These mechanics and customer service folks never let me down. I’ve been coming here for several years and they always take great care of my “Eureka,” a 2006 Ford E150 van, favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned in my life, which I now use to run my new dog care business. They often fit me in with no notice, they’re friendly and efficient, plus their prices are the best I’ve found in the area for oil changes, tires and maintenance.
I purchased new tire pressure sensors on Amazon and these amazing guys fit me in right away on a busy Friday and took off all four wheels and installed. All worked perfectly snd I am very pleased with the service and work. Thanks very much.
Scamming people into paying for warranties. They added a $39 warranty fee to the tires. I told them I didn’t want the warranty. They told me “our system doesn’t let us do that”. I asked 3 more time with the same answer. Finally the guy next to the guy I was dealing with told him “just take it off.” Took him about 10 seconds to do what he said was impossible to do.
I’ve come in for new tires about 3 times here already, the customer service is good and efficient.
Took my car to get the my tires inspected early in the morning, and let me tell you I have never experienced a better service with any tire company that I’ve purchased tires previously with.The two gentlemen out front went ahead and brought me up to speed with the warranty on the tires.They were able to inspect the tires and determine that 1. I didn’t need new tires 2. I had a nail in the driver side 3. The passenger side front also had a nail 4. They where both professionally patched 5. TPMS where reprogrammed correctlyAll this at no extra cost just for being a previous customer.In the end I realized I made a great choice!

Disrespectful, amateur job. I just went there for alignment, only 2 weeks and I have same problem. I went back and they ask me for new inspection charges. I went original Ford Dealer and they said the car has only problem alignment. Also, even I got appointment, they started to fix my car about 2.5 hours than my appointment. Don’t waste your money. Stay far.
Wow, wow, wow. Freddie is an amazing manager. Everyone was so accommodating, professional, and fast.I had to get a patch on my tire and this was the second tire in a month. Lots of construction I guess. I went to a different tire store to replace my tire a few weeks ago, down the street...Unfortunately the experience was not great. The guys at the shop took great care of me and my vehicle. They were very communicative throughout the day and replaced all of the tires. They showed me pics of my brakes as I had had a discussion with them about some problems I was having. They were able to track the issue down to worn pads and rotors and put together a quote to make the proper repairs. They wrapped up everything on time as promised and my truck drives like new again with no issues. Much appreciated
I was out in Santa Monica for a week workcation. And my car front passenger tire pressure light lightup . I have to say these guys took my car in without an appointment did a wonderful job got my car in and out ASAP under 35min . Super friendly patched my tire up. Made an appointment yesterday for 8/24 at 8 a.m. with the manager for 4 tires on my Honda Element. Came at 8 a.m. on 8/24. An ‘HOUR AND A HALF’ after dropping the vehicle, I received a call from American Tire Depot to let me know that they only had 3 tires and would need to come back later in the day for the one tire. After making an appointment the day before and having a confirmation from the MANAGER that they had the 4 tires in-stock.Very disappointed as I took the morning off from work to have all tires installed. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, American Tire Depot. Wasted my morning. As a new father my time is limited and precious. Would NEVER recommend American Tire Depot to ANYONE!
This location is amazing! They go above and beyond, I pulled in with no appointment and a flat tire. They were able to help the minute I got there and sent me on my way to enjoy my weekend within 40 min! Definitely recommend the American Tire in Lincoln.
Freddie was professional and helpful when I got my tires done. Ordering the tires online and talking to Jose who sold me the tires was super easy. There were a few times I called though and was put on a hold for a long time. On the website it was a little confusing on what was covered. Freddie thankfully cut me a deal on the wheel alignment. Overall the work was good.
Spectacular service. I woke up to a flat tire. I live near American Tire Depot, so I carefully drove over there. I left my car there after about 5 minutes of initial questions and then handing over the card to my car. An hour later I got the call that the tire was patched! Went back to collect it, and found out that THEY DONT CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE! Wait ,.. friendly service and no charge? NO WAY! YES WAY! Theyll be getting all of my tire business (which I assume is the point of this excellent service!)
I had every opportunity to take my business anywhere else and had never been to American Tire before. It was because of how Carlos handled my needs on the phone that I went to this shop. The mechanic who worked on my car added his professional observation of an additional issue. I went with his opinion, presented logically and thoughtfully, and decided to do the additional work. Carlos was professional, thorough, respectful and kind. I thought he owned the shop. Thats how much pride he took in his work. Ill be back because of him and his team.
Freddy, who works at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure that my husbands tire got fixed. I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend American Tire Depot.
As kind as the store manager is, customer service was unprofessional when assisting the evaluation of the damaged tire. As we worked through the issue step by step it was clear that the representative did not want to hear and answer my questions and cut the phone call short. I followed up and was able to speak with the store manager who was professional and understanding. Unfortunately, I have not dealt with a car related service with this low grade of communication, lack of respect, and professionalism. I will not be bringing my business here nor will I recommend it.
Went in with an air leak from nail in my rear tire. Since they couldn’t do a patch on a run flat tire Freddy suggested putting a plug in the tire instead. I was in a really tough spot and had to do something otherwise I was scared I may have to get it towed by the time the holiday weekend ended. Thank goodness Freddy made this suggestion otherwise after the 3 day weekend, I would have been rollin on pretty much a flat tire and rim. NOT GOOD. Glad they hooked me up with a quick fix free of charge! NIIIIIIIICE! The customer service (and suggestion) saved they day! The tire techs are nice, helpful and know their shizzzzz. Who da besssss?? YOU da bessss American Tire Depot!

