 and my transmission went out in June/July 2020. Took it to the service department thinking they’re the dealer and would know how to repair my vehicle. They’ve had it there since 7/8/20 it is now 8/13/20 and the still have my vehicle unable to finalize the transmission repair. I’ve paid more than 2k in rental fees for a repair they estimated would take 2 days. Do NOT take your vehicle here to get serviced......worst experience ever!!!!!
Working with Chris W. in the service department was a great experience. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciate the time he took to work with me. I was in for a factory recall that I had been ignoring for a while. Chris was great at making sure the car was repaired quickly. He arranged for the shuttle to drop me off at my office, and pick me up when the car was done. I highly recommend working with Chris.
This is reference both our sales and the service department. We purchased a 12 town and country over 3 weeks ago with a deal for them to install the tow package. Its was over 2 weeks before we heard from them and that was through a poorly written text message from our salesman wishing us a happy holiday! We texted back asking about the tow package. They finally replied and said bring it in Tuesday at 9 am. Arrived at 9 and after sitting for 2 hours and watching our van just sit in the parking lot we asked to talk to the manager who said at that point well have it done in 30 minutes. Then they realized they were going to have to take the bumper off so it was gonna take a lot longer than just 30 minutes, they gave us a loaner vehicle and said they would call when its done. We live an hour away!! Two hours later they call, they have the hitch hooked up but the wiring harness apparently had not been ordered. Who pulls a trailer with no lights??? So now we have to wait another week. Will not be returning to this dealership again after they have fulfilled the deal.
This experience has been terrible. Most of it was because I needed a vehicle quickly so I viewed their inventory online and knew what I wanted when I walked in. I asked them to show me the truck and it was available. I test drove it and saw there was a check engine light, tire sensor light, and airbag light on. I said I was going to look at other dealerships and the salesman Jose told me if I purchased this truck the service department would fix everything. I had some issues getting the loan but my mother was with me so they ran both our credit and ended up putting the loan in her name with me signing and paying with my checks. If that didnt cause enough confusion when the statement came for the first payment my name wasnt even on the loan and the loan company refused to talk to me and Im still waiting for the registration 2 months later but again no one will speak to me since legally its not my truck. I left with the truck on empty and was told they couldnt find the gas card to fill it up but to come back on Monday and theyd give me two free tanks of gas. That never happened! Now lets get back to the service lights....I called a week later to get these issues resolved and wouldnt you know he acted like he didnt know me and told me I was welcome to make an appointment in the service department. So I did that and explained to the service department my issues. They told me theres nothing they can do without consent from the salesman which I figured so I had to hound Jose to speak with them. Finally he had me bring my truck in and I left it in their hands. After 4 days with no communication I called them and was hung up on twice. I continued to call and finally spoke with the service department and they told me all of the issues. No tire sensors were on the truck, evap hoses were gone, and the wire for the airbag needed to be replaced. He said they couldnt fix anything without consent from sales and Jose was off. So I asked if I could just pick up the truck and service said they couldnt release it. I asked if I could get something stating the issues addressed and they said they couldnt do that either! Finally Jose called me the next day and said theyd fix everything but I was going to be out a vehicle for a while and they had no responsibility to get me a rental and neither did my insurance because I wasnt getting the work done through them so Im basically at this point out a vehicle. This all took two weeks. When I picked up the vehicle the service manager Rolando told me they didnt have time to detail the vehicle but if I brought it back theyd do it for free. The truck was filthy. It had been in their posession for the two weeks and had spider webs, dirt, and bird poor all over. I just went and had it washed myself. Last Friday I get a call from service saying I hadnt received the registration because they needed to perform a smog after the work they had done on the evap system. I took it yesterday and left it with them. I asked Rolando to please detail the truck like they said they would and he agreed. I put pictures of their work below. Im so sad with this ordeal and I dont know what to think about these dealerships. This is the second car Ive bought off a lot and this is by far the worst time Ive had. How are these dealerships still in business? There was literally no one for me to call about this situation and everyone from Antioch dodge was smile in your face and screw you over. Antioch dodge will take advantage of you. They will promise you free things like theyre being nice to make a bad situation better but it just turns out worse. Im very disappointed. Dont offer to clean anything if youre going to keep my truck half the day and wipe down one rim! Take your business elsewhere and steer clear of their salespeople.
