My experience at American Tire Depot was extremely positive. Robert was very helpful every step of the way. He helped my daughter and I pick out new tires for our truck, patiently showing us many options and sharing his insights. And on the day that we were set to have them put on, when my battery happened to die at home, he walked me through getting it there and generously installed the new battery (something that the dealer told me he would need three days to do!?). When it came to the tires, they were perfect. He explained the warranty for both the tires and the battery and included all paperwork with my receipt. Top notch. Highly recommend. Genuine, honest people. I won’t go anywhere else!

After searching the internet, I contacted American tire depot in Thousand Oaks to try and find a high-quality tire for my trailer. Mo, Was immediately helpful, professional, and to the point he recommended an outstanding Tire at a competitive price that would completely meet my needs. Mo and his entire crew provided outstanding service in every way from the moment I made my first phone call to the moment I drove away. Top quality outstanding price point excellent service and an overall superior experience. I I ordered the tires, they called me back the next day to let me know that they were in and scheduled my appointment for install as he said he would. Integrity is a rare thing these days. I found the shop very easily they installed the tires on my trailer and I was set to go within 30 minutes. Mo and his crew Went above and beyond what I expected. If you’re in the market for tires don’t waste your time going to other places just drop in and you’ll be satisfied.Thank you!

First I was greeted by Robert who was so wonderful! I had several things I needed done and he answered all my questions perfectly! It can be difficult being a woman and going to traditional men businesses! But here I felt comfortable and I could trust Robert to deal with me honestly! I am grateful for that. I have alway had great service here at American Tire Depot.After doing a lot of research I ended buying wheels and tires while servicing my alignment and brakes. Robert has always been amazing with his service and been an absolute asset when making educated choices.
