I’ve been going here for a few years now, They always have great prices and excellent services. Right away on the phone you can hear in their voices the willingness to help. Even though I have another American tire depot closer to my house, the customer service here is worth the extra few minutes drive. Robert and Rick helped with a great attitude. Thank you!

Robert always has given me and my family great customer service! He used to be in the Pasadena store that is 5 minutes from my home but I chose to drive to North Hollywood only because of him. I know I could buy tires anywhere but when you find quality people that are willing to go above and beyond your expectations, those are the people I want to do business with. He is always very friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions. He gave me options and I didnt feel like he was trying sell me. When I had concerns in the past at that Pasadena store he went and double checked the work to make sure it was a great job and thats why I am willing to make that drive. I was at American Tire Depot twice, first time guys did a very good job, no complains, the second time I spent almost 3 hours over there, no result at all. I needed to replace my old tire for the new one, they ordered it and eventually the tire had a different brand, thats why I decided not to put their tire. Later I decided to go to Firestone Complete Auto Care (located next to them) and I got a very good results and it didnt take too long, price was very good as well. Highly recommended Firestone!

To replace one tire, originally 45 minutes estimated time turned to over 3 hours without any apology.The excuse was their inventory report was wrong. This is same experience third time.No more business at American Tire Depot.
Mo and Robert were absolutely fantastic in this establishment of theirs!They were able to change my routers, brake pads, and also gave me a awesome deal on x4 new tires that I was in need of.I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Their service was great and they were very considerate of my time and budget, while helping me the most that they could, which was everything that I needed. I will be coming back to get any services needed for car when the time comes. Rob is a manager here and made sure my whole experience was fantastic, same with the techs.
Overall awesome experience. Replaced my 215 tires with some 225s. As a policy they dont stretch like my original tires were. Very glad they had what I actually needed in stock and were able to correct me on the tire size. Guy at the front was really friendly, answered all the questions I had and even helped me save some $$ by giving me options on deals/specials they had on tires.
Honestly hands-down the best service I’ve ever received. Robert here went above and beyond just doing my tires. He found a cracked in my rim and help me locate/get a new rim same day and got me back on the road. I work two full-time jobs and I really don’t have a lot of time to spare so I am grateful for all the help and support. Definitely will be coming here for all my future tire needs.

Prices are decent, and the service is friendly enough. Only problem I had with them was the 3 hours it took to change a couple of tires.I later got a nail in one of my tires, and again, friendly and courteous enough as they offered to replace the tire if it was unpatchable and again, another 2 - 3 hour wait just for them to check it. Service is courteous and friendly, and I feel if maybe they hired a couple extra hands to be a bit quicker I could give them 5 stars.
Absolutely professional in all aspects! Provided the best Michelin tires at the lowest price without having to negotiate. I worked with Mo & Robert and I cant say enough positive things about them both. Ive never provided a review of a tire shop and only doing this because it was such a great experience. I will 1000% be coming back here for my next set of tires!
If you ever get a flat tire and needs to be patch up bring it here or any other of their locations they will do it for free. AAA recommends them as well.
Mo was great. He helped me get some specialty tires for my AMG CL55. He ordered them, and had them the next morning. The installation took a couple hours with alignment. Thats awesome customer service. He also beat Pep Boys price by almost $200, which for me right now is a considerable amount of money. Thanks guys
I am beyond thrilled to leave this review for Mo & Rob over at American Tires. My tire was experiencing a slow leak and it was very difficult to locate but not for them. Not only did they find it, they found my make of specific tires (which are not easy to find) immediately and had them transferred within hours. You can tell they prioritize each potential customer with the most utmost care and sense of urgency. Very professional. Very impresses and happy overall. Thanks guys.

