Store not stocked well, especially the produce section... did have great potted plants, fresh and healthy...

You have to know the 99 cent store app fails here everytime!! Dont buy any top ramen products, Ive tried it twice and each time though the dates ok the ramen is stale!! Also, bought rancid bacon ends, other than that the staffs great, very patient.
Always nice to see my favorite workers at this store location. Store is clean, well stocked and the cashier/ unpackers are so friendly. Since Covid tho the prices have sky rocked. Im not sure the 99 Cents Only name shouldnt be considered a changed to 99 Cents and More Money store. #gatheringofmypeople

Not a whole lot to review, 99 Cent Store is like going to your Aunt Judys for Thanksgiving again. No surprises, and nothing spectacular. But there is certainly nothing wrong with a predictable, shopping experience, and its tough to make Fabuloso cleaner, and Obama Chia Pets spectacular!. 99 Cent Store.....Rocks! O. K. Not really.
I miss when it was actually 99 cents for anything, now nothing is, its 99.99 cents, (might as well be 1.00), or more!I do like how their is often vegetarian and vegan options.Selection varies each time.

Its a bit on the small side compared to other 99 cent stores but this one is always clean!! Has a bit of everything a 99 would have like the one on magnolia is a bit more stocked with more things

My new taco shop. I had 2 Birra cheese huge tacos ... 1 asada & cheez & 1 Birra & cheez. Reg tacos a bottle Coke and believe it or not I got stuffed..

I appreciate the efforts the staff makes to keep this store well stocked, organized, and clean. Definitely one of the cleanest locations Ive been to. Keep it up! It was very nice. The greater was nice with great hair. It was nice and cleanThe ashier did two price checks for me and offered me bags for my items.

It is one of the cleanest 99 cent stores. It was stocked pretty good but 1 cashier with 12 people in line and a manager be standing around talking with 2 other employees about her weekend. Enough said.
The staff very friendly and helpful.... only thing is I needed a hand basket and they had NONE !!! So I went to get a cart and there was none, none in the parking lot or outside where they are kept. I asked and apparently they only have about 10 . So I decided to just leave my things and go , other people were waiting for a shopping cart as well.
I Really love my 99 Cents Only Store. It is small but has a wonderful fruit and vegetable section, refrigerator and freezer section, security and a nice parking lot. It has a real particular charm that the larger stores do not.
I was specifically looking for clothes pins and when I asked an employee because I was having difficulty finding them they told me if they didnt have them on aisle 12 that they didnt have any. I proceeded with my shopping and what do you know I found clothespins on aisle six. My advice when asked a question if you dont know the answer then say you dont know the answer.
I dont normally edit reviews because I just forget them but they responded so promptly. Like wow, is all I can say. I do hope the person who answered is talked to about etiquette but the store is a great one.
A lot of products at low prices.
It is clean and well stocked. The quality of some products isnt the best, but you can get some real bargains if you know what to look for. The produce is very low priced, if you can use it quickly because it tends to spoil shortly after you get home.
Reasonably fresh vegetables and other grocery products at this location. They have items for all departments of goods, not all products work for more than a few days 99cents remember. Good store overall.
Walked in today grabbed a few things, everything was fine until i had to pay there was 4 cashiers open got in line for one when i got to the front was told by the cashier that the line was now closed, no biggie i head to the next line over waited about 30 min before i hit the front of the line i put all my things on the belt while the lady watched me, the lady then asked me a question that i could not hear due to her mumbling i asked her to come again. She then said if youre paying with card it wont work, i then asked her not taking debit at all? She just ignored me. Just thought it was ridiculous that she waited for me to get to front of the line and unload my things on the belt then let me know of their system being down on top of that the employees (cashiers) there dont seem confident in their jobs and getting them to communicate while keeping eye contact or not mumbling does not seem possible.
Ive only come to pick up ice when going to a friends house for drinks, but store always seems to be fully stocked. I always find my self waiting in a line which kinda sucks since Im genrally just buy a bag or two of ice.
Great variety of fresh produce, cost less than other markets usually. Sometimes has cool or unique items. Great store to go to if on budget. Friendly service.

2022-04-12What can I say, its the 99 Cents Only Store. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. You have to watch out for some of the customers, but you find good deals produce and other food staples here. Just make sure you get their before closing time.

2021-07-10My wife shops here at this 99 cent shopping store. She loves the food because sometimes they mark it down significantly and she’ll just buy 20 of them.There are always homeless people hanging around so you should always be alert when you’re in this area.There are some good stores in this parking lot including sushi, haircuts, donuts, dry cleaners and more.

2022-01-08I wanted to return some items yesterday, but the Lead cashier woman was essentially unhelpful and defensive. I did not find other items I wanted to exchange my return for and asked if I could have store credit given to me on a gift card and she said no. She then proceeded to examine my receipts and said, you purchased these items from the Lake Elsinore store essentially saying every store is privately owned and she couldnt help me because I did not purchase these items at this store. She had to defensively inform me that she was the supervisor/lead cashier when I questioned her about being able to return items at any store location and she said thats incorrect. She said sorry and began talking to the customer behind me while I was still standing in front of her to make a point that she was done talking to me, so I left.I was able to speak to a manager and she was nice and informative about their return policy.
