Went there to visit a friend. Rented a Mustang Convertible. I thought itd be super expensive. Not only was it well within my budget, the car was perfect, just as promised. The staff was friendly. They are in the Holiday Inn - so no extra airport taxes. Youd think its be a pain to get back to my flight. Not so, the hotel shuttle takes you back. However, in my case, the shuttle just left (runs every 30 minutes). But, they didnt want me to be late, so the rental agent drove me to the airport. I didnt ask, he just offered. Such a great staff, a great car and a great price. I hope to get back again sometime. Thank you!

Rented a car with AMPM for the first time and will now be a loyal customer. I recently had a 4-day trip to LA and wanted to get the cheapest car possible. I used kayak to find rates, and they showed up as the cheapest that night. I had never heard of the company, so at first I was skeptical. Theyre located just a couple minutes away from the airport which worried me. And, I also noticed they had one negative review-which also gave me some trepidation. However after this weekend, all my worries were proven wrong, and I will now be a returning customer for the following reasons:1) VERY affordable rates. I was able to rent my compact car (great car too) for around $108 for four days-no hidden fees, no fine print.2) They PERSONALLY send a driver to pick you up from the airport. Not only that, but I land TWO hours after their official closing, and they still accommodated me. They also personally drove me back. The customer service was excellent.3) There was a mistake with my reservation from the night before, and instead of slapping me with absurd fees to correct the dates and times, they worked with me to maintain the original rate, despite the constant fluctuations in rental car prices.For those looking for a cheaper alternative with better prices, policies, and customer service I would highly recommend AMPM. I could not be more satisfied with my experience.

A. Patel at this AM PM Car and Truck Rental is hands down the absolute worst person I have ever done business with.They will lie to you and not have your truck ready on the predetermined reservation time. Even if Penske calls a few days in advance to confirm the truck reservation, I guarantee this guy will fail to honor it.When we arrived at 9am to pick up our truck, that was reserved and confirmed for 9am pickup, A. Patel informed us he did not have our truck rental and that we would have to wait over an hour for a different truck to arrive.The different truck that arrived over an hour later was far larger than we ever signed up for, and it was also a Gasoline truck and not diesel. We budgeted for and reserved a diesel truck so this was completely aggravating. A Patel also had no idea what he was talking about, as he went into the instructions for how to fill the diesel truck up even though this was NOT a diesel truck.CAUTION, do not give this loser your money if you care about your truck being on time, and you care about getting the correct size truck. Also this guy just had a smug attitude that was unacceptable, so he probably does this to every customer

Waited 40 minutes in their office to get a car. There were 2 workers, but only one computer.First car I got, had broken trunk lock. When I came back to replace car, the worker started to explain me how should I lock it instead of simply offer me a replacement.

Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional, changed rate per arrival. Had 4 people before myself and all left because of the changed rate and bad attitude.Had 3 coworkers who had same experience...Would not recommend to anyone!