Customer service is not good. I have to ask numerous questions when I provide a detailed summary as to why I even called in the first place. Not very helpful at all. Called another dealership to find out my car needed an oil change when the service employees at this dealership demanded me to make an appointment. When someone is in anxiety about their vehicle, a small, brief summary of information woyldbt hurt. I do not wish to be contacted by any of the employees here from this review. I hope this dealership grows into a more productive manner when it comes to their customer service.
My mother recently purchased a car from Walid and let me know he did a lot of work to make sure she got the best deal. She let me know to talk to him. he proved my mother correct. He did all he can to not only make sure I got the best deal, but made us feel comfortable through the whole process.
Updating this review: Although the people at Antioch Chrysler Jeep are really nice, Chrysler Jeep - not so much when it comes to lease returns. We returned this vehicle in great shape and well under the milage (We did a 15K/year lease x 3 = 45K and brought the vehicle back 10K under the milage and earlier than needed). At first when we dropped off the vehicle the people at Antioch Chrysler said they would likely keep the vehicle to sell because it was in such great condition and we were returning it two months earlier than we needed (we had decided to purchase another vehicle). About a month later Chrysler nickel and dimed us on things like Wheel Damage - $300 - apparently there was excessive wheel wear on two tires - for a 45,000 mile lease (returned closer to 35K with no excessive wear visible to us) I would think they would likely replace the tires regardless before re-selling but they decided to just try to get the consumer to pay for it all?, Disposition Fee $395 etc. Charges came to $1,012.57 just to return a leased vehicle two months early and well under the pre-paid for milage. If you are thinking of leasing a vehicle from Jeep - you might want to think twice.I still left this review at 4 Star but deducted 1 Star for our horrible experience with Chrysler Capital. Never again will we be buying from Chrysler. It is unfortunate because this dealership was nice to deal with but the brand they represent just doesnt make the cut.Prior Review at the start of our lease: My husband dreads going to car dealerships and Arnold made leasing our new vehicle so simple and easy! We did most of it over the phone, I came in and test drove our new Jeep, and signed the papers. He even arranged to have it delivered to our door the next day and took it in to a local window tinting place to have the windows done before it got dropped off! I am super impressed and wont hesitate to go back for the purchase of any future vehicles!
Long story. they were supposed to send an official letter to my extended warranty company to cover repairs for a damaged head after sending two letters from the dealership, not Chrysler headquarters, the extended warranty company denied the claim and will not cover repairs, who knows if the right letter was sent maybe they wouldve covered the repairs. The car was also still under manufacturers warranty and the head would be covered but the dealership is stating their warranty manager denied coverage since the thermostat is not a covered part which caused the damaged head. After going back and forth with Chrysler for about a month requesting copies of the manufacturer warranty coverage stating what is covered and what is not and being told from a few Chrysler Representatives over the phone that its up to the dealer whether or not they want to move forward with the repair & the dealership stating its not up to them its up to Chrysler whether or not they want to approve covering the repair. We finally towed the car somewhere else to get repaired. save yourself time and money dont go here for anyting. The diagnostic was over $550 when I could have gotten it for $110 somewhere else. Now both warranties wont cover the repair and I went a month without my van trying to get it covered through one of the Warrenty companies I have for the vehicle. The reason I came here is because my extended warranty will only cover repairs done through the dealership but they must likely messed that up by not sending the right letter the first time. After the extended warranty company told the dealership they need the letter directly from Chrysler, the dealership informed me they could not get a hold of Chrysler and sent another letter from the dealership, my claim was denied right after that. Horrible, stressful experience!
