Positive: The staff are an amazing group of people. Very helpful and courteous. Ten minute walk to the parks, restaurants. Our beds werent very comfy but we were too tired to care Negative: The floor in our room was dirty. It was swept but didnt seem to have been mopped before we arrived. Our socks were black after walking around on the room
Positive: Location (1 mile walk to Disneyland), clean & comfortable. This was our second stay. Negative: Do not like the new toiletry dispensers, too difficult to get the products out. We were unaware about the coffee/tea service in the lobby until the day we checked out. Can get loud construction noise from CA Adventure in the middle of the night.
10 minute walk from Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and organized nicely. Had a good sized mini fridge microwave and coffee maker. Water pressure in shower was nice. The beds were comfortable and had more then enough pillows. Will definitely book again.
Positive: All staff that we encountered were friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean, well kept & comfortable. 10 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. Free parking was the icing on the cake! Negative: Coffee maker was a flat-pod design, not a K-cup, so we couldnt brew the coffee that we brought.
Great location for walking to Disneyland (10 min walk). Rooms felt and looked clean, and have A/C, a mini fridge, TV, and a (very small) coffee maker. The pool was nice, especially during the heat wave that randomly occurred during our stay. The room walls are thin, you can hear the upstairs tenants along with people walking past your door outside. We also were able to hear noisy speeding cars along with ambulances from our room. The beds were okay…there were an abundance of pillows on the beds to somewhat make up for what the mattress lacked in terms of comfort. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The price was affordable and the location is great. Although if you are a very light sleeper I might suggest someplace else.
We loved our stay at the Alpine Inn for a five night Disney trip. It was excellent, very comfortable, easy walk to the park, love the staff, quiet and very safe feeling. It backs onto the park which adds a sense of being at a Disney hotel. The walk was shady and close enough that we ended up coming back for naps then returning to the park later. The microwave fridge and coffee maker make the stay very comfortable. It’s a family owned business and all the staff were super nice. The pool is very warm, surprisingly big and ended up adding a lot of fun to our trip.
Most friendly and accommodating hotel staff we’ve ever encountered, and my husband travels for work half of each year! We absolutely love this hotel and will be returning a thousand times for any of our future Disney trips.Great price, great location (less than 10 min walk to Disneyland gates) parking, a pool, and an awesome atmosphere.I’ve been an out of state AP holder and made many trips to the Anaheim area, this is hands down the best place I’ve stayed and I will recommend to anyone going to Disneyland and continue to stay here in the future!
Usually used to staying in the parks, but this place wasnt too bad. From experience, I dont think the beds we had were queens, felt like doubles, but at least they seemed clean. We werent too sure if the fridge in the room was a fridge or a freezer, looked like a fridge, but drinks froze... The worst part though, was that the floor was disgusting, we were changing and had our bare feet on the ground then upon putting socks back on, our feet were dirty. Other than that is was fairly quiet and didnt have too many issues. The walk felt like it took forever, but still wasnt terrible.
We had a pleasant 5 night stay at Alpine Inn last week. The location was perfect for daily walks to Disneyland and located close to multiple stores (Walgreens, CVS, 7-11, and of course Starbucks :)) the room was a little dirty (finger prints on the bathroom walls, floors needed a good mopping) but it had everything else we needed and comfortable beds. We would have loved to have breakfast included as advertised on Booking.com but understood that wasn’t an option due to COVID. The ice machine was broken for most of our stay which was disappointing. We enjoyed the pool to ourselves every day which was really nice. Parking can be a little tricky especially if you have a larger car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, especially for the cost and proximity to Disneyland. It serves us well for a comfortable place to sleep after a fun filled day. We would stay there again for sure and I have already recommended it to a couple friends.
Great little motel. It has all your basics. Clean room with a fridge and microwave. If you have a car, parking can be tight. Because of Covid, they dont have the continental breakfast. They do have a small pool. Walking distance to the Disney parks maybe around 20 minutes or so.
This a fantastic budget hotel for a Disneyland Trip. Its a little more than a half mile to the entrance of the parks, but it isnt a bad walk. This hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and checked in with us whenever we passed the lobby. Will be staying here again!
