After an unexpected nightmare of a pipe burst, I was lucky enough to be introduced to Erich and his team and A#1 Emergency Service. From the get-go, he was prompt, helpful, and answered all of my questions. As someone who had never navigated a home renovation - I found Erich to be so so so helpful with making things simple and easy. Best of all? He and his partner Augustin were so fast. Im not sure if youve ever been out of your home for an extended period of time, but the A#1 Emergency Service team understood that getting back home was our high priority - often working late in the day and even on Saturdays to get the job done. Im so grateful we were introduced to the A#1 team and although I hope we never have to go through an unexpected renovation again - if we do - I know who Id call.

Erich and his crew were amazing - they came immediately after the call, and gave us a sound advice and cost estimate of their service. They were always on time, never intrusive, and polite. I was exhausted with the water leak damage of our house, but was taken heart from their professionalism. All I can say is you will never regret having them to do your project, I will definitely keep their business card for the future (with hoping I will never need to go through this mess again...)

I was referred by a plumber, Shawn with A Plus Plumbing & Rooter to Erich Kisvarday after we discovered we had a plumbing leak in our kitchen area. The plumber did such a great job that we wanted to speak with Erich right away to prevent any mold and risk of damaging our home after the leak. We immidialty spoke with Erich next day to inspect the issue with the damage wood floors, walls wet, and cabinets. Erich advised us the time that will take to restore our home with 30-45 days approx. On that note, Erich was very professional to advise us on steps take to speak with home insurance, safety concerns, and other steps to restore our home back to the original shape. This was very helpful since we had never been in this kind of situation before. The project manager Augustine works with Erich crew was very nice, super courteous to our request to put our cabinets back in the original shape given the fact he had to locate similar cabinets to match our entire kitchen was very difficult task to complete. Our home was painted though out the lower area and some upper walls including replacement of the entire floors, cabinets. Overall, I would recommend Erichs team and trust them they will do the job right. Thanks again Erich for all your help & your team.

Erich and his team made it look easy and minimized the stress of dealing with the repairs. Erich quickly came over, assessed the situation and helped walk us through every phase of the process. Both the insurance adjuster and I agree he was very easy to work with!The repairs were done on time and the quality was top notch. If I were still living in CA Id certainly use A#1 again and recommend you give them a shot; we were not disappointed that we did!

We had a water leak in our slab last month and were referred to A#1 by our neighbor. Erich, the owner, showed up and investigated the problem. He explained the situation thoroughly and had his crew and a plumber out the same day. He walked us through all of the necessary steps to maximize our insurance claim. After having the leak repaired and all of the contaminated flooring and drywall removed, he turned the project over to his estimator, Tony. Tony handled the rest of the restoration to project completion like a true professional. He returned every call promptly and kept my wife and I informed and updated during the entire process.The bottom line is, water leaks are a major hassle to deal with. You will have different work crews with different specialties working on your house. You will also have to deal with your homeowners insurance. A#1 handled our problem seamlessly and professionally. I would not hesitate to refer them and/or use them again in the future.Thanks again Erich and Tony!

I got a pipe leak in my kitchen, (our first leak) I started to panic since I have no idea what to do. I called A#1 and Erich Answered and he was so helpful, guided me to what to do and then helped me with the insurance case. They came in and explained how long was going to take and every step that it was needed. After 2 weeks everything was back to normal. The job was flawless. I am so glad I went with this company. I will definitely call them again if anything goes wrong in my house. If you need an honest company in the water damage business give them a call and you will get nothing but straight answers.

All I can say is thank you Erich! I was fortunate enough to be referred to A#1 by my plumber Aladdin after having water damage at my home. I must say that I have never seen a company be so meticulous, clean and surgical while working as they tried to dry out my floor, walls and cabinetry. After they dried out my home I had the pleasure of being assigned Agustin as my project manager and he and his crew did an excellent job repairing and replacing damaged items, moving my furniture in and out, communicating everything, planning work, purchasing items needed, meeting deadlines and going above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were absolutely 100% happy with everything they touched. If we did not like the way something looked they took care to stop and fix it the way we wanted it. It was very personable to work with them. And the whole time Erich kept in touch and made sure we were informed and he was there to answer any questions we may have. No one wants to go through a slab leak and major repairs, but having Erich and A#1 working for you is a definite plus!

Eric and his team were great. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and they came in quickly to take care of the water and get the kitchen restored. They helped us work through the process with our insurance company. Their employees were very nice and wanted to make sure the job was done right. We would definitely use them again.

I have now used A1 Emergency for both restoration and carpet cleaning services. My experience has been excellent on both occasions. Chris and Erich are both professionals in every sense. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. Even though it is never fun to have to deal with a remediation issue, A1 helped me through the process and at the end it looked like the issue had never happened. I would recommend A1 highly to any of my friends and family and will continue to have a relationship with them in the future.

OH SO MUCH WATER!!! WATER, WATER, EVERYWHERE! After taking a bath one evening I walked into my kitchen only to find water pouring from the bathroom...to the front two bedrooms and into the front living room. I panicked and I threw all my towels down to soak up all the water. I was mortified and I wasnt sure what I should do. I called an emergency plumber and then my son texted me a number for A#1 Emergency Service...so I called them and they made it to my house before the plumber. They actually understand the word Emergency. A#1 determined how far the water had gone throughout my flooded home, carefully moved my furniture...and then treated everything with a special mold preventing solution. Erich explained the whole process to me, what to expect, and then set up fans, dehumidifiers, and other fancy water damage equipment...they measured the humidity in the house, had me set the thermostat to 80 degrees and they monitored everything as they stopped by for the next three days. Erich and the team came and checked all the water damaged areas and once everything was dry they removed their equipment. Let me add that they did all this on Thanksgiving, which was very impressive to me. Thank you Erich and the A#1 team, I would recommend to anybody who has an emergency situation. A#1 was FAST, HELPFUL, CONSIDERATE, AND COMPLETE