The service department at Antioch Dodge is excellent. I have had detailed, professional (and Im appreciative of the) vehicle care interactions at this dealership. As a owner of several Dodge products, I really value the ability to have a place for the last three years, since acquiring my cars, to keep them in fantastic operating condition. Chris Wooden is remarkable and allows such a positive experience while servicing my Dodge whether the reason for my visit is routine or a little more complex. He is consistently attentive, humble, offering competitive pricing and definitely the best individual to assist/advise due to his knowledge and warmth. The service department at Antioch Dodge has been impeccable as a result of employees like Chris and the people that make his team, they are hard working and enjoying what they do.
The service writer Johnny is a honest and knowledgeable employee at the dealership. If have my oil change at least every 6 weeks due to the amount of driving I do in my company truck. And every time I go I have no problems. In fact Johnny is quick to point out things I wasnt aware of. My truck continues to run great.
These guys treated me like I mattered, The service department was awesome Chris was so kind, understanding and patient when he had to deliver me bad news about my car. Phil, in sales was doing everything he could to get me into a new car, he too was kind, understanding and patient. I wasnt able to drive away in a new car but this is only because of my own situation, they tried every they could to help me. I will be going back when my situation changes. This Dealership has the best customer service I have ever experience. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!Wednesday October 4th 2017,So I went back to see Phil again and my situation has changed a bit. I drove away with a 2017 Challenger! Thanks Phil you are a Gem. Seriously This Dealership is the best of the Best. I am always treated like I matter! Phil isnt your average Car Salesman, He goes above and beyond to make it work for his customers. I am telling you, if you are shopping for a new car, go see Phil at Antioch Dodge!!!!!
The worst experience ever, they are whole bunch of liers. Charles the general manager( or financial manager) is the most unprofessional and dishonest person I have had to deal with in years. They asked for my offer on a car and I gave my offer, they came back and showed me a payment plan which was much more than what I though, finally after few minutes of digging in to why the payment is higher, they told me they did not accept my offer and went ahead and ran my credit and figures are based on their price. When I asked why they ran my credit if theyd is not accept my offer they said THIS IS HOW WE DO IT!!!!I dont even know why I gave them a second chance today after I had a bad experience with them 2 years ago. Please dont give these people a chance to rip you off!! Trust me you will get much better deals in other dealers. Lets teach them a lesson buy not visiting them at all specially in this memorial weekend hoping that upper management would take actions to change the way they treat people in this place.Just to give you another example of how unprofessional these poeple are, when I told the manager ( Charles ) I will leave a review for them, he pulled my credit report and mentioned my employers name in front of all his customers and employees and said he will leave a bad review for my employer!!He shared my personal information of of my credit report with everyone to scare me not to leave the review.I wish I had an option to give them 0 or -5 and I would.
Went back again for normal maintenance. These guys make the process painless. They are friendly and helpful and I will be taking our other Jeep in soon for its regular service. Keep doing what you are doing guys.Had a great experience at Antioch Jeep. I had some warranty work and normal maintenance on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This dealership is staffed by professionals. The work was done correctly the first time and my car was ready when promised. I highly recommend this dealership.12/2015 update: Took our other Jeep to Antioch for oil change, wiper blades, etc. They make the experience painless and I will continue to take our two Jeeps back to this dealership for service. The whole Service Department is staffed with professionals which makes for a great experience.
I called them to set an appointment and I hit the road to buy the car. When i arrived the surprised me with two things. The first thing they told me is the car isn’t here and the other thing is the price increased from $15200 to $17800. They waste 7 hourse from my life for nothing.I recommend to buy from another dealerships at least they are honest
YOU NEED TO SEE PHIL!! He is hands down one of the best guys they have there at that dealership. We have purchased a new car about every 3-4 years from different dealerships and everytime its been a hassle. We were referred to Phil by a family memebr and after a brief phone call to him letting him know what we were looking for, He found us the car we wanted. The day we went down there I was really sick but he made the process fast and hassle free. Lets face it...going to buy a new car is exhausting and well you know. But Phil really was no BS!! We got what we wanted, for what we wanted and then some. This was the best car buying experience we have EVER had. Trust when I say he is not your typical “Car Salesman” he really does take care of his customers!! I sure hope Antioch Dodge values him as an employee!!!! THANK YOU PHIL!!! You are the best!!!