I got there early in the morning knowing their start time was @0800. They were already busy and yet Freddie was very kind to me and asked why I had come in then asked me to show him the nail in the tire. He told me how long I had to wait and if I was not close he would call me when the tire was fixed. The car was ready beforehand and out of there before an hour passed. I would highly recommend this tire store!
Good energy spot! Carlos and Freddy did a stellar job making sure everything was efficient and smooth and didn’t charge to patch up the nail bolt I had stuck in my tire! Fast courteous and professional. Needed a quick wheel alignment on a used car I just picked up. They saw me straight away and I was out 45 mins later. Fair prices too. I made an appointment online quickly and easily, showed up at the scheduled time and was immediately greeted and taken care of. The whole process was seamless and easy; would highly recommend for anyone with tire (or really any automotive) troubles!
Really not happy with our experience. Ordered new tires through their website where we ordered and confirmed a “buy 3, get 1 free” offer they advertised, but when we showed up at the shop for installation, we were told that the offer didn’t apply because they didn’t have those tires “in stock.” Not surprisingly, when we agreed to pay an additional fee, the tires were able to be “delivered” in 20 min. Felt like a complete scam and only wish we’d walked away when they started their shenanigans as when we picked up the car, the new tires were severely over-inflated. Two tires were at 70+ psi, when the car standard is 47 psi, and I’m just glad our car has a sensor to pick this up as I would have assumed that people working at a tire depot would know how to inflate tires appropriately.
I always feel taken care of here and especially appreciate that I can trust every employee to give me an honest report on my car. Carlos was especially helpful and even offered to apply coupons that I didn’t know were available. Best prices I’ve found in Santa Monica.
Great tire prices but expect to wait 2 to 3 hours for the install. Recommend you drop your car off and come back later and get it. If they tell you it’ll be an hour and a half, add an hour to it.Also the guy name Matt is a real jerk. Other guys are pretty cool.
I got 2 other estimates on 4 tires with installation and disposal of my old tires and this place not only beat the other 2 by almost 50 bucks but they include a 40,000 warranty on new tires AND they offered financing so I have 6 mos. to pay what I owe interest free, which is nice! Really friendly staff too who are willing to negotiate if you ask nicely 😉

I am always a happy customer when I come to this shop. Today was no exception. They always treat me fair and they are always, without fault, honest. I had to go to my service dealership for a normal routine service check, which came with a recent purchase, and my vehicle needed a brake job. Their quoted price was nearly double what American Tire Depot was able to do for me. This is not the first time their service has been significantly lower than my dealerships. Their work is top-notch and their price and labor cost is outstandingly fair. You will never be disappointed with their work. I had just finished up some shopping down the street and noticed I had a flat so I stopped in to see if American Tire could help me. Even though they were closing up shop for the night, Carlos and Freddy were awesome and helped me out and patched my tire. I will definitely be bringing my business here in the future, these guys are awesome!
Do not trust this location. I called last week to get a quote for four tires and book an appointment. They quoted me for Kuhmo tires at $89 per tire. My wife ended up taking our car in because I was working. When she got there they tried upselling her on tires that were $130. She declined and said she wanted the $89 tires we had asked for the previous week. She said they seemed disgruntled and annoyed she didnt go with their sales pitch. When she got home and told me how pushy they were with her and their annoyed reaction to her decision I decided to check the tires they installed. I found they had installed Landspider tires which are listed on their website for $51 per tire. However, they still charged my wife the $89 per tire as if they installed the Kuhmo tires like I had originally booked the previous week. I was pretty upset but my wife felt even worse that they took advantage of her lack of knowledge about car stuff. I would definitely not recommend this location. If you do have to go here, research beforehand and dont go alone otherwise you will likely be taken advantage of by the deceitful staff.

