This is one of the best auto shops i’ve been to! everything is online and i can literally text them and ask instead of having to call and be put on hold! they take pictures while doing inspections to show you what’s wrong which was very helpful! honestly your car is in good hands here! and there’s a military discount
Aero is the best! Friendly and hospitable - I waited for them to finish the service and they let me set up my laptop on the desk so I could work. And they have very clean restrooms! The biggest mark of excellence.
Noone wants to wait extended amounts of time for a car service but Jim is very nice and I was offered refreshments. Whats more is I was waiting for a $350 repair and they told me I would be fine to save my money and did not necessarily need the repair. They chose to build a trusting relationship instead of just taking my money and I appreciated that very much!! We will be returning!!
Efficiently fixed my front differential leak and a completed a wheel alignment. Kept me updated and let me know of delays. Very nice employees. 4 stars only because of >$1600 bill 😩😩
These people are crooks. Be aware they will nickel and dime you. They force you to get a $175 Diagnostic report even when you tell them exactly what needs to be done. They are marking up their parts and labor by 200%+. I understand you can’t sell your parts at wholesale, but charging double and triple your cost is not ethical. STAY AWAY and save your money.
After an initial mis-scheduled appointment issue, Service Advisor Jim Williams took the wheel and made it a sweet experience! Aero replaced my Steering Box, inspected the connections, hoses, et al, and will be my go to source for any repairs and maintenance on my ol girl.GREAT PEOPLE, although I DO wish they were open Saturdays...
I felt that once youve informed them that you cannot afford a $900 brake job that they (or at least Chase) starts talking condescendingly or becomes short with you. Suddenly I felt as though I was wasting his time asking questions. The final negative tone came when I asked for the cost breakdown and was told it was stapled to my receipt. That being said with a tone of annoyance is unacceptable. I was reading the technicians notes when he said something and stapled something to the receipt.The waiting area is very nice, very modern, up to date with every phone cord imaginable to charge your phone, reclining seats, etc.Upon walking in I waited approx 5-10 minutes for someone to come in and help me. A full time person in the front would be very beneficial to them.Upon receipt of my car my tires were not wiped down from the grease and grime from the technician. Now mind you, I live in the desert - the car isnt in the best shape and is dusty. But not grease and dust. It makes me believe that they felt less of a duty to care for the things they touched since my car was already an issue.My door pocket had been gone through. They may state it was to find a lug nut, however, had they kept ransacking my car they would have found it in the center arm rest.When I originally called them to discuss my brake issue, not once on the phone did Chase inform me there was a cost to inspect. I would have gone somewhere else. I paid it, so I did accept the cost, but let people know so they can make a choice before arriving.Lastly, while waiting I learned they offer AAA discounts. I noted having AAA. Original estimate was over $900. What you see is the updated estimate with AAA included.*Im glad others have had such great experiences here. I did not and will not sugarcoat my experience, nor will I be rude about it either.~CM
Aero Auto Repair did amazing work for my Corvette. I move around a lot for work so I’m incredibly picky on who I let work on my vet. I did some homework online and Aero Auto Repair exceeded expectations with finished work and cost. I will be referring friends, family and coworkers to Aero Auto Repair. Thank you !
Very briefly: I brought my vehicle to Aero Auto Repair two times for the same problem. I used to be a mechanic, so I told them what the problem was (a blown head gasket), when I brought it in the first time. Visit #1 cost me over $400 and they told me to use a can of Bars leak (a radiator stop-leak) to stop the overheating issue. The Bars-leak clogged up my thermostat and my engine overheated on the freeway a number of times (I brought in the clogged up thermostat to show them). Visit #2. Due to overheating, they had to pull both cylinder heads and have them resurfaced, then flush the Bars-leak out of the system, etc., etc. This second visit cost me $2,000!!!To add insult to my financial injury, they kept my vehicle from February 15 to April 6th – 3 MONTHS! This vehicle is my daily driver and I had to borrow transportation from friends and family while they fooled around with no consideration for my dilemma. To say that I’m unhappy and disappointed with this facility is an understatement.
Dropped truck off for oil change. Supposed to be done at 1 pm. Walk in at 4 pm and not even done. No call.Then lied to me that it was being worked on. Lady at desk got an attitude and does not respect peoples time
The representative was nice and knowledgeable. He advised me on preventive maintenance to do in order to prolong the life span of my 2011 Dogde Durango. Thank you sir.
I appreciate the clear communication - they gave me tips on good care with the air conditioner - asked me to come back in a few weeks so they can make all is circulating well - I felt it was personable and they cared about doing a good job 👍