Called in to see if they carried my brand of tire. Spoke with Robert who was pleasant and encouraging from the word hello. I could only get there 30 minutes before they closed and Robert assured me it would be no problem. He was right. Not only that he went the extra mile to see if my existing Tire could be repaired. I truly didnt expect that. I had tires installed roughly a year ago at this very location in North Hollywood and I just remember the associate being incredibly Pleasant and courteous just like my experience with Robert. This location will have all my future business.
Will not comeback here, some services they say they did (they didnt do anything) watch out!... my car was not balanced properly or I shall say AT ALL! (I had to go to the dealership to have it done correctly) and I bought new tires here. Alignment was not good (went to the dealership to get it done as well). They did change my front brake rotors and front brakes. I guess thats why im giving them 2 stars for the job that was really done.
Overall friendly staff, willing to help and up front with their expectations. My service took waaaay longer than I have ever seen tire replacement take... so I wouldnt say quick service, but maybe I caught them on a busy day. My biggest issue is the phone tech, which I think is probably a larger corporate issue. I tried to call about the status of my car, and the phone system literally would not let me contact the store or even leave a message. I understand adhering to business hours, but this was infuriating when I was trying to find out if my car had even made it into the garage at that point. I spoke with the same staff member the next day and we cleared up our communication, but that phone system... woof.
Amazing people and good customer service. Ask them for a membership discount, they may give you. Went there for a tire rotation and got a good deal for servicing after that! I’m impressed on how they took care of my Toyota Rav4 tires and advised me on how to maintain it so it will last more longer. Got a deal with unlimited 3 years wheel alignment at a very low price! Ask them they’ll be glad to help you.My cars will be serviced on this location. Walter and cloudy are amazing. They took extra mile to service my car.
The people here are very attentive when it comes to customer service. Robert and the boys do an amazing job. I receive my tires just a year ago because of the discount, but in that time tire was low on air for the majority of the year. I went back to them for some time to see what was wrong and they never told me why my tires was flat. And.having to wait for my tires to be repair was the worst since they said it will be around an hour I almost had to wait four hours until my cars done. Even if you make an appointment it still a first come first serve. Also the second to last time before I went they messed up my svc tire sensor. I do not if all American tire depots are like that but I’ll avoid it just in case. Not worth the discount.
They have good deals on tires with their buy 3 get 1 free promotion. The tire I wanted was out if stock and back ordered so I ended up going with another brand they had in stock. Although the price was slightly higher for this particular brand, theyre service fees are less expensive than Pep Boys who also offer the same buy 3 promo and I also it was a better brand of tire.Communication with the employees was great and everyone was very friendly. They gave me a time of 2 hours to complete the job and they honored that. It was exactly 2 hours when they called to say my car was ready and they even complimentary fixed my broken tail light which I thought was nice.Overall it was a very quick, easy and positive experience. I will be going back in a week or so to do my front brakes because the price they quoted me is also less than what others are charging for the same service.They did a very good job, their prices are competitve, I was treated well and with respect and they followed through on their word.
I called in and ask if they would be able to take care of me as soon as I arrived.The answer was yes!I was very surprised but nevertheless I took a chance,As soon as I pulled into the parking lot the manager came out asked me for my keys and told me to wait for him inside. He already knew who I was and what I needed done on the car, no time was wasted.The work was completed and Im a very happy customer!

Mo and Rob were great! Dropped car off in morning before work and all ready when i came back. Asked to have car front wheel aligned and was surprised they did it for free as part of replacing tires. since nothing mechanically was wrong. Been going here for a long time never have had any problems.

I had recently got my car back from the body shop and was in need of a rear tire. I call the North Hollywood shop and spoke to Robert the store manager. I gave him my tire size he looked it up and gave a number of replacement tires he had in stock. I drove to shop, Robert and I went out, looked at my car and he helped to chose the tire that best match my existing tires. He wrote the receipt, I paid, and an hour later I had a new and an oil change. Simple, easy and friendly, the way it should be.Thanks guys

