A little overkill on the plastic barriers...everywhere!!AAA in Valencia has been my go to place for DMV services. No more will I ever go to DMV when AAA makes it so easy and have friendly staff there to help you. Also Im planning a trip so I grabbed a tour guide book for the area. Even though its all online theres nothing like having a old school book in your hand.
I registered my vehicle. Have used AAA since Ive been driving..many years 😉 Have towing, use discounts when I think to check. Everyone is always so pleasant.I love trip-tics, especially when you were pre-internet & they would gather pages, each page folded open with places to see in this part of trip. Now internet makes them so easy.☺️n☺️
Due to a surgery we needed to pickup a temporary handicap placard. Signed in, waited a few minutes, called my name, gave them the required documentation, paid the fee, received the temp tag and was on my way. Ladies working there ar all super sweet and so pleasant. Excellent customer service in my opinion. They have many services available, so ring them up or pop in and see if they can help you. Only downfall is that the parking isnt the best.
Honestly, AAA auto insurance is decent. It is cheaper than other major insurance providers and the membership benefits are helpful. I am only giving three stars because for whatever reason they decided to revoke the option to pay the premium via credit card. This means that I lost the $10-$40 I would get in cash back, which is annoying.
Called the Valencia , Ca office had to listen to the automated message system. Then was put on hold for 30 minutes, once a live person answered I asked if the notary was working in the office today. She asked me what office I said Valencia and she said she would transfer me to the Valencia. I said I called the Valencia office and she said she was in the national office. Then hung up on me. How unprofessional !!!!!!
For auto and home insurance, it’s great. For roadside service it’s great.However....for travel, we had a bad experience with the Santa Clarita office. We had luggage stolen on a recent trip. We were never compensated and our claim has apparently fallen into their trash cans. All communication came to a stop. We will no longer book travel through AAA. I’m still on the fence on how many stars to give. 🤨
Love AAA! The fact that you can register your car there is a godsend. Versus going to DMV. I love AAA. I have my insurance with them for my car as well as my membership in case my car breaks down on the road. The people in the Santa Clarita office are great very helpful very friendly.
My truck was side swiped while it was parked by an AAA insured driver. That was in January. The AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California still has not settled the claim. I only have liability so I have had to replace the driver side mirror and put Plexiglas to the rear window. Every month I get a letter that says the claim is in process. Really? I would humbly advise steering clear of this auto insurer.
I couldnt own a car without having a AAA membership. They will jump your car if your battery is dead. Get you into your car if you lock yourself out, tow your car, change your tire, etc. when you call them. At their office, they can perform many services which the DMV requires of us. Much quicker than the DMV. Only problems is that their wait times at your broken down car seems to be increasing a lot and even then the service trucks arrive much later than they quote me.
Sometimes you can do things them out without going to DMV GA registration Casino you can register but when you do out-of-state its difficult you have to go to the DMV but everything else can get Show tickets everything discount discount snaps anything you want to AAA fantastic to have never know when youre going to need it
If you are considering getting auto insurance here make sure you dont get Phil Boozer. He is charming & nice but incompetent. He even answered a personal call while assisting me, which is probably why he messed up so much. I asked questions to make sure I would get what I wanted, and he lied to my face. He made so many mistakes and just blamed me. Since theyre a team there they just kept defending him. Literally within hours of having the insurance I wanted out. Phil Boozer was supposed to handle a claim and never reported it and never followed up. If I hadnt kept calling and making sure things were getting done most likely I would have been sued. Again Phil lied about ever getting any calls. He tried to go around the system to try to get me a discount, which i never wanted or asked for, by canceling my triple A membership then reapplying for it. I just wanted to pay the whole $7.
I used to have AAA. I bought a New truck 2 years ago. I didnt mean them. Ive had them off and on for over 20 years and they always give me my old Discount. They wont give me a discount & matter a fact I have to do a Regular plan and pay $70. I said No thanks, keep it Ill go to AARP or somewhere else and Fet Me some Towing. Cmon