Only giving them a star to leave a review. This place is a joke. My husband took our van in to be checked, he disclosed a problem we had on the van. Left the van at 8am and at 2pm they called him to tell him the same thing he already knew about the van. They told him they would have to replace a part for $600 plus 2 hours minimum labor. My husband looked up said part and found it for $50 and a youtube video that took 15 minutes to install. My husband was able to fix the situation without having to replace the part.... Please research before going here. We paid $185 to this place for them to tell us what we already knew....
Visiting this dealership was the worst experience I have ever had attempting to purchase a vehicle. Solomon is without a doubt the most unprofessional salesman I have ever dealt with. We decided to make the 1.5 hour drive with traffic to see the vehicle - we arrived late but Solomon assured us he would be there and not to worry. Once we arrived the whole process felt extremely rushed like he was trying to get a sale and get us out the door. At one point he was talking so fast I couldnt understand him. We were hesitant to sign that night, so he proceeded to give us a high pressure sales tactic stating that the price could go up tomorrow if we decided to think about it. After speaking to him he then promised he would hold the car until we could return to sign the deal. He then TEXTED us the next day saying the car had been sold. Solomon completely wasted our time and blatantly lied to us. I dont recommend him or this dealership to anyone.
Ben Maza was my salesman, he is the internet guy. Ben was professional, clean, polite everything you want when dealing with people. The sales approach was not high pressure, I really liked that. He did not have to go back and forth with the sales manager, not even once. I never heard the phrase We have to pay the light billI am happy with the deal I got and my credit score got me 0% financing which was a great perk from Chrysler.Ben found the car I wanted with the color and options that were number one on my list of preferences. The car arrived the next day. Paperwork went smoothly.Only issue was the detail guy did not detail the car. Ben promised me a free detail and a tank of gas, just call him when I need one and he will set it up. I am bringing it in with dragonflies stuck to it.....poor guy should of done it right the first time.
Worse dealership. I have tried communicating with them several times but it always goes to voice message and they seem to not even try to return my call. I leave messages and it seems like I have to chase them just to get some simple info. Waist of my time with them and I recommend other dealerships cause this one doesnt care about its customers. But who cares right they are already getting my money.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had.The 2018 Jeep Renegade Latitude 2 wheel drive crossover was a car I needed for deliveries, which I told to the salesman who sat with me. I told him I needed a reliable car that had descent space and wouldn’t break down the first 50,000 miles. I’m almost at 40,000 miles now and my Jeep is stalling out, airbag safety warning is going off every day; same as the auto braking system for no reason. This means, I’m stalling out ON THE FREEWAY WITHOUT AIRBAGS! I’m experiencing LOW OIL PRESSURE (destroying my engine) and these guys are booked till next week??? I’m putting a quart of oil in a week at least!
