Fantastic shop. Its run by Peter and his wife who are the sweetest and most honest people. They fixed my 2016 Kia Optima twice. Made it look new after it was very badly damaged. He gave me a great deal, and compensated me when we both got ripped off by Jerrys Tire and Auto Repair.
Car got the bumper banged up again and brought it to Peter and Ana. Fixed it up very well. Extremely happy.
After being quoted $2000+ at another place a few miles away that didnt have time to take my car for a few weeks, I took my car here. Piotr and Anna were very helpful, and gave me a much lower quote, trying to save as much of the existing body as possible. They texted me updates frequently, and even lowered the final price just to save me money. The car looks brand new and drives great.
These guys did a great job! Provided a cost-effective solution for a repair on my older vehicle. They were very reliable, communicative, and even friendly with my toddlers. 5 stars!

2022-05-11Got my trunk repainted to cover a long scratch. Quote was fair. Staff is friendly. Took a couple days longer than originally estimated but car looks great and the paint color matches well!

2022-06-01These greedy people will try to take ownership of your vehicle. Don’t trust these guys biggest fakes and will over charge you. $7,000 for 1 month then suddenly the owner says $2,000 to bail the car out. As you can see the OWNER is GREEDY.

2018-04-14Alliance Auto Body is the best! Long story short, my 2017 civc got deep scratches on the rear quarter panel and door. I took pictures and explained the situation to multiple shops around LA and Pasadena. Peter was the only one to give me all the options available and allow me to choose what I wanted. He didnt care that some options he offered would have made him substantially less money. He did an amazing repair job and couldnt be happier! Alliance will ALWAYS have my business.

2017-10-19Thought customer service was dead in America, until I came here. Not joking, not exaggerating; no one wants to be in a situation in which they need to visit an auto body shop, but after my experience with Alliance, I secretly hope I get into another fender bender so I have an excuse to visit them again. Literally the best customer service I have ever seen in my 35 years of life. Kept me posted with pics/texts the whole time, buffed out some minor dings unrelated to original damage, and a car wash. Im singing their praises!

2021-03-18Ray was awesome in the fact he helped me out with a side view mirror was that damaged from essentially a hit-and-run. Unfortunately my insurance didnt cover the cost of the repair like I had initially anticipated, so I had to pay out-of-pocket but Ray was nice enough to lend additional help due to that. He was very professional, cordial and organized the repair in a timely manner in which I had it replaced today. I highly recommend this establishment, especially having him help you out with your automobile needs. Ill definitely recommend this place and return if any body work is needed again. 2021-05-19They were very fair and professional. My daughter had a minor hit and run accident and was very upset. They made fixing the damage a breeze. Great quality and very reasonable and fair price. They were on time and treated me professionally throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Alliance.

2020-09-23Got rear-ended and am so glad I took my car to Alliance Auto Body. All of my interactions with Raymond were super professional, and I never felt like I was out of the loop on how things were progressing. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of the rear components affected by the accident were repaired/replaced (including replacing exhaust and aligning suspension), and I dont think I would have gotten such a quality repair had I gone anywhere else. I plan to take my project car to them when Im ready to start on bodywork, as I know Raymond and his team will treat my car as good as (or better than) I do.

2020-09-15Big thanks to the team at Alliance Auto Body for fixing my Mercedes Metris van. I was involved in an accident and they handled everything A - Z the experience went super smooth. I later brought in my sons BMW M5 to have the bumper repaired and it came out looking brand new. I recommended these guys to all my friends and family.

2016-05-10Walked into this auto shop without any knowledge of the work or the management. I was warmly greeted by the office manager and the general manager, Peter. My auto was inspected on the spot and I was given cost of the repairs. Peter offered me an alternative, which lowered the cost considerably. I choose the alternative and I am so happy with the results. My automobile looks 100% better. Peter went above and beyond making repairs that were not discussed and he did not charge me for this extra work. This place of business is down to earth and honest in their dealings with the public. I highly recommend this auto body shop.