Great place to stay if youre going to Disney! The staff is super friendly and efficient, the room seems pretty recently updated and was clean, and the AC worked and was reasonably quiet when running. There was no breakfast offered due to COVID, but that was more than made up for with the free parking (see more info about it below). We didnt try the pool but there were several people in it when we got back from our day at Disney (which is only about a 15 min walk to the Harbor entrance). The only downside is that the walls/doors are pretty thin so depending on the other neighbors/guests, it can be a little loud, but its not worse than any other motel accommodation so I didnt ding Alpine for that. Just remember to bring your ear plugs and youll be fine.Note, the parking is tight, but doable as long as you dont have a really big car/SUV. Also, if theres space the morning that youre supposed to check in or if theyre not expecting too many new arrivals the day you check out, if you ask nicely, they might let you leave your car while youre at Disney which is a huge bonus!
Positive: Staff was great very nice Location very good Price very good Negative: Mattresses were very very hard. We could not sleep much the first night Had to ask for extra blankets to sleep on top of to try and pad the mattress Furniture was dusty and one of the dresser drawers would not stay closed. We had to walk around it
Nothing special..... but it was all we needed to sleep the night before and after our one day at D-land. Parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, as they were at capacity, and cars are literally sandwiched in their small lot. We stayed in a suite, and everything was clean and presentable.
Positive: Location to start with. The Bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. Quiet location, away from heavy traffic. Parking was free that was a big plus. Negative: There was one thing we noticed that would be a Negative for me. The closet Hanger Bar was dirty and some oxidation. It discouraged me from using at all. But again aside from this the overall stay was great.
Positive: Distance from Disneyland Negative: No air when we checked in. Took room 45 min to cool. No signal on TV.Told us when we had already paid we had to move our car the next day by 11:00 NOT written anywhere in our agreement and they continued to call & message me all day Would NEVER stay again
I’d love to give the Alpine Inn 5 stars. It is very easy to walk to and from the park, it is definitely for the budget conscious traveler. Breakfast consists of no hot items, but nice to have some fresh fruit and cold cereal.Through a communication error, we paid double the price we were told on the phone. We didn’t get a confirmation email - I think this was because the Inn recorded down our email incorrectly. We were told we would have adjoining rooms but when we arrived they didn’t have the adjoining room a due to updates and waiting for the city to give them certification. This was our 3rd time at the Alpine Inn and sadly the last. We really loved the charm of this place. If you have a family with 3+ kids, you are better off at any number of hotels that will accommodate you for a better price and include breakfast.Again, great place if you fit in one room, but it just doesn’t work for us.Staff was very friendly, but making my dollar stretch is most important on a Disney trip.
There is no hot water, there is only luke warm not freezing water. a hotel this close to disneyland really only has to do 2 things: have beds, and have a working bathroom. after 3 days and maintenance saying its fine, we still cant take a shower after long disney days because its luke warm water at best. tried once and was cold and angry the whole time. it shares one hot water system for all the rooms and am baffled how anyone is cool with this.
I have been staying at the Alpine Inn since the 80s. I stayed with my parents as a child. My boyfriend & I while dating(now married) and with our children. The customer service has always been nice. Our room was nice and clean. The new modern decor looked nice. The beds were clean and comfortable, the pillows too(we bring ours as well). The original linoleum floor in the bathroom was not a problem for us. Its a bathroom! We didnt plan on eating off it. (had read review from another guest) We were lucky and got to park right at the stairs for our room on the end! The parking lot is small but it is free and attached not across street or elsewhere. Call for clearance if you have large truck. The original theme reminds me of a simpler, less expensive & a more relaxing Disneyland experience. We will stay again during our next visit sans the children.
Great price for being close to Disneyland. It took us about 15 mins to walk to the park. The rooms were standard and included a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast includes mini muffins, fruits, yogurt, and cereal. They also had coffee and milk. They are an authorized Disneyland ticket seller. We bought our tickets during check in and it was very easy! Overall, we had a great experience here and will return for our next trip to Disneyland!
The front desk staff is great. The three young men there were friendly and helpful. They must have some good behind the scenes communication because they all were on top of my unique parking situation. I stayed there two nights while going to Disneyland. On the first night my brother stayed in the room and parked at the hotel, and on the second night my friend stayed in the room and parked at the hotel. They were able to accommodate the extra cars for $15/each since the hotel wasnt at capacity and there were spots available. And I was able to keep my car at the hotel that day even after checking out. They also called me, knowing I was at the park, to let me know I left something behind in the room. So helpful, above and beyond my expectations!