Bought a set of 4 tires from this store and had them install them. As I drove my car away I noticed my steering wheel was vibrating when I went over 30mph so I took it back and they balanced the tires (which should have been done when the tires were put on) and the vibration stopped.When removing the wheels, they broke my locking lug nuts. I was told they were ordering replacements and would install them. It took 4 months of me stopping in to ask if they had ordered them before they even placed the order, eventually they did and installed them.Now, less than one year later, every one of the four tires has been replaced, one at a time, because the tires they sold me were defective. The tires were actually discontinued by the manufacturer because of issues with them. 3 of mine developed bubbles in the sidewalls, the 4th had a nail in the sidewall, which they refused to cover with the road-hazard coverage I also paid for.When the first defective tire developed bubbles in the sidewall they replaced it under the road-hazard insurance I purchased with their cheapest possible tire, an Iris Sefer. I was charged $40 for this. So for a few months my car had 3 Presa tires and 1 Iris Sefer. Driving a car with unmatched tires is illegal in some states because it is dangerous. Mismatched wheels and tires can cause premature and uneven wear and tear on the new and remaining three wheels. Even replacing a single worn out tire with a new one, could mess with the handling of the vehicle because of the different tread depths.A few months later 2 more of the Presa tires developed bubbles in the sidewalls and were replaced under the road-hazard insurance I purchased. I was charged $80 for this. Which left me with 3Iris Sefer Tires and 1 Presa, so still mismatched tires.When I found a nail in the sidewall of the final Presa tire they refused to cover it under the road-hazard insurance I purchased. I was charged $100 for that tire.Every time I have brought the car in to have the defective tires replaced I have had to take it back the next day to have them balanced.Today I brought it in for the most recent tire to be balanced (this is the one that had the nail in the sidewall, it was 2 days ago that I had to purchase the new Iris Sefer tire for $100) and I received a call from them telling me that the key for my locking lug nuts is stripped and they cannot complete the job.They claim not to be responsible for this, but the fact is that American Tire Depot - North Hollywood is the ONLY shop that has done anything with my cars wheels and tires, so the fact is that it is a 100% certainty that they stripped the key for my locking lug nuts...AGAIN.If you hate yourself...and I mean really hate yourself...or if you have always wanted to feel like you are living out a Kafka novel, then by all means take your favorite car here for service.I just picked up my car. When I asked for the broken key the clerk tried acting like that is an insane thing to request and when I insisted he tried telling me that it had been thrown away. Since the garbage collectors dont come at 6pm on a Monday I insisted. The technician came out and complained that he didnt want to go dumpster diving and I again insisted. As it turns out he had the key on or very near his person, took him no longer than 10 seconds to retrieve it, put it on the counter in front of me and remark Here you go sweetheart.I have no idea why every time I have had to interact with these guys they either break something on my car (locking lug nuts, key for locking lug nuts), dont do all of the work they charge me for (wheel balancing) or a combination of the two, but I gave them several opportunities to just do the work correctly before writing this review and they failed every time. It feels intentional at this point.

I needed new 4 tires for my Lexus. I called and got a quote from a gentleman. He was extremely nice and offered the best price he could give. I went in the same day and got my tires changed. Everyone was nice and friendly and followed CDC rules when I went in. I would definitely would recommend this place to get tires.
I went in for an alignment and they were able to figure out that my extra steering play was because the hub nuts were loose because whoever did my truck brakes previously did not tighten them down. 🤪 Completely explains when I pressed the brakes it would curve to the left and have a grinding sound. Fortunately I only needed bearings on one side and they gave me a great price. Just had to wait for the wheel bearing to get delivered and they had it in no time. The mechanic also poked around in the engine bay with me to try to look around for my vacuum leak which I also appreciated.

Ive always stopped by for a few years to have them check my tire pressure and theyre always happy to do so. This time I stopped in during morning hours without an appointment for a quote because, it was about that time. They took the car right in after speaking to Laury, the guys went straight to work. They did the full shebang within under the hour, and didnt charge for the quote. Came back with an honest and truthful update and the customer service was 100% what it should be. I do recommend, youll be in good hands.

The guys give great customer service and care, BUT the employees do not follow the mask mandates and also allow customers to enter without wearing masks. Their unwillingness to wear masks, because of their discomfort, puts lives at risk during a global pandemic.