Always happy with the level of service here. The workers are professional and conscientious;with no indoor seating, one of the gentlemen brought a chair outside for me when he saw that I had taken a seat on the curb. Quality of work is efficient and turn around time has always been satisfactory. Get there just before they open if possible! They are a busy shop!
I was able to get an appointment for installation of new tires within a day of calling! I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness that was shared with this team. I would definite recommend to anyone who needs new tires at a reasonable price. I will be back!
My experience with American Tire Depot in Santa Monica was absolutely amazing. I got a flat tire and Freddie and his team came to my location to change it to my spare so that I was able to drive to their shop to get a new tire. Freddie ordered a new tire for me and made sure all of my concerns and questions were answered. Scott also helped me and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I will be coming back for all of my car needs!
Great tire store. I have purchased tires from the place in the past and was happy . Today my daughter’s car had a nail in her tire and I asked them how much to fix it and they responded that type of repair is free . I thought for sure they are going to tell me I need a new tire .that did not occur and they fixed it for no cost . Quite amazing!
If you need tires go see Manager Freddy or his colleague Carlos at American Tire on 2720 Lincoln in Santa Monica. . They located a set of Michelin Defender tires for my 1985 Mercedes Benz 300TD in a size recently dIscontinued by the manufacturer. The corrected the alignment, used pure nitrogen in place of plain air, balanced the tires, disposed of the four I replaced, provided me with a generous warranty, and did it all by appointment so as not to interfere with my golf game.The will RE-check the alignment, rotate the tires, and top off the nitrogen every 6 months, all for no additional charge.Their total bill was several hundreds less than I expected. Their work was done in 50 minutes.These guys are a find. Only tell close friends about them. I do not want them overwhelmed in these health-perilous times.If I were permitted to give them 6 stars I would. They are that good. And when you pay them, if you can use a couple of rolls of quarters, that would help Freddy get his laundry done at home as change is strangely scarce these days. Thanks.Lon B. Isaacson

I had installed four new tires at another location and gone back three times to fix issues with rebalancing. After the third attempt and frustrated, I decided to try this location. I spoke with the manager Freddy, and he took care of me from the very start. His team was able to fix the rebalancing issue the first time! Very happy with the entire process and recommend this location.
Amazing place. They hooked me up with brand new tires for my car and even inspected it for free. They gave me a breakdown of what was recommended to replace. I like that they werent pushy on selling me the extras. They told me that whenever I was ready to let them know and they would work with me to see if they can discount me as well. Excellent service! This team is really about great customer service. From Josh being super optimistic about the tires and tickets being offered when buying 4 tires. To Adrianna making sure that I went with American Tire Depot and guaranteed that my tires were going to be installed on time. I dropped off my car with Raul and he kept me up to date with the progress and made sure everything was done by the time I got off work.Overall I had a great experience and the team was able to get the tires I needed and install them with short notice. I highly recommend the SM location and they made sure to beat other quotes I received!

The employees at this location are so friendly and professional. They really bent over backwards to give me the best deal and assure me that what I was doing was the right thing for my vehicle. For the amount of work that I had done on my car the day I was in I could not have gotten a better price anywhere else. I know this to be true because I had been pricing labor for the last few weeks and this was by far the best price I’ve received with the best warranties. I will definitely come back to these guys in a heartbeat.

Last Saturday I stopped by several tire shops. They were a mess with long lines and disinterested staff. The fourth one I tried because it was furthest North from my place was amazing. First is was clean professional and clearly had the nicest bays and equipments. The employees were happy and ready to help and they took my information quoted me $20 less than anyone else and that the could have it done in under an hour each of the other spots said they could get to it 3 to 6 hours. I got a call in 20 minutes that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pay it was ready up front and there was no charge. They said it was an easy fix so they just did it. I was shocked but my girlfriend said she had previously had the same experience. Keep in mind Kia had tried to sell me a new tire several weeks before claiming the leak was too large and unfixable. Do yourself a favor and go to American Tire. Cleanest! Friendliest! Most Professional and so Honest it was free! I hope these guys add other businesses because I am a fan for life :)
Friendly staff, fixed my flat tire for free including removal, installation, new valve stem and balance. Would have given 5 stars if the job was done expeditiously. I had an appointment, was there at 8 sharp and it still took an hour. The actual job took 20 minutes and 40 minutes was waiting for someone to actually get to it. Too many guys standing around with their hands in their pockets.
These guys were great. We got a flat while in traffic. We called to let them know that we were doing our best to get to them before they closed at 6pm. Once we arrived at about 5:45pm, they looked at the tire and told us no problem. They were very welcoming and polite. They fixed the tire and had us on our way even though they had to stay after closing time. Very recommended. Diego was the manager and he took very good care of us.