The Alpine Inn is a quick 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The hotel itself is old, but the inside of the rooms are nice and modernized. My room had a TV, mini fridge, microwave and single serve coffee pot. The room was clean and cold lol.Parking was a bit of a challenge, but overall I really enjoyed my week there and will stay there again!
Not the cleanest. Not the nicest. Not the best parking. I did find a questionable bug in the bathroom...However I do have more pros than cons.Apline Inn ofeers an Inexpensive place to stay that is within walking distance to Disneyland Park.Charming Alpine theme with very friendly staff. I loved the breakfast on the go, small pre- packaged muffins, cereals, etc. and milks and juices.. fruits coffee tea.. simple items that you can just grab and go! I would possibly stay here again but the cleanliness was lacking I am sorry to say... but you get what you pay for in this instance. Pool was heated but was not working while We were there. So it was very COLD!!For a place to simply lay your head at night while visiting Disneyland.... it works!!
I would give this place 5 stars if they removed the carpet. I have stayed here MANY times and on my last stay I did notice the carpet was pretty dirty. The beds on the other hand have always been clean the bathroom is simple but also clean. I was told they are planning on removing the carpet, so hopefully they dont put in carpet again because I dont like it, thats just my opinion. Anyway the staff has always been friendly and the location is great, and they also have a mini fridge and microwave which is convenient. Safety is also a concern for me because I have kids, but weve never had issues at this place.
Small quarters. They said we would be allowed to put down air mattress for additional kids but there isnt really much floor space. But room was clean and service is great.Breakfast had cereal, 2 muffin options, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, and oatmeal. Basic. No sitting area, so bring it back to your room or to the park to eat.Rooms have a fridge but not a freezer so you will need to use ice instead of freezing blue ice.10 minute walk around the block to Disney entrance was why we booked here. For the price it is a good deal. Dont need to pay for the shuttle. Immediately behind Cars land so you will hear park fireworks at night.Parking lot is crowded so a couple times they had us park in disabled parking spot or in a non designated spot but we were always in the lot. Staff is amiable and helpful.Only 30 min to the beach from here. Walking distance to Walgreens and a few other stores (we stocked up at Food 4 Less while here since thats close too), and close driving to stores and restaurants. One day at the park we left to eat out with family. Cheaper than eating in the park, and glad it was close to our hotel too.
The hotel has been great!Location - 5/5 - the hotel is walking distance from both Disneyland and the Anaheim convention center.Price - 4/5 - the price is pretty reasonable, but not spectacular considering the age of the building and the rooms.Rooms - 4/5 - fully functional and a comfortable size, but bring your own soap, the soap provided is terrible! Also could be modernized a bit as far as the look. The beds are comfortable though and the air conditioner works well.Service - 5/5 - all staff have been very helpful and friendly.Continental breakfast - 3/5 - just okay, Ive had much better and a bit worse. Consisted of some fruit, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. No hot food, and the fruit didnt look super fresh.Overall - 4/5 - would definitely stay again, especially if visiting the Disney Parks was on the list.
It was SUPER convenient for going to Disneyland, only a few blocks away, walking distance. Hotel check out is 11am our shuttle wasnt until 130 so they held our bags in the office while we went to Downtown Disney....it was SO nice of them! Only draw back was the shower was a little wonky.
The rooms are pretty standard but very clean, comfortable with everything you need. Professional and friendly service. Great location to both the Anaheim convention center and Disneyland. Very affordable for what you get. Highly recommended if you dont need anything fancy.
This is a solid, no-frills choice for a Disneyland vacation. Short walk to the park entrance (less than 10 minutes), good-sized room, comfortable bed, quiet, microwave and frig, free, simple breakfast (granola bars, packaged pastries, coffee, juice) and very reasonable price. Front-desk staff was very helpful. We didnt swim because the air temp was too cold, but the pool was a decent size for a few kids to play. Again, not fancy but a solid choice. I would stay again if vacationing at Disneyland.
I would stay here again because the beds are very comfortable, the price was good compared to other places, the proximity to Disneyland, parking is free for the first car, and there are no resort fees like at the fancy hotels. Like most visitors I was there to sleep and bathe. I got a two room suite which had a door separating the rooms but had one bathroom. One room had two queen beds, the other had a king. Both rooms had other furniture and their own television. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced here but the pros on the hotel out weigh this complaint which is probably why the hotel hasnt had to spend the money to worry about the carpet. Our first night the air conditioner was rattling and it kept waking me up. The next morning I called the front desk and they had someone come fix it about 30 seconds after we hung up the phone.
