Great that they offered notary services but needed a copy made first due to a correction. But they wouldnt make copy or let us use their copy service? Whaaaat?Had to go home make copies and return. So what should have been a 15 or 20 min service ended up an hour or more.
Got crashed on 5 freeway. Chippies were kind enough to call. 9 tow trucks later I got picked up. No real issues, was late to game making call. Driver was cool, dripped car near house and gave me a ride.
I have been a member for 43 years, and the staff at the AAA club have been very kind,very helpful.The ones that complain, they get a C from me.The AAA gets a A plus.Thank you.
This office is ok but they better customer service and more helpful to do especially with DMV and Discounts and travel help.
I arrived during my lunch break to renew my registration. Normally a 15-20 minute process at AAA. I was told wait was around 20 mins and there was one person doing the DMV. I understand. I waited over an hour, and was late to return to work. When I was helped it only took 3 minutes to renew and receive the tags. Im disappointed in the organizational skills of this office as they didnt make an attempt to help customers with easier transactions out the door while being held up by people who apparently had every possible thing go wrong.
Friendly and convenient for most of your DMV needs. I went in about 10 min before closing and they were able to take car of my car title/license place in 15 minutes. Totally worth the membership!
I love the AAA offices! So convenient, you can actually pay for your expired car registration here, plan a trip, get maps, and so much more. And the people are really great...very competent to handle whatever problem youve got with a smile.. If you own money to the DMV, be sure to bring a checkbook or cash. If you forget both, theres a Bank of America just a few doors down you can use their ATM. Have fun :)

Excellent services for AAA members. Being a AAA member, I have visited the Irvine AAA office for auto insurance, rental insurance and notary services. Ive been happy with their service and feel that their prices are among the best!
AAA is an awesome place to get your DMV and insurance needs taken care of. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will not waste your time. You are in and out within 30 mins
I had a horrible experience(2nd time) with same agent Tracy Ngo. 1st time a year ago . Unfortunately, shes the only one processing DMV renewals, so I had to deal with her again today. Not only was she awfully rude again and condescending but lost my paperwork with all my information on it(complete name, previous address, current address, PO. Box information, date of birth, Drivers licence number, car information) so Im now concerned about identity theft as well. I addressed my concern with a manager at the office who was nice and professional, but, unfortunately he couldnt find my paperwork anywhere. I was going to suggest that she gets better training, however, after thinking about it, I realized this wont help her. Training cannot change rudeness, condescending manners nor carelessness.
I am a recent AAA member and I went in to the Irvine branch to use DMV service in order to get my personalized plates they took 100 dollars the fee from me made me wait 3 months got a postcard saying it was ready then 3 months later I walk in to the Irvine branch and this female associate Rana Persian attends to me. She refused to give me my license plates I called for the manager a female named Madison came both people were just strong arming me it was ridiculous I asked for regional manager number they gave me a manager at there call center whom all he did was listen to my complaint.Now I am disabled it was a horrible experience they can take my money but cant issue me the requested license plates. Disgusting AAA has no protocol other than harassment, and aggressive behavior.If you are considering getting AAA dont.They are an awful service that tries to give you support by telling you to reset your computer and troubleshoot you like a useless tech support operator.I had a horrible experience my blood still boils to remember that moment.Still no plates.

The wait was crazy. Vehicle registration renewal took an hour. Came to this location thinking it would be faster than the location in Costa Mesa. Never again. The staff was very friendly but prefer Tustin or Costa Mesa location
AAA has assume really incompetent locations. This one takes the cake. I checked in with the manager about plates and DMV services. I asked whether the plates could be delivered and picked upbat another AAA location. She said yes. After waiting 45 minutes.... i was told she had no idea what the mail code for the other office was so i left empty handed. Terrible training. Terrible preparation for service. Terrible care and concern for customer time. worse than DMV

Better than the DMV, but not by much. A half hour wait just to pay for car registration is a bit much, seems much less efficient than I remember. Lots of idle agents in insurance and travel, not enough for DMV payments.
Big office but not enough help I pay my tags here every year and the wait seems to get longer and longer.Needs more employees . Probably faster to just go to DMV its not a convienance
Clean, but I never had to wait so long. About two hours to do a title change. Still less wait time than the DMV.

Long queues on Saturday with just 2 insurance advisers. Was told that was one of their better dates, but need to check on weekdays too. Overall service was good
They change policy without any coordination with the policyholder and claim that the policyholder requested the change. Do not return phone calls. Very poor service.

2022-06-10It took one hour to print insurance paper by Melody Colman who keep putting other peoples name or address on policy . And I had to go back again to have address corrected and some other people name is n my policy and address; I think she is doing something illegal to policy and messing up like she messed with my auto policy to increase it tremendously and had to go back and again and finally called customer service to get help . God is there something decent any where?

2021-01-14As you can see in the photo the place is empty but they didn’t let me in and the person who was talking to us was so rude and she closed the door on us. !?!?!?!!!I get it its COVID time and we all should be more careful but i dont understand why they are so mean about it, she could i say it nicely that we can get inside.Meanest people ever and i could tell how much they hate their jobs.NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE

2021-11-12If you have an old beater, get an Auto Club membership! It will pay for itself many times over. With my membership, I was able to bypass the nightmarish DMV office experience and got my registration problems taken care of, in quick, air conditioned comfort at this Auto Club location!

2019-01-16Every single employee are extremely polite and in good manner. Theyre very patient and answer and explain to every questions. They even waited for me to go to bank to cash money!I recommend everyone get a AAA and never have to face with DMV (seriously)