My vehicle was hit by AAA insured driver and she was at fault. On 9/16/19, I dropped my vehicle off to get repaired at a body shop and was told a AAA adjuster would come out and write up an estimate. No AAA adjuster came out and AAA had the body shop write a very low estimate for my vehicle to be repaired as cheap as possible. The body shop wrote an estimate for pull and fill repairs and I made it very clear that I wanted OEM or like parts used for repairs. On 9/17/19, I contacted the body shop and asked them not to get involved with estimates and to have AAA send an adjuster and to contact me directly. I was never contacted with an estimate by AAA adjuster. On 9/20/19, AAA came out to inspect the vehicle but I was never emailed the estimate as promised by Juan Laris. On 9/24/19, I was informed by agent Juan Laris that the body shop will not be working on my vehicle and to pick it up immediately. He also stated that my rental was only covered until the 25th and they cut us a check for the low estimate for my vehicles repairs. I did not agree to ANY of this. I specifically told AAA over and over again that as a consumer I have the right to have my vehicle repaired back to the way it was before the accident and that I would not accept anything less. AAA has blatantly ignored how I want my vehicle fixed and decided they were going to give me the run around. I have been dealing with various claims agents and managers (Monica Luckett, Tony Benedeuce and Juan Laris) who have been extremely unprofessional. I told AAA that I would be getting 2 other estimates (one was from a Ford dealership that was a AAA approved collision center) and once I sent them, I was told by Monica Luckett that an inspection was pending. At the same time, AAA had been trying to not cover insurance for our rental vehicle so my account got overdrafted $250. My insurance agent has even gotten involved to help resolve the issue but Monica Luckett and Tony Benedeuce will not return his calls. On 10/4/19, our insurance agent got a hold of Juan Laris and AAA agreed to cover insurance for the rental vehicle. Only to find out hours later, I got a call from Enterprise saying AAA is only paying for the rental up to 9/25/19.Since then, there has not been any follow up by AAA. Yesterday, I received a letter in the mail stating they will not fix the vehicle how I want it fixed and a check from AAA for the low estimate. I never agreed to any of this and am still trying to contact all agents and managers involved. This has been such a nightmare and the issue is still not resolved. AAA does not conduct their business legitimately and their agents and managers have been extremely unethical. BEWARE!!!!!!
After being a member for 14 years I was cancelled. I had changed Banks and provided AAA with all the new info they said my new bank did not honor the auto-pay, however AAA never notified me. They wanted the full payment to continue, $2,500. Poor customer service I was on the phone five different times with them.
Customer service sucks. Dispatchers and supervises run you around while your waiting on the side of the road waiting to be towed. I have rv coverage and they wont tow it without me paying 125/hr. What a company this is. Total scam. DMV services are great, but if you need a motorhome towed you should just start calling around and pay for it yourself, save your time and a headache.
We have been with the AAA for 41 yrs. for our home owners and auto insurance, without a homeowners claim and were faithful customers. (trusting they would help us out if any catastrophe occurred). Last month our washing machine drain pump blew apart and luckily we were home but the water leaked out of the laundry room onto our wood floor. The floor is 13 yrs old and cant be matched. The AAA wants to sand it down and that would take off the distressed look we always have liked. So while we are dealing with the replacement, our insurance is due in August with a $1200.00 INCREASE due to the face that we had water damage. ... Not the deductible amount, but a surcharge for having an incident in our home. WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE WOULD DO THAT?!!! We are definitely looking for a new insurance company, after 41 yrs of trusting them, so beware of AAA if you are considering it for you home.
Wait for a battery took them 3 hours to get to where i was and lets us know that he cant do anything unless the battery was in the the truck even though we already told the operated that the battery was outside the truck. And than they continue to miss us for a long time. They also hang up the phone in one of our calls
We still considering our membership, weve already cancelled our insurance policies yet were victimized as they fraudulently stole funds from our bank. Insurance rep Phil Boozer lied from the beginning and throughout the term, and even to the end. We obtained new insurance, we called months before to ensure we would not auto renew, spoke with Phil days before to cancel and confirm whether or not it was a refund dividend or a credit dividend that would be available and how to process and confirm the cancellation and refund. Phil confirmed he would take care of it and follow up. True to form Phil was non responsive.