Located minutes from Disneyland Resort. With a limited amount of rooms and free self parking. It was old fashioned. With updated rooms. Affordable. They require a $50 deposit upon check in. Room included to Queen Beds, Refrigerator, and Microwave. Flat screen with Time Warner Cable. The only issue was minor water damage stains on the ceiling. But that did not affect our stay. Highly recommended.
Our room was decent. The room was outdated but super clean. Our beds were not very comfortable. One was slouched in the middle. However, the staff were very kind. Site is clean. Rooms decent priced. Short walk to disney parks. Free take away breakfast was ok. Microwave and fridge were nice additions. Carpet a little stained. AND they even let us stay parked for a bit after we checked out which was great! Would stay again. Thank you!
Would be average but price is always good. older place but fairly well kept. pool has no hot tub but is slightly warmer than average. arrangement of hotel keeps road noise acceptable. free breakfast is very basic but saves money and time in mornings. walk to disney is very acceptable. we usually price check here and a few of our go to places and let price determine choice.
The place is cheap but theres no thrills. Its a cheap place to sleep and has a short walk to the park. The room I got bed was clean, but floors look worn. The bathroom is a bit small. There is an AC heating unit against the wall like the motels. The staff was nice when I checked in. More like 3 stars or 2.5, but for the price, location, and nice staff I give it 4.
Thank you to everyone at Alpine Inn. Our room was better than expected for the low price and very clean. The maid service was excellent and everyone at the front desk was helpful with any info we needed for the Disney parks. The front desk even helped arrange travel to the airport. If I come back to Disneyland I will look forward to staying with you.
Alpine Inn was a pretty great hotel to stay in, for our purposes. My family stayed for 2 nights for our trip to Disney. There were a few things that we found lacking. For instance, the hotel was advertised as having a continental breakfast, which consisted if two flavors of packaged muffins, assorted cereal boxes, coffee, and some juices. They also advertised a shuttle to Disney, which did not exist. Other than that, there was just regular wear and tear in the rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in about 30 minutes early, and the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from Disney. It was a pretty satisfying stay.
We just got back from Disneyland and we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We go to Disneyland every year and we always stay here. I love the affordable prices for being so close to Disneyland. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. We will continue to stay here :)
Convenient location close to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, and Anaheim Convention Center. Chose to stay here due to its great price on Hotel Tonight. The room was basic, but it was a pleasant stay. Price included complimentary breakfast (muffins, coffee, cereal, etc.) and parking. They also had a small outdoor pool. Would definitely stay again if I need a room in Anaheim.
Id give a solid four star rating to this 2-3 star motel. It isnt fancy, but it does the job. Within walking distance to Disneyland, free parking, and offers something (though not much) for breakfast. Little attention to the bathroom wouldnt hurt, but still value here.
This place is a basic hotel, our room was showing its age but the workers told me they we going to remodel the rooms soon.It is extremely cheap for its location, you can walk in and out of disney easily, the main downside is noise, you can hear the roller coaster and fireworks at night, but if you do it right that is not a problem as you and the little ones will be too tired to even notice at night.
I know a lot of reviews for the Alpine Inn are all over the place, so Im working hard to be objective. And up front, Im the type of person who isnt bothered by lack of quality as long as the value is worth it--I travel for much of my job, and worked at a hotel as a student, so Ive seen a LOT.Our stay at the Alpine Inn was great! Its a simple motel, with a light continental breakfast (some cereal, fruit, breakfast bars, etc), and just a bit within our walking radius of Disneyland (another half-block would probably be too much for us). It was just close enough for us to come back mid-day for our little boys nap time. The Alpine Inn also holds up really well considering its age! The wireless was fantastic, the price was outstanding, and the housekeeping was meticulous. Our room was the standard two Queen variety, but for the price it was nice to have a fridge/freezer (depending on the setting), and suited our needs perfectly. There are other, higher quality places, no doubt. And while theres always the risk of less quality staff a cheaper hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.Overall, Id definitely stay here again--assuming that Im not in need of AND willing to pay for a bigger, nicer room.