Fast, easy and the BEST price in town! I searched and searched online for a pair of new Michelin tires for my C300. The Mercedes dealership wanted a fortune for them and even Wal-Mart and Amazon wanted $235 and more online! But, their price was $179 each. SOLD! I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 10:30 AM, dropped off my key, walked around the corner to the incredible cafe (Lilit Cafe - 12001 Victory Blvd., North Hollywood) where I sat, had some great coffee and a pastry) while surfing on free Wifi and in cool A/C till they called to let me know my car was done. Alignment was $79 (after the $20 coupon I found online) and the whole experience was pleasant, fast, easy and NO PRESSURE! They didnt try to sell me new tires, new shocks, extras, etc. They did offer me the insurance for the tires, $25 each, which I took since Ive lose a tire from a pot hole in Sherman Oaks!. Ive been to ATD in Burbank and the experience was the same A-1+! Id recommend it to anyone and I appreciate the professional care. Also, they wear masks, gloves and have sanitizer on the counter which was greatly appreciated. Go! you wont regret it! Thanks!

Costco didnt have the exact tire for my car, so they recommended American Tire Depot. Spoke with Mark, got a fair quote for exact stock tire for my car. Great customer service, excellent installation and all done within an hour. Couldnt be happier.
I had an appointment at 3:30pm I was told the job would only take up to an hour and a half max. I did not receive a call until 7:30pm which made me have to reschedule my dinner plans.The workers lost my key to the lug nuts.One of the weights to balance the tires has fallen off, so now the tire is obviously unbalanced. And a weight on another wheel is so loose I can move it.One of the lugs were over tightened and now I can not remove the wheel.The tires were not inflated to manufactures recommended PSI.Two of the workers walked through the waiting lobby without any masks or any PPE what so ever,This unfortunately was the worst service I have ever experienced from a tire shop.
This location was BEYOND helpful and fast with patching up two of my tires that had nails in them. I first went to Firestone Tire who just tried to scam me into buying new tires stating mine were “unfixable” without even looking at them. When I drove up to the NOHO American Tire Depot Jon helped me right away even though they were closing in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend!!
Loved the service I received at this American Tire Depot. Anthony took great care of my tires...rotated and removed a nail to fix one tire. As a sales rep, I drive all over 3 counties so it makes the best sense for me to continue purchasing my tires at A.T.D. Half the job was done. It took the technician a while to find my appointment to install the new tires I ordered . I had asked for an oil change as well, but when I picked up my car, they told me it wasnt listed in my appointment. When I started the engine, the warning light for tire pressure was on. Luckily I noticed and they corrected it right away. Nice people, but the service was lacking.
Great group that works hard to get you the right tire. They are busy, so if you call, or walk in, be patient, youll see they are hustling, but not at the expense of service. Thats why I keep coming back.

Rude non-english speaking representative, extremely dismissive and will hang up on you if they dont understand or like what you are asking, literally worse than mcdonalds. Will never do business with this store again. Also their website is not update and they do not have accurate pricing. Better off going to a local tire shop. Would give no stars if there was that option. Hire better people.
One of the worst tire shops I have been in. Most of the reviews up here are because d the discounts provided to customers for the tire service.They suck at service and surely good salesmen.They sold tires pretty quick but when it was about repairs ,they tried to find ways to avoid itWaste of a few hours. But a learning forever.
My tires were slashed and needed replacements ASAP. I work ten hour shifts so my dad was the one who took my car in. He didn’t have a lot of money so he explained to the person assisting him that his daughter, me, would come after work to pay off the tires. Not only did they allow my dad to leave the little money he had on him as a deposit, but they also lended him two tires to put on my car to get it to the shop. I rushed out of work a little before six and was able to pay off the bill and retrieve my dad’s deposit. I felt bad because it was already past six and the workers instead of closing up continued to work on my car. My dad ended up getting a tire rotation while he waited with me. I may not have a lot of past experiences to compare but going to this tire shop has been a great experience. Highly recommend, they won’t disappoint!
I went this past weekend to get my tires changed and even though it was busy it was worth the wait. Laury was friendly and cared about my car’s needs as well as all the other customers there. Not only that but the price was great! I’ll definitely take my other car there very soon! :)

