Ive been living at the Anavia apartments for about 1 1/2 years. I will be moving when my lease is up. The Manager does a poor job of managing. A very poor attitude. Ive complain about the dishwasher 3 times. It has ruin all my dishes. They had me buying all of this junk that does not help with the cleaning. The last time I complain they said they would get back to me. Well its been over two months. I go up there and complain. I told them I will contact upper management. This funny looking lady got smart and I had to put her in check. Her comment was do what you have to do. There have been thefts at the complex. This is the worse Manager I have ever been around.
Beautiful apartments great amenities and location. Lived here for about 4 months. Parking can be annoying and the unit is spendy but it is a great place to call home.

Beautiful, a must see, they even have a dog park for you dog lovers, and everyone is very polite, even the dogs !!!
Just moved in. Maintenance is a tad slow on things, on the other hand they are not an emergency. I HATE THAT THE SPA HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE WE GOT HERE. Will update in a later review.
I have lived here about for 2 years, I love this place and the staff, they always solve the problem in short time. Thanks for Kim, Aubrey and Jason, my friends and i will be live here longer.

2022-03-15Wish I could give 2.5 stars. Giving 3 stars because I’ve lived here 2 years now and I love our unit inside. The maintenance team is also great & always happy. However, NOT SAFE. Packages stolen, ring cameras stolen, car windows broken, burglary from cars. The office is aware of the safety issue but they will not install cameras (I asked) or hire security. Also, aminities constantly broken - hottub is usually really cold, elevator breaks like daily.

2020-12-01The apartment complex is nice and our apartment is wonderful. The 2 stars is due the complete lack of control of the environment. We have packages stolen off our doorstep weekly, would be nice if there was security roaming the halls to deter this, or even any preventative efforts taken. Spoken to other residents of this complex and theft is a large problem. We recently tried to purchase a ring camera to take action of our own, but it was stolen from our doormat before we could claim it.

2019-02-11Nice but didnt find apartment amazing or luxurious. I didnt get to check out any of the amenities - yoga area, pool, gym, barbecue grills so this review is just about the apartment and parking area. The 3 bedrooms arent very big but kitchen, dining and living room areas are nice and open - no walls separating the areas and large windows to let in natural light.

2016-08-16I dont live here, but I visit friends here often and, being involved in Real Estate, I feel obliged to review. The property is poorly maintained with broken doors and elevators. Guest parking is virtually non-existent, but perhaps that is just Apartment living. Also it seems that the tenants let their dogs pee all over the halls and elevators, so it smells strongly of urine. To be fair, my friends apartment is nice enough on the inside, with a good floorplan. Im sure that due to its location they charge a premium to live here, but if it were me Id look for a property that is better maintained.

2013-05-15At first we werent too sure about this place because being that it was in Anaheim, it automatically was going to be expensive. Although these wonderful apartments are a little on the pricey end ($2,000/mo for a 2 bedroom), they are one of the nicest places in the area.If your rented place is on the 1st floor, it will be surrounded by concrete and double-pained windows making these very quite and noise is hardly noticeable at all. This place has tons of nice people, a huge pool and Jacuzzi, gym and yoga studio, pool tables and shuffle board and a fantastic view of the Angels Stadium, where you can then see the after game fireworks. Take a roll on by these spacious, beautiful and even pet friendly apartments that are equivalent to that of a 4-5 star hotel resort.

2018-02-21I went for an interview but was very impressed with the cleanliness and aesthetic of anavia. Every worker that i saw whether it was the porter or maintenance men greeted me with a huge smile and all asked me if i knew where i was going or needed help. I loved the views from the leasing office and the manager kim was so patient and seemed to truly genuinely enjoy her job. Regardless of who is chosen for the position i enjoyed just being here at the property it was great vibes from everyone and great building to live in.

2019-04-23Stayed here a few days. Seems like a nice complex. Good fitness center, beautiful outdoor courtyards. Parking garage is a little tight. Halls smelled like trash sometimes.

2020-09-01Just moved apartments is super niceSaurya was my leasing agent is amazing she we’ll go the extra mile to help feel comfortable. Sadly the other lady works there is mean rude and unhelpful and that’s only reason am leaving 3 stars instead 5

2017-06-25Our room was quite dirty and had things like no batteries in the clock, smudged walls, painfully hard beds older than sin, and HUMAN PETRIFIED FECES on the ledge of the patio. These are independently maintained suites so my experience is JUST for one suite.

2017-05-06In Anavia Luxury apartments anything could be stolen. Grocery ( veggies, milk, and eggs) in front my door for 10 mins was stolen. I been living here for almost two years now and I have had experienced and heard from my neighbors many stealing acts. There is no way to renew my rent even though they offer me 0$ rent.
