My mom rented me a party bus for my 16 birthday and it was the best party bus experience. All of my friends had a great time with boomin music, sick lights, overall the ride was awesome. I want to thank alive limo and party bus for everything, we will be doing it again soon, thanks.
PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVIVE; NOT WORTH $625; DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.Let me hit all the highlights. 2/17/19, It was my birthday party, nothing went as planned and the manager argued and scolded me that my grievances werent that serious. MANAGEMENT was SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Driver showed up late and the manager lied and said I gave them the wrong number although I called them at the exact time they were supposed to pick us up and they werent there.The bus they were supposed to send was broken so they sent a bus that was very outdated. Dingy white seats, floor panels lifting (I literally tripped over a lift in the floor). There were no cups even though we were told they would be provided SO NO ONE COULD DRINK right away. The driver said he could just take us to the store and we could get some cups. Long story short. We went to grab a friend (who brought the cups), I called management to share my grievances and was argued with instead of receiving any sort of apology or compensation even though their failure to plan made us late for our event. He said we could just keep the bus longer but it was not my plan to stay out later. I told him that wouldnt work. I said if they cant come up with anything better than that I could just take a refund and catch UBER and he agreed to just give me my money back instead of at least offering us a ride to my destination or anything to fix the issues. Just basically didnt value our patronage and chose to leave this HORRIBLE and lasting impression on his business. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. The bus nor the service was worth the $625.
Rented a 50 passenger bus for Formal. Great Service. Prompt. They arrived on time and took care of all the kids. David was the driver and he was very nice. Price was great too.
We paid for the Liberty bus because it seats 50 people and got a smaller bus, we had 45 people in our group, plus our coolers, No one notified me that we weren’t going to get the bus that we paid for, we had no other option but to use it and we had about 8 people having to stand the hours that we rented the bus for. The bus was late and the wrong bus showed up. The bus had a restroom on it but it smelled very bad and no lights or lock on it, besides all of this the bus driver ROD was a HORRIBLE driver we all thought we were going to get in an accident!!! He was on his phone talking,speeding and not obeying the laws. When we arrived at our destination and I was upset because we only had 15 mins to stay at our casino so I called his boss and complained that it wasn’t my fault that we were late and could not stay long, his boss extended the time by 45 mins and I agreed but after Rod got off the phone with his boss he was very upset that we had to stay and that he was going to miss out on another pick up, Not my problem. He had the nerve to come up to me and ask that I tip him well because he was losing money!! This is very unprofessional!! I would think they would offer a discount because we didn’t get what we paid for but no because they got paid in full before they showed up!! Very unhappy and disappointed .
Book this party bus for a friends birthday and it was amazing my friend was very impressed. Easy booking, on time, clean bus, friendly driver. Will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them!!!!!!
Now this is where the party is at!I was absolutely blown away in awe by the set up of Alive Limos Party Bus, you think the photos look good, wait until you are inside the thing, it is truly epic.What was even better was that they had the service to match the look. The driver was organised like the professional he is, made sure we were looked after and having nothing but a smashing time.Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a party... in a bus, you cannot go wrong with this awesome crew. 2nd or 3rd time our extended family uses this company. All for quinceañeras. Fun party buses. The teenagers loved it. Thats why we used the service multiple times.

Unbelievable what you guys did on Saturday April 27 to a group of 20 students.. It was PROM a night to remember, unfortunately it was a disaster thanks to your unprofessional service & living 20 students without transportation...!!!!!!!!!! I need my deposit back so I can refund each student ..! It’s Tuesday May 1, 2019 & I haven’t receive any type of refund..!!!

2022-02-13Great experience with Alive Limo! For my daughter‘s 18th birthday she decided she wanted a party bus… It was kind of last minute. Jacob was able to get us a party bus for that Saturday night which was Super Bowl and Valentine’s weekend – – amazing!! The kids had a fantastic experience with David as their driver! He was very attentive… checked in with us a few hours ahead of time, verified the route and the stops, stayed on time so we could meet him with food at one stop. He did a great job! The price was right… Not too high not too low. The bus was very clean with great A/C and great sound system!! I suggest email communication as Jacob responds almost immediately to that! Alive Limo did a great job! Thank you for making my daughter‘s 18th birthday super fun and special!