I already wrote a Yelp review for these guys, but I cant stop there. Every time I have visited this place, I have felt so validated and appreciated as a customer. They genuinely care about their clients, and not just the bottom line. There has never been a long wait either. My car and I are very happy!
Steve was very courteous, efficient. I had to purchase a new tire, called American Tire first to see if the tire was in stock, it was there and he told me over the phone the time the exact time my vehicle would be ready. Steve even honored the coupon on the website- I was very happy with this tire store/ would recommend them!

Montes is what the invoice says, not sure what name he goes by, but he has consistently been really kind and welcoming. And they even fixed my flat for free! Nice business model. American Tire Depot and its staff couldnt have been more helpful or professional. Because of their network of stores and warehouses, they are able to supply tires that are out of stock at other shops. After an accident on a freeway that shredded my somewhat uncommon tire, they were able to replace the tire in just a few hours, whereas many other stores were cautioning it could be 7 days to find a replacement. It was my first time going to American Tire Depot, and I couldnt be happier with their service, wait times, or prices.

I had a scheduled appointment at a different location to have two tires replaced and decided to goggle a location much closer and discovered this location! The technician informed that I had some additional problems going on with the vehicle.thr issues that required immediate attention was not addressed when I went to a well known car dealership who never advised me of all issues. I was given a more than generous discount on parts and labor! Had I been at the dealership the price would have been 3times the price!!! And I have life time warranties. The manager, Ro, not only helped me decide on the best replacement tires for my Subaru Outback, but he gave me a very good deal. I only needed 3 replaced and the 4th was pretty new but recently discontinued. He got me 4 tires for a great price and was able to turn the work around in a few hours. I will be returning when my other car needs new tires.

Had a leaky tire, I took it to American Tire Depot and told the representative that I did not purchase the tire at American Tire Depot, and he said its no charge to check or repair. I will make sure to purchase my next tires at American Tire depot, great customer service, as the checked and took the small nail out and patched the tire!
I have a classic c5 corvette so it’s hard to trust anyone with my car. Salesman Freddie and Armen got me the lowest price in town $1100 for all four run flat tires out the door. Other places that say they match price could not match.Robert the tire tech whose worked there 10 years did a great, conscious job mounting and balancing and jacking my corvette up at the hockey puck points without touching anything else down there.Highly recommend.8 months later I ran over a nail producing a slow leak. Arrived at 825 am departed 915 Ferrando did a professional job and jacked up my vette at the correct spor even though I wasn’t there 👍 And the repair was Free ! 😃

I came into the Santa Monica American Tire Depot without an appointment to patch my front right tire. The employees were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Before you know it, I was walking out of the shop with a fixed tire 20 minutes later. Highly recommend this tire shop to everyone in Santa Monica!

Was in a couple weeks back to have a tire to have my back tire checked. I assumed it was going to need to be all replaced and was dreading be cost.... I’m a college student and money is tight...But I came here and dropped my car off for inspection. When I arrived to pick it up yesterday I was informed by PJ that the cost would be free! I didn’t inform any one here about my concerns about the price so hearing “free” was the best surprise other than the tire was able to be patched and not replaced! Company has very high standards. I was quoted a really good price for a set of tires so I took my car, which was being serviced at the dealer, to get new tires at American - the price was so good I couldn’t say no. When the job was complete I was presented a bill much higher than the quote. When I pointed this out the service man he said said my figure couldn’t possibly be correct . I had the time and date on my phone I received the quote from the prior call. They called the headquarter’s folks who had all calls for quotes recorded and looked mine up. Upon hearing the replay Jerry, who had given me the quote, validated that what I said was correct. They charged me the quoted price (while likely losing money) and were still friendly and respectful. Nice, honest people that I now wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return myself.
Nice, honest, helpful and good folks. Another garage had broken my tire sensor when they replaced a tire a few months ago and ATD put in a new one and gave me a deal on it along with a really good price on new front tires and an alignment.
Ive been here a few times over the years, and these guys are so fast, friendly, and professional! I went here after leaving Firestone down the street because their tires were more expensive and they were just charging too much for installation, balancing, whatever they do, etc. I called up the American Tires online, they ordered the tires I needed from another location, made an appt for me and installed 4 tires. The whole process saved me $130.