Hands down one of the best mechanic experiences I’ve ever had. Anthony was the mechanic that helped me out. Not only was he conscious of needs, but he was also extremely conscious of my budget!! Can someone say amen?! My car left that shop with more repairs that I initially had anticipated. It also was WAY cheaper than any other place I had been to. I ain’t being paid to post this people. I’m posting this because I want others who are on a budget to know where they can find an HONEST mechanic AND an affordable mechanic. Thanks again! I’ll be back with future repairs! :)
I got a new set of Goodyear max left tires, two rear shocks, rear brakes in this service, front sway bar bushing‘s. The entire service cost $1600 and the experience was OK. The service manager Walter was very kind and help me with the price insert with several items. However they neglected to call me when the service was done and I had to rush back to North Hollywood to get my car
I called first. They took me right away. I bought two tires. It took a minute however I brought a book. The waiting area was well lit. Overall it was clean.
American Tire has been my tire store 20 + years . Always great prices and service . My ZIEX 950 1year old tire lost a silver dollar sized chunk.of rubber under ROAD HAXARD WARRANTEE tire was free, I just paid balancing and bought new road hazard warrantee for $12.95..
I was told about 45 minutes for a new tire and after an hour they hadnt even started so I was concerned. Took almost an hour and a half… no one seemed to be in a hurry. Pleased with the work but time mgt wasnt great.
The great men here were able to special order my tires and get the on the next day. Noticed that my struts were bent and thoroughly explained everything. Best company highly recommend

I am pleased with the service I received here. They changed my tires and my front brake pads. They inspected my vehicle. Great prices and great service! Will definitely return! 😊
Had to call twice to get an answer waiting 10 minutes, pulled up as they did, then the freaking guy gives me attitude about why I called when I was already pulling up. Dude confirms alignment is still under warranty but when I came back that manager put it in as a work order and had left. They tried collecting another $80 and then said theyd take my word for it when I protested. Fast forward two months, came into my buddys shop today and theres a stabilizer link bar MISSING! I cant prove they had something to do with it, but I DO know they lost a customer for good. I highly recommend you go somewhere else!
Honest and relatively fast. I was in for an oil chsngechange and tire rotation. There were quite a few people waiting for service. But I dont mind that-I appreciate seeing a busy location. It lets me know that others value their work too. If you want to get in and out fast, youd probably have to go in just as they open. They are not pushy either. Ill definitely be back!
Up till last week I had always had great experience at this store. Took my car in for a 70K service. Told it would take 45 minutes. Came back after an hour and it wasnt even started. Then they tried to sell me new shocks and struts that the car dealership said were good for another 75K. So before I wrote this review I wrote to the district manager (a Mr Hernandez) who hasnt bothered to respond. HENCE this review. So they have gone from a 5 star in the past to dismal....and what really irks me is the unresponsiveness.
They didnt want to help me out and get me tires same day for the size I needed, went to the burbank location they got me a great deal on tires, got them from their warehouse and had them installed all in under 3 hours. I dont know why this location didnt want to help me but it ended up working out in my favor as I will now only shop at the burbank american tire depot

I just visited your north Hollywood branch. I needed one tire for my car. The company garantys the lowes price in market. I found in Amazon cheaper and your specialist Deseire Morales accepted the amazon price, also she made an appointment for Friday 9.30 am. I came at 9.20. Your worker searched me in a system about 5 minutes, told me they dont have a tire I needed good year. Then he found everything and told me I need to wait on a line. I asked him about time of appointment and he contested they were working with other car and my car could be next. After 1 hour my car got ready. I payed ang I came out. I found the tire wasnt match I asked. It was absolutely different Brand. I asked is it Good year and the worker told me Did you want a Goodyear?Then They take my car again in and I had to wait again.Also I asked refund for that worst work. The specialist told it could be about 3-4 weeks. He offered me a discount for next visit. So it looks like cheating to put the wrong tire, to spend my time and also we are sorry, but no apologize from anybody. Guys, to say I had the worst experience in my life means doesnt say anything.I dont know about you, but my life is limited. Im care about all moments in my life and value of all of them. Time costs money and right today I lost part of my life with your unprofessional workers, who tried to cheat me. Never again.

I got four new off-road truck tires last year, and being the bonehead I am, I didnt opt for the road hazzard insurance. So, I call this store and speak with Anthony, and explain Im out of town and I need to get a replacement for a blowout.Low and behold, my tire model is being phased out and quantities are scarce. So what does Anthony do? He scours the country looking for a replacement and then calls the local American Tire Depot and sends them my paperwork and tells them where they can find a replacement for me.Do I need to say anything else about their service? I dont think so.