We have bought a lot of cars from this dealership over the years. Between my sister and I, that would number around 15 cars. Sales has always treated us well. But service is another matter. The Service department has been a constant let down. They act as if they dont need my business. They refuse to make appointments for oil changes. Their policy is no scheduled oil changes after 2:30, on a first come first serve basis. But no matter when I come the only way they will accept me is if I leave my car over night. For an oil change? I have been there at 2:32pm on one day, nope. 1:30 the next week, nope. I have had numerous issues with them over the years. Once I was told 45 minutes for an oil change only to be told my car was ready in less 10 minutes. It really looked like it was never done. No stickers on the car for next service, tire pressures still showed low. It just looked like my car was just parked. They had reasons for everything, but did they really do a good job or a rushed job. I have had coupons for oil changes they refused to honor. Today an employee told me I should come in with a better attitude and that would help. But I became angry after 2 attempts to get an oil change and not fitting for their convince, as I should again leave my car over night. I came in with a good attitude but was rebuffed with their attitude and lack of service. Being told I need a better attitude from employees who talk over you as you try to explain why this is a constant problem. I think it is simple, they make it hard. their rules make dealing with them hard and their employees stand behind those rules righteously, with a so what attitude telling me I should have a better attitude. Maybe they are right, I should have a better attitude, they should give a reason to have one. But inconsistent service, lack of knowledge, and poor customer skills dont add up to continued business.Just read the owners response...... So. 3 months ago you wrote, ,our customer relations manager will be contacting you. Never happened. Another example of a dropped ball, or maybe you thought it was enough just to write that so all those who read reviews will think you cared enough to reach out. But you did not even keep your word here, why would any one believe you on this or any other review?
Three months later I realize that the remaining balance of $4500 from my trade-in was added to the new car loan that I bought from these guys. I was not explained this at all. They were smooth in asking me to sign the papers and they will payoff.I was disappointed to learn this.
They could have paid more attention to detail. The guy that sold me my jeep was fired, Im told. All auto dealers are hard to deal with. These guys are way better than the scumbags in Vallejo. In the end they will fix everything and make it right but buying a new car will always be stressful or annoying.
Horrible Experience with 2 babies in the car waiting. We made our mind on which vehicle we wanted - going with the new Chrysler Pacifica. Since 2017 modals were heavily discounted, they had the color we wanted. We called them and spoke to Riaz, gave him the numbers we could do, and if we were in the ballpark please let us know - Another sells guy, Matt called back and said, we wont be undersold on Price - I told him we were driving an hour there and we really wanted to take this car home - price is our concern. No worries - comon down well they tried to sell me a car way out of my range - and they lied - wanted to low ball me on my trade which retails for 20k wanted 10k for it - really? Then selling me a 2017 for 48k - where others have it priced at 32k.. I was more then upset, dont deal with matt - his the ole skool sales guy type.
I just purchased a challenger Srt8 from Jose at the Antioch Dodge Dealership and I cannot express how exceptional he was at his job. Jose was very professional and knew the ends and outs of the vehicle that I was purchasing. He followed through on everything he promised and worked hard a to give us the deal we wanted no matter how unreasonable we were being. I recommend you see Jose if you are looking for your dream car.
I went down to this dealer to trade in my 2013 Hyundai for a Ram truck, The truck was priced very fair and had low miles on it(25,000). My salesman was Fred, here is what I will pay down not a penny more , here is what I need can you do it ? He went to the big boss and about 15 minutes he said I can make this work. And thats exactly what he did. There was a small glitch when it came time to take ownership due to no fault of the salesman , however the internet manager called me at home to say he was sorry and explained everything to me . He also filled the truck up . Over all out of 5 stars I would rate these guys at the top end. They were honest and gave me a good interest rate. In addition I dont feel they played any games with me.
My husband dreads going to car dealerships and Arnold made leasing our new vehicle so simple and easy! - If this is a Duplicate it should have posted under my Shelley C personal account. I dont know how to delete this one. Sorry.
Personally i would not even give Dodge Service Center one star. I was neglected and mistreated the entire time that my Jeep had to be serviced. I have a brand new car less than 30K miles on it with an engine problem. Thankfully it was still obviously covered under warranty. The dealership would not assist me with a rental car at all! They constantly referred me back to my original dealership to assist me when my original dealership referred me to Antioch for the convenience of my residence. I had to go through Chrysler Corporate so that they can oversee my warranty and help me with the coverages. My service adviser was Touri TJ had the worst customer service anyone could ever have. He had told me at one point he had other things to do and other cars to service than to stop what he was doing to help me. My car was kept a day and a half for a leak in the car that was never found because it was not even looked at for more than an hour! Again i was referred back to my dealership so that they can better assist me! I wanted to make sure that the service manager was aware of my complaints and to hope to seek for better assistance but i found myself neglected once again. Service Manager John insisted that it would be best to NOT COME BACK for future auto services and to follow-up with my ORIGINAL DEALERSHIP. I was not satisfied with TJ, John or the dealership as a whole. They are 100% right and i would never go back for any type or service for my car.
