The driver was on time, he was professional, and took the time to make a couple of additional stops without complaint. The price for practically a full day was very fair and reasonable. The Sprinter Van was very nice and fully accommodating with beverages, music, lighting, and privacy. I would definitely use them again.
Very affordable price on time service
I used this company for a wedding and was disappointed by the service.I sent in the payment due almost a week before it was due to avoid handing out money on my wedding day. However, the drivers made a scene stating that we didn’t pay when in fact I did. Instead of walking to the side and calling their manager, they proceeded to walk around our venue stating how they didn’t recieve their money. I had to have my wedding coordinator sort it out because it was embarrassing.Words of advice- teach your drivers proper etiquette and communicate with them to avoid this in the future.

It was much easier than signing up for a car service on line.Took the trip from Oakland Airport (OAK) to Livermore during rush hour. I will continue to use Ambassador Airport Services. 2021-05-20The driver showed up 20 minutes early. We knew exactly when he was ready for us and found him exactly where we expected to. It was an early morning trip to the airport, but the driver seemed friendly enough .The driver got us there quickly and safely and seemed to know where he needed to go. Also, the car was clean and the ride was extremely comfortable. All in all, worth the money