After experiencing Hell with the SM Jeep dealership over a tire, & them trying to sneak in charges for a LEASE WITH LESS THAN 24k MILES ON IT WITH WARRANTY ETC. I looked for a few tire places in the area, and American Tire Depot is where I came to. Per the usual, Jeep tried to state they cant patch the tire to scam you out of $300+, & i came to this stellar place, and received *drum roll* REAL SERVICE. They were able to patch up the tire, were welcoming, kind, and made sure i felt reassured walking out of there. Thank you to the team at this location, and especially Mr. Montes for taking care of me!

This place has what you are looking for when it comes to your tires and anything under that umbrella! The staff is on point, not too many places you can go to and get the service that you want. They will help you on finding the best prices, go above and beyond to get whatever you are looking for quickly, the work is A1 and the timing of the work is under other shops. The staff gave me a discount that I didn’t even know they was having (almost a $50 discount) compared to other places that would go out their way to take that money from you. I would love to share my experience today! Let me begin by sharing that the worst thing that can happen on a morning when you feel like nothing is going right already is to then get into your car and discover that you ALSO have a flat tire. This Monday morning was not a favorable start to the new work week. That is, until I had the pleasure of meeting Freddie over the phone. He took my frown and turned it upside down (as cheesy as that may sound, its so true). He made this tire journey simple and painless. He was able to generate a quote for me within minutes, price match/beat if local competitors were priced differently, let me know that he could get the tire that I needed in a timely manner if they didnt have it in stock and even more impressive they offer FREE patch jobs if the tire is repairable (and mine WAS, horray!). Whats more, in speaking with AAA to get my car towed there, I learned that American Tire Depot is a preferred provider for AAA and additional discounts may be available if you are a member (double score). So I leave this message today not just because I am excited that my tire could be patched for free but because with service like that, Freddie most definitely deserves the recognition for the professional but kind positivity he brought to my day and this tiring (no pun intended) process.
I came to American Tire Depot to repair my tire that had a nail in it and was leaking. Company representatives were quick and efficient and reset my instrumentation panel that alerted me about the tire leak. The best part of my experience was that repair was free. Could test repair.

I went to this store to have one of my damaged tire replaced, left it there and got Uber to work. It took them almost a day to let me know that they dont have the tire brand. So I said put a different one in. Then they said that the suspension bracket brace was damaged and they are charging me $900. And I said let me think about it and went to their shop. The car was still parked and i asked what happened, what broke. The technician said, oh i have not checked it yet. As soon as he took out the wheel, i looked and nothing was broke. These guys are liars, dont go to their shop.
Came in with a slow leak in a tire. Even though the Manager ( who had only been there a couple of weeks), said they were short handed today, my wait time was not more than an hour. In the air- conditioned waiting room. There was a coffee maker, water and filters, but no coffee. However, the Manager took the time to look around for some, but there was none to be had. The leak was fixed, and I was on my way in a very short amount of time, and the price was right! Everyone was friendly , and even as more customers came in, the staff stayed friendly and professional. Will come back for tires when I need some.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment online, including a specific tire selection and invoice for a specific tire. When I arrived, the attendant was unable to find the appointment.He then insisted I get all four tires replaced (I had one tire flat). He used the line you got family?, to try to sell the four tires, playing on fear tactics. Im not opposed to expert advice on whether to replace tires. But, dont use that line to sell more tires.The tire I selected online was not in stock. So, I was forced into purchasing a more expensive tire.Skip this place and find another with better integrity and service.

This place is great! Good prices, nice and helpful staff and can get stuff done quickly. My only reason for the 4-star and not 5 is because they’re so busy it’s difficult to get them on the phone. I spent 30 minutes on hold (and ultimately hung up) first thing in the morning before I decided to just drive over there. Otherwise they’re great.

I’ve been going to American Tire Depot on Lincoln Blvd for a few years and I have always been treated very fairly when I’ve needed to make a purchase and never nickel and dimed. This store knows the value of a happy customer. I’ve told several people about this store and intend to tell tons more in the future.

Very bad place trying to extort the money from you. They wasted an hour before told me the tire is not fixable and has to be replaced. I went just 2 blocks south to another shop and got fixed my tire in 10 minutes.

