I was fortunate to be represented by Michael Penn in a personal injury matter, having been rear ended on the 405. The process of litigating is daunting and time consuming. The matter took place over many months. Michael was calm and knowledgeable as we worked through every aspect of the case up to settlement. He worked with the insurance companies, and helped ready us for depositions. Michael, and other members at Aitken Aitken Cohn were responsive. Michael handled our matter professionally. The final result was appropriate and positive.
Let’s first start by stating the obvious, 2020 is a horrible year for everybody. Unfortunately, I’ve still been having a worst year than most. I was involved in a traffic accident a few years ago and went to AAC to make sure that all of my medical expensive along with my further medical issues were taken care of. 2022-07-08My wife and I engaged Aitken, Aitken and Cohn in 2019 after a severe car accident. Our attorneys Casey Johnson and Michael Penn helped us navigate this difficult situation as well as receive fair compensation for our injuries. They both sincerely cared about our well-being and at no point did I feel that they were just interested in settling the case. Our attorneys were there to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and always gave their honest opinions. 2022-01-20I would highly recommend Aitken Aitken Cohn to anyone that is suffering from a personal injury. Last year, I hired the firm as my sister was run over by a car while she walked in a cross walk. She was in the hospital for three weeks and missed close to five months of work. The driver did not have insurance and it was a complicated case. Chris Aitken and his team went above and beyond - not only trying to find a settlement for her but worked with the auto and health insurance companies regarding the paperwork etc. They were beyond fair and were very caring, patient, and empathetic with my sister. The firm is high integrity and so professional. Personal injury is not a fun subject but unfortunately, it is a real thing. And this firm is the victims advocate - hands down.

2020-11-05Several years ago, I was involved in a motorcycle accident. A friend referred me to Michael Penn at the firm of Aiken Aiken Cohn since I needed several months of medical treatment and my insurance company sort of left me on my own. Michael was great – he was very patient with all my questions, walked me through how the legal & insurance processes would work, and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney! (Later on I found out from several attorneys that I work with that the Aiken firm is one of the best in the business). Michael ended up settling my case for more than I expected so I am very grateful for that. He is truly a genuine guy, very ethical, and very pleasant and professional to work with. I really owe a lot to him for helping me through this accident and looking out for my best interests. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

They accepted my wrongful death and elder abuse case against a nursing home, a hospital and a Doctor Who works for the hospital , all who had a part in ending my mothers life unnecessarily.It was a very complex case because it involved five different defendants.
