We had Aire Serv come into our office today to fix a problem after our old AC company failed to fix our problem while charging over $500. The repairman, Rashad, was an absolutely courteous professional. He diagnosed the problem during a free estimate and let us know the (low!) cost to remedy the situation. He repaired our AC; its COMPLETELY fixed and back to normal. After weeks of frustration with our old AC company, we finally got it fixed in under an hour by Rashad with Aire Serv. Im going to be highly recommending Aire Serv to all our 30 sister sites in the Sacramento area and highly recommend them to YOU!
Robert did a great job on cleaning and tuning up my HVAC unit. He found that fluid was leaking within my unit due to an accumulation of dust, and gave me some suggestions for covers and a tuneup schedule. He mentioned the Aire Serve club but wasnt pressuring, and also tipped me off that I needed to get my water heater adjusted even though he wasnt there to address that issue!
I call aireserv on a evening when our ac went out. The lady on the phone was so funny and friendly, she made sure to see if the can have someone come out next day. The technician was so knowledgeable in what he does and was able to explain it to us in a way we could understand. 😊 in the end our ac was basically fried and it was really old and needed replacement. We just found out we still have home owner insurance to cover the ac, even then ill definitely keep airserv as part of our contacts and recommend them to friends. Tech was friendly and very professionally.
My A/C unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Other places wanted me to wait a week or so before they could even look at it. Brian showed up the same day and was able to diagnose and repair the unit. He had all the parts on in his van and was paperless for the receipt.(go green) The cost was a little less than the competition and the service was awesome. I would highly recommend these guys any day.
Robert the technician was great explained everything to me explain the cost and fix the problem. He also did not try to sell me something that was not actually wrong with the equipment he actually diagnosed the problem and fixed it accordingly to my satisfaction would use this company again for all my heating and air maintenance and repairs
Brian is fantastic only to be outdone by his team. So I had a new install of a split a.c. and furnace unit. New duct work and new attic insulation. The job was completed on time, on budget and very clean. You will NOT be disappointed with the work performed by Aire Serv and Brians team.

My AC stopped working just as we were getting into the hot months and Im so grateful that Aire Serv was able to help me out. I gave them a call and almost immediately they had a tech out looking everything over and was able to fix things. I feel much better going into summer knowing Ive got access to Aire Serv.

Im a small business owner and met Aire Serv last summer. Brian happened to be in our facility and noticed the placement of our air ducts were in efficient and likely the reason it felt like our AC wasnt working and our electricity bill was so high. He offered to rehang them for a very minimal cost. Once he did . . . our building had a completely different atmosphere! (So cool during Sacramentos HOT Summer!)I utilized Air Serv again when our heater at my business went out mid-winter. Brian and his team were there in no time! Since then, I havent turned back and now use them to do regular checks and cleanings on our heating/air systems.
Rashad contacted us first thing in the morning to both confirm appt and give us an eta. Once he arrived, he quickly and efficiently performed an inspection and assessed the problem. Prices are comparable, but the customer service from both Dorian and Rashad were fantabulous!😁 Thank you Air Serb!

Aire Serv of Sacramento is a reliable HVAC contractor! Their dispatcher is friendly and personable, tech is knowledgeable and polite.I would recommend!
Told me my blower was bad and when going to replace it fried the main board to my ac unit. I called another hvac guy and he replaced both components and labor charge for half the price these guys wanted. Stay away as they will ruin hardware to charge you more.

I had my air conditioning and heated service by Air Serv. They did a fine job, and the service folks were top notch.
I call these guys to come up fix my air conditioning because it stopped working the company I normally use couldnt come out for about a week they were here in about 3 hours was very happy with their service technician found the problem in about 15 minutes fixed it for me Im happy with the work they did he showed me everything he was doing explained why he was doing it He was very friendly I would recommend them

2021-07-23My AC broke down and I could not find anyone to come out and fix it that was not a week out. Sacramento gets pretty hot. Thankfully, Rashad was able to come out the same day, diagnosed the issue AND was able to acquire the part the next day, even though he said it would probably take 2 business days to order. Not to mention their phone representative is the MOST pleasant person to talk to. I also found the pricing fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone!

2020-07-08My 15 year old HVAC system was failing and I thought that it was probably time for a new one. I had five companies come out to give me estimates on a new HVAC system. Robert from Aire Serv was the only one who didnt seem like a salesman first. He actually took the time to take my system apart and diagnose the problems that I was having and then gave me options on repairing it. Given its age and service history, I decided that going with a new system was the best route but I really appreciate the time that Robert put in to see if that was necessary. The reason that I chose Aire Serv over the other four companies was because of Robert. He struck me as a very honest person who was very knowledgeable and professional. I really cannot say enough good things about Robert and my experience with his work. He did everything that was promised and went above and beyond to make sure that my family was happy about the purchase and installation. Based on my experience, I will be a lifetime customer of Aire Serv (as long as Robert is working for them).

2019-08-18Robert was absolutely amazing. Despite heatwave conditions, he made time to accommodate my emergency and kept me informed at all phases of the repair - investigation, diagnosis, equipment purchase, and repair. When the initial work didnt go as planned, he stuck with it and got everything up and running again. My tenant was extremely pleased and I was too, even when paying the final bill. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely refer to them again. Thanks so much Robert!

2021-04-18Brian and his staff have been wonderful. Weve used Aire Serv service at our house for a couple of years now, and some issues have been pretty sticky in the past (difficult animals like eating our ductwork!). The techs have stood by us and solved issues as well as done routine maintenance on both our systems. Two thumbs up...Heartily recommend Aire Serv of Greater Sacramento!!!

2017-05-05Brian, Tara, and their team were awesome. After getting 5+ bids to replace our AC and heat, Air Serv sold us on their thoroughness and value. They werent the cheapest. However, the quality of their work and attention to detail were worth the money. I would recommend Air Serv to everyone.

Phone representative was very courteous and friendly over the phone and a pleasure to work with. Over all my experience was amazing and I enjoyed working with them.