This is nicely located motel between the conference center and Disney land. The price is low but the rooms are clean. The continental breakfast is nothing to right home about. The pool is clean. Not sure this is place to stay with family, but an okay place for business travelers looking for a no frills place to sleep.
Just disappointing. I came here to have a good time at Disneyland. I bought a family suite for my son and his family plus an additional room for myself, close to $1500. Even with that my son was told he couldnt leave his car there while they went to the park. They had to pay again at the park.Just poor business practices.
I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It was half the cost of surrounding hotels and yet it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and nice. The shower was a bit weak and the water was hard, but I didnt mind. Free parking, easy to find and easy to get to. Right across from the Convention Center and very close to a variety of good restaurants. I highly recommend. I stayed for 4 nights and never had any problems.
The hotel rate is at par with hotels of the same class. Between 15-20mins walk to Disney. What I like about this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are being tidied-up every single day and with fresh linens and pillows. Cant argue with that !! As I come home from a tired day from the theme parks all I wanted to do is lie on fresh clean bed. All of the rooms are non-smoking.Cons: The hotel land area is quite small. Even if the rooms are non-smoking, people who smoke get out of their rooms and smoke the compounded area can easily be smogged by smoke. The parking lot is cramped but doable.
My teenage daughter and I stayed here 2 years ago in May for her birthday and my Mother’s Day trip to the big D and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. Very clean very nice staff. Comfortable beds easy in and out like they say a no fuss place. In fact we liked it so much we just booked another week in October and got very lucky that there was a room available for us. You cant beat the walking distance to Disney, 7/11 is just on the corner (snacks, cheap cocktails 😂) and the wonderful CVS right across the street which we had to access a few times (bandaids for blisters) and it’s not just your normal CVS it’s like a mini grocery store too! What more do you need? Target is just down the road also and yes came in handy for some comfy cheap sneakers when converse just wouldn’t cut it 😂. I believe there is also a rental car place next to it! So if you are on a budget or just want to spend (not) more money at Disney than this is your place. We felt very safe here walking back and forth and I’m sure you could bus or shuttle if you are just too tired to walk back or have blisters 😫but we just took our shoes off lol. Ow you can also go down in the back way to Disney from here if you prefer. It’s so conveniently located. Did not try breakfast so don’t know what they have never was up early enough. They do have a snack machine and ice machine. I hope they fixed that little step there by the ice machine because I sure did take quite a trip/fall on that and got to meet the ice machine real well 😢. Didn’t have time to try the pop but it looked great. The kind maids were nice enough to tell/show me where I could go and smoke and not bother anyone or get myself in trouble. They do hold a security deposit on your credit card which most if not all places do so don’t be D-bag and respect your room just as you would your own and you will get your deposit back. Ok that’s about it for my review and we will see you in October!! Can’t wait!!! Ow and I highly recommended Alpine Hotel
Stayed here on a Disney marathon night. Its close enough to walk to the parks easily, I was shocked how close it was to DCA. I cant believe the mouse hasnt bought this property yet.The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. There was a tiny little breakfast spread in the morning which I wasnt expecting at a motel. Some prepackaged pastries and tiny cereal boxes and juice boxes.
We have been staying at the Alpine in for over 10 years when we vacation in Anaheim. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is always great. We appreciate the rates and the in room mini fridge and microwaves which help us keep our costs down. Benefits of staying at the Alpine Inn are: 20 minute walk from either end of Disneyland, many places to eat within walking distance, being close to the freeway, and friendly and helpful employees.
This place is horrible and the reviews online are deceiving!! Mold in room, black hairs all over the bed and pillow, my feet were black from walking on the carpet. No water pressure and the showerhead was crusty and gross. The toliet also didnt flush right. The pool is small and dirty. We decided to leave a day early and were charged the for the full day because they couldnt do refunds without 48 hour notice. Do not stay here.
This small inn is the closest thing to a swiss cabin with snow Anaheim will ever see. Even though it’s a bit gimmicky I still think it’s a fun little place to stay. Lots of kids and families here for Disney, but that doesn’t bother me at all because all of the kids are exhausted from being at the park all day and pass out almost as soon as they get back to the room.