These people are complete liers never ever trust them as they will try to rip you off by having you first test drive a car that you like and then try to make it sound so easy that they can work the numbers out but first they will insist on running your credit which is like selling a car to you without knowing the full details of what your buying and for exactly how much out the door. Ben and Eric and Dee never ever deal with them they work to rip your wallet!!!
Came in and dealt with Neil, after seeing a car on their website. They tried to bait and switch cars. I didnt even get to see the car I came for as he said they just sold the car the day before. Whatever.I also did not appreciate having to sit at his desk and endure his snake sales pitch, while he chose to not wear a mask at all. I thought all businesses in California have face mask mandates.Wear a mask when dealing with the public, Neil! 🤦♂️ No one wants whatever you have.
My Husband & I have impeccable credit, we are young home owners in the bay area both holding Finicial Analyst positions... Well here is what happened not even 20 min in the office after giving our first offer a very large sales manager which I did not catch his name since I was so shocked on how he was offending us after offending us went on about how dare we make the kind of offer we did. Before this nightmare I asked for the invoice the younger sales rep Riaz brought us a # written down I said no I would like to see the actual invoice please, he goes out and brings us something typed up with a great deal for us which was basically the same price $52 thousand as the internet price, I asked how was that the invoice price and a great deal off the invoice if that was what they were already offering the SUV online for. Raiz asked what offer would we make to take the SUV home so I gave an offer, he said ok let me see what they say and thats when he walked back in with the sales manager. After he was done offending us he shook my father inlaws hand and said have a nice day, did not even bother to counter offer. We drove all the way from the bay to get offended and kicked out! To bad Antioch Dodge could have had a sale because we did not drive all the way out there for nothing! Customer Service is Key!
Worst service, Chris the service guy lied and said my alternator was bad needed to be replaced for $859 plus tax, I had it towed to another shop, it was just a bad battery. Chris even said the battery was good, Chris charged me $165 for this diagnostic and it was WRONG. Do not go here, they lie and cheat you out of money. Horrible people.
The purchase was fun and the salesman were nice with my girls but they didn’t put into the paperwork what they had promised me. They said because I purchased the warranty plan that I wouldn’t have to pay a deductible when I bring it in but in my paperwork (unfortunately I took their word and I’m a single mom of two) it says $100 every time so now I’m going to be double paying. They make you pay $300 extra dollars to change your mind otherwise you take it it’s yours. I should have checked the paperwork that was my mistake. Now I get an email for my first service offering the pick up and drop off option because of COVID. Well I call but am told this is not an option because of COVID. I will take my car in for service now with my two crazy children and my eldest has CDkL5 so this will be fun I’m sure. I’ll write a review after the service.
Do not go here, they charge double amount for parts. The guy on the phone gave me the wrong price turned out to be a lot more expensive than he said. 2 day fix turned into a week. Dont even bother calling about your car they wont answer or theyll transfer your call and no one will pick up. Terrible customer service
We were set to purchase a Jeep from another dealer when we stopped by Antioch Chrysler, Jeep Dodge on a whim. We were approached by a smiling young man, George Placensia, who presented himself as professional and courteous. He addressed all questions and concerns in a knowledgeable and non-carsalesman fashion, which we truly appreciated. We immediately felt very comfortable and completely relaxed dealing with him. When we test drove the Jeep, it was effortless and hassle free so we decided to buy on the spot. Throughtout the sales process, George remained patient and focused on getting us the price, payment and term loan that we wanted. George made the entire experience of purchasing a Jeep, effortless. Thanks again George.
