A car ran into the place destroying my artwork and other electronics. They made me sign papers saying I couldnt go after them for the incident that it was a third party fault. My artwork was lost/stolen/destroyed by the construction company or the car. Really bad experience.
The place is full of mice so if youre thinking about renting a storage unit in this place DONT. Management does not hold themselves responsible if your things are damaged due to the severe mice infestation they have, all you will hear is an Im sorry and theres nothing we can do. I give this place the worst rating.
The lady in the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She Helped us pick the right storage size that would work with our household goods :)
Very accommodating, the unit I initially rented was a winding route and slightly awkward with my disability. They were quick to exchange it for one with more direct access.
I am enjoying this storage place much better then the 2 before that I used. The people always treat me very nice and are always a help.
Me and my wife just rented for about 4 good years perfect customer service, I will let my family and friends about this this storage place . For sure I will be back when I have the need for a storage.

We had a 10x20 here for 4 months. Found rat poop all over our furniture. They need to improve on pest control!

Was delighted when I was allowed a large truck for 8 hours free of charge to move my things in.,when I rented my unit.
They are open till 9pm which meets my needs because i work till 7pm . this gives me a chance to go to my storage without rushing.
The staff are very friendly. The storage area is kept very clean and well maintained.

2022-08-18We have the smallest I believe unit in the place for the most part its cool the hours are great its 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the gate and if you get in there before that and youre in there after that you dont get locked in to keep it pretty clean Ive never had a problem with like the light not working or the door sticking or the only problem I had was that the two units that are on either side of me had people that lived in them and so every single time I went to my storage I would have to ask them to move and they would have to move like their entire life cuz they would have the entire sidewalk the driveway everything all filled with their stuff they had chairs out there radios, TVs, hot plate so they could cook it was actually kind of ridiculous and it was during office hours so the staff was there and Im sure very aware because everything is very secure theres cameras everywhere and they have them at the front desk where they can see them

2021-06-01Very Sturdy and Reasonably priced Storage Units..[10x20 : $310.00]Unfortunately, very poor service and attending; in case you think YOU PAY monthly for YOUR storage; therefore, you should have access to YOUR essential belongings every day during gate access hours.. Your wrong…the admin CLOSES (not the office) but the Whole storage on ALL Holidays.. yes all existing observation days… So if you store work Equipment/tools that you can’t work without , call it a day.. or plan ahead prior to the day of observation.. This is the ONLY storage in 25 years of renting services, to deprive you from YOUR belongings (which you pay monthly for). Other than that.. great insurance options 👍🏼

2020-09-26Only needed the unit 1 month. No hassles moving in or out, even with pandemic protocols. The office was open to customers, but didnt need to visit. Everything was handled online and over the phone. Good experience overall.

2021-12-02I got a storage unit on Sunday, Monday the next day I noticed it said move-in special so I called and asked about it and the lady at the counter told me I was supposed to ask about it to get it I think that was unfair it is her job to let me know about specials I was very disappointed I could have paid half the rent on my unit

2019-03-28I have used, as well as my husband, this storage place for almost 30yrs on and off. Being in the military we have needed it for moving as well as storing extra or seasonal things. The Staff has always been kind. Elvira has usually been the person I deal with and she is very friendly and helpful. My son who is now in the Navy over seas is having his stuff stored here. Ive never had an issue with my things being stored and feel completely safe with leaving my things here.

2018-10-05Very friendly and helpful. Great service. She got me in and out quickly and inexpensive. The only thing is a vehicle went through some where near the back which has made the electrical near my unit not wotk, do it has no lights and i waa told i will need to bring a flash light to see when moving my belongings. Other than that the place is super clean.
