I recently stopped by AAA to renew my registration. Ive always been happy with their service but wasnt sure what to expect this time due to covid-19.I really appreciated their commitment to making their office a safe environment, enforcing social distancing, masks and allowing only a few customers in at a time. The employees were friendly and helpful and fast, I was in and out in about ten minutes.I recommend the Lodi branch AAA.
My name is Eddie Luna my experience with AAA over the years has been very, very good; the AAA insurance office is conveniently located, hands-on quality locale, very friendly. When I go in to take care of my business, they expedite me in and out very quickly, and I would recommend it to all my family and friends and anybody thats looking for roadside assistance. I would recommend AAA Insurance for all your insurance needs.
They can do vary few of the things DMV does but they also have the same attitude as DMV. They are not there to help you. I’m a DMV dealer and I have had 2 issues with AAA just trying to do personal items. What should have been easy transactions it the clerk didn’t want to help, An odometer statement wasn’t signed on an exempt vehicle. The clerk should have known better but decided not to process my paperwork. Went to DMV waited in line again, and was Handed with with ease. I’ve been a member for over 15 years but at the end of this membership I will not renew.
Im am never disappointed in the service I need from AAA, especially from sales agent Yen Yu. He is responsive and informative in the understanding of the type of coverage Ill benefit most of. If youre looking for coverage or someone who puts your needs first, go visit Yen at the Lodi AAA Office.
Ive been a AAA member (for towing) for a very long time. Even if I dont use the towing service the membership is worth it just for the use of their DMV services! Short lines and friendly staff. We bought an RV about a year ago so we upgraded our membership to cover RV tows. I hope to never need it but I love the comfort of knowing if we break down anywhere well be covered for towing and a rental car if needed. Ive used many tows over the years and theyve always been relatively quick and never any hidden charges. I think their insurance is a bit pricey so we dont use it. This location (as well as all locations Ive been to) is very clean and the staff is helpful and kind.
AAA is a great place to do most of your DMV chores. Fast and friendly, there is rarely a wait of more than 5 minutes. The insurance side is pricey, but some of the best coverage. If you get hit in accidents, they are great in your corner. Lastly the roadside services are part to none. Toss are usually prompt, battery issues handled with professionalism and emergency gas is brought with n understanding smile. Thanks, AAA, I salute you!
I think the towing is awesome I have had AAA Auto and Renters for over 27 years with a great driving record and I finally found other Insurance because it was too expensive. I was able to get my vehicle fixed where I wanted but when I was in a hit and run they did not investigate and do their job a big let down.
Well to start off with the girlwho be started me off didnt know what to do must have been in training. Then the lady that came to help told me I was wrong and that I hadnt paid for my tags ,which I had so I basically wasted a trip to your office for nothing. And to be sure that lady was WRONG!!!! I want an apology
Bought a battery from AAA that has gone bad. They have confirmed, in fact this battery is under warranty. However, due to where I live (which is not a farm or rural area) they refuse come out and replace the battery. They said they dont do, battery service in my area. Furthermore they wont even come out to check it. My tows are used up but my husband called in and they said no he had to be with the vehicle. I called again and two different agents told me (Reese and Sara) that I should do the PROXY service. They said I can do that if the vehicle is at our home, which it is. So my husband called to arrange that and then they said they really truly do NOT do proxy service. The could not give me a reason why. So I spoke to another supervisor, ZACH that told me if in fact the battery was bad then I should not have to use a tow or pay for them to replace it. Yeah sounds great. But he said since I didnt have any tows, they could not send anyone out to even check. Really! I said I could pay if the guy if the battery turns out to be good. No go. Anyway he explains that they dont have battery service for my prius in Lodi. Why is this my problem? They didnt say that when I bought the battery. I was living in Fair Oaks only 50 minutes from where I live now. So if you move to the wrong area, AAA will not come and even check to see if the battery they sold you is bad. Thats actually called redlining. Lenders can not do that so not sure why AAA gets away with it. I love Lodi. Anyway, AAA tried to again say its that I have no tows left and that my husband cant do a proxy. So I said ok I will buy a brand new membership with 3 tows and I will spend one of those tows to find out if my battery that they sold me is bad. Wrong answer. I did buy a whole new membership and they still wont come out. True Story. Spoke to a supposed supervisor named Kalyee who was honestly the rudest person there employee ID 504279 that told me SHE was the only person I could talk to and denied me the opportunity to talk to her supervisor. She said I ONLY had two options. One was to pay AAA more money and the other was I could call the number on the side of my battery to get it replaced. She at first would not even come to the phone and told her subordinate to simply transfer me to membership. All I really need is for them to warranty the battery they put in. A few reps told me that membership doesnt even matter. True it doesnt. I am a member and I live in Lodi. If I lived anywhere else, I guess they would have a battery for my one-of-a-kind-no-one-else-in-the-world- has a 2008 Prius.

2022-04-20We were just shopping around to see what deals were out there. After talking with Lauren Lopez at the Lodi AAA office we knew we needed to make a switch. After being with the same company for 25 years, Lauren made us feel at ease making the jump. Just talking to Lauren, we knew that if there was a problem we would be taken care of just like family. She was so informative, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. If we hadnt met Lauren Lopez, we wouldnt have went with AAA. She is a true talent at the Lodi AAA, and I am sending all my friends and family to sign up with Lauren!

2022-06-01What a mess... went to trinity Park, they had a note on the door closed for emergency, so I went to Lodi branch. ( easy right?) NOPE. The weight time on Friday afternoon was over 2.5 hours to get tags. Ridiculous. They only have two windows working on the Friday before memorial day weekend. I understood being busy because of emergency shut down of stockton location, but I was told they have been closed for over a week with a permanent closure on June 30, because they are not renewing lease. Well if you knew they were closed, or had been closed why would management not staff Lodi location. It has 5wo windows and during the time I was there one of those was closed to take lunch, no one covered the window. Over 45 people in line waiting. What a mess, would have been easier to go to DMV. Disappointed they didnt plan or even seem to care to plan.

2022-02-24Most emplyees are very nice. The exception is an agent must of confused me with another member and was rude and talked down to me. I WILL NEVER go back to that agent again.