2022-05-04It was truly unbelievable they called me 3 hours before they had to pick up 25 Students to go to prom 3 hours I had no way of getting them there or even getting transportation 3 hours before the event They ruined the Seniors prom.. I have yet to see my deposit back and this was April 30th, 2022 ... If youre looking for a reliable transportation for a special event They are not it !!!!!!!!!!..

2020-12-06This was our second time booking Alive Limo and they did amazing as always! Jacob went above and beyond for a truly wonderful experience. He was flexible, knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. The bus we got was newly renovated for a top notch ride. The driver, also our DJ did awesome and really catered to us. I can’t wait for our next adventure with Alive Limo!

2019-02-28Always a wonderful experience with Alive limo and party bus! I’ve had many events with this bus company and I have never once been disappointed. My most recent event was a wine hopping event this past weekend, and let me say how happy I am! The bus was on time, the driver was professional, the bus was clean and exactly what I expected, and everyone had a great time. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of a partybus/limo!!

2018-01-16Just used them for my birthday party I had it was a great time no problems or anything, pick up was right on time inside the bus was very clean. The music was very clear and lots of bass. The best part was the driver he did his job very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting a party bus.

2018-01-17Booked a bus for my 25th b-day last weekend, I have to say I HAD THE BEST TIME! It was a very easy process booking, bus was very nice, on time, and the driver was friendly. They even offered comp entry to the club i requested to go to, all of my guest where definitely impressed. I would definitely do it all over again in a heart beat! Highly recommend you use them for your party bus experience!

2020-03-05I am so very proud of the advances that you and your company have made alongside the community concerning social consciousness - most notably, the Coastal Sea program. We would not be able to deliver on our mission without your companys transportation services. Often the unsung heroes need an advocate, and I dont know if you can appreciate the impact that you, continually, provide San Diego, but you should know.First, I always overhear the kids talk about how lit it was to spend their philanthropy hours on a party bus heading to the beach. But thats not the impression I want to relay, today. Most often and immediately, after those comments, I overhear how the kids cant believe how the wrecked the ocean is here - in America. Then, I watch their actions. They, actually, put garbage in the trash, even waste as insignificant as lint in the proper place, and theyre curious about repurposing single-use plastics. While qualitatively anecdotal, I believe these overheard testimonies elucidate how a simple limo bus can go beyond transporting kids to transforming a kids perspective on life and others...Most importantly, I do not want to understate the following:Your efforts -- IMPRINT AN IMPETUS TO GIVE BACK ON KIDS THAT MAY NOT HAVE THOSE SAME INFLUENCES OTHERWISE--Like bus treads over a soul, I wish that you could feel the same degree of impact. These often-forgotten kids rarely witness cool adults that earnestly exhibit how you can both live your life, as well as, give back - all in the same breath. In the same way that some may dismiss charity work as an afterthought, some dismiss these kids and their impact. Witnessing when they understand the connectedness of this world and the importance of their actions changes you. I believe that this sows a seed of self-worth, and so, your efforts till the fields of our future.I, also, believe that you should raise your rates. So that I dont feel so very guilty about all the buses we borrow and all the fuel we use every week. :) Hopefully, you get the electric vehicles soon; scale that impact!Finally, I cant imagine how personally stressful the party bus biz must be; better you than me. While you cant make everyone happy, and regardless if a party bus can help some make friends, I am thankful for the friendship that you provide even when it isnt popular or personally beneficial. 2018-02-06Alive Limo and Party Bus were amazing to work with! I used them for a combined birthday party to go wine tasting. They picked us up in San Diego and drove us to Temecula to a couple wineries. It was very affordable and great service. The bus driver was super nice and helped us with anything we asked for. I will definitely use them again for my next party bus and recommend them to my friends.

2017-09-27Want Corporate Class in a Party Bus Rental Company? We traveled to San Diego without knowledge of where we could go with our newly hired limo bus service. We emailed over ten times, and every time they responded with patience and earnest exuberance. My aunt excitedly recommended them before our trip, and now that our tour of San Diego County is over, I want to amplify that same top notch goodness. My nephew is so thankful that we even made a 1x1 image from photos from their website.