I never like to complaint about anything but I felt very disappointed with service and pricing.I never expected this integrity and respect for customers from a company that has so many stores in Southern California and they are all over the internet.1. I made an appointment last Thursday to install new tires on Monday at 10am. I got to the appointment and the sales person (manager) F. Pineda after searching in the computer for a few minutes told me that the tires are were not there but they should be there in the 11am delivery. I told him I would leave and to call me when the tires arrive. I got a call until 3:48pm to tell me the tires were at the store.2. During the tire installation, Pineda told me that I needed all four shocks, rear breaks and rotors and alignment. He gave me an estimate for $2, 248 including the tires. He said he would help me out by bringing the estimate total to $2,000 but it was a one time deal and I needed to decide there. I told him it seemed like a high price and told him if he could do it for $1,900. He said $1,950 and I agreed. While I was waiting for the job to be done, I made some research online where I usually buy auto parts and found out that the prices for the exact parts and brands were so much cheaper than the discounted prices he had given me.3. I paid $490 for 1.5 hour for labor. This doesnt sound like a one time deal to me.4. Pineda told me that the shocks he was installing it were some of the best in the market. I found out online that they were the cheapest available, $89.00 each. He charged me $169.99 for each. Thats most disappointing is that now my car doesnt even ride as smooth as with my bad shocks I was using before which I had replaced just about two years ago.
I been coming here with my husband for a few years now we have never had an issue. Competitive prices, they finish their job when they say theyre going to finish, and the truth is that the job gets done. The truth is that if youre in a rush then getting a competitive price is not for you because if the price is low you bet youre going to have a lot of people ahead of you unless you make an appointment.
Took a couple of minutes to find my appointment. The tire was still in the process of being delivered. Everything else was great! Sat in the waiting room until installation was finished. Car was waiting outside shop door.

And being Los Angeles the prices was not as much as I expected, a pleasant surprise. Local or from out of town I can recommend them.

This place is the Monty Python of tire stores. Yes, I got a good deal on my tires. I asked that all of my TCMP sensors be replaced-fail-this didnt happen. I asked for my shocks to be replaced. Quoted price $900; call back price-$2,700. They didnt know that I had hydroelectric shocks. They are disorganized and immature.

Zero Stars - Zero StarsOne of the worst experiences Ive ever had.Phillip went above and beyond to do a BAD JOBHeres what they did wrong:1- They gave me a low ball quote over the phone2- When I got there They gave me a higher price3- After I left the car, Philip called me with an even higher price4- They called me half a day later to tell me they can only find ONE tireand I had to wait till the next MORNING for them to get more tires5- I called them at 1pm the next day. they had no idea where the tires were6- They called me 5 mins before they close that day to tell me my car was ready so iautomatically had to pick it up the next day7- At the time of the pick up somehow they still charged me almost $10 more8- They didnt reset the TPMS system8- And to top it all THEY LOST THE CENTER CAP for one the wheels, which cost me $50 toreplaceI will be calling the headquarter to let them know about my experience.Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, there are plenty of other tire shops in NoHo, Just go somewhere else.

