Its a good place to get control of your addiction and make a solid base for your recovery. And if people dont like it then they can mind there own business. People who run there mouths can keep running them cause really theyre the ones who have problems thats why they talk crap because theyre to afraid to look at themselves and deal with what they got going on in there lives.
Aegis helped me tremendously! This program gave me my life back. The counseling not only helped with my opiate addiction but also helped me deal with so many other issues.
Severely understaffed, zero dr advice, absolutly useless and judgemental counselors. they just want your money. program not based around your sobriety or your better intrest at mind. best advice i can give is find another clinic or get off the program. There are better more professional services out there.
I owe this place my life. Aegis Treatment Centers has given me the opportunity to start a life I always envisioned for myself but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you ATC.
Its a place that helps you stay off opiates like heroin,pills,whatever it might be,and thats wonderful but what about getting off the methadone?do we just stay on that our whole life?Sometimes it feels like a roller coaster,but it most definitely beats being strung out you just never know whats in drugs these days!!!
Been going there almost 2 years and has gotten me completely off heroin/opiates and even my other drug addictions. Life changing. I would highly recommend. Give it a chance.
I love aegis and everything they have done for me. Without them i dont know what i would do . And the staff is awesome .

Aegis staff are nice and very helpful, I can honestly say that the place safes lives,etc.
They route and they don’t really care they look down at the patients who actually go there for actual help

2022-05-12I just want to thank everyone there. I got frustrated at one point because I thought I was getting a Tb shot. I heard the girl wrong. She was just doing a test. My mistake. She was a sweetheart. Everyone there including security guard was great. Dr. Was one of the best Drs Ive ever spoke with. I have a back injury that got me hooked on vics. 100.00 a day nightmare. If your on anything dont go another day without calling them. Get in there and get your life back. Trust me on this. And dont worry who knows. Who cares. Its your life. Dont be ashamed. Everyone makes mistakes. Security guard was on a power trip tho. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 he was not its in inside joke. He was a great great person. And I need him to just ride safe. He has a beautiful road glide... we definitely will ride together soon. Again this is the best place to get clean and youre life back. 😇

2021-07-12The reviews below that say negative things are false. You arent gonna lose take homes for one phone call, and she didnt speak to a rude person thats clearly a lie. And as for the Saturday issue, COVID caused that and there arent people standing around anymore. Also, those folks were there because they failed to manage their programs properly and therefore didnt have Saturday take homes, Aegis didnt just put them outside for fun. Christopher is misinforming you and Eileen is not being truthful with anyone. Ive had my issues with Aegis, but never like they claim. Neither has any of the sixteen people who I know go there. Disregard that false information, EYE am giving you the most accurate review, not them.Aegis treated me well for a number of years. After a painkiller addiction I tried and failed several times to get clean. 4 years ago I did, and it was with Aegis help. They can be a bit tough to deal with sometimes, but only if youre not doing what youre supposed to be doing. If you truly work your program, you will succeed! Dont be afraid or ashamed, they will NOT shame you. That I can guarantee.

2021-12-08As a returning patient two years ago I would have rated this facility with 2 stars but since recently they have been taken over by a new company. With the new changes in their policies comes with 3 new doctors that completely change the dynamic of care this facility has to offer. There’s also a doctor with a obstetrician background for pregnant women seeking help. This was wonderful for my pregnant fiancé, for the sake of being judged she was scared and this doctor was extremely understanding and informative to our baby’s health and created a treatment plan revolving around pregnancy. Same place, same look, but different care. This facility was a complete turnaround from my first intake two year’s ago (2019) and I thank God everyday for the ability to live a normal life because of this place. I got my life back on track because of Aegis and would recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction to give it a chance… With a little understanding the problem COVID brings, a little bit of patience, and some effort in your program, who knows…. You might just find yourself along the journey through Aegis.

2019-02-28The best of any treatment clinic in this category hands down. This place has the best counselors the best security and is ran so much more organized on a day to day basis then any of the garbage hole in the wall that the government funds. These guys actually care and this staff at Aegis Modesto saved me at a time in my life where I would have otherwise most likely died of not for them. Thank you so much for what you guys do there. I may end up back in Modesto too so Ill most likely see everyone there soon once again. ;)

2017-12-01I just started treatment from being on heroin for about three years. I love the staff. They seem very interested in me and helping me get clean and stay sober. I would highly recommend. It’s very quick to get started, and if you don’t have insurance it’s very cheap and doable forsure.

2020-07-13This place is horrible. When I first called, a very rude young lady answered the phone. After speaking to her, I didnt want to go at all! Unfortunately i had to go because i needed a specific medication that was prescribed there. When i saw the doctor, he was using another patients bad habits as a reference to how I would use my medication. Very unprofessional! After this bad presentation by the doctor, I decided that I didnt want to pay their doctor for bad judgement and medical practice. Aside from that trying to get into the place for treatment, good luck! I had to wait for over an hour in a parking lot full of people waiting to get in for their meds in 100+ degree weather! A very over taxed staff!

2018-09-21The customer service is horrible at this clinic. They forget about patients, dont follow up on important faxes, do not return phone calls, do not give detailed receipts for health care spending accounts, and treat their CUSTOMERS like they are criminals. Their decisions for take homes are not decided on an individual basis. They are rude and most dont seem like they want to work there. We have insurance and we pay our copays for medical services. Some even pay cash. Without the patients, they would not have a job. If you dont like your job, please do something else. As a nurse I can tell you that no matter rich, poor, educated, or drug addict, all patients are customers and should be treated as such.

2019-10-03If you dont mind having to go down there every single day then its cool but if u have responsibilities then find somewhere else cause ur take homes wont last.They say they are trying to help you get on with ur life but really eventually they just mess with u and make things harder. Still clean 2+ yrs and I didnt have a phone for a 2 days and called first thing next morning and they wont let me come in so I dont loose all my take homes.

2018-05-25This agency has unfair business practices Modesto clinic is definitely a bad place to work do not ever go to management with a problem even if you have a solution my 1st month of work management was unfair and totally judgmental they totally leave it up to anyone to train you without notifying staff of what was going on. I dreaded being called to thier office because all they do is criticize and tell on eachother a totally unprofessional environment