2022-05-18The experience was amazing. I took my our car in to get it checked due to some issues the dealership to told us. They gave us a free second opinion check, which goes over all fluids and what could possibly be wrong such as : electric and air, etc. after an hour and a half, they gave us a results by text so we can look at everything. All went well! We got our belt changed and changed our air filter. The price is really good. When we got our car back a check engine light came on, but it was a little fix which took 20 minutes, and it runs well. The customer service is phenomenal. They were well experienced, and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for more service repairs in the future!

2022-03-31Frustrated with my Ford dealer’s (Kearny Mesa) 3-year inability to stick to promises on the duration of maintenance services to my simple 2015 Fiesta, I visited Aero after reading great reviews here. Immediately I could sense the difference: immediately after I walked in at the agreed on time, I was taken care of (at the dealer, I typically waited between 15 and 30 minutes!). I was kept in the know during the day on the status of the works via text (at the dealer, I had no insight in the progress until it was all done). The oil change and inspection were completed at the agreed upon time (at the dealer, only once out of 6 visits in the last 3 years, the promised completion time was met). The cost was half of the dealer’s. Moreover, Aero recommended similar maintenance items as the dealer told me based on the car’s mileage, and Aero pointed out the same maintenance issues as I had not taken care of all of those earlier (such as leaking shock absorber). Aero did a very thorough inspection (for free with AAA membership) with clear pictures of the issues. When I picked up the car, I waited for 1 minute and then was given all the time of the service advisor to go thoroughly through the inspection report. At no time I felt the advisor was pushing me into repairs. All of the points that needed attention were of no surprise to me. Everyone (ladies on the phone, service advisors, 1 mechanic who passed by) was friendly, courteous and showed an honest smile. I will definitely return for the repairs and the future care of my little Ford! Awesome job, ladies and gentlemen!

2022-05-02Aero Auto Repair did a great job fixing my car. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought the car was almost brand new. Only complaint was they put in the wrong part when I went to pick it up and due to my schedule I didn’t get the car back until two days later. Other than that, the did a great job.

2022-03-03I brought in my 68 Camero and needed to have a transmission leak repaired. They did a complete check of my vehicle and pointed out a few more things that were needing to be repaired. They were very nice and my car was returned and repaired in a very reasonable time frame. The estimate was spot on to what I paid. No extra surprises.

2022-06-08They are awesome!! My car was over heating, I needed to finish my job and the car started having problems. They had me back on the road the same day. Jasmine, who worked in the office was very respectful and understanding to my situation. She went the extra miles to make sure I was in and out even though they were having a busy day. Their mechanic,Mark, stayed and worked the extra hours to make it happen. Couldnt have asked for anything more.

They are honest and true to their word when it comes to all solutions to your vehicles problem! They definitely treat you as if your family, and take care of you as such. 2022-05-06If you are looking for a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic, look no further. With a deployed husband and two kids, car repairs on our only vehicle are such a production and the crew at Aero Auto repair made it the the seamless process ever. From explaining the problem and solution to me (several times) with patience and compassion to booking a rental car and ride while my truck was getting worked on - I felt so well cared for! My initial call in landed me with Jasmine who was kind, listened to my situation, and helped me come up with a plan and timeline. Thereafter, Jim walked me through the DETAILED and itemized list of recommended fixes, and he did so without a hint of frustration with my auto-ignorance.Our truck has never ran better and I trust that the work that was done was necessary and was done WELL.They gained another lifetime customer. Bravo Aero Auto!