On August 12, 2013, I took my car to American Tire Depot to have 4 new tires installed. However, Julio (the store manager) upsold me on a whole alignment for my vehicle, which I agreed with. As soon as I left ATD, I noticed that my car was bouncing more than before. I immediately thought it was because of the new tires. And then I went over a speed bump and I knew right away that my struts were all of a sudden bad. The problem was NOT there before I took my car into ATD! Julio told me that the reason for the bounce was because of new tires and he denied any wrong doing. I contacted the ATD district manager, Rick Helton and he has denied that ATD has done anything wrong. Mr. Helton offered to replace my front struts and strut mounts for $335.26. When I tried to contact Mr. Helton on several occasions about honoring his word, he ignored me. Mr. Helton wrote to me and said, We are fully prepared to defend any actions you feel you wish to take. As a result, I contacted the Better Business Bureau, the District Attorneys Office of California, The Bureau of Automotive Repairs, and others. I was told by B.A.R. that ATD corporate will not honor Rick Heltons offer towards me. B.A.R. told me that they are completely surprised of the strong stance ATD is taking against me; which is rarely encountered. With my personal experience, ATD cares more about coming against the customer by challenging and defending them at all cost, instead of treating the customer with respect and honor. With ATD, I have been treated with no respect, no value, no integrity. I am counted as worthless and meaningless with Julio, Rick Helton, and the corporate offices of American Tire Depot.Mr. Helton once mentioned to me, We want to always do our best to make sure our Customers are Satisfied and remain repeat customers. And then he tells me, We are fully prepared to defend any actions you feel you wish to take. As well as, I feel confident in my decision. And I always sleep well at night with the decisions I make in Life and Career. This is the lack of integrity and respect ATD has towards me, the customer. The B.A.R. told me specifically that ATD does not want to honor Rick Heltons offer because I have written my compliant letters to the various governmental agencies.In addition, I was suppose to get 4 tickets to Racers Edge Indoor Karting with my 4 new tire purchase, but ATD has NOT honored this confirmed and verified offer. My guess is they are not honoring it in spite of me. Would you want to do business with a company that personally comes against the customer and treats them with no respect or value? I will NEVER do business with American Tire Depot for the rest of my life and I will encourage others to follow suit.
Excellent service took me in 5 min before closing for an aligment competition next door to them Firestone tires and Mountain View Tire both told me they couldnt cause they were closing should of tried American Tire Depot first. Thanks again

Well I went to All American Tire and I have to say the manager there is the nicest man in the world even though he couldnt help me he tried his best unfortunately my tire is cracking and separating so by law they cant patch it then he tried to get me a free used tire but he had none in stock so I appreciate the effort on his part then he looked up new tires to see if he can get me one for as cheap as possible but was only able to find one at cost at $55 which I couldnt afford but I do thank all American tires for at least going the extra mile to try to help me.

The worst place ever. Before I go the the place I called them and conform the tires they have in the stock. They confirmed they have the tiers and I went there for get them. I filled up all the paper works and wait more than one hour till the change my tiers. After hour the came to me and say they dont have the tiers on the stock. What a wasting time. 2022-07-02I’ve been here before and didn’t have that bad of an experience, but my last experience is definitely my last ever. Ive never written a bad review but this experience was enough for me to write one. I understand being busy, but the workers were just moving too slowly and didn’t seem to care about the long line building up. I had made an appointment but still waited 2 hours just to drop my car off and fill out the paperwork. My main issue was that I called 2 days prior for the appointment to order a specific model of tires. Once I got there, they said they can’t find the paperwork and that they don’t have those tires in stock. Frustrated because I already paid for Triple A to bring my car, I just bought a different model of tires just to be done that day. When I came back to pick up my car and pay, the guy checking me out found the invoice for the tires I ordered in the computer system. I considered asking to get those tires installed, but was very agitated already and wanted to head home. Even the checkout process was a headache because they didn’t have any change for cash and asked me to pay with card, then the machine wasn’t working. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake with the tires, which was the least they could do. It was overall a lengthy and irritating process and I wouldn’t recommend going here if you want fast, reliable service.

2022-05-03Literally the SLOWEST service ever. If you feel like waiting around all day to have your tires changed come spend your money here. Theyll start with an absurdly high quote then give you a great deal by charging you the same price youd pay anywhere else. Nice people but OMG its like theyre trying to go slow to make it seem like theyre working more than they are. Oh and the call center will lie to you about availability of parts to get you to bring your car in.

Called them hour later and they havent even touched the paperwork. Ended up going back to pick up my car. Waited another 30 min just to get the key!

2022-01-15My very first time at American tires, have lived around the area for so long that I didn’t realize this place existed but I’m glad it did. I installed some springs on my car and couldn’t get an alignment ANYWHERE due to the year of the car. Drove to American tires on victory and laurel cyn. Robert, the service tech at the front counter, helped me out and assured me that the year of my car wasn’t even an issue! 20 minutes later I’m receiving my statement and my car is finished!! WOW!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM AND SPEEDY SERVICE