I had a OK experience a year ago when buying a truck, but these people ran my credit through about every bank in the world and drastically lowered my credit score. I never gave much thought to it unit today when applying for a loan and they tell me my credit score is down almost 60 points from where it was last time I got a loan. I never gave these people permission to run my credit through all of these places.
If you need a guy to trust go to Wali ,Wali is amazing trustworthy person that you can count on .great attitude and honest man that makes things happen. Wali makes sure he has the best deals that fit you and your budget ,but Wali isnt just here to sell you a car hes builds relationships. As a young 1st time buyer in there early 20s I didnt think it possible to take a brand new car of the year. Thank you Wali !
I have not been to your dealership but after reading about the service, I think I will take my business somewhere else. Disapointing hearing from many people in regards to your dealership. I was just approved with your lot as a go to place.. Im sorry to say, I will be looking else where.. Hope service improves.D.Peterson
Worst place in the world. I made an appointment 3 days I advance with a recall part they had in stock. The day I make the appointment and waste a day off from work they dont have it because they gave it to somebody else. The entire reason the appointment was made was for the recall and that was said to the individual when the appointment was made. Worst place ever.
Service had my truck twice, for 3 days each time and did not fix the noise coming from my front end. The service mgr. then lied to the Chrysler Executive Referral Team about when he went for a drive with me in the truck. Very bad business, very bad. Chrysler had to get involved to try and solve the problem, the dealer just sat on the truck, did nothing to solve the problem.
Horrible service with the service department. They never answer their phone and schedule appointments and dont even service the car on the same day. I had to call them to get answers for my car. Just poor customer service. Filed a complaint and it seemed like the service manager did not care either.
Just bought a car last month at first the service was great its was late when I got it next morning find out there was lots of water spots all over the car and other crap they told me to bring it in the theyes well take care... its been 2 times they have done anything plus they got me a rental took them 2 day to get my car back enterprise didnt give me my deposit back because dealer only pay for one day Im here today again to pick car and there still crap on it bad service I got bad choice I made going to this dealer .... if I have the time and stand out side the dealership and tell ppl about my service I could ...if u could go somewhere else buy a car do it
Dont get you vehicle serviced here, my car took only 1.5 hours to do the actual work (was sitting in customer parking after) and 3 hours for them to finish the paperwork.... I have no idea why the paperwork could even take this long, Ill never come to this place again.
I had my car for less than a year its been in the shop for 12 days in that time there is a loud rattling noise in the exhaust system and in the 12 days they have not been able to fix it so Im going to have to crawl under my new car myself and fix it since there are not capable of doing the job I will never buy another car from Chrysler
THIS SINGLE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!!WE BOUGHT A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED TRUCK ALONG WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. WE NOW HAVE THE ACCIDENT REPORT THAT STATES IT HAD BEEN IN A MULTIPLE CAR ACCIDENT BEFORE WE BOUGHT IT. A THIRD PARTY HAS INSPECTED IT AND FOUND THAT THE FRAME IS CRACKED, MANY WELDS UNDERNEATH, NOT EVEN THE ORIGINAL BED. THE DEALERSHIP OFFERED TO GIVE US 22K FOR IT- WE BOUGHT IT FOR 35K. PLUS OUR 2.5K WARRANTY IS VOID BECAUSE OF THE DAMAGE. THIS IS FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL, DANGEROUS, SHAMEFUL! LEAVING US NO OPTION BUT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. WEBSITE SAYS Every Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and RAM Certified PRE-OWNED vehicle (CPOV) has to pass our stringent certification process guaranteeing that only the finest vehicles get certified....... OBVIOUSLY NOT! GIRL IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS ONLY EXPLANATION IS THAT THE BOX WAS CHECKED SAYING THAT A TECH INSPECTED IT. I GUESS YOU THINK AN INK MARK IN A BOX TRUMPS THE ACCIDENT REPORT? YOUR EMPLOYEES EXCUSES AND DISREGARD FOR THE FACTS ARE PATHETIC AND UNAPOLOGETIC. IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY YOURE LOOKING FOR, BY ALL MEANS SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! 👎
After buying my second car here They try to cash my check after I gave them cash for the down payment and when I called to see what was going on the manager/ & sales rep were rude about the situation I spent over 70k in two cars in that dealer I will never recommend anyone here again nor buy anything here again

2022-07-18So I was determined to get a new car as a first time buyer. Neil approached me right away and was ready to assist. He and his manager Michael were able to work their magic to get me the Jeep Compass that caught my eye! They were super helpful and explained everything to me when I asked.