Replaced four regular tires with RunflatsThey matched the Tire Rack closeout price which saved about $100 per tire. Really good.They didn’t reset the TPMS properly so the rear tires showed up in the front and vice versa.Not a big deal. Easy to fix

WARNING please consider taking your vehicle elsewhere before doing here. I never went thru the headaches with other places. I decited to do all my vehicle needs here at Santa Monica ATD, Terrible Management, Customers Service nice when buying but when service you no longer VIP, service mechanics not knowledgable, wait time is always 1.5 -4 hrs no matter the issue, I did my oil changes there and had to make 3 trips just for them to remove the service light off, did rotation and all my lug nuts on the wheel were stripped, they tell you to get hazardous warranty and when you do get a flat you bring it there and they make you wait 2-3 hrs , they say its lack of man power, but when you go to the back of shop you can see machanics talking, sitting instead of getting vehicle done. I have had many issues, my last & final stop was my flat, they said they needed 4 hrs to get it done, I said can you at least please put the spare and I can leave my flat tire to gix, service man said no cause that would mean he has to get machanic away from his job. I needed to go out of town that day and I end up having to jack up my own vehicle to change spare. No purpose on buying warranty or even give them any business, when I first started they had a mgr named Diego. He was great and was the reason I came to this place, he finally quit, and now its terrible. So if you really care about your car, please stay away from this place. Thank You

2022-01-28These guys are great. Thought I needed a replacement valve for my tire and they were honest and told me that I didn’t and I still purchased services from them based on their honesty. I happened to over hear a conversation between an employee and a a customer about trying some solutions before the client had to contact the dealer. Really good guys.

2022-06-06I just went in to have my tire checked that was losing air pressure fairly quickly and they patched it up in about 30 mins and didn’t charge me anything which was really nice! They recommended new tires in a few months but I appreciate their honesty and good service!!

2022-03-16This is the place to have a terrible experience.The staff (especially the front desk) are very unfriendly and work very slowly.The biggest problem here is that they ask you to fix the parts that arent broken.I came here for brake pads and rotor replacement. At first, I was only going to change the front pads, but here all 4 of them said that the pads and rotors had to be replaced. And they charged over $1000.However, I visited 3 other repair shops (eg pepboy) and no one said that all 4 should be replaced. All other places said that there was no problem with the rear wheel and that there was no need to replace it, but only this place said it needed to be replaced and asked to replace it.Its a scam for people who dont know much about cars. be careful

2022-07-03Previously, I purchased four tires, a brake pad and paid for an alignment at American tire depot. On July the 2nd 2022, I went back to American tire Depot after going to them a week before but I was told to come in on a Saturday. I mentioned to Danny that my alignment was off he told me if I would have came in a week before my warranty would still be good on the alignment. Also, I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half for them to check why my tire light was on. After doing so, I was called to pick up the car and told that if I drove the car for 2 miles the light will go off that the tires were pulled off, dipped and checked. After driving over 10 miles the same day, I telephoned American tire Depot and Danny answered the phon. He said that I can bring the car back today or tomorrow which is Sunday. I went back to American Tire Depot on Sunday, July the 3rd 2022. Chris behaved as though it was more important to shovel his papers around then to find out why I was there. Once I informed him of the above, he was nonchalant and arrogant. He asked me what was your tire pressure, which tires did they check as though I did something wrong to him. Chris was informed, by me, that I did not know, could he check his paper work? Chris never smiled at meHe made me feel as though I did not matter. I was also asked what was the mileage on the car? I saw him walking over to his coworkers is though he was talking about me as though I did something wrong. When he came to me and asked me to sign the paper. I told him I will never return there again which I never will poor poor poor customer service. All customers should be treated the same with respect and courteous. Shame on you American tire Depot.

2020-09-26Called a few location this morning and once I called American Tires, Scott who I spoke with informed me that he could assist me immediately. Once I got to the location it was just want he said, my Durango was taken care of ASAP with withdrawing a screw that was in my tire and I was good to go all within 30 mins. Definitely will be bring my business back here in the future.

2022-01-17I called to get an oil change quote. Their price starts at 19.99 which includes both oil and labor. I asked what if I brought my own oil and filter, and they said they would have to charge $50 for labor. I don’t understand why I need to actually pay more if I bring my own oil. I certainly won’t be visiting this shop.

2019-12-05The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I find them trustworthy and wanting to keep the cost manageable. They also have Disney+ which made my 90 minute wait time fly by as I enjoyed Endgame.
