I have had very good experience with their travel agents booking overseas trips. Their insurance is well priced, but I have had problems with their claims agents. It is a good place to go for car registration business during the current DMV crisis here in California. They dont do anything with license business. They also offer roadside assistance with your membership.

Never going to DMV again. One stop and youre taken care of like a real person. Water coffee fresh from a kuerig. Nice comfy chairs and very friendly agents. No pressure to buy anything you dont want. Im spoiled now.
Great new location. Right across from DoCo. Staff was very nice. Very clean and organized. There was no wait for services (hidden gem?).
So nice to go here instead of DMV. The office is new and the staff is friendly. They offered complimentary tea and coffee while we waited. They validate parking in the parking garage or the small lot. Will definitely return for any DMV necessities.

They need to update their hours for this location. We tried going in today (Saturday), and as of July 8th of this year, they haven’t been open on a Saturday.This would have been extremely convenient for us had they actually been open when Google maps says they’re open. We will have to take our business elsewhere.

I had a flat tire in Rancho Cordova today. Easy to use call got me help right away! I was on my way in no time!!!!
Entrance is actually on L street. If you park in the 7th St. Garage top levels AAA will stamp your ticket for free parking.
They must update their online working hours. It’s a headache when you get there and find the gates closed right away. A handful waste of time because of some idiots in the head of this branch.

2019-10-01Thats my go-to pizza a martini that particular afternoon I asked for a pink Cadillac its not on the menu it could not have been better made if it was on the menu somewhere else not a big drinker but it was a wonderful pink Cadillac hopefully you would get the same bartender with the exact chemistry or better luck next time

2021-07-28This shop is fan freaking tastic! I got there about 3 minutes before closing - trouble parking - and they STILL delivered what I needed. They normally CLOSE the DMV side of the shop half an hour ahead of the regular closing, and they RE-OPENED and printed me a registration card with our new address. They did not have to do this, but they did. Incredible service. Incredible. Wow!

2021-06-03My driver was incredible! Unfortunately, he was given completely incorrect information from customer service as to where the car was or what was wrong with it. He had a flatbed truck for a VW Cabrio with a flat&no spare. He was told the car wouldnt start. I would guess that there is some kind of cost difference between flatbed®ular tow truck. Sorry to the driver but thank you!!

2020-10-15Gotta love AAA, easy way to re-register your vehicle.Parking is parallel only, construction workers taking all the spots with their big vehicles. Expensive parking, get there early.Easy in, easy out. If you can get a parking spot.Get there before 8:00 a.m.Love AAA.

2020-10-29Jess at the DMV counter is quite possibly the best DMV representative Ive ever met. I told her about the nightmare I experienced trying to register my vehicle, including mailing a payment that DMV never received. I was not asking for anything, and I fully expected to pay the late registration fee. She gave me a form to compete and she WAIVED my penalty fee. I was so pleasantly surprised!!!

2020-09-06Located in downtown Sacramento with easy access off I-5 freeway. Street parking in front and public parking available.AAA will validate public parking ticket. AAA also provides certain DMV services which I appreciated. I visited AAA in the early hours and did not have a long wait to be assisted.

2018-05-22The employees are great. They helped me as soon as I walked through the door and provided me with an international drivers permit in a matter of minutes. They also offer so many products services and are knowledgeable about each offering that I may look into becoming a member.