2022-04-2510/10 experience. For someone whose worked in customer service for 5 years these friendly people showed me what it truly means to go above and beyond for their customers, to ensure a customer for life. I would like to recommend ARCHIE to everyone out there. If anyone is going to Antioch Dodge and aren’t buying a car from Archie you’re selling yourself short. Thank You so much to everyone there including Archie, Jason, and Fernando. Definitely created a customer for life.

2022-03-25Really bad service and they give you a run around. i got this car as my first car ever as a college student i got extended warranty and i have a faulty sensor on my tire i asked them to look at it and they said they couldn’t unless i had warranty with them it i have to go to hyundai, i told them i have warranty with them and they took down my information, came back 2 seconds later after i saw they didn’t even talk to anyone and was told that their boss said they can’t look at it. Then i asked okay for you know any tire shops that can look at my sensor in the area and he told me he can’t give me and recommendations. They are not helpful at all, nor friendly. I don’t recommend going here there are much better dealerships in the bay area.

2022-05-25Took my 2009 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi in for an oil change. Service guy pointed out I had 2 broken exhaust header bolts and a cracked header. Estmate $1400. Took it to another shop. Guess what no broken header. Job ran $800. Beware of this dealership.

2022-05-10Hybrid vehicles are extremely hot so we had to drive a little ways to get our 2022 Pacifica Hybrid. JB was awesome from the start and treated our family magnificently. His priority was to make our family happy. I will recommend this dealership to others. Thank you JB for helping our family make the right choices.

2020-10-27I had a very positive experience here. I had my eye on a 2020 Challenger with the options I wanted so I called ahead, and I was told to meet with Marcus the Mopar specialist when I arrived. Marcus was busy when I arrived, so I was helped by Adrian. Adrian pointed out several features of the car and gave me a test drive. I was surprised to learn that this was Adrian’s second day working at the dealership as he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I gave Adrian my terms for a deal and he passed this on to the finance guy Fred. Adrian remained with me throughout the process as Fred crunched the numbers. In the end, they accepted my offer and even gave me a better interest rate than my credit union. Everyone I dealt with at Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was welcoming, friendly and very professional. I left there feeling I was treated with respect and as a valued customer. If you’re in the market for a Chrysler product, I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

2022-06-22$15,000 markup on a $60,000 tradesman. Do not buy here. There are plenty of other dealers that do not rip people with a Market Adjustment mark up.

2022-02-06Just spoke to Dean Drivers “buddy” apparently and he was super rude and told us to go to another dealer and hung up on us. 😬 I’d steer clear of this dealer and go else where. They don’t have prices of the cars online so I requested the price through email. They said they would give us a call about the price. We missed the call, called back a couple hours later and told them we were interested but asked what the price of the car was, we were told it may be marked up? Ok so your higher than the msrp? Well what’s the msrp price? He wanted us to drive 2 hours to look at the Durango without evening knowing the price? LMAO? Don’t be shady. Just tell us the sticker price of the vehicle. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

2022-05-03Racist staff, they didn’t even show us the car we wanted and started talking about high payments and down payment (credit check was not ran) No formality just straight negative and stand-offish. Luckily we went across the street and got better and professional customer service and agents!
