I have used this service for 9 years and have loved every interaction, except when I have to deal with Martha or whatever her name is. As a direct result of her poor customer service I will be looking for new place to find auto insurance.

Amazing service!! Greeted and helped as soon as I entered the door. This is my first time getting car insurance, I felt nervous but my representative Steven explained everything clearly of the insurance I was getting and the different kinds of car insurance scams out there, be careful and do your research too. Just because a place is heard all over doesnt mean they are giving you the best price. This place is great, really clean and they took the time to listen and answer all my questions. :-)

They charge first time agreement fee which I never heard before. When I cancelled my policy with them they didnt return my money back that was due of the rest of the month. I had visited 2-3 times at there office but they still put me on hold. I dont recommend their policy.

Devan is a life saver, My previous insurance company didnt even let me know that my policy was expired and they wanted allot of money to get it back going. After speaking with my Daughter was was referred to Devin and he made everything so easy. One short phone call and 1 E-mail and i was done! AND he saved me quite a bit of money compared to my last company!(about $40 a month) with better coverages. Amazing service!!!

Nobody likes going to insurance agencies because of how tedious it is for everything to be processed. That said, this was by far the most pleasant experience Ive ever had. I went into the office and talked to a gentleman named Steven, and he patiently went through the process with me, and I actually even got a good rate -- especially when you think about how high rates normally go for us ordinary folks. I recommend this place, absolutely. Thanks, Steven.
The individual who helped me was very professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He gets an A++. However, their rates get an F. I went in for a non-owner auto insurance policy. I have a meticulous driving record, qualify for multiple discounts, and have excellent credit. FYI, your credit rating does effect your rates. Bottom line. They wanted to charge me a 75.00 start up fee, to begin with,!! to keep their lights on. (Thats what he told me.) What?!? At that point I stopped listening...to the rest of the, blah, blah, blah, line item additional costs, to start my 26.00 a month policy. Which, BTW came to 150.00$ to get my policy started. Yes, One Hundred Fifty dollars due to buy a 26.00 per month insurance policy. I have 1 word for that. SERIOUSLY?

I was already insured with acceptance under my mom’s policy, but when I purchased a new vehicle and had to get on my own it was going to be a LOT more a month than what I was paying. I was pay over $200 a month for car insurance for a few months. When I went in to discuss finding cheaper coverage, Devan was absolutely amazing in finding me a policy with double the amount of coverage and $100 less than my current insurance! These guys work hard to find you cheap insurance!

I was trying to add a car with my old company down the street and they tried to charge me a endorsement fee just to make any changes, the guy said there was even a fee to change my address, what the hell is that!?!?!, I was upset and left the office. I am glad I found Devan in the next parking lot!! He found a better plan for me AND he was able to help me save over $500 a year with my new car included! Ive used acceptance multiple times and every time they show me tht in getting the lowest price around and make me feel comfortable about the experience. WORST COMPANY EVER! Over a month ago I made my payment on time , I was told by the rep my amount was less than what it normally is . come to find out, the payment was applied to the incorrect account, my policy was canceled , here we are over 1 month and a week and they still have not received a credit to my account, because of all this my license was suspended, so was my registration. NONE OF THIS WAS MY FAULT. ! Yet im the one paying the price for their mistake. And everyone thats helped me is clueless as to whats going on with my account.. DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD BUT GOOGLE WANTS EVERYONE TO BE NICE

2022-05-19I came here looking to be served with care and hoping it would be quick and not too expensive. I saw the reviews and thought I’d give it a try. It was definitely worth the time! They were kind and inviting the moment I stepped in the door. I was helped by Martha and she was so sweet, patient and down to earth. I am so grateful to have found this place. 2021-12-09If you get a rock chip on your windshield just have someone local fix it. Dont go through this insurance because they will interigate you and possibly raise your payment... possibly... no one knows.
