I refinanced my mortgage with this company and I am very please with the service I received. The first time I spoke with the mortgage broker, Dean, he was very kind and very knowledgeable. I felt like I knew him for years. He explained the process to me and got me started on the process to refinance my home. Dean and Jennifer were very professional and took me through the steps to get to closing. All of my questions were answered and I never felt like I was being pushed to the side. They always responded to all of my emails immediately. They got me to a lower monthly payment and a lower interest rate than I had previously.
These folks were super easy to deal with for refinancing my VA loan and minimal high pressure sales tactics like some other places (recognize they need to sell their product). This was my first refinance and I had an awesome experience with the Americas Moneyline team. Rudy Gomez, my loan officer asked for a few documents and the ball started rolling. There wasnt any back and forth on additional documents. Moved into the next phase with Jeremiah Ryder, my loan processor. We communicated via email and phone on the status of the refinance and by the end of June 2021 my loan was closed and funded on 1 July 2021. In addition, both Rudy and Jeremiah were great to work with, always willing to assist and true to the status of your loan. Grade A professionals. I was introduced to the concept of wholesale mortages by a close friend who worked with Americas Moneyline Inc on a number of mortgages.I dont know why I didnt think of looking for this sooner. I do the same for my personal auto and home insurance - so why not for mortgages? They are able to check rates with a number of lenders and find the best rate - but at the same time, are an excellent source of information about mortgages so that you dont feel like they are representing a bank.I worked with Patrick and he was fantastic. He is a work horse and always took my call to discuss current rates and options.I am confident in saying that they will get you the best rate available. The rate I was able to get was significantly lower both in the rate and in the credits available. My realtor was shocked, and immediately asked for their contact info to share with her future clients.You dont pay them anything - so there really isnt any reason not to try and see if they can help you - either with a mortgage or a refinance.

My wife and I worked with Rafael Pimentel on a refi for our home. Rafael was very professional, knowledgeable, very responsive every step of the loan process. My favorite part about him, he was not abrasive or forceful when it came to make the final decision on the loan. He was not like a typical salesman. This time I went back to America’s Moneyline to refinance my personal residence as well as a jumbo rental loan. Erick took responsibility to push the process along from start to finish. Meanwhile Jeremiah worked long hours (evidenced by his late-night emails) working through the details. We were able to close both refi’s with attractive rates - that really helps. Extremely helpful company to work with. My wife and I had a 15 year loan we established 3 years ago. We got a letter from the company and decided to research our options. They could refinance our loan at a substantial savings. We kept the 15 year loan and will pay this loan off in 10 years making the same payments as we were previously paying. Totally quick and painless, I had issues getting my credit unfrozen so a report could be run for the loan and they really jumped in and helped me with getting that done with the credit agencies. The original estimates of my final out of pocket costs were spot on from initial numbers, i.e. theres no bait and switch on closing costs. I would recommend and/or use them again

Not sure what type of individuals you have working here, and by no means am I a health professional, but the guy I spoke with may need full medical attention- especially for his apparent mental state. I wont ever do business with them.

2022-09-01An incredible service, I didnt know what to think off the bat, but Louis my loan agent went above and beyond to get us the lowest possible mortgage rate available. They made the process very easy, and came in with the lowest rate of any competitors including Rocket Mortgage, who I didnt think could be beat. Lou was so friendly and helpful during the process, and extremely knowledgable. They have earned all of my referrals and future business, I cant say enough good things. If you are shopping for a loan and do yourself a favor, check out Americas Moneyline, it save us tens of thousands of dollars over the coming years. You need someone who knows this business inside and out guiding you through this process, and that is exactly what we had. 2022-06-13I just bought a house in St Augustine with the Mortgage I got thru Americas Moneyline. Gilbert Duran, the Senior Loan Officer, and Mai Yang, the Loan Processor, work very hard to make it easy for me to have loan process approved, processed and completed; the rate I got with help of them was the best rate that I have from the Market. They have been super patient and helpful during the whole process, always there, explained me how to get the needed documents and figured out the alternative document very fast when some document needed could not be provided. Also, I have to say, they two and their underwriter were super efficient, the documents and follow-up documents they need and requested were much less than other lenders( I started with a few lenders to see who can give to best rate and complete the work faster and finally selected Gilbert and Mai). As a whole, the process is wonderful!

2022-03-16The refinance process took some time due to unforeseen circumstances. However, this company worked hard and around those hiccups to make sure the process went smooth and as plan. Paulina Lennis, the agent who helped me, was very transparent and informative, and moreover, provided me with updates throughout the refinance process. 2022-09-16Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. If i could give zero stars I would. 9 weeks into process and still have not signed or funded but I am approved for weeks. You pay a fee and you are literally doing their job. You have to reach out to IRS, insurance, current mortgage company and provide all the documents normally the company your paying a fee to does. I know you have to provide a lot of information but these are things normally a person from a loan company collects that you did not even know. Poor communication if any.. I cant wait for this to be complete.

Im very grateful I entertained their call that day, since it led to a great team of people (Louis Montaino, Armita Fazeli, Weimar Gonzalez) and an equally great closing with a low interest rate when rates were on the rise.This was my first time refinancing and Lou took the time to answer all my questions. He was incredibly communicative and very transparent with the process. 2022-08-12I will tell you that I met Erick who did my loan through American money line from a mailer that I didn’t believe was true. The offer an incredible interest-rate and I went ahead and tested them and it was real. The process was absolutely easier than even friends I have in the mortgage business here locally in Las Vegas.But then I was looking to do a HELOC I went to shop my rate through the Internet to try to find the best deal. Every company was trying to get me to redo my mortgage for my house. I had several companies that are very well known and others that were not they gave me quotes. Then I reached out to Erick again and I asked him if he would check out my loan offers and if you could beat it.What was funny is Erik made the comment that for what they’re charging you to do the loan I’ll fly all the way to your house and sign you myself because he doesn’t live in the state of Nevada. lol! And the kicker was and I’ll even charge you half of what they’re charging. He save me close to $13,000 in closing costs that other lenders were charging me for the exact same loan. Another bank said there’s no way he could do the loan he quoted me. They wanted me to send the statement at the end to see if it was true. And they were so sure he was not giving me the right information that they said they would hold the loan I had with them just in case this Erick didn’t come through.Well Erick did come through and I only did he save me close to $13,000 in extra closing cost fees even in this trying time of market he got me a really good rate with some point by downs at a better rate than any competitor out there. I talked to eight companies that called me and pick three to compete against and tell Erick from American money line came in and scored the touchdown for me.If you call American money line ask for Erick Cisneros hopefully I spelled his name right. He will give U a great deal to earn your trust and your business.My family thinks you for helping me out with restructuring my finance and leveraging my homes equity for me to establish financial freedom.

2022-06-29I have been many places and conducted transactions before but, never have I seen such an establishment with Loan Processors (Pauline Lennis and, Chris Ortigoza) who have been more than professionals with their duties in taking care of a client such as myself. If I were to rate these professionals on a scale of one to ten, I would give 11.5 because through it all they went above and beyond for me the client and it shows me that this is simply what they do and do it very very very well.
