This facility is clean and safe. The managers and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also keep things updated and well-maintained, so the whole place always looks and feels brand new. I had a storage unit here in the past and wouldnt think twice about renting here again.

I have been extremely happy with the Aliso Viejo Self Storage facility on Journey. I have have had a unit there for several years. Not only is the location convenient for me, every time I go, the place is always clean and well maintained. If I ever have a reason to go into the office the people there are always very nice and are able to help me with whatever my issue may be. I will continue to keep my space there for as long as I need it. :-)

This place rocks..I have all my holiday Decorations and Halloween Decorations Here.It is so clean and always well maintained. I never have to have to worry about anything happening to my halloween collection I have collected thru years,all of my animtronics are safe and well preserved. The tempature and cleaness of this place keeps everything intact. The customer service Is outstanding, Mayette and Kristina are always attentive and polite to any questions that I have. I have been a customer of AlisoStorage shortly after they opened in the early 2000s. I have had several storage units and each time I moved the transition was smooth and the cost always responsible over the years. The owners are very very nice and I have watched their daughter grow into a beautiful woman. The storage costs are very fair with minimal increases and the facility is very clean and safe.
Had a great experience renting a storage space here. Gigi, the manager I believe was incredibly helpful when moving in and out of the space. We had to move out a bit early due to Covid conditions and she accommodated us without hesitation. Definitely recommend, very easy process and access to the space! There’s a code to get into the elevator, and into the facilities upstairs so it was secure.

I have my most PRECIOUS POSSESSIONS stored in two spaces at Aliso Viejo Self Storage and Ive had to access them MANY TIMES over the years. The facility is ALWAYS well maintained and the sercuity is FIRST RATE with cameras everywhere. The Fire Department is less than a block away and the Sheriffs Department is just around the corner. The owners and the people who work there are VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! I have been at this facility since 2007 and have NEVER had any problems which is AMAZING AND TRUE! Aliso Viejo Self Storage not only has the best customer service but they also worked with me when I got laid off from job and unfornately made a couple of late payments. I didnt have to fear that my all my personal belongings would be auctioned off or something else since I was proactive with my communication and made my subsequent payments ontime. I love the climate controlled units. Especially when the HEAT is on ! This place is so clean - inside and out. A very well maintained property and the staff is always helpful. Rates are reasonable and hours of operation work for me.
Nick was very helpful. He stayed late on a Friday night so I could rent a unit after a poorly handled real estate transaction forced me to store my things at the last minute. Great customer service. I would use this business again if the need arises.

2022-02-25I like this facility and I have multiple units there in different sizes. Its clean and their staff are cooperative. The units have a timer bulb light which I usually didnt find this feature in other self storages. I use their dumpster to trash the empty boxes with no cost!I definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

2022-04-29I have found the perfect place for my storage needs. Gigi and Miate are the best. Krissan could not be anymore helpful. This place is clean and has great security system. I checked other places out and this Storage business is by far the most friendly and professional. If it seems that this review is a little overkill....its not. I needed a place to keep my important property..a clean and safe unit and not be owned by a walk. Job. Its not so easy. Place is great!!!

2020-03-11My family had pretty always used Aliso Viejo Self Storage units as I was growing up, and when it came time to get a storage unit for a temporary move, they were the only place I wanted to use. I got lucky and was able to get a unit close to my family unit so I was familiar with the surroundings.The location is ideal and made me feel so much better that it is just around the corner from the police station. It’s a gated storage unit with 24/7 surveillance and police down the street, win for me!!We were finally able to pull our belongings out of storage and are sad to not have a storage unit there anymore but definitely will use them again in the future!The office staff are so nice and always remember who I am and ask about how my family is doing whenever I was in the office!!Thank you Aliso Viejo Self Storage for making our experience so amazing!!
