My husband and I bought our first home 13 years ago with Andrey and it was a great experience. When we decided to sell and buy a home in the country we went to Andrey again, of course. He did not let us down! He did everything in his power to help us sell our home. We felt like we were the only clients. He was always available to us if we needed him. The professional pictures were so amazing and a great plus. We sold our home and he helped us find our new home and its absolutely perfect for us. We highly recommend Andrey.
Andrey is very easy to work with! Professional at what he does! Whenever we had a question, he was very fast to respond and very helpful! Investment property that we purchased was below than average condition. When we hired home inspector Andrey came along with us and walked thru all the findings that inspector found on the house. Even thou house that we purchased was below than average condition, we still had pretty good deal, and wanted to go forward, but didn’t know how much it’ll cost to fix everything. Andrey suggested inexpensive but reliable contractors and personally went out to the property to give them access, so they can inspect the property and give us bids. Andrey meet up with HVAC contractor, siding contractors, several roofers and guys who do gutters. After we received all that material we were able to get credit to fix all this things, and we are pleased with the way Andrey was able to negotiate so many details. I would like to say that Andrey is knowledgeable and accountable. Will recommend to our friends and relatives.

Great knowledge both in New construction and existing homes. Andrey takes professional images and videos, therefore when he lists homes they look exceptionally good online. Highly recommend him!
Working with Andrey was such a blissful experience. I had Been intimidated being that it was my first time selling, But he came with so much knowledge and was willing to answer all questions. He was available at all hours whenever i had concerns and he tried to explain everything as descriptive as possible. Andrey is phenomenal. Ive never had a more positive experience working with any person who is THAT dedicated to help you solve your needs. We were new to the area and didnt have any strong recommendations for particular realtors, but after searching for options online weve found Andrey, watched his videos, and decided to give him a call. Im glad we did! Throughout the entire house buying process he would reply almost instantaneously, would always provide an extensive information on questions we asked, and was instrumental in the process of helping us buy the house. As first-time buyers, we were initially nervous about the whole process, but with Andrew buying the house has become a rather pleasant and fun experience!But Andreys help didnt stop the moment we close the house. We needed a bit of renovation before moving in, so he provided us references for contractors, and even checked in on us to make sure everything goes according to our plans with the renovation.10/10 would go with Andrey again.

This summer we were moving from the Bay Area to Sacramento. The market was very hot and we had to act quickly. Luckily we chose Andrey as our realtor and he helped us a lot. He replied immediately to every call during the process. Sometimes he had to schedule tours with a very short notice and in some cases we even didnt have time to come to the place. Andrey Perepelitsa helped me to purchase new construction home in Antelope subdivision. He knows market well, and has great expertise in surrounding area. Entire process was smooth, from finding a home, to writing a contract all of way to escrow. After escrow I was looking for reliable landscape contractor who could finish my backyard. Turned out that Andrey has a lot of different contractors that he knows because he flipped property before. So he recommended one who did fantastic job and at the same time was affordable
Andrey sold our house for us and it was as seamless as a real estate transaction can be. We were very nervous about selling our first house but Andrey was with us every step of the way. We had our first consultation with him about a month before we listed and he was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns but never pushy. I also appreciated how knowledgeable he is in the real estate market. Once we decided to list, he took care of everything in a timely manner even though he had a health emergency during this time. I kid you not, he called us from the ER to let us know that he won’t be able to keep an appointment with us. His communication is 10/10. Always kept us updated on the status of our sale without ever being annoying. When issues did arise, he dealt with them with great energy and we never once worried or were left wondering what’s going on. He even rolled his sleeves up and helped some contractors with the repairs that the buyers wanted! I’ve never seen or heard of anything like it! This was a zero stress sale for us if there ever was such a thing. Oh, and we were able to sell the house for quite bit higher than asking price and with better terms, so that’s always a plus. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for buy or sell a house.

2022-01-25We were looking to buy another property and one of our friends suggested that we should use Andrey Perepelitsa. When we started to work with Andrey, we really like the fact that it was always very easy to get a hold of him. We ended up buying multi family unit that needed some work, and our realtor Andrey had many contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors that he suggested. Overall process was excellent.

We bought our first home during heavy sellers market, and we are happy that Andrey took time to explain us real estate process, inspections and appraisal process. He also shared with us ways we have to competitive in such a strong sellers market. When we were in the contract, It was also hard for us to send all of the documentations that loan officer wanted from us. Andrey made process much more enjoyable and helped us with sending correct documentations to loan officer to make sure we can close on time. Andrey did a wonderful job with marketing taking professional pictures and gave us tips on how to stage our house.