2022-04-22They don’t take debit cards. Went through the whole process handed my card. Sorry don’t take them. Had to walk too the atm don’t wanna lose your spot. Limited parking. And the front lady just throws you things as I handed all paperwork and cards too her hands.

2022-01-21If you dont want to wait in long lines at the DMV. But AAA are for members only. The only negative I experienced was that I tried paying for my husbands bills/tabs with credit card and they wouldnt let me (even though we were married). They only let you pay if its by check with both names on it.

2022-03-26Usually had good service here. But this time I went to have a few documents notarized. I was told that they only take appointments for document notarization. The problem is that the need was urgent. They wouldnt accommodate. Sad that I pay for service that I cant use.

2022-04-11Awesome experience. From start to finish I was in and out in under 10 minutes to swap out license plates. Worth the price of membership alone.

2021-10-28Roadway service is excellent! Never have to wait longer than 15 minutes in Valencia CA for roadside service. I like not having to go to DMV for tags and other services provided at AAA. Plus of course they have travel maps and travel agents for all your upcoming travel needs. Happy Travels. Will worth the annual fee.

2021-08-02AAA used to be the best, now they are no better than the rest. First the tow driver damaged my vehicle and the tow company is refusing to pay the damages. Then they were willing to force me to wait almost an hour in over 100 degree temps. Luckily I was able to make it home on my own just 3 times longer than normal. I would no longer recommend AAA. Still waiting for them to get back to me regarding the repairs after 5 calls.

2021-08-10Really appreciate their insurance because I was involved in an accident in my twenties. The father and daughter who caused the accident broadsided me. They were very threatening, and both very big football sized individuals lying. I weighed around 112 pounds then. They both seemed a bit off mentally.AAA had two agents go to court with me, they never left my side, convinced the judge it was not my fault, and even followed me home to make sure they did not harass or physically attack. I never asked for an escort, let alone two.Five star AAA!

2021-08-19My experience with this AAA office was horrible.BACKGROUND INFO:Last year I applied for a AAA membership to perform some DMV services (Out-Of-State Transfer of Title and new Title Application). We paid a lot of money to have our two vehicles registered in California. One vehicle was processed through the DMV and was registered, however we never received the California title in the mail even though the DMV has the correct address on file... So we had to order a duplicate title. The DMV attempted to process the other vehicle but they ran into a problem and sent it back to us via the mail through the AAA location. (The problem was that you can not process an Out-Of-State Transfer of Title for a rebuilt title car in the DMV). This is where the real issue started, we never received all of our paperwork back from AAA when they sent it by mail. So now all of our paperwork is lost in the mail due to the incorrect address on the piece of mail (Title, Car Inspection Form, Smog Check, and everything else). To prelude this next part... AAA copies everything that they send in the mail and they were able to give me the copies. I did my own investigation and saw that the issue was that they failed to put my apartment number on the letterhead...I went to AAA to tell them why we never received it and ask for a refund or something to help us get all of those documents back since I was not the one who lost it in the mail. At this time I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE:My first visit they recommended that I talk to the manager (NOT THE REGIONAL MANAGER, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER), he said to obtain a new rebuilt title from my home state so that they can complete the transfer of title at the DMV and then to come back in when I received the new title and he would figure something out his reasoning for having us come back is because the regional manager was not in office. I assumed that they would help us financially and try to make it right for us since they made a mistake so I got a duplicate title for $70 (title+priority shipping) and came back to the AAA office. At that point they told me that they cant do anything because my registration card says the correct address and that they mail everything using the address on the registration card. I tried to show them that they sent it to the wrong address and that Im paying for duplicate titles on both cars because of their problem and they did not care. They pushed my problems aside and said that they are not liable for it even though they MAILED THE LETTER!I have all of the paperwork that says they shipped it to the wrong address and lost my items but logical explanations do not work with them. They were very rude and not helpful in the slightest. I do not recommend this location and honestly I dont recommend the company as a whole since the managers were rude and not helpful in the slightest. I cancelled my membership and am very sad to say that AAA has changed from the company they used to be. I do not recommend them because when issues arise they will not support you and will try to save their own reputation...I can post the photos of the documents later but I feel it would compromise my personal information. If anyone needs proof I could probably provide it.

2021-05-26I went here for driving school with AAA and can I say it was a great experience. The teacher was phenomenal and I actually learned a lot! If you have any kids, and you’re not sure which way to go with teaching them to drive, go to Triple A. While you’re at it, get their car insurance! Just an overall awesome company and I’m glad my parents and their parents became members.