I like that the motel was close to the disneyland park. Unfortunately there are a lot of negatives to this place. The pool was not warm as stated. The continental breakfast was very limited to small muffins, small boxed ceral, juice, milk, and coffee. It also ended at 9 am. After a long day at disneyland who it up and out of their room the next day before 9am. The worst part was the room within minutes of having my shows off. My socks were black from the dirty carpet. The mini refrigerator took hours to make a bottle of water cold. The pool, carpet, and breakfast are the same issues that have been going on for months if you read the reviews. Management dose not care about their customers.
Clean room, good service. Reasonable price, complementary brefest is not that amazing.Hot & Cold Food -Hot is only coffe and a small selection of oatmeal. Cold is mini cereal boxes, small carts of milk & orange juice, yogurt, apples and oranges.Hotel parking lot is small and its very hard to get out. Youll be so close to the Parks, your right being the Cars Ride. You would think will be loud but isnt. Fireworks from Disney is loud. But night mangers are AMAZING!!!
Is that snow on the roof?! Such a cool touch to give this little inn a different vibe than all the other hotels in the area. The building itself looks like a cabin that would be tucked away on the side of a mountain in the Swiss Alps! The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is friendly too!
Stayed for three nights. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and the room was clean and ready to go.Walked to the park, wi-fi worked well, as others have mentioned, no great shakes on the continental breakfast. Didnt use the pool. Mercifully, we had quiet neighbors next to us all three nights so thats a plus.I would stay here again.Great value for the price.Feb 6th to the 9th 2013.
First off, the front desk people were nice BUT....I was VERY disappointed with this hotel. I called the week before my stay to.make sure I could have a package shipped there as it was part of my sons Halloween costume and we needed it for our Disneyland Halloween party night. I was told as long as it had my name (the name on the reservation) it would be ok. My checking date was for Wednesday and that Monday my package was delivered. However, for a 36 hours after I checked in they couldnt find my package. They told me to contact the shipper and USPS to confirm where the package was. Nevermind I had already done so, and was going to Disneyland for the day. It wasnt until 1 hour before the Halloween party that a guy from the front desk handed me the necklace I had shipped OPENED and in no box or package at all. I was told that it was mistaken as their mail. However, when I explained this to the shipper she laughed in a pissed off way, stating that the package had my name BIG AND BOLD, and inside she carefully wrapped with tissue paper and added a decorative sticker for my son so he would have something cool to open. (The shipper was so pissed saying there was NO way it was mistaken for their mail, she even shipped to my home a small something just so my son did have something to open). My next thing that pissed me off was my sister surprised me by coming to Disneyland, she asked what room I was in and they told her. We have different last names...how do they know she isnt a stalker or there to kidnap my kids. I mean really, isnt that a security issue. They even let her into room to get something (yes I asked her to go in there) but they should have called me to get my ok, and they didnt.Lastly, they every day they took our towels but never left us clean ones, so I would have to go to the desk to ask for clean ones. It was not a place I would return to. And for all this I didnt get anything but, Im sorry. REALLY!!!!You almost lost my necklace and I honestly believe the reason I even got the necklace was I described it to the front desk guy what exactly I was expecting. Since the package was opened he was able to find it OR the manager realized she couldnt keep the necklace anymore.
We had a budget room, which has its own perks, also super close to Disney world and the convention center, also perks, so I would visit again but they could offer a bigger breakfast and I with the main reason it gets 3 stars is because the TV that came in the room didnt have video viewing capabilities only pictures and music from a hard drive.... I keep movies on my hard drive and I wanted to watch them, and it really pissed me off.
Great location the staff was amazing and let us have our frenchie there even though its a no pets policy, close to Disney the rooms are exceptionally clean and a great for the price big cozy beds and flat screen tv nice small pool it was a blast we stayed 3 days and were going to originally stay 1
Everyone who has evaluated the Alpine Inn has said everything: Alpine Inn is a great place to stay! The three of us enjoyed our stay here and we would stay here again in another opportunity. Hence, we do recommend it!The only thing must be improved in our opinion is the quality of wi-fi although it is complimentary. Many times in our room it did not work properly. We experienced weak signals sometimes and even lack of it. So, our suggestion to the Alpines staff is this: Call yours internet provider and conduct an study in order to improve the quality and the availability of the wi-fi signal. Other than that, this Inn deserves an A+ grade!
