Good selection of cards and gift items, sad the store is closing soon.
I suppose the store was all right, but the staff was very rude. I had checked to see if they had an item online and inventory said 4 in stock. When we got there, there were none. The sales clerk wasn’t helpful at all and told us that she didn’t manage the website so it wasn’t her fault it was wrong. It was not busy in the store, so when i asked her, she was not doing anything else. Completely unhelpful. She didn’t even offer any alternatives - helping by checking another store, ordering online, etc... don’t waste your time going in and not helped, just order online.
I love their merchandise and name brand stuff but their prices are much too high and its all made in China. They would do so many more sales if the prices were more reasonable.
My respect with their staff. They are very helpful, sweet and able to help out in anything. I got a card and beautiful necklace for a great price. I now know they have books too and movies that are available from the channel!

2021-12-21Bought my Christmas Cards. For a Greeting card store they only have maybe a couple of racks of Greeting cards and it’s way in the back of the store and the rest are gifts and collectibles. Hallmark is known for their beautiful designs and for their card dedications. There’s hardly any card shops anymore. The cashier who helped me was nice and friendly. Happy with the service.