We stayed for five days at the Alpine, the location was good however our experience with the owner or the manager was very rude to my wife, the cleaning room staff was very nice however, but because our room was directly behind the garbage dump and/ or construction site of disnelyland it was extremely noisy at night with loud bangs everynow and made it hard to have a good night sleep,,, then and the internet connection was horrible or non-existance with my phone & laptop ( had to walk outside to get a connection)the manager refused to allow us to move and his excuse was there wasnt any other rooms available even though there was barely 4-5 cars in the parking lot...so all in all it was a terrible experience and will NEVER stay there again and was not worth the $$$....STAY AWAY....my advice pay a few more $$$ and enjoy the stay at a better place...

2022-06-12I grew up thinking this must be a dump. My wife reserved a room there and I didn’t have high expectations. When we arrived we were greeted by the nicest people. The reception area was very clean and well decorated. Our room was so clean and everything was in perfect order. The room had everything we needed. The pool wasn’t huge but it served it’s purpose. Parking is free, an added bonus in hotels around Disneyland. We will definitely come back.

2022-01-12Stayed here because of proximity to Disneyland but were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. Arrived to check-in a but earlier than planned but person who checked us in let us go straight to our room. Room was clean, recently updated, and big enough for our group. Beds were decently comfy. No breakfast (COVID) but coffee and tea were available at 6:30. Wed return.

2022-07-11Based on customer service alone, 5 stars. I called to ask a bunch of questions and ended up booking. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered me the best price over all the other places Ive previously called.Free parking, early check in if room is available, and free cancellation if needed a few days ahead of my stay.I felt like I was talking to a friend.

2022-06-29My family & I recently stayed here for 6 nights for a 5 day visit to Disneyland & California Adventure. The hotel was clean, and a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the parks. My only complaint is how firm the beds are. The bed was so firm, it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. I did not get a good night sleep once during my stay.If you like firm beds, and are looking for a cheap, convenient place to stay, this is the hotel you want.

2022-06-135 Star Staff!!! Literally THE best staff I’ve ever encountered while traveling. They remember my name (granted… it’s uncommon…), but they greet me by name because they recognize my face also. I procrastinated on booking because I wasn’t sure about Covid and if I would make it, and I was too late! But, they called me and notified me of a cancellation! I immediately cancelled my other (last minute and frantic) booking elsewhere and snagged their reservation. I will always pick Alpine solely because they have free parking and amazing staff!! The rooms are clean and up to my standards for a one night stay while at Disneyland.

2022-05-17I’m not really sure where to start. We stayed there late March 2022. Our room was located upstairs in this weird sketchy dark little hallway away from the other rooms. It was close to the parks, which would be a plus but it was so close that the cars land rocks were literally right there out our window, we could hear the screams from the cars ride. Our room was extremely small and claustrophobic. It was mildly clean but we never even saw a maid once. We have two adults and two children in our family. We booked this room for our trip to Disneyland. Trying to get ready in this room was impossible. There weren’t many electrical outlets or counter space. The water pressure was so hard it literally hurt to touch and would splash everywhere, we had to be careful to just barely turn in the faucet. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this room for more than two people. The towels were so rough that it left a burn in my skin that I still have a scar months later. I can’t make this stuff up, I know that all of this sounds extremely picky but we’ve stayed at our fair share at cheaper hotels near Disneyland and definitely worst one.

2022-06-08Location location location... its a motel... 15mins walking to Disney entrance. You can leave your car and not pay $25 for Disney parking. Rooms are stale and have loud neighboring kids crying. Could use a few photos on the walls - anything!Only tea and coffee in the morning. Staff is great. Room is clean. Served to sleep in but dont expect anything else.

2022-01-13Positive: 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Offered a family suite that can accommodate 6 people saving us from reserving 2 rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Convenience stores, coffee shop and CVS on same block. Negative: Family suite had only one bathroom. A little hard to manage with 6 people needing to get ready in the morning. Private bedroom had a broken door jam so wasn¿t able to lock the door. No dresser or night stand in the private room. Just a table and chair?

2022-04-03Great place to stay, recently renovated restrooms, the showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water for sore muscles from walking around Disney or the convention center. We attended Wondercon and its a great location, just right across the street from the convention center. The beds were comfy for a good night sleep, plenty of parking if youre staying but may be a bit of a hassle if you have a larger vehicle as parking lot is a little tight to maneuver. A good 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland. We were worried about road noise due to Katella being a very busy street but couldnt hear anything and we slept very good.Overall we plan on coming back again soon, possibly for the next Wondercon or our next trip to Disneyland.
